Booked a mobile phone on the 14th july, was supposed to arrive by the 19th, its the 20th july today and the product has not arrived neither do i have any updates on it. My mobile number is +91 [protected].

When i call the customer care, they say your complaint will be investigated and they will get back to me but no one ever does.

The courier company gojavas is taking me for a ride as well.
Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I am Sudin Sugathan.I also order a mobile in snapdeal on 12th of this month, but they didnt delivered my order.When I contacted with customer care they told me that they cant tell the exact thing happening there.I again contacted them for the same for continuous three days.

From the Customer Service Supervisor I receieved these information regarding the delivery and they are not going to solve my problem.They told me that,

There are various delivery models for delivery of purchased Product to the Buyer, as decided by the Seller. The risk of any damage, loss or deterioration of the Products during the course or delivery or during transit shall be on the Seller and not on the Buyer. Seller represent and warrant that the Products being delivered are not faulty and are exactly those Products which are listed and advertised by Seller on the Website and purchased by the Buyer and meet all descriptions and specifications as provided on the Website.
4.2
Buyer's shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of Website before a Buyer proceed to pay for Buyer's purchase. In the event Buyer's order is not serviceable by logistic service providers or by Seller or the delivery address is not located in an area that is covered under the order confirmation form, Buyer may provide an alternate shipping address on which the Product can be delivered by the logistics service provider or by the Seller.
4.3
Please note that there is no guaranteed dispatch time and any information about the dispatch time is estimate only and should not be relied upon as such. Therefore, time is not the essence of the bi-partite contract between the Buyer and the Seller for purchase and sale of Product on or through the Website. However, the Product shall not be delivered to the Buyer unless the Buyer makes the payment of the purchase of Product.
4.4
Buyer shall be bound to take delivery of the Products purchased by the Buyer that are said to be in a deliverable state. Where Buyer neglects or refuses to accept the delivery of the Products ordered by the Buyer, the Buyer may be liable to the Seller for such non-acceptance and shall further be liable to Jasper Infotech for any loss of any fee or charges that Jasper Infotech and its third parties shall have earned from the Seller if such delivery or transaction should have been completed. Buyer acknowledges that such damages or loss to Jasper Infotech and its third parties are not consequential or indirect.
4.5
The title in the Products and other rights and interest in the Products shall directly pass on to the Buyer from Seller upon delivery of such Product and upon full payment of price of the Product. Upon delivery, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the Products. The risk of loss shall pass on to the Buyer upon delivery of Product.


What is this Sir, What they are going to do?
There customer care supervisors and snapdael is not giving the courier partner adress, They are cheating the public, Please Sir, I need help from your Side.I am ready to do anything for this.Please cosider me as an Indian Citizen.
We are poor, But we also paying tax from our small salary.Please sir its a huge request from me Sir.

        My worst experience of online shopping i ever had is with snapdeal... i recommend not to go with snapdeal ever...
        Ordered a accoustic guitar of more than 8k but got the product incomplete... logded a complaint but nothing happened, then i dialed for customer care, he ensured me that i ll get all my remaining items soon.. i told him that i bought this for my friends bday.. plz deliver the itmes asap... and i dnt want to return or replace that item as i dnt have enough time that time... he agreed... but i got nothing... i tried again calling them but didnt successful... (worst customer care service).. then i by chance i opened my order and it asked me to give feedback then i mentioned everything there.. then day after that day i got a call from snapdeal.. he asked regarding my issue
        .. i told him then he told me to lodge a complaint to [protected]@snapdeal.com and i did but in response i got thay they are no longer resolving querries sent via [protected]@snapdeal.com... what the hell is this... their executives even dnt know that what is their helpdesk.. again i got a mail from helpdesk.."your request has been accepted with reference number 25803870. we are eager to resolve your request and will call you from [protected] within a maximum of 24 hours. please receive the call to give us an opportunity to serve you and resolve your concerns quickly." but nothing happened nor i got any call... again i lodged a complaint to their site... but nothing happened at this time too... below is my complaint which i lodged many times..

        Ordered a acoustic guitar from snapdeal and got the order after some days but incomplete, i've also lodged a complaint to one of your executive and he told me that all the freebies will be delivered to me soon but next day only i got the msg and call from a guy that get the parcel ready for pickup, i never said to replace or return. what i need is only the remaining products. i am really disappointed with you and your vendor's service, you should check twice before delivering any valuable products to your customer and if product is not available then you should not display it in your site. i am clearing once again that i don't want replacement or return. this is not possible for me to carry that big parcel again and again to my workplace. if your guy can pick that up from my residence according to my suitable time then its ok with me to replace it, as i will be available only after 7:00 pm on weekdays. so please deliver the remaining items (bag, strap, string set, picks) to me asap.

        Got a call from snapdeal customer care after lodging my complaint here..and she told me that i ll get my remaning items within 4-5 days and today you will get a call from vendor's side ...now its more than a month after that call ...but still neither i get my items nor any call from vendor's side...

Because product non - refundable and returnable. It is complete cheating with customer. Manufacturing date is dec. 18, 2014 and it is best for 18 months from manufacturing date so expired date is june 18, 2016 and they delivered product on july.09, 2016. Please help me.

                        I ordered shoes from snap deal on 15th July, 2016. To my surprise shoes are reached Hyderabad on 16th July and a message came to that we delivering shoes shortly but on 16th evening another message and mail came that we are unable to process the delivery.
                        I opened snap deal site and tracked my order, to my surprise it showing shoes are delivered and refunded and your amount refunded to your account. but i haven't received the amount till now. This is not came out of mistake or overlook . This is an intentional mistake done by snap deal. I haven't received my money also till now.
                        I ordered another item previously, and confronted same situation. They will cancel the order by themselves without our consent. There is no support from snapdeal in this regard

                                I order micromax canvas juice 3 and flip cover (order id: [protected]) on 12th july, at that they mentioned that they will deliver my product on 15th july-18th july. today i contacted the customer care because i didnt get any update on my mobile or email id. after some times i received a message that mentione
                                Due to rare technical error you are unable to track your micromax canvas juice 3 on the courier website. dont worry your package is on its way and will be delivered soon.
                                What they mean by this, how many days i have to wait for that?. i told them that i can collect it from the courier office, but they rejected and told me that they have door to doorb delivery.
                                So please consider this as a request and solve my issue

                                1. On 19/07/2016 company has emailed me regarding this issue and they will soklve it immediateli.They emailed me from "[email protected]. 2.I received a call from snapdeal social media department on 19/07/2016 and they told me that they will process my delivery as an emergency delivery and it will take maximum 48 to resolve it. 3.On 20/07/2016 again I contacted the customer care for the issue.At that time they told me a lesson on their sales terms.I commented that on my complaint comments. 4.On all these time I updated my comments in my Indian Consumer Complaints Forum. 5.But today morning I receied an sms from snapdeal that shows that they will deliver my product on or before 23/07/2016. 6.After some times I received a call from snapdeal social media department and told me same that mentioned above. 7. Finally on 21/07/2016 I received my order and now I am happy with the product. Thanks to everybody whoever support me to solve my issue.Thaks again. Regards, Sudin Sugathan

                                They didnt worked on my problem and the problem has not been resolved.Today evening i had an sms in my mobile regarding the delivery of the flip cover.That messages shows that, "we could not deliver your order on 19th July 2016. We will attempt the next delivery within 48 hrs." What does it mean?

                                When they are going to deliver the item.
                                I want the product .I am not going to cancel my order and request for refund.

                                Where is my order, What is going on there, When you are goinr to deliver my product.
                                Today i contact with snapdeal customer regarding the same problem, Then there customer care excecutive told me that it will a time span of three days to deliver my order.
                                before two days they told me that within 48 hours they will do an emergency delivery for the product, But thats not done.

                                From the Customer Service Supervisor I receieved these information regarding the delivery and they are not going to solve my problem.They told me that,


                                4.1
                                There are various delivery models for delivery of purchased Product to the Buyer, as decided by the Seller. The risk of any damage, loss or deterioration of the Products during the course or delivery or during transit shall be on the Seller and not on the Buyer. Seller represent and warrant that the Products being delivered are not faulty and are exactly those Products which are listed and advertised by Seller on the Website and purchased by the Buyer and meet all descriptions and specifications as provided on the Website.
                                4.2
                                Buyer's shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of Website before a Buyer proceed to pay for Buyer's purchase. In the event Buyer's order is not serviceable by logistic service providers or by Seller or the delivery address is not located in an area that is covered under the order confirmation form, Buyer may provide an alternate shipping address on which the Product can be delivered by the logistics service provider or by the Seller.

                                Please note that there is no guaranteed dispatch time and any information about the dispatch time is estimate only and should not be relied upon as such. Therefore, time is not the essence of the bi-partite contract between the Buyer and the Seller for purchase and sale of Product on or through the Website. However, the Product shall not be delivered to the Buyer unless the Buyer makes the payment of the purchase of Product.
                                4.4
                                Buyer shall be bound to take delivery of the Products purchased by the Buyer that are said to be in a deliverable state. Where Buyer neglects or refuses to accept the delivery of the Products ordered by the Buyer, the Buyer may be liable to the Seller for such non-acceptance and shall further be liable to Jasper Infotech for any loss of any fee or charges that Jasper Infotech and its third parties shall have earned from the Seller if such delivery or transaction should have been completed. Buyer acknowledges that such damages or loss to Jasper Infotech and its third parties are not consequential or indirect.
                                4.5
                                The title in the Products and other rights and interest in the Products shall directly pass on to the Buyer from Seller upon delivery of such Product and upon full payment of price of the Product. Upon delivery, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the Products. The risk of loss shall pass on to the Buyer upon delivery of Product.


                                What is this Sir, What they are going to do?
                                There customer care supervisors and snapdael is not giving the courier partner adress, They are cheating the public, Please Sir, I need help from your Side.I am ready to do anything for this.Please cosider me as an Indian Citizen.

                                  Order id-[protected], i have ordered yaari multi coloured tshirt pack of 2, the stuff quality was no so good so i returned it back on 27.06.2016... i have called several time to snapdeal but it has been long time since 21days the refund has not been initiated... this situation is not only faced by me but many snapdeal customers... i think i should bring out the true face of snapdeal to its customers via media and journalist...

                                  Order id-[protected], i have ordered micromax x556 pack of 1, the stuff quality was no so good. mobile is frequently switch off and hearing problem. so, i have called 2 time to snapdeal customercare in chennai. but no response. snapdeal return micromax x556 and give refund.

                                    This is regarding the order number [protected] which is for an aqua grand 12ag62 ro+uv+uf water purifier. hd placed the order on 30th march 2016. since the delivery snapdeal had delayed the installation. i was fed up and asked for a return of the product. finally after 10days of delivery the and a number of phone calls later an installation guy was sent who complained that various parts were missing in the ro. again i got in touch with snapdeal, they had asked me to replace it myself an that they would compensate on the free charge account. somehow the ro got fixed. but ever since installation the quality of the water was very poor and i had complained 2-3times about it but there was no response. they just said it would get better.in my busy schedule i dint have the patience to deal with snapdeal, but i kept falling ill frequently despite my good immune system. after frequent bouts of gastroenteritis i had called upon the r. k. enterprisres. delhi (as advised by snapdeal) to service the ro, their service guy took a look at the ro said that the main membrane for the filtration is missing and i had to pay rs.1500 the same. more over he took rs.250 towards the service charges for which he practically did nothing. now i'm at a loss both health wise and financially over this counterfeit product which has proved to be a health deterrent not just or me but my whole family and friends. when i talk to snapdeal about this they blame the seller and the seller blames snapdeal. both are yet to give me a solution. im highly disappointed by snapdeal yet again.
