I had ordered a watch in snapdeal. It had the order id : [protected]. The seller was crystal. I received an empty box instead. I complained to customer care and they registered it too. 2 days later, they sent a mail saying 'we cannot do anything about it'. They have also suspended my account. This was my first order from snapdeal. I completely regret that i had to order from snapdeal. Worst experience. I had read about many complaints involving them. I thought they resolve it because these things happen when the business is huge. But they did not. Please help me in this. If this doesn't help then i guess consumer court is the only option. But still i request you to help me in this matter.

    Following are my orders which were confirmed by snapdeal later cancelled...

    Reason stated that seller made error in product pricing upload..
    Although i purchased products on cash on delivery basis, but they should fullfill the order on the terms which already confirmed.

      I was ordered a pair of black arm sleeves worth ₹49/- in[protected] with a delivery charge of ₹75/- (Totally for ₹124/-). And it was given that itll be delivered within 11th or 12th of july. But i couldn't able to track my order. When i complaint it, the delivery date has postponed to between 15th or 16th july. But today is[protected]. And still hasn't got my product. Still i couldn't track the order. So what should i do next because i already paid the total amount and snapdeal is cheating me.

            I had ordered a tandoor from snap deal, order number [protected] and due to disfunctionallity issue i requested for a refund of money. The order had to pickup from my residence on 07.10.2016, but the order is not yet picked by courier company. The vulcan courier were responsible for picking up the product. I got a call from vulcan stating the product will be picked up by 12.07.2016. However no further action is taken on pickup of the product. I tried to contact vulcan courier but they provided me the invalid number due to which i am not able to track when will the product be picked up for return. This is very dissappointing. Please help me return the product.

              Hi team,

              1. The estimated date to deliver my order is 4-july 2016

              2. I called to courier service alteast 5 times, after doing continues followup with the courier service they cannot commit the estimate date to deliver the order.

              3.In every call i get the same response "their is some operational constraints in andheri area"

              4. When i told them i am ready to go an receive my order from your branch, just provide me a address. The reply i receive is "ma'am you cannot receive your order from branch since it is more then 5000 rs"

              5. If my order is more than 15000 rs then also i dont when will i get my order 6. I have only one way now, not to trust snapdeal and cancel my order.

                  The delivery boy came to pick up the item but refused to take as the cause
                  Of return given to him is damaged item. While returning the item i clearly
                  Pointed out the cause as different item received so i want to return it and
                  Would like to receive the original item in place of this current.

                  In response to my complain through this forum (Complaint no. 1326870) i got several call from[protected] where i got assurance that my product (Order i'd of the product is [protected]) will be picked up and after verification of this product my ordered item will be dispatched. After this phone call i received a message box where instruction given as :

                  We attempted the pickup of your ekta young magician activit... But were unsuccessful
                  We had to pick up your ekta young magician activit... To initiate refund/replacement. We understand that you now want to retain the item and have cancelled the pickup.In case you still want to return your ekta young magician activit..., please follow these simple steps to reschedule the pickup:
                  Step 1: go to help center and select your order
                  Step 2: select the issue 'i have a query on returns/refunds/cashback' and click on 'my item hasn't been picked up yet'. Here submit your preferred pickup date/timing"
                  Following these i couldn't manage to get step 2 as these steps were not there. I am getting only the issue return/replacement... And cannot proceed further. I responded by views over mail. But as the time limit was framed 48 hrs, i cannot proceed further — the message showing i have cancelled my request. I addressed this problem through email. Then one again i got a call from[protected], and i briefed the matter to the personnel. He assured about the pick up but till date i found no initiatives. Please help me to find a way out.

                    I call you guyz too many times mail also but u guyz didnt came to return. 14 july i was talked with one of snapdeal customer care he assure me that return will be complete with in 24 hours but 48 hours already is about to crosses but u guyz did nothing. and now that computer generated voice didnt allow me to talk wth customer care officer on [protected]. i apply return request 5 daya ago. please help me. snapdeal dnt have a toll free number i already waste 50 rs balance on trying to contact snapdeal.

                        I were purchased mobile xolo black 1x dt 19.06.2016 from snapdeal against order id [protected]. after checking mobile i found that mobile battery is draining very fast within 30 min on internet and on voice call it is heating too much, there is also hang issue.in this regard, i registered complaint on snapdeal vide ticket id 25459272 dt 24.06.2016 for collecting your defected item and refund my amount.in this regard snapdeal engineer visited and trouble shoot the mobile but problem is still there. we have submitted job sheet to snapdeal already along with photographs of mobile hand set. till date m/s snapdeal niether collected their defected item nor refund my amount while i am taking up their help center with mr mohit goel, gurpreet etc at [protected] regularly, they ensured every time that mobile handset will be collected within today or tomorrow. and amount will be refunded thereafter. the issue is pending for 20 days and snapdeal is not taking any action in this regard.
                        Please take up with snapdeal for the same for resolution the issue at the earliest.

                        As per Snapdeal return policy, defective item is to be collected within seven days by snapdeal but here 35 days hes been passed. Procured item is not usable and my amount Rs 8200 approx. has dumped. My self is in deep sorrow becouse the spent amount was earned by hard working for purchasing mobile hand set which is defective. Now i am harassing Mentaly and physicaly and the charge of the same is to be born by Snapdeal only. Now i am under medical examination...

                          Hello sir,
                          My name is harish and i'm one of the oldest customers of snapdeal but now i completly lost my faith in this brand from now onwards i' never ever buy even a single rupee stuff from snapdeal. apprx 10 months back i ordered skull candy earphones from snapdeal, those earphones hadbeen working fine but suddenly they stopped working then i visited skull candy authorized
                          Ervice center where i got to know it was a duplicate product, service center sent me a mail for confirming this thing so i called immidiatley to snapdeal, executive told me she had raised a concern and i would get revert within 24 hrs, i waited but when i didn't get any revert from snapdeal then once again i called snapdeal there i asked executive to transfer my call to
                          Upervisor, she transfered my call to supervisor "mahazabi" she told me to sent a mail to snapdeal with screen shot of mail i received from skullcandy confirming duplicacy of product. so i did the same and within 24 hrs got revert that written proof is required on letterhead then i called snapdeal and talked with executive richa she confirmed its perfectly fine to send screen shot of email rcvd from skullcandy she advised to wait for 24 hrs and asked her to trnsfer my call to supervisor she denied saying supervisor is not available and she disconnected the call once again when i didn't get any revert i called to snapdeal spoke with vivek he told we can't accept email screen shot we need confirmation on letter head and he was so much rude with me and when i asked him to transfer my call to super visor he denied by
                          Aying supervisor is not available at least 10 times but when i forced him he put me on hold for arround 30 mins and thn spoke with sr. supervisor rajendran he stated the same thing so i'm still wondering why i was misguided by those executives again and again and the mail sent to

Now it get fault in jun so i need invoice but since jun i tying to call on customer care lot of times but they refused to give me invoice which has model no.                                 I have bought one ac in december, 2015 through snapdeal. cashback not received after several reminders. they called me in june, 2016 after lodging complaint in this website. they informed that they would do it but haven't done. after that i have sent two reminder emails but still they haven't sent the cashback. order id and my contact details are attached.

                                    Cheating on cash back offer [order id: [protected]]
                                    Based on a cash-back advertisement in snapdeal website on oct-15 for amex credit card purchase, i bought two kent water purifiers. snapdeal confirmed that [via email] i will be getting a cash-back of rs. 2000/ - on 30-dec-15. i haven’t received the cash back till today. find the history below.
                                    1. bought two kent water purifiers on 23-oct-15 [ref inv. no: sce4b6/15-16-16/9051 & sce4b6/15-16-16/9052]
                                    2. on 27-oct-15 snapdeal confirmed that i will be receiving a cash back of rs. 2000/- by 30-dec-15 via email id: [protected]@gmail.com
                                    3. i have sent a reminder email to snapdeal on 03-jan-16 as i haven’t received the cash back
                                    4. as i haven’t received any response from snapdeal i raised a ticket via phone & email on 06-feb-16. [sr ref no: 19044452]
                                    5. since there is no proper response from snapdeal, i have made many calls [isds + stds] and sent many mails, snapdeal confirmed that cash back is been processed via email on 05-apr-16. however the money is not credited to my account till today [27-jun-16]
                                    6. to process the cash-back snapdeal asked for all my credit card statements from oct-15 to may-16. however the cash is not been credited to my account.

                                    Cheating on cash back offer [order id: [protected] ]
                                    Based on a 5% cash-back offer on hdfc bank debit card, i bought 2 items from snapdeal [rer order id: [protected]] on 12-nov-2015. the cash back was not processed by snapdeal. after raising a ticket, snapdeal confirmed that cash-back has been processed and asked for my feedback on the resolution. however the resolution is not completed.

                                      I have order apple i-phone 6s form snapdeal website on 7 july, 2016 and received on next day (order id:- [protected]). on the same day i found there is a defect in the mobile battry (battry backup is very less around 1.5 hours after fully charge). i complaint to snapdeal on the same day (8 july) regarding this but they are not bothering about this. they told me to complaint to manufacture company. as per snapdeal return policy on the same product we can return or replace mobile phone within one week if we found some defect in the products. hence, they are not following their return policy as i received defective i-phone 6s. so, i request you to please consider my complaint and do replace my defecive mobile. i will be highly thankful.

                                        Recently i have purchased products from snapdeal with order id [protected] and [protected], both the order id’s have the same product and were ordered on the same day i. e., on 26 of june’2016 and received them on 1st of july’2016 and after opening i see than its totally in a damaged condition, the lotion inside the bottle leaked as the nozzle of the bottle was open and it got poured in the inner packing box, and soon as i opened the inner packing box, all the leaked lotion came out in the outer packing box resulting in spilling everywhere, and immediately raised a return pickup request and then i called the customer care no. i. e., on [protected] and there i was told not to return it and to dispose it off immediately, i did as said to me and later he had given the assurity of complete refund in the freecharge account within 24-48 hours and since that day till today i have got got my refund, and after that day i am daily dropping mails to snapdeal but not got a single reply and infact calling daily since 5th of july’2016 and everytime i got a same reply that your refund is under process and your matter has already been escalated to our concerned department and relax your refund will be processed within 24-48 and once processed you will be able to see it in your freecharge wallet, but till date not got a single call or mail from there end.
                                        Really very fed up with this kind of response from snapdeal. snapdeal sucks these days, infact i am not the only one who is upset with snapdeal’s behavior, there are lot more people and in resolving and dispute and reverting amazon.in and flipkart.com kar far way better.infact with this incident i prefer amazon a lot more, its not that i have not faced any issue with amazon, once i received a damaged product from there side too and immediately without delaying they refunded me full directly into my bank account. this is amazon, a trustworthy online shopping partner…
                                        Still in a hope that the matter will be resolved soon now snapdeal care for its reputation..
