am sunitha i am so sorry to say that i used to be fan of snapdeal once in a time but very thing is gone very bad service u are providing i dont understand whats went wrong so much dissatisfaction am facing no one are sloving my problem and very bad customer service

i gave 3 order to pick up but no response properly also

these are my order id i want for return pick up but no use but still trying i will not suggest any of my friends for snapdeal its totally waste now they are saying my Account is Suspended i need to open a new account and do transactions itseems totally fraud they 7 days easy return means if we dont like the product we have a right to return the items within 7 days of time now they are not willing to refund my money totally fraud pls help me out

    I bought two googleplay giftcards from snapdeal.The products were delivered to me one month and 7 days ago. They didn't activated the products. I have called and complained for a month everyday.But i didn't got any result. Snapdeal didn't activated my cards and now they are not replying to my complaints .All snapdeal is doing giving fake assurances saying "Sincere apologies for the delay. Our team is working on your concern and we will connect with you regarding the same." But eventually nobody got back to me . I have submitted numerous complaints but didn't got any reply. Snapdeal is no doubt the most well organised fraud company in India. They are just stealing Money from all over India. Why the government don't arrest these fraudsters I wonder. I am a common citizen of India so I guess I have to think that I lost my money and there is nothing I can do. I am waiting and praying for the day when all the thieves in snapdeal will be hanged.

      I have ordered hp black polyester laptop bag on 21st june 2016 from snapdeal.

      But still i have not received my product and the payments are being made. as per telephonic conversation to snapdeal employ my order was canceled due to bad quality product after that i have been following through mails and calls for refund money but they are not responding to any mails, now they stopped responding to the calls as well. it has been 2weeks.

      Please help me out with this issue.

        I received this product on 2/07/2016 at 5 pm. but due to defective piece i raised a return request and handover the product to the courier jv express on 3/07/2016 and during receiving the courier boy checked the product and then take it. after that snapdeal receive it on 11/03/2016 and then they say that my return request is declined in quality check but not provide me the details what's the reason behind failure in quality check . if they have any issue they check it in front of me during receiving or before receiving now how i believe that the product is not good because courier boy checked it in front of me before receiving it you may contact him and confirm this . may be the product is spoiled in between transit to snapdeal. i don't know i want my refund in every condition.

            I had purchased a “inovera handheld vacuum cleaners” on 9th june 2016 from snap deal. But this item not suitable for my work then i request to return to snap deal. Snap deal told me there is no agent of your area (Nerul, navi mumbai) for collect return item, so you send it by courier. As per snap deal instruction i send the item of snap deal given address (Mumbai vulcanqc rajlaxmi compound, d-4, gala no-e-456, vadape naka, bhiwandi-421302 city bhiwandi / state maharashtra pin) by dtdc. After few days this item back to courier office because this item not receive by snap deal. Then i told the matter snap deal customer care, they said me your courier not reach proper address and also told send it again. Next again i send it by professional courier. Again the courier genet told me the address is incomplete so it return again. Again snapdeal customercare send it another courier. Sir this company harasses me a long period (One month). Please sir look my problem and solve it as soon as.

              I have purchase the mobile from snapdeal order# [protected] and facing lots of issues with it.
              So i raised the return request on 6th july. after that i have contacted 3-4 times to snapdeal customer care and always got the same answer from them "our engineer will call you today and solve your issues, we have forwarded your complaint to service desk."
              However i didn't receive any call from snapdeal engineer.
              Even i have contacted to snapdeal on twitter also but didn't receive any positive feedback.
              Please help me to out from this issue.

              However no one contacted from your service team.

                Hello sir I'm Srinivas Agir my refund is pending over 4 months as there is no satisfaction from your customer service. I mean that every time I made a call there are with different answers with alloting different reference numbers . Try to make my problem solved myvorder numbers are [protected] and [protected] transaction done on 21-march-2016.as customer service said that transaction had been done on 28 March but no over it has been reflected in my account. Later they made a mail that transaction numbers [protected] and [protected] but the bank officials said they require urn numbers to trace out transaction.even in mail they mentioned the refund amount for one suborder how come snap deal do refund for suborder instead of complete order. As each order contains 2 geysers but mention refund for 1. Try to solve it

                  First delivery was faulty. the second one was delivered with the false promise of refund of courier charges. they refunded rs.2 instead of rs.180 which was paid by me and promptly send them scanned copy of the receipt.
                  And the product is disaster. unable to tune fm channels. nob of the unit is loose and coming in the hand while using.

                    I ordered one Ekta Young Magician Activity Kits, which was delivered to me on 5-6th July, 2016. While opening the product I found a different product (as shown in the attached image). On 6th I opted for replace/return option and clearly specified the cause of return as different item received. On getting the pick up man came to receive it but he refused to take as the cause of return specified to him was damaged item received. I repeatedly made e-mail, help contact, customer care phone but all my efforts were in vane. So I am compelled to lodge the complain for the unnecessary harassment. Please respond soon.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I got a call from a person who told he was your representative, he asked for some confirmations and then he told that my order has been cancelled long before. He then asked for my atm details which i gave ( atm card no, expiry date, and cvv code). He told my order has to be re-booked for which amount needs to be refunded back in to my bank account. He then asked me to provide the OTP number which came as an sms from my bank which i am not bound to give it to you.
                      As per my knowledge OTP number is received while making payment through bank account and not for crediting the account.
                      kindly respond as early as possible through mail
                      i could have provided the number from which i got call but i want to know wether it was your representative.

                            We purchased crocs sandel which was returned soon.
                            After we got a call from the call center which stated that they will send a mail with link in which we need to give our bank details for refund.
                            We didn't received any call and the money was transfered into our freecharge account which is not in use from kind time.

                                I was bought a power bank vide order no.[protected] dated 26.06.2016, amounting to rs. 1499/- which was delvered to me on 04.07.2016. Further product was returned on dated 05.07.2016 vide ticket no. 25897007. But i have been received my refund amount rs 1499/- so far. I am trying to contact snapdeal customer care but no response has received. Kindly arrenge my payment for rs. 1499/- immediaty.

                                    Yesterday on 09/07/2016, a delivery boy called for delivering the product ordered by me. As i was out of town, he misbehaved with me over phone and behaved very rudely. His contact number is [protected]. Earlier also as per my order number [protected], the delivery boy refused to delivery items at my address and called us to the location where he was standing for delivery of product. The way they are behaving is not expected at all for company like snapdeal, i am still out of town and my order is not delivered yet by delivery boy whose number i have already furnished. Kindly instruct your delivery boy to use sober language while communicating with the customers. An early action and necessary action against delivery boy is expected from your end.

                                      I had placed the order for nikon dslr camera on dated 19/06/2016 & order no is [protected]. I had received my order on dated 287/06/2016. But i had received used product instead of new one. So i had placed the request for refund and courier product to your warehouse in jaipur. But my request for refund declined and refused to give me the reason for declined of my complaint. Then i had received a call from snapdeal social media deptt, they told me that your request for refund has been accepted and refund will initiate soon. But today on 09/07/2016, i had received a call again from social media deptt, he told me that your request for refund has been declined or your product hadn't return back. But sir now i hadn't product or my money. Sir it is my humble request arrange my refund in my credit card back or return back my product as soon as possible because i am facing a lot of problem or harassed a lot.

                                        Order id:[protected]. look i never trusted snapdeal, as u can see this is my first purchase. but due to my stupid wish to give u ppl a try, i have suffered. the item u sold is a utter fake. and u know what just for ur name shake, i have fought with top executive of the service centre. to check it yourself check the imei no. provided in bill. and i want a replacement/refund @erliest and this time i m ready to go to any extend to fight ur malpractice.
