Sir, now a days snapdeal is the one of the fake and worst online shopping site, they didnot send me my Rs 100 in my freecharge wallet. all the time they only says me that you will recive your money in 24hrs. but more than 15 days pased but snapdeal 24 hrs didnot come till now. i have also send you that msg what snapdeal has send to me. in that you will find out that after promishing they didnot send me my money.

I had initiated returns for order id [protected] on the same date of when was received the order i. e.7th july 2016. however nobody came to pick up. i got the msg to reschedule the pickup however i am not getting the option to reschedule on app nor on site.

I have tried to call and reschedule but it was not working. requesting to reschedule pick up for my order id [protected].

Have requested for return pick on 5th june order id: [protected] (1 item), as the product i received, was in (l) size, while i had ordered (s) size.

I have been fallowing with sd team for pickup the day shipment got delivered ie 5th june, but since then no one ha returned for pick up, have called sd customer care so many times, but all i get is false commitmnets....

I would like to draw your kind attention towards my Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) for Lenovo Ideapad 100- 15IBD Notebook (80QQ001XIH), it had ordered on dated 01.07.2016 and delivered on dated 05.07.2015, it has some problem some key works wrongly and caps lock is not lighting or indicate for that I have complain on dated 06.07.2016 around 6 AM for replacement. Your courier boy came same day and did not picked it...

Till today i have not got my refund of just 490/-, its a shame that snap deal is not in a position to refund my amount.
First they dispatched third class product, later refused to pick up stating that they don't have reverse pickup. this is just a gimmick that sd playing with customer.
I sent products through corporate courier which they did not receive as they claim, but i am not bothered about wherher they receive or not....

I purchased nike pegasus 31 shoes on 24 jan, 2016 from snapdeal under order id: [protected]. within 1 month the shoe had started decaying. the sole of the shoe is removing day by day (pictures attached). i filed complaints to snapdeal 5-6 times but they are not listening and responding back at all.

The cost of the shoe is rs 5999/-. nike shoes have 1 year warranty and they are never so weak like...

My order id number [protected] has not been delivered at the estimated time of delivery.

It would be very helpful if Snapdeal could avoid using E-com Express in Mizoram, as they didn't even contact me at all and when i tried contacting the courier i could not even get an answer.

And last this is not the only bad experience that i have had with the courier....

I received this product on 2/07/2016 at 5 pm. but due to defective piece i raised a return request and handover the product to the courier jv express on 3/07/2016 and during receiving the courier boy checked the product and then take it. after that snapdeal receive it on 11/03/2016 and then they say that my return request is declined in quality check but not provide me the details what's the reason behind failure...
