    Cheating on cash back offer [order id: [protected]]
    Based on a cash-back advertisement in snapdeal website on oct-15 for amex credit card purchase, i bought two kent water purifiers. snapdeal confirmed that [via email] i will be getting a cash-back of rs. 2000/ - on 30-dec-15. i haven’t received the cash back till today. find the history below.
    1. bought two kent water purifiers on 23-oct-15 [ref inv. no: sce4b6/15-16-16/9051 & sce4b6/15-16-16/9052]
    2. on 27-oct-15 snapdeal confirmed that i will be receiving a cash back of rs. 2000/- by 30-dec-15 via email id: [protected]@gmail.com
    3. i have sent a reminder email to snapdeal on 03-jan-16 as i haven’t received the cash back
    4. as i haven’t received any response from snapdeal i raised a ticket via phone & email on 06-feb-16. [sr ref no: 19044452]
    5. since there is no proper response from snapdeal, i have made many calls [isds + stds] and sent many mails, snapdeal confirmed that cash back is been processed via email on 05-apr-16. however the money is not credited to my account till today [27-jun-16]
    6. to process the cash-back snapdeal asked for all my credit card statements from oct-15 to may-16. however the cash is not been credited to my account.

    Cheating on cash back offer [order id: [protected] ]
    Based on a 5% cash-back offer on hdfc bank debit card, i bought 2 items from snapdeal [rer order id: [protected]] on 12-nov-2015. the cash back was not processed by snapdeal. after raising a ticket, snapdeal confirmed that cash-back has been processed and asked for my feedback on the resolution. however the resolution is not completed.

      I have order apple i-phone 6s form snapdeal website on 7 july, 2016 and received on next day (order id:- [protected]). on the same day i found there is a defect in the mobile battry (battry backup is very less around 1.5 hours after fully charge). i complaint to snapdeal on the same day (8 july) regarding this but they are not bothering about this. they told me to complaint to manufacture company. as per snapdeal return policy on the same product we can return or replace mobile phone within one week if we found some defect in the products. hence, they are not following their return policy as i received defective i-phone 6s. so, i request you to please consider my complaint and do replace my defecive mobile. i will be highly thankful.

        Recently i have purchased products from snapdeal with order id [protected] and [protected], both the order id’s have the same product and were ordered on the same day i. e., on 26 of june’2016 and received them on 1st of july’2016 and after opening i see than its totally in a damaged condition, the lotion inside the bottle leaked as the nozzle of the bottle was open and it got poured in the inner packing box, and soon as i opened the inner packing box, all the leaked lotion came out in the outer packing box resulting in spilling everywhere, and immediately raised a return pickup request and then i called the customer care no. i. e., on [protected] and there i was told not to return it and to dispose it off immediately, i did as said to me and later he had given the assurity of complete refund in the freecharge account within 24-48 hours and since that day till today i have got got my refund, and after that day i am daily dropping mails to snapdeal but not got a single reply and infact calling daily since 5th of july’2016 and everytime i got a same reply that your refund is under process and your matter has already been escalated to our concerned department and relax your refund will be processed within 24-48 and once processed you will be able to see it in your freecharge wallet, but till date not got a single call or mail from there end.
        Really very fed up with this kind of response from snapdeal. snapdeal sucks these days, infact i am not the only one who is upset with snapdeal’s behavior, there are lot more people and in resolving and dispute and reverting amazon.in and flipkart.com kar far way better.infact with this incident i prefer amazon a lot more, its not that i have not faced any issue with amazon, once i received a damaged product from there side too and immediately without delaying they refunded me full directly into my bank account. this is amazon, a trustworthy online shopping partner…
        Still in a hope that the matter will be resolved soon now snapdeal care for its reputation..

            We have ordered mobiles (redmi note 3). when the order reached our province we had asked for the checking of the product but first we were asked to pay money. we gave the money and when we were about to check the product he refused to stay and did not even took our signature on the order delivery confirmation receipt and he went. my order number is[protected]. you are requested to please look after this matter.
            We would like to advise that the customer must have the authority to at least check the product for which he/she is paying as if by chance a wrong order will be placed who is going to take it's responsibility. please to consider our advise.

              Respected mam/sir,
              I am kartik Kamble had ordered enduran mass banana flavour. I have purchasing lot of things from snapdeal, but today what happened was not anyway appreciated. So I am writing this complain.
              Today the courier cane with product, he called me.he was from sangli. Courrier name was health mall mundka vul vot or edealz or ehm or ecotimes courier service. When I asked for there courier name he told ecotimes and his name was some surname told as kokate...he may lied me...so that he can get relief .on call he was frustrated, arrogant, stupidity talk...which happened with me first time from snapdeal. He told i[censored] want to take or reject... By taking this type of talk..it was very foolish to take product..so u rejected...
              So I advice snapdeal to patchup with the most good service with courtier so that your customer would increase not decrease... So please get look on this complaint and pls take any kind of action.. That I am waiting for your response... I[censored] not responding... That would lead to decrease in your customer.

                Now the question is
                Is se pahele bhi maine milton thermosteel ke products kai or jagah se purchase kiye hai.

                Maine jo product aap se liya hai wo muje lagta hai ki
                Duplicate hai.

                Reason:
                Porduct ka image dekhiye, logo rubbed oit ho gaya hai aur niche bottom bhi ghis gaya hai aur colling caopacity is not as good as compare to another milton thermosteel products as i had and purchased from other sources.

                  This bbmkrishna, i have purchased kawachi foot massager in snap deal with rs.4590. I didnt receive an good one. I paid them cash on delevery mode. My order no.[protected]. On 29th may 2016 i requested to take it back to snap deal, so they initiated and taken back on june 6th 2016. From that they played a very good game regarding my money and atleast now the day is 13 th july till now they are not even giving my money. And trying to convince me with some words while i m calling to customer care agent. I am checking it everyday its not an small amount. I took some screen shots regarding the game played by snap deal. Please falow the photos i posted. Check what they are trying to do for customer./citizen with there criminal knowlege. We are hurted a lot from so many days. I used to call them spendimg my money. Around 250 rs wasted fo me. I wanna justice for this sir.

                  I am Sudin Sugathan.I also order a mobile in snapdeal on 12th of this month, but they didnt delivered my order.When I contacted with customer care they told me that they cant tell the exact thing happening there.I again contacted them for the same for continuous three days, Finally they teach a lesson on that and they told me about sale terms.here I am submitting their terms

                  There are various delivery models for delivery of purchased Product to the Buyer, as decided by the Seller. The risk of any damage, loss or deterioration of the Products during the course or delivery or during transit shall be on the Seller and not on the Buyer. Seller represent and warrant that the Products being delivered are not faulty and are exactly those Products which are listed and advertised by Seller on the Website and purchased by the Buyer and meet all descriptions and specifications as provided on the Website.

                  Buyer's shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of Website before a Buyer proceed to pay for Buyer's purchase. In the event Buyer's order is not serviceable by logistic service providers or by Seller or the delivery address is not located in an area that is covered under the order confirmation form, Buyer may provide an alternate shipping address on which the Product can be delivered by the logistics service provider or by the Seller.

                  Please note that there is no guaranteed dispatch time and any information about the dispatch time is estimate only and should not be relied upon as such.                   The title in the Products and other rights and interest in the Products shall directly pass on to the Buyer from Seller upon delivery of such Product and upon full payment of price of the Product. Upon delivery, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the Products. The risk of loss shall pass on to the Buyer upon delivery of Product.


                  So here I came to know, we are fools and never do such type of stupid shopping from there site.They will not resolving our problem soon, always they will ask for a time span of three days, and after three days they will repeat the same songs.So we have to change them.We are the people working and pay tax for the government and we are obeying and following the law and order and living in the law and order

                    Sir, now a days snapdeal is the one of the fake and worst online shopping site, they didnot send me my Rs 100 in my freecharge wallet. all the time they only says me that you will recive your money in 24hrs. but more than 15 days pased but snapdeal 24 hrs didnot come till now. i have also send you that msg what snapdeal has send to me. in that you will find out that after promishing they didnot send me my money.

                          Now my product is also with them and my money is also with them and they say openly we will not give u ur product nor your money

                                Have requested for return pick on 5th june order id: [protected] (1 item), as the product i received, was in (l) size, while i had ordered (s) size.

                                I have been fallowing with sd team for pickup the day shipment got delivered ie 5th june, but since then no one ha returned for pick up, have called sd customer care so many times, but all i get is false commitmnets.

                                  I have placed an order no-[protected] placed on 4 july 2016 for addidas adispree white sport shoes of rs=2235/=and i recieved parcel and open it having paper inside this not the shoes i orderd. I have called their customer care so many times but the always comittment wrong things to me and are unable to resolve my issue now i want to file a suit against snapdeal for this matter.

                                        I would like to draw your kind attention towards my Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) for Lenovo Ideapad 100- 15IBD Notebook (80QQ001XIH), it had ordered on dated 01.07.2016 and delivered on dated 05.07.2015, it has some problem some key works wrongly and caps lock is not lighting or indicate for that I have complain on dated 06.07.2016 around 6 AM for replacement. Your courier boy came same day and did not picked it and give reason to me he is not able to pickup laptop item and costly items as per his boss instruction, his boss has received this information from sanpdeal, snapdeal people come specially for this order replacement, after that I have informed to snapdeal customer care, customer care executive response is no problem it will pick on next day that time your snapdeal site showing estimated pickup time is 07.07.2016 today is showing 14.07.2016 in between I called sanpdeal customer care helpline many time. Your customer care executive ensure me every time whenever I called, It will be pickup today, but not action taken from your side.
                                        Sir/Madam, you do not know how got this money for purchase of laptop, I took this money on interest and I have a lot of work to do on contract basis, you do not know in what difficulty I am.
                                        It is my humble request to you please take action on urgent basis….
