Recently i have purchased products from snapdeal with order id [protected] and [protected], both the order id’s have the same product and were ordered on the same day i. e., on 26 of june’2016 and received them on 1st of july’2016 and after opening i see than its totally in a damaged condition, the lotion inside the bottle leaked as the nozzle of the bottle was open and it got poured in the inner packing box, and soon as i opened the inner packing box, all the leaked lotion came out in the outer packing box resulting in spilling everywhere, and immediately raised a return pickup request and then i called the customer care no. i. e., on [protected] and there i was told not to return it and to dispose it off immediately, i did as said to me and later he had given the assurity of complete refund in the freecharge account within 24-48 hours and since that day till today i have got got my refund, and after that day i am daily dropping mails to snapdeal but not got a single reply and infact calling daily since 5th of july’2016 and everytime i got a same reply that your refund is under process and your matter has already been escalated to our concerned department and relax your refund will be processed within 24-48 and once processed you will be able to see it in your freecharge wallet, but till date not got a single call or mail from there end.
Really very fed up with this kind of response from snapdeal. snapdeal sucks these days, infact i am not the only one who is upset with snapdeal’s behavior, there are lot more people and in resolving and dispute and reverting amazon.in and flipkart.com kar far way better.infact with this incident i prefer amazon a lot more, its not that i have not faced any issue with amazon, once i received a damaged product from there side too and immediately without delaying they refunded me full directly into my bank account. this is amazon, a trustworthy online shopping partner…
Still in a hope that the matter will be resolved soon now snapdeal care for its reputation..
