I have used snapdeal before, and have received products on time, but since last 6-8 months my entire perception on them has changed. i order, pay online, they confirm it and all of a sudden the booking gets cancelled after 7 days, however i got my refund on time.
Again last month i ordered 3 more products, one of which was delivered on time, where as the rest 2 didnt have any update after confirmation. hence after 5 days i cancelled the order and asked for refund. as per the customer care service the amount should come to my account with in 4 working days. its been 2 weeks and there i no update. of course they have a robotic customer care service who will utter the dialogues taught to them. the customer care email id doesn't bother to reply, even their online system is so poor.
Now i'm stuck with my money.
