    Yesterday on 09/07/2016, a delivery boy called for delivering the product ordered by me. As i was out of town, he misbehaved with me over phone and behaved very rudely. His contact number is [protected]. Earlier also as per my order number [protected], the delivery boy refused to delivery items at my address and called us to the location where he was standing for delivery of product. The way they are behaving is not expected at all for company like snapdeal, i am still out of town and my order is not delivered yet by delivery boy whose number i have already furnished. Kindly instruct your delivery boy to use sober language while communicating with the customers. An early action and necessary action against delivery boy is expected from your end.

      I had placed the order for nikon dslr camera on dated 19/06/2016 & order no is [protected]. I had received my order on dated 287/06/2016. But i had received used product instead of new one. So i had placed the request for refund and courier product to your warehouse in jaipur. But my request for refund declined and refused to give me the reason for declined of my complaint. Then i had received a call from snapdeal social media deptt, they told me that your request for refund has been accepted and refund will initiate soon. But today on 09/07/2016, i had received a call again from social media deptt, he told me that your request for refund has been declined or your product hadn't return back. But sir now i hadn't product or my money. Sir it is my humble request arrange my refund in my credit card back or return back my product as soon as possible because i am facing a lot of problem or harassed a lot.

        Order id:[protected]. look i never trusted snapdeal, as u can see this is my first purchase. but due to my stupid wish to give u ppl a try, i have suffered. the item u sold is a utter fake. and u know what just for ur name shake, i have fought with top executive of the service centre. to check it yourself check the imei no. provided in bill. and i want a replacement/refund @erliest and this time i m ready to go to any extend to fight ur malpractice.

          I had ordered an iball cuddle tablet at snapdeal in january. Now its going to complete 5 months nearly
          And my tablet is not working properly and having disfuntioning
          And i also went to i ball service station in east delhi lakshmi nagar
          They refuses to provide me services regarding my issue. Because my name is not registered in their authorized list and then i called snapdeal and the talked with iball executive and on 28th june 2016 snapdeal executive told me to refund my money back because of heavy inconvenience. But now they are refusing me to provide any sort of services regarding my issue
          I had done near about 100 phone calls to snapdeal to solve my issue but they alway told me for providing call back from their superiors but now they are refusing
          Plz helps me in my regards

                I have used snapdeal before, and have received products on time, but since last 6-8 months my entire perception on them has changed. i order, pay online, they confirm it and all of a sudden the booking gets cancelled after 7 days, however i got my refund on time.

                Again last month i ordered 3 more products, one of which was delivered on time, where as the rest 2 didnt have any update after confirmation. hence after 5 days i cancelled the order and asked for refund. as per the customer care service the amount should come to my account with in 4 working days. its been 2 weeks and there i no update. of course they have a robotic customer care service who will utter the dialogues taught to them. the customer care email id doesn't bother to reply, even their online system is so poor.
                Now i'm stuck with my money.

                    Dear sir/madam.,
                    Kindly note that the above smart phone has an issue with its charging. Shows fully charged but in reality does not last 30 minutes of operation. The charge indicator shows 100% but this indication never reduces its value as i use the phone thus giving wrong idea of charge requirement.
                    This problem is from day one and as i have been travelling extensively has not been able to sort this issue.

                      Sir i purchased a hp laptop with adp in november, 2015. But the serial number of laptop is not printed on invoice i get. Now my laptop's screen is broken and i want to use adp to repair it but the service center of hp refused to repair because serial number is not printed on invoice so i ask snapdeal to generated a new one printing serial no on it but they sent me a new copy of old invoice.                         I had purchased a tv 40" panasonic on 2nd june. It was delivered on 7th. There was problem in the display and the wall hanging kit was missing. I registered a return request. The product was picked up on 9th morning. I have still not received my refund of rs.30869 the product was picked up by jv express courier on 9th but they delivered it back to snapdeal on 25th june. I have called atleast 25-30 times and even emailed them, but i have not received any response. Pls help.

                        today i have resent the same with 2 attachments which show that i am not at fault but snapdeal is taking my money. im just a loyal customer.
                        how convenient is that. are you not ashamed of yourself for doing such frauds????
                        first you deliver a faulty tv, then when i returned it (on the same day return request was generated), you take the tv back and dont return my money!!! how shameless are you?? i have all supporting documents. if i go legal, i will ensure you pay for each and every harm you have caused me. you are unnecessarily harassing customers by just taking away their money. the law is their to take care of customers who are suffering like us and they will make sure you pay for all this. i have already told more than 30-40 people never to buy from snapdeal and i have shown them what you are doing with me. i am a very social person with more than 1100 friends on facebook and many more in real life. i assure you that this will not go well.

                                        I would like to inform that we have purchased branded laptop under order id: [protected] dated 3rd june 2016 of rs. 37, 548 laptop specification
                                        Dell inspiron 3148 2-in-1 laptop (4th gen intel core i3- 4gb ram - 500gb hdd - 29.46 cm (11.6)- touch - windows 10) (silver)

                                        We received return confirmation through email dated 18/6/16 for under return request no.24603179

                                        We received damage product after that we have submitted our request to snapdeal customer care so many time and said us for return product through blue dart courier and the courier charges they will refund also.


                                        We have shipped damage product after snapdeal return confirmation vide receipt no [protected] dated 20-6-16 but again they are not accepting return from bluedart till date.

                                        The purpose for purchase the laptop not fulfilled

                                        I would like to say that if my refund not done immediate then i will take all legal action against this fraud practices done with us..

                                        Almost 20 days have crossed and so many follow-up we have done in this concern

                                        Kindly refund the requested amount immediate otherwise we will take all legal action against this fraud and approach to consumer form etc.
