I had purchased a tv 40" panasonic on 2nd june. It was delivered on 7th. There was problem in the display and the wall hanging kit was missing. I registered a return request. I ordered a shirt from snapdeal about 2 months ego, due to size issue I just it returned back. But after that day I am continue calling but their is no action taken against it. The reverse pickup for the return product has been completed and the return has been approved... the status is showing that Refund Successful! in the help search for quite a long time... but...

I have ordered wrist watch through snapdeal (order no - [protected]) worth 1200 but i received a 5 rs. soap. i filed a return request and they have closed it saying that you will not get the refund as product sent to you was genuine.

If they have sent correct product and i have received wrong product they should check on the matter with either seller or courier partner.

Where the thing went wrong must be snapdeal's...

Hi, My email id "[protected]@gmail.com" has been used by an anonymous person to create an account and order 3 mobile phones. Since I had the details in my inbox I logged in to the Snapdeal account and cancelled the order as well as requested Snapdeal to delete the account created with the email id "[protected]@gmail.com".
I was surprised that the Snapdeal person did not take immediate action. Infact he did not even understand the urgency...
