            Hi,
            This is the mail i wrote to snapdeal, which they shamelessly didn't responded to

            This is in regards with the surya accent 3br glass top order i placed more than a week back.
            First you need to understand the level of mental harassment and torture you make the customer go through.

            We need to agree that it is a big product and the pictorial representation on the box would depict how the product looks like.
            Instead i was delivered shamelessly by your efforts which is zero, a two burner glass top.

            I understand you do this for your fun time, as snapdeal has more than a million unsatisfied users and still counting.
            I called up one of your executives and shamelessly she was apologizing, and helplessly i asked for a replacement with the original product i ordered, i. e. 3 burner glass top stove.

            Yesterday, while two days have passed since i returned the product, i got a message on my phone, stating that your refund has been initiated.
            Did i asked for refund in the first place?
            Did you consult with me before taking that step?
            Are you going to bear the expenses that i suffer, coz o[censored]navailability of a gas stove for so many days?
            And i read in epaper, that that ceo says, those who don't perform at snapdeal, needs to be sacked.
            I suggest him to take the first step himself, and step down for the sake of humanity.

            You know, you guys are lucky to start this copy-paste ecommerce site in india with zero originality, worst interfaces to access products on webpage; and go away with it. if you were in united states, i would have dragged you to the court, until you would have paid for all the mental stress you people give and are happy for it.

            I also received a message that the returned product didn't met a quality check. ofcourse, when you have to send a consumer a product a, and instead you send some product c, were you sleeping?

            I will take this to the consumer forum and will see what you guys have to say.
            Have a shameless weekend and days ahead.
            Shame on your services. learn something from amazon, rather than cheating your customers.

              I have ordered a product from Snapdeal(paid order) on 17th June (Order id: [protected]). they dispatch it through Gati courier with docket no.[protected] on 20th June(Nagpur to Jabalpur) with delivery promising date of 24th of June. then I got call from Gati on 25th June that they misrouted the shipment and it'll take 7-8 more days. so I cancelled the Order on Snapdeal and as well as informed Gati that don't proceed further. So as per Gati's policy it reached destination city(Jabalpur) on 28th June and then rebooked for Origin city(Nagpur) on same day with new Docket no.[protected]. and it reached origin city on 1st July to Snapdeal. and today is 6th July and still they didn't initiate my refund. I called them every alternate day and ask for refund and every time they respond that they don't have any kind o[censored]pdate regarding item has returned because they still checking the previous docket no (origin to destination) and not checking return docket no.[protected]destination to origin). they just fooling the customer to wait more days for a simple process and not giving my refund.

              It's been 7 days since product return back to your warehouse. Return docket no.[protected].
              I don't know why this worst kind of service you provide to customer.
              Your concern team either too lazy or doesn't exist because it'll not take so many days to call Gati courier with dispatched docket no and ask the status and they will tell you that it has returned to origin on 1st july and they'll give you return docket no too to see for yourself.

                I bought two googleplay giftcards from snapdeal.The products were delivered to me 28 days ago but snapdeal didn't activated my cards. After numerous complaints and calls I am frustrated because all I am getting is fake assurances from snapdeal. Now snapdeal is not replying to my complaints and calls. How these fraudsters still in the business is wonder. They should go to jail for stealing peoples money and harrasing people. I hope Indian government will quickly arrest these fraudsters.

                    I have order iball q45 tablet from snapdeal on feb'2016, when i ordered it showed one year warranty. Last month my tab wi fi not working, so i reached iball authorized service center in chennai. They told that the seller "agarwal electronics" is not an authorized iball seller and so that they don't claim the warranty and won't repair the product too.

                    Now what should i must do, say snapdeal. Just waste of money spending to you, atleast amazon and flipkart are better than you.

                    Last month I ordered one fastrack goggles from snapdeal which was delivered on 14th september, it was not having the warranty card filled where it is clearly mentioned in the warranty card that if the card is not filled then no warranty could be claimed.Within 1 week, one of the springs of the goggles' frame came out and i went to the nearest fastrack titan showroom to claim the warranty as my product was under 1 year warranty and they simply refused because the card was left blank.I wrote letter to the customer care of snapdeal and no reply came.After that i started calling the helpline number and they told that they would resolve my issue within 1 or 2 days but nothing has happened yet after almost 3 weeks!!One of the most offending thing is that their helpline number is also not toll free and every time i have to use my balance to contact them even if the fault is completely theirs!!

                    I purchased 4 dublin folding chairs on October 2016 (INVOICE NUMBER :S28097/16-17/3668), the product covers 2 years warranty period. But few of times o[censored]ses the flat metal body seats of all chairs are now bent and became slippy. They are useless.

                    Regarding these, i have contacted seller TRENDS FURNISHERS New Delhi as details received from the retail invoice, but he refused me and said you got the product from Snapdeal so contact Snapdeal, we can't do anything in this matter.                       I ordered a formal shoe in snapdeal.It quite lot of differences in preview of site and reality.so, I request a return this item as well as they will accept for return of product.

                        I orderedasus zenfone max zc550kl (16 gb, quad-core) with order id. [protected] on 25th june 2014. just after 5 minute of ordering. i cancelled my order. snapdeal says they refunded immidiatly after cancellation. but its been & days and i didnt get any refund in my account. i complained 4 times with reference no. 25668038, 25670017, 25708625.
                        I called the customer care 11 times too, they tell me everytime the different thing. first time they tell me its a technical problem with their account, second time they tell me to check it in my account, third time they tell me that they are gonna initiate my refund again. i am feeling lost because its about 10k money and i am not getting any satisfied answer from snapdeal.

                            I have ordered a set of pillows and your logistics partner delivered it to me to Visakhapatnam, Andhra pradesh.
                            I asked him about the clarification on price of the pillows. He replied in a harsh manner saying that, "You have to look at those before you order your product". I didn't get a message fron Snapdeal also regarding the amount I have to pay on COD as a confirmation. Moreover, after myself confirming from my dad that the price was 1360, the delivery boy was asking me a total of 1400. I don't understand whether he is a logistic delivery boy or a postman. I sent the order back and replied in my way . Snapdeal is no where near to its competitors when it comes to customer service. Being the most viewed writer for e commerce and startups in Quora; I have decided to share this experience to the nation and urge them to switch to companies like Amazon who has tied up with quality logistics partners and I promise, I will never order something on Snapdeal. Worst experience.

                                  This is regarding [protected] order which is fieesta black and yellow pendulum wall clock. first of all i wanted to tell this is worst and costly clock. this was 4th time when i received different order which i ordered. i have complained many time but it seems they do not care about the customer. other than this this, i raised request for return it from site i scheduled it for 3 to 6pm time but nobody comes during that duration they will force to schedule it for other day since i am working person so i asked to schedule for weekend (saturday or sunday) as they are not coming in scheduled time but after this also daily they keeps on calling me for the pickup till friday but i keep on telling them for weekend and when weekend came nobody came for the pickup but again from monday they started calling and they asked weird question like do you really want to return it? then i said that why i raised request and afterward they have closed my request and when called in customer care they said we will not return it you have to keep the product.

                                    I've placed an order for Philips 8310 Hair Straightener- Black. But when it delivered I saw that the outer box of the product is damaged and the model no. shows in the product is 8309 instead of 8310(which I've ordered). In the box pack it displays the model no. 8310 and in the product it displays the model no. 8309. I've complained then I then after the delivery. But the Pick-up Courier guys didn't receive the product as Snapdeal didn't mentioned in their mail to the Courier complaint that the product model number is changed from 8310 to 8309. Total 10 complaints have been lodged to the Snapdeal Customer Support so far but everytime I called them they said your problem will be solved immediately. I'm really fade-up for this kind of inconveniences. Total 5 or 6 times the courier has cancelled to pic-up my product due to snapdeal still not confirmed the courier that the product model no. is 8309 with the outer box model no. 8310.

                                        Snapdeal is no more a trust worthy site. Stay away from it. I too had bad experience. Their delivery person is abusive and customer care does not give proper response. After buying from it you will have problems only.

                                        Sent via MicromaxI had ordered cap from snapdeal  on 14 jan and received on 19 jan but i returned it back  soon. the reason is that i did not like the quality of the cap and it not looks good as it is in the picture.  On 30 i received notification and it said-  parcel received to snapdeal and checking is in progress but today the courier guy called me i.e the parcel is back again(5 feb) why??  But i Send it back to the person, the courier guy.  Atleast give some reason why it is send back again?  See..  When i received the cap and took from the package, i did not like and it looks old The colour is also faded.
