First you need to understand the level of mental harassment and torture you make the customer go through.

The reverse pickup for the return product has been completed and the return has been approved... the status is showing that the refund will be initiated in a few hours in the help search for quite a long time... but still the refund is not yet initiated to my bank account... kindly initiate the refunds soon as possible...

I have order iball q45 tablet from snapdeal on feb'2016, when i ordered it showed one year warranty. Last month my tab wi fi not working, so i reached iball authorized service center in chennai. They told that the seller "agarwal electronics" is not an authorized iball seller and so that they don't claim the warranty and won't repair the product too.

Now what should i must do, say snapdeal. Just waste...
