This is the mail i wrote to snapdeal, which they shamelessly didn't responded to
This is in regards with the surya accent 3br glass top order i placed more than a week back.
First you need to understand the level of mental harassment and torture you make the customer go through.
We need to agree that it is a big product and the pictorial representation on the box would depict how the product looks like.
Instead i was delivered shamelessly by your efforts which is zero, a two burner glass top.
I understand you do this for your fun time, as snapdeal has more than a million unsatisfied users and still counting.
I called up one of your executives and shamelessly she was apologizing, and helplessly i asked for a replacement with the original product i ordered, i. e. 3 burner glass top stove.
Yesterday, while two days have passed since i returned the product, i got a message on my phone, stating that your refund has been initiated.
Did i asked for refund in the first place?
Did you consult with me before taking that step?
Are you going to bear the expenses that i suffer, coz o[censored]navailability of a gas stove for so many days?
And i read in epaper, that that ceo says, those who don't perform at snapdeal, needs to be sacked.
I suggest him to take the first step himself, and step down for the sake of humanity.
You know, you guys are lucky to start this copy-paste ecommerce site in india with zero originality, worst interfaces to access products on webpage; and go away with it. if you were in united states, i would have dragged you to the court, until you would have paid for all the mental stress you people give and are happy for it.
I also received a message that the returned product didn't met a quality check. ofcourse, when you have to send a consumer a product a, and instead you send some product c, were you sleeping?
I will take this to the consumer forum and will see what you guys have to say.

Shame on your services. learn something from amazon, rather than cheating your customers.
