This is regarding [protected] order which is fieesta black and yellow pendulum wall clock. first of all i wanted to tell this is worst and costly clock. this was 4th time when i received different order which i ordered. i have complained many time but it seems they do not care about the customer. other than this this, i raised request for return it from site i scheduled it for 3 to 6pm time but nobody comes during that duration they will force to schedule it for other day since i am working person so i asked to schedule for weekend (saturday or sunday) as they are not coming in scheduled time but after this also daily they keeps on calling me for the pickup till friday but i keep on telling them for weekend and when weekend came nobody came for the pickup but again from monday they started calling and they asked weird question like do you really want to return it? then i said that why i raised request and afterward they have closed my request and when called in customer care they said we will not return it you have to keep the product.

I AM ONLY GETTING CALLS. NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AND NOW I AM NOT SURE THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY OR NOT AS THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL
When I am telling I am available from past 2 days then then they did not schedule it and when I told I am not available on Friday then they have scheduled for Friday only.
Is this a correct way ?
You people are caling me and telling fake things like I refused the product. Nobody came to my house I have the proofs there is no entry in my society. DO YOU HAVE ANY PROOF?
YOU HAVE THE WORST COURIER AND SERVICE FROM PAST 4 WEEKS I AM STRUGGLING TO RETURN THAT BAD PRODUCT. I CALLED IN YOURS CUSTOMER CARE THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO ME.

    I've placed an order for Philips 8310 Hair Straightener- Black. But when it delivered I saw that the outer box of the product is damaged and the model no. shows in the product is 8309 instead of 8310(which I've ordered). In the box pack it displays the model no. 8310 and in the product it displays the model no. 8309. I've complained then I then after the delivery. But the Pick-up Courier guys didn't receive the product as Snapdeal didn't mentioned in their mail to the Courier complaint that the product model number is changed from 8310 to 8309. Total 10 complaints have been lodged to the Snapdeal Customer Support so far but everytime I called them they said your problem will be solved immediately. I'm really fade-up for this kind of inconveniences. Total 5 or 6 times the courier has cancelled to pic-up my product due to snapdeal still not confirmed the courier that the product model no. is 8309 with the outer box model no. 8310.

      Actually i ordered a jeans but there is fabric issue so i returned it. after picked up process completed the refund process is pending from last 10 days i did not get any message from that side. if i dial [protected] given number from snap deal side. i got answer from answering machine that you refund is initiated on 25th june and it will take 4 days but yet i did not get refund money.
      No any direct no to talk to customer care executive.

        Snapdeal is no more a trust worthy site. Stay away from it. I too had bad experience. Their delivery person is abusive and customer care does not give proper response. After buying from it you will have problems only.

        Sent via MicromaxI had ordered cap from snapdeal  on 14 jan and received on 19 jan but i returned it back  soon. the reason is that i did not like the quality of the cap and it not looks good as it is in the picture.  On 30 i received notification and it said-  parcel received to snapdeal and checking is in progress but today the courier guy called me i.e the parcel is back again(5 feb) why??  But i Send it back to the person, the courier guy.  Atleast give some reason why it is send back again?  See..  When i received the cap and took from the package, i did not like and it looks old The colour is also faded.           My phone microsoft lumia 550 started hanging, over heating, restarting and brightness also bling after 20 days of buying.                       I had placed a refund/replacement request, but the Customer care told me since it was an electronic item, it cant be refunded or replaced.

                      Hence, I took the product, and now on the order details it still shows replacement in progress, and I cant get my invoice.

                        I had placed a ordered for nikon dslr camera 5200. oder no of the product is [protected] and amount is 27000/-app. i had received the used product, so i was returned the product and refund my amount back into my credit card. but snapdeal decline my request and don't tell me the reason for decline my complaint. i tell them that i had received used product and the product is not working properly. so i want my money back, but they tell we couldn't accept your complaint and we send back your product. i said that what is the reason for rejected of my complaint, they refuse to tell me the reason. so please it is my humble request take a strict action against that company which fraud with their customers and please refund back my amount into my credit card. i shall be very thankful to you for this.

                                Sir an Asus laptop A555LA XX2065D NOTEBOOK, price 26790 from snapdeal, have order it on 8 june 2016 and delivered it in my house on 20th June 2016 which was damaged item delivered . And on that day I registered a complain to refund my Money as soon as possible but it is now near about 23 days and still no response from there for initiating my process and they saying to take patience. As they told to return the item I packed it properly and waiting for jv express for reverse pick up but they ignored my item to pick .then again I call to snapdeal and they said to send the item to 122004 (Khasra no 1740/1211/1/2/2 min, 1289/1212 village khandsa, Gurgaon 122004 . Near by hero Honda Chauck footover bridge begmpur khatola Road

Still they ignoring my item and saying they did not get my item as the item shown as it already arrived at 122004 Gurgaon overnite express . So they just playing with my refunding my money .                                   I have heard stories of Snapdeal achievement within short time in various media, that was really one of the inspiring things for me.

                                  But, when it finally came to customer service level, everything was going fine until I placed the Order ID: [protected] (Adiko Cahuna High Back Executive Chair in Brown Leatherette). The product was delivered as INCOMPLETE, the hydrolic lift mechanism (i.e. gas cylinder) was missing in the parcel.

                                  Details:

                                  - 7 June, 2016: Order Placed
                                  - 12 June, 2016: Product Delivered
                                  - 12 June, 2016: Reverse Pick Up request placed immediately after finding the product as incomplete.
                                  - 16 June, 2016: Delivery guy refused to pickup as he did not come with proper transportation.

                                  After that I am continuosly following up with Snapdeal Customer Care in vain, and every time false promises are made for reverse pick up within 48 hours.

                                  Its already 22 (twenty two) days over from the day I made the request for reverse pickup. Now I have lost my expectation on Snapdeal.

                                  Mentioning few names from Customer Server Department, I can remember, who failed to keep their promises -

                                  - Mr. Arjun Sharma (Floor Superviser)
                                  - Miss Suhana Jay Ram (Customer Care representative)

                                  Today (3 July, 2016), when I asked a suggestion from Mr. Aman Deep Singh (Customer Care representative), if he is in my place as a customer, how he would react in this delay issue. He suggested me a very good thing that he will call Customer care again and again, and if it does not work, he will threaten and try ALL OTHER means including registering complaint. Luckily I have recorded the conversation for future reference.

                                  I really thank him to open my eyes.

                                  Hence, registering the Complaint to provide me a solution as soon as possible.

                                    Please note on 01/07/2016 i got call from snapdeal to my mobile attended the call i explained the issue with the person on the call about the issue ordered 2 pieces of kolorfish hard shell back cover case for apple iphone 4s but on delivery on snapdeal pack inside found only 1 piece pack kolorfish hard shell back cover case for apple iphone 4s so the balance 1 piece is not packed only 1 piece packed by snapdeal before delivery to us .

                                    As per person on the phone the 1 piece amount will be reversed to the bank from where i remitted to snapdeal purchase so still not reach my bank

                                    So please advise us when the amount will be back to my bank account

                                      There is no doubt Snapdeal is a fraud company, i order a microtek 4130 stabilizer but the company send me microtek 4170 stabilizer when i complaint for return the company said u can send it manually when i send it the company told me the quality check failed and your product will send to you . i think i file a case against sanapdeal in consumer court. and i think this complients can upload in social networking site in my friend circle.my ORDER ID-[protected] Please resolve this problem

                                        I have booked iphone 5s from the snapdeal on 27th june 2016, they have mentioned the deivery date at 1st july. today on 2nd july i get a message in the morning that i will get my order for today means ot should be delivered for today only. so we waited the whole day, actually we have to go out the whole family but to receive the parcel we have been waiting. till evening no updates come so i called the courier office asking about the speedy deivery. now at 7 pm i m getting message that because of your request for future delivery we will deliver it after 48 hours. i don't know why they are fooling when i have asked about that??
