I have heard stories of Snapdeal achievement within short time in various media, that was really one of the inspiring things for me.
But, when it finally came to customer service level, everything was going fine until I placed the Order ID: [protected] (Adiko Cahuna High Back Executive Chair in Brown Leatherette). The product was delivered as INCOMPLETE, the hydrolic lift mechanism (i.e. gas cylinder) was missing in the parcel.
Details:
- 7 June, 2016: Order Placed
- 12 June, 2016: Product Delivered
- 12 June, 2016: Reverse Pick Up request placed immediately after finding the product as incomplete.
- 16 June, 2016: Delivery guy refused to pickup as he did not come with proper transportation.
After that I am continuosly following up with Snapdeal Customer Care in vain, and every time false promises are made for reverse pick up within 48 hours.
Its already 22 (twenty two) days over from the day I made the request for reverse pickup. Now I have lost my expectation on Snapdeal.
Mentioning few names from Customer Server Department, I can remember, who failed to keep their promises -
- Mr. Arjun Sharma (Floor Superviser)
- Miss Suhana Jay Ram (Customer Care representative)
Today (3 July, 2016), when I asked a suggestion from Mr. Aman Deep Singh (Customer Care representative), if he is in my place as a customer, how he would react in this delay issue. He suggested me a very good thing that he will call Customer care again and again, and if it does not work, he will threaten and try ALL OTHER means including registering complaint. Luckily I have recorded the conversation for future reference.
I really thank him to open my eyes.
Hence, registering the Complaint to provide me a solution as soon as possible.
