I had placed a refund/replacement request, but the Customer care told me since it was an electronic item, it cant be refunded or replaced.

Hence, I took the product, and now on the order details it still shows replacement in progress, and I cant get my invoice.

Order number is [protected], order was placed on 22 Aug, I even received the item and I am using it. Hence I need the invoice.
