Once i changed the selfie stick but unfortunately return product is also not working.

    Still not got refunded amount
    We ordered a ABP DIGITAL PERSONAL WEIGHING SCALE from snapdeal but received a defective product s o I need to return it.
    Customers are getting confused and cheated frequently from snapdeal ...worest product and defective product. I had paid cash on delivery 540 rs . But due to defective product I had to return it. So the snapdeal told me to self return it.so we will paid courier charges150 rs in free charge accountand 540rs of product in my bank account they told it will be refunded immediately as we receive the product. bit still I had not get when I asked about return process there is no response from snapdeal customer care. Only i get the ans is that it will take 24 to 48 hr to process or say that their is some technical problems. From 25 day I am waiting for my refund snapdeal deal is cheating customer still my refund money is not given. and my order id is [protected]. They had received the product on 8th june. Plz give my refund back

      Hi,

      I had brought a Crackndeal Back Cover For Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 - Multicolour from snapdeal in April. Order ID: [protected].

      First of all this product was purely fake, of bad quality. Since Snapdeal has 7 day return policy i had raised a ticket as soon as i received the product. And since then i have written to snapdeal support five to ten times but they are still not able to provide me the refund.

      I have also written about the product on product page but Snapdeal doesnt show that review, apparently they want to save trader and facilitate them to sell the crappy products to other users. After this experience i am for sure not gonna buy any product ever again from snapdeal and will tell others to avoid ordering anything from snapdeal.

          I have ordered Far Cry Primal PS4 on 22nd June 2016 and i received the package from Xpressbess. I paid the cash. When i opened the order, i see a SKETCH BOOK. I initiated a replacement of the order. Thanks Snapdeal for taking the replacement. What's weird is the replacement is done by the same seller, from whom i got the SKETCH BOOK. So, i have raised a query with Snapdeal to verify the order so that this issue won't happen again. I got a mail from Snapdeal that they will call me in a maximum of 24 hours. It's going to be two days and i am still waiting for the call.

          I have raised another request. Still no calls. Not sure whether i will get call from Snapdeal or not. It's really frustrating.

              I had purchase iphone 6 from snapdeal. i got it on 14th of june but it was 64gb and looked like fake/copy, i immediatly contact customer care of snapdeal and made complaint . they told me to wheather i want replace or refund for this, i chose refund option, next day courier was picked up and i got a msg that my refund was initiate on 16th june . but i havent got any refund yet.fortunately the delivery guy had told me to make a video or take photos before open the package, so i did . i have full proof of your product delivered to me that day.give me my refund or i will file a case

                    Snapdeal website for above referred product shows the product is under 12 months warranty. However Yamaha website clearly mentions products purchased from online or unauthorised dealers aren't covered by Yamaha.

                    I have requested hence to return this product but got mail from snapdeal that such denial provide in writing? I will complain to customers court if my return request isn't considered by snapdeal.

                      I have purchased two i ball tablets from snapdeal,
                      With in one day i have noticed that one tablet was getting switched off automatically and the other one was not at all turning on.
                      Now that sanpdeal has sent some technician to my place where he mentions that there is no problem at all but when the tablet is turning off automatically how can some one can simply say it is working good.
                      I have placed refund request on 3rd day from delivey.
                      Now that snapdeal has sent me a mail mentioning to go to i ball service centre.
                      1st thing they sold me malfunction product and secondly they are asking me to visit service center how fair is this.

                        I'm a seller on snapdeal, i sell fabric on snapdeal, have had such a bad experience with snapdeal, seller code se9707, name styliner-rewa-voi, i sent my products to their warehouse, they lost it and now not even reimbursing the money for same. They confirmed that the products have been lost and they'll initiate the payment in 2-3 cycles, but after that they have stopped taking calls, they want me to fill indemnity letter, why would i do that... They had the product, i don't want to sell on snapdeal anymore, all they have to do is make a refund, i asked them, if there's a confusion send someone to visit my office to solve the case, but still no reply. My rs 21000 worth stock is with them, i need full refund within next 7 days.

                        I ordered few things in snapdeal but didn't get them and many days have passed since the promised delivery date... I don't think I'll ever use snapdeal again.                               I have not received the main handset which samsung j 7 the day i received the parcel when i opened it there was only charger headphone battery and warranty card handset was missing i had registered a complaint as well but there is no response they are just trying to ignore my complaint and they asked my i'd proof and parcel images for the sake of how genuine i am so i dont understand what i have to do for my money i am having empty parcel with me and looking at it feel like cheated by snapdeal today the 1 july when i spoked to the customer care associate he was not able to help me so asked her to transfer my call to supervisor he told me that we will not be able to help u as your return request is rejected but i don't understand if my empty parcel is with me so how can they reject my request i need my refund it's being 1 week from my complaint no one is helpful in snapdeal they just listen to investigation team not the customer

                              Help out with my refund that's it how many times should I contact you you guys never reply to me properly u guys are not that professional in terms of handling customer problems I just need my money back which I paid to u guys for an empty parcel or else u can say for charger headphone and battery and some sort of warranty card call me on my contact no i[censored] really wish to help me with refund 14250/-

                                  My sale price is 228 and they are taking 180 courier charges 218 marketing fees . they are fraud, there is no phone number for seller support, logistics cost is very high.. commissions are high.. they do not have personal logistics, they are charging so much, every time payments problem, no one call from snapdeal

                                    i informed that due to many times call in snap deal customer care and go javas its conformation to me for delivery on 22/06/16 & and many more ... also my booking delivery by snap deal customer care executive till 29/06/2016 on 5 pm. but not Delivered me. ( such types of false delivery & message again and again but not really attempts for delivery)
                                    really i am facing many problems and so long delay for online purchasing by snap deal.

                                    also ur Currier partner said i have only 4 rupees per article for delivery so i am not care for our delivery.just only formality by message.i[censored] like or not doesn't matter.
                                    so i never purchasing with ur organisation in future due to such response and delay, (In this 2nd purchasing with ur organization i known better your system )
                                    we all friends lose faith with ur system!!

                                      I had purchased a mobile phone from snapdeal which was found to be faulty with its bluetooth not working and issues with charging. first, they insisted they will check the phone and then only initiate a return. then, for several days thier courier guy didnt turn up. the courier guy finally picked up the phone from my house but didnt give any receipt of the same even after asking. his name is ravi (jv express) and i have his number too. snapdeal is saying they havent received the courier and refuse to do anything about it. its been a month and half of constant struggle with them

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,


                                        I have order Maharaja Whiteline Ultimate with
                                        Order ID: [protected]. But on receipt i found this product of very poor quality and also not in function. So I have requested for return of this item on 25th June 2016 and on 26th June 2016 i have received the message from Vulcan express that they will pick my packet. But from that day I have complaint on regular basis but till the date my packet still not picked up. So please help me in return and refund my amt.
