Dear sir/madam, i order phillips trimmer from snapdeal which order id is [protected]. First time no body contact me but order status was out of delivery. I filled date and time form next delivery attempt. But at last no courier boy came and no body contact me. At the end order status was customer refussal. Now i contacted snapdeal cc executive but no response given till now from 4 days. Please take strict action regarding snapdeal and courier...

When i received the product i had some issues with it so i applied for refund but the costumer care executive that called up after the complaint told me that my issues were not covered by the return policy. The product remained with me. But now (After 7 months of purchase) my handset has shown up some technical issues which are to be covered by its manufacturer warranty....

It does not have features which i expected i expect that it have sim card and memory card features but it don't have these features it have bluetooth through which i call but i don't think so i want refund my money. and my brother want to return it...

Snapdeal has provided me with the default product and when i complained, they denied to refund/return.

Please get it resolved.

I ordered a mobile 08.06.2016 and it delivered 12.06.2016. I return it on 14.06.2016 but snapdeal called me and suggest me for service center.. Is that snapdeal return policy?? After complain they agree for return my item through manual. So i returned it manual 22.06.2016 from dtdc courier service i paid rs.750 /- for send my percel.. After delivered they returned back my item but mobile was fully ok so why they return the item... It's unexpected...

On their request i had delivered the product to their required address. I have already got the refund regarding the product i. E 1948 rs. But as promised they have not refunded me the courier charges since then.

I bought a woodland belt from there site they deliver duplicate product to me and they didn't resolve the issue since last 10days.
No satisfactory reply from there side.
(Every time they replies we are working on it...)

The customer service is not reliable at all.

Pls aware and suggest "not to buy anything from them".

I have recently bought lenovo laptop model 50-80 80e502ulin from 'snap
Deal' online.
On opening & operating the system on 14/06/2016 and upon checking the
Warranty period at lenovo, it shows that warranty expires on 29 april
2017., that is, 45 days before the actual expiry date.
On contacting lenovo, i was advised to forward (1) on line confirmation mail and (2) invoice copy to lenovo for warranty...

Worst customer care,,, i got damaged speaker.. And now snapdeal is not replacing it.. And also i called customer care but this is no one who replied to my call,, only the computer speaks..
I want my refund.

I have ordered Besure Aloe Vera Soap - Pack Of 12 (Order ID: [protected]) and received 4 soaps instead of 12 with a rough book for adjusting the actual weight of the package . I have raised the issue to Snapdeal customer care and they assured me for refund within 24 hours. But almost 3 days gone no response on their part. Feeling cheated from a reputed online shopping site....

Due to the poor quality of dress materials, the items were returned back and they confirmed the amount has been successfully refunded on 14 June but I haven't received it in my account yet . I am an expat and used my NRE- Non Resident External bank for money transaction(net banking).
