I have 2 number of product returned since last 1 months to snap deal but still my refund has not been credited yet. Please do the needful asap and i have given mail 3 to 4 time but no body has responded yet.. My complain number has been registered with reference number 25352759.. Please solve this issue asap otherwise i will go for legal. Please let me know the status asap.

    This mail is regarding purchased product infocus bingo 10 (8gb), from snapdeal on 10 jun 2016 order id: [protected].
    Product delivered to me after few days, after delivery i found that product is not as mentioned on site.
    The quality of body of product is too poor and the features as shown about product is not as satisfaction and also i am not satisfied with the quality feature of product like ram speed, camera etc.
    So overall i am not satisfied with the product, after that i raised a return request (Under return policy) on 23 june 2016 with ticket id[protected].
    But still matter is not resolved they are saying that we can’t return product still you don’t have any big issue. Please help me.

      I have purchased mobile samsung galaxy j3 (8gb) from snapdeal

      Delivered on 20 june 2016

      But we were not satisfied with the set with its quality and it looked like refurbished product and on 24 june we made a complaint for its return within 7 days of its arrival, the snap deal company's customer care representative said that we will send a person to check your mobile if any issue is there we will take return. The person visited the same day and checked the set, as it was for my parents and i was not at home he talked to me and said that yes problem is there and in 24 hours the courier person will come and collect the same and give you a receipt. I am taking the complaint and you will be informed, within 24 hrs no person came so i contacted customer care and came to know that they have mailed me that i have to go to samsung service center to get it repaired 'i have written mail ' and mentioned that there is minor issue with your phone, when i said that if there is issue then you must return it as you know it and you have sent your system engineer to check it also, now they are saying that the person has reported that the trouble shoot was successful and no problem was there.
      This is not a fair customer practice, i had requested for a refund and that too your system engineer has checked it. Still i had written mails no reply and calling to customer care means nothing as they are saying go to service center yourself?? Please help and get me my refund.

      After 1 week of holding and saying that they are unable to trace the system engineer now you are saying that you have contacted system engineer and he said the set was normal and working fine to you. If this was the case then why not the job sheet was provided to us at the time of visit and also why he told to us that it will be returned and in 24 hours the courier boy will come and accept it. Very bad and pathetic response from your side. Will never refer any one to you ever again.

        I've order prachi silk mills multicoloured art silk saree combos from snapdeal with order no. [protected]. On 07-jun-2016. But they took the amount ie rs. 699 twice.In two transactions. I complaint them with reference no.24632338, they mailed me to refund the extra amount within 2 business days on 16 june, 2016 but still not refund my money. I called/mail them several time but in vain.
        I hope with this complaint, you (Snapdeal) refund my money at earliest.

          I am a seller with snapdeal from last two years in the beginning they are very good in business with the sellers but suddenly something went wrong and everything has changed. They are neither returning the product returned by customer nor refunding the amount against that good.
          Infact in some cases they are returning back different product to us. mostly i got back was shades and goggles instead of iron and blenders that we have sent. When we escalate the issue to snapdeal they just said we have send the same. and close the issue after that they won't even respond to the issue.

          we are selling appliances then why we will send shades to customer if we know that we have to pay wrong charges on them. when we handle over the products to courier boy they take it to the warehouses. I don't know where and when our product are getting replaced with such a fraud and fake things.

          We have are big trouble as neither we are getting our product back nor we are getting cost of our product instead we are paying forward and reverse logistic charges and also the taxes.

          WE ARE HERE TO BUSINESS AND NOT FOR LOSING!!!1

              Snapdeal claims that the refunded amount of roti maker was added to sd cash, this was done unbeknownst to me.
              Also, without informing me and without any valid reason, siezed the sd cash amount.
              Now, the situation is, i returned the roti maker but didn't get the refund.

I have placed a return request, and the item was picked up by snapdeal executive on 22 jun 16. But i have not received my amount rs. 175/- refund till date.                         When i received the product i had some issues with it so i applied for refund but the costumer care executive that called up after the complaint told me that my issues were not covered by the return policy. The product remained with me. But now (After 7 months of purchase) my handset has shown up some technical issues which are to be covered by its manufacturer warranty. Therefore i logged onto the order history page to download the invoice. I was surprised to see that the order history says 'returned' while it was not (I have attached a screenshot of the page). I tried to resolve the issue by searching for a way to communicate this particular problem but couldn't find any. I believe this is some technical problem with the page. I hope snapdeal resolves the issue as soon as possible.

                              I ordered a mobile 08.06.2016 and it delivered 12.06.2016. I return it on 14.06.2016 but snapdeal called me and suggest me for service center.. Is that snapdeal return policy?? After complain they agree for return my item through manual. So i returned it manual 22.06.2016 from dtdc courier service i paid rs.750 /- for send my percel.. After delivered they returned back my item but mobile was fully ok so why they return the item... It's unexpected from snapdeal.. I don't want this mobile again.. I want my money refund..                                 On their request i had delivered the product to their required address. I have already got the refund regarding the product i. E 1948 rs. But as promised they have not refunded me the courier charges since then.

                                I have sent them the required "courier receipt image" on their email id but haven't got any response yet.

                                I have called their customer care 4 times and their response was "your refund will be initiated within 24 hours"

                                But its been a week now that i haven't got my refund yet which is 520rs.

                                So, i kindly request you to look into this matter and help me to solve the issue.

                                    I have recently bought lenovo laptop model 50-80 80e502ulin from 'snap
                                    Deal' online.
                                    On opening & operating the system on 14/06/2016 and upon checking the
                                    Warranty period at lenovo, it shows that warranty expires on 29 april
                                    2017., that is, 45 days before the actual expiry date.
                                    On contacting lenovo, i was advised to forward (1) on line confirmation mail and (2) invoice copy to lenovo for warranty validation.

                                        I am ravinder. I place a order on snapdeal. The product 32 gb sandisk iphone usb was mrp 10000/- rupees and after discount 99/- rupees only.
                                        So i order and get a confirmation call that i have recorded.In this call order was successfully confirmed.
                                        And also got a confirmation mail and sms.
                                        After that i told to my friends about it they said please also order for us
                                        So i place maṅy order.
                                        They confirmed 9 items recorded call. After many order place. They send me sms that unable to fullfill your order.
                                        And also got a mail in email they said it's a big deal other people can benifit so we can't delver you product.
                                        Them after that they changed price from 10000/- to 6999/-
                                        And selling price 4999/-.
                                        And today i recive a call after my email to snapdeal ceo that we are sorry to fullfill because it's was a technical error.
                                        But same problem repeated with other product with discount 98%.
                                        So they are giving discount only for attract and show off.
                                        When you want place order that time price automatically increase with a sorry call.
                                        So what can i do? Snapdeal fooling with fake price and fake discount.
