I bought a venus red smart casual shoe from the website dated 21st june 2016 through my federal bank rupay debit card. Soon after placing the order i realized that my mobile number provided in my shipping adress is wrong and i cancelled the order through the website in my orders same day itself and till date i have not got any refund.
I have called them since that day for many times and i call i get false commitment that it will be credited in 4 business days.
No one calls back and no one reverts on things.

I have wasted so much of my energy and time on the calls and follow up that i have mentally gone crazy.
Also the amount have been debited from my account and i have already the paid the as well.

Kindly provide me with best possible solution and compensation as i have only this option left as i cant chase anyone anymore.

I would the also urge the regulatory body to be extra vigilant about the ecommerce companies as this is really sad for a consumer like me to get justice.


I have spend more time and energy. I want the justice from the regulatory body to ensure snapdeal compensates the same.

    I sumant chauhan purchase a xiaomi device name MI 4i mobile through snapdeal in month of January, after that there is hanging problem and heating problem the mobile during the charging and camera is not working properly.
    i visit xiaomi autharised service center name " PULKIT COMPUTER SERVICE IN ALIGARH UP" for that problem but deny the service center tell me he can not give the service because your device is unboxed so we are sorry for the service and you mobile is duplicate after that i talk to snapdeal but there is not provide the solution SIR want replacement either refund my amont.

      Irresponsible and seemingly fraud snapdeal isn't activating my Google play gift cards for last 23 days. I am frustrated after complaining and calling snapdeal numerous times. All I am getting the fake assurances for last 23 days. This is absolutely a harassment from snapdeal. I will never buy anything from snapdeal again if they steal my money like this.

      So now snapdeal not replying to me. Snapdeal sold me two fake googleplay giftcards, harassed me for one month with fake assurances and now not replying to my complaints. I wish these fraudsters get punished for stealing peoples money.

      I have bought two googleplay giftcards from snapdeal.The order ID is[protected]. The products were delivered to me 25 days ago and since then I have complained and called more than 25 times but couldn't activate my cards.It seems like I lost my money by trusting a fraud company since it is non refundable and non returnable products. Please tell me if I will actually able to activate my cards or you guys just stole my money. I have no more intention of calling or complaining as it seems useless.

          I ordered for car cover for honda amaze on 5th Jun 2016. my order id is [protected]. I received a defective product from them. so I asked for replacement. I received the replaced product on 14th Jun 2016. Even the replaced product was defective. so I requested for refund of money. I called several times to the customer care and scheduled the pickup of the product. But nobody came to pickup the product. My request reference number is 25569285.

            Suborder id: [protected] i have a raised a concern to snapdeal customer care and asking to refund of my amount to bank account. I have shared the bank details on june 24 2016. I am keep on calling to customer case (Case id :[protected] they are giving same answer as escalated to next level. I have not received from any call from them and not picked up the product also. I even called to vendor partner also. Snap deal customer care have no idea to how to rectify the issue.               I ordered versace edt on 24 june with order id [protected]
              The courier man Milan sood from Delhi veri company call me on phone and said that i have to come to pick my courier from Jodhan which is 8 km away from my address.
              So can you explain me why snap deal is booking orders where they can't deliver and also i paid in advance INR 2553 for it.

              Last time i also got my order from sarabha which is 5 km from my address. The order id of that is [protected] but that time i didn't show any interest to complain about it.

              Please give me solution of this ASAP

                We had ordered a micromax bolt q346 (8gb, grey) on cod from snapdeal and had received the delivery on june 20, 2016. However, to our surprise there was no phone in the box and the same was replaced with patanjali soap. There was screen guard and the mobile charger along with the soap in the parcel. The complaint was already done on june 20, 2016 with the snapdeal customer care. However, no action has been take till time. Snapdeal complaint number is 25258002.
                Since the first day of receiving the parcel we are following up from last one week with snapdeal for the reversal. However, there is no clarity on the same. Also, sanapdeal is not giving any proper response.
                Request your support for getting the refund from sanapdeal.

                  Recently I ordered a laptop bag from this website for my brother, they delivered a poor quality bag.and when asked to return the product, they offer their stupid freecharge cashback. Still its fine. I ordered another bag. When the order arrived, this time it was not a bad quality, it was all together a different item. It was a legging.when asked for an explanation, they told they did not have the stock thats why they delivered this. Stupid people. On top of that, its impossible to reach their customer care. Even after dialing so many numbers, all you get to hear is a computerized voice, when you actually wanna talk to a customer care representative. I need a proper explanation and action taken on this against snapdeal.

                  On top of it, today a guy came to pick up the order and when we gave him the parcel, he told he can't take as it is not a product which was ordered at the first place. That means refund will also not be initiated till the product is picked up by snapdeal. This is SNAPDEAL'S FAULT, they delivered a wrong product, giving a reason that THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT WAS OUT OF STOCK. So snapdeal, when a product is out of syock, you inform the customer about its unavailability, you don't deliver anything which comes to your mind. Thats the way a company should function, you need to learn that first. Also, if you have delivered a wrong product, it should be your responsibility to pick it up without any delay..I need a full refund in cash, i dont want any of your freecharge crap, as i am never going to use your website again so i don't need a freecharge cashback, i need full cash refund ASAP.

                    I bought a refrigerator (order no : [protected]) from snapdeal.item delivered and was advised not to open the consignment till service executive's assesment.i waited for 7-8 days and after that i opened the packing and found the glass top upon vegetable tray was completely shattered and glass pieces lying everywhere inside the fridge.i immediately complained to the customer care and they told that as the 7 days exchange time lapsed they will not return the item.
                    my mail and repeated phone call to snapdeal went in vein. their concern executives contacted me over cell phone but did nothing to satisfy my complain.even they did not bother to get a look at the item wihich was delivered.being a regular customer of snapdeal it hurts me a lot.now i will not recommend any one to buy any product from snap deal.

                      Hi,

                      I have ordered nokia back replacement for nokia lumia 730 white and my order id: [protected] on 2nd june'16. I received my product on 6th jun'16 since the product doesn't suite my phone, i raised return the product on same day. For two day nobody called me but the status is changed that "customer is not available so reschedule", on fourth day a call from snapdeal came, when i attended no one is responding on other side, the line was blank.

                      After few days mail and text message came to contact help desk of snapdeal. So, i have contacted them through the procedure what they sent through mail, but no one didn't response. Till now i have contacted customer care of snapdeal for three times, no one cares about that. They didn't response for those mail.

                      Updating fake comment as status and making us fool. I need the snapdeal team to pickup the product from me and return my money asap.

                      Till today nobody from snapdeal contacted me for return policy, but still they changed the status as they own.

                      Since, When I raised complaint on 29th Jun'16 (Wed) till today from Snapdeal Customer Care daily calling at different timings and getting confirmation on my mobile number and asking for alternate mobile number. And stating that "We apologizes for the cause and we would raise directly to gojavas team" this dialogue and all is FANTASTIC. All customer care saying these alone, but none of gojavas team is contacted me, still today they were changing dates moreover I got 5 calls from Snapdeal Customer Care Team from 30 Jun'16 - 5 Jul'16.

                      For name sake don't do eye wash Snapdeal, obey your customer value. Atleast sent any other courier to pickup the product back. Not only gojavas is only courier in India, there are much more, better and responsible courier companies are there. Please do think that.

                          I ordered a backpack and a wallet from snapdeal, it's got cancelled and when I call the customer care to know about the refund they promised that amount will within 4 business days and now it's 5th day still I didn't get the money. Now they ask for the bank statement. Snapdeal is not following the promises

                            A wrong order was placed on 25 June and I cancelled the order on the same day within few minutes. Order ID- [protected] and reference No[protected].
                            it was not even dispatched. my snapdeal app shows that it is 'refunded successfully' but I have neither got my money back in my account nor I have got any sdcash. A women kurti of Rs499 was placed an order. I just want my money back so that I could continue shopping. And I definitely not want to have a bad experience with snapdeal.

                              My order no. Is [protected], placed on: 28/4/2016 8:28 pm and complaint reference no. 23344296.
                              I have returned this product because it was not working fine. And now snapdeal refunded my amount to freecharge but i was not having freecharge account also and then after that they have asked for my account no. And they said that we have refunded your money to your account on 6/6/2016 but till yet i have not received refund in my account...
                              I also provided them passbook statement and pdf file for my account but they are not trusting me now and they are talking to me rudely now.
                              There trustpay policy doesn't mean anything, snapdeal is just cheating and fooling there customer...
                              So, now kindly help me in getting my refund.

                                Sir I have purchased 2TB segate hard disk on 12 may 2016.There was some problem in connection i returned it on 24 may 2016. Till date they have not refunded my money . They are telling that it will come on monday like that several monday have gone . I called about 100 times to customer care but they are not responsing .I have all the audio call while talking to the customer care .

                                    This mail is regarding purchased product infocus bingo 10 (8gb), from snapdeal on 10 jun 2016 order id: [protected].
                                    Product delivered to me after few days, after delivery i found that product is not as mentioned on site.
                                    The quality of body of product is too poor and the features as shown about product is not as satisfaction and also i am not satisfied with the quality feature of product like ram speed, camera etc.
                                    So overall i am not satisfied with the product, after that i raised a return request (Under return policy) on 23 june 2016 with ticket id[protected].
                                    But still matter is not resolved they are saying that we can’t return product still you don’t have any big issue. Please help me.

                                      I have purchased mobile samsung galaxy j3 (8gb) from snapdeal

                                      But we were not satisfied with the set with its quality and it looked like refurbished product and on 24 june we made a complaint for its return within 7 days of its arrival, the snap deal company's customer care representative said that we will send a person to check your mobile if any issue is there we will take return. The person visited the same day and checked the set, as it was for my parents and i was not at home he talked to me and said that yes problem is there and in 24 hours the courier person will come and collect the same and give you a receipt. I am taking the complaint and you will be informed, within 24 hrs no person came so i contacted customer care and came to know that they have mailed me that i have to go to samsung service center to get it repaired 'i have written mail ' and mentioned that there is minor issue with your phone, when i said that if there is issue then you must return it as you know it and you have sent your system engineer to check it also, now they are saying that the person has reported that the trouble shoot was successful and no problem was there.
                                      This is not a fair customer practice, i had requested for a refund and that too your system engineer has checked it. Still i had written mails no reply and calling to customer care means nothing as they are saying go to service center yourself?? Please help and get me my refund.

                                      After 1 week of holding and saying that they are unable to trace the system engineer now you are saying that you have contacted system engineer and he said the set was normal and working fine to you. If this was the case then why not the job sheet was provided to us at the time of visit and also why he told to us that it will be returned and in 24 hours the courier boy will come and accept it. Very bad and pathetic response from your side. Will never refer any one to you ever again.

                                        I've order prachi silk mills multicoloured art silk saree combos from snapdeal with order no. [protected]. On 07-jun-2016. But they took the amount ie rs. 699 twice.In two transactions. I complaint them with reference no.24632338, they mailed me to refund the extra amount within 2 business days on 16 june, 2016 but still not refund my money. I called/mail them several time but in vain.
                                        I hope with this complaint, you (Snapdeal) refund my money at earliest.
