Someone misused my account and did a transaction for around 2k rupees. Immediately I called as well as mailed the snapdeal help desk to stop the transaction and block it. They said they will look into this and respond within 48 hrs but I still didnt get any reply. If they had taken timely action I could have saved my money from the hacker. Being an emergency they should take this as high priority but they didn't even care. They don't care about their customers and their problems. They have a worst security.

My Snap deal Account was hacked by someone on 7 October 3.21pm And Done Online shopping to my Snap deal account through my sbi credit card, Purchase details or order id also attached in this mail, I already informed to my bank and block my credit card and I also try to call your customer care no. but there was no option to talk customer care executive, I think that snap deal was a safe site but I will very disappointed to my loss and there was no option to cancel gift voucher so please cancel all these order from our side.

        I had ordered a mobile phone micromax x707 (Order i. D=[protected]). After i recieved the product (On 13 june 2016) i found that the voice quality of its microphone was not good. I requested for a refund on 15 june 2016. After that snapdeal sent me a mail asking me to take it to a service center to get it repaired. But i am not satisfied with the quality of the product i want a refund. Since then i hav contacted snapdeal more then 4 times asking for a refund but snapdeal is not sending any response. Please help me return this product.

          I have purchased Samsung J3 from snapdeal and got the deleivery on 22 May'2016 however i was not satisfied with the product as the quality was not good as expected, i requested for the refund and placed the request very next day 23rd May'2016 however after few days i got an email that the refund request can not be process as it has crossed the 7 days return policy of the company, which was sense less as i have raised the dispute next day the product got delivered with ticket number {Ticket Id: 23855255], since then i have followed up with them by spending so much time on phone calls, every body was telling me that it will be done, spoke to customer service Team leader Shashank as well and he promised me that revere pickup will be arranged within 2 days and refund will be processed however nothing has been done so far.. The technical person visited to my place and checked the phone for 5 minutes max and submitted the report as everything is fine with the product. I have raised the dispute because i am not convinced with the camera quality, battery backup, it slow functions and heating issues but they are saying everything is good, we cant get it refund moreover i was not getting any communication on my complain..

          So i want this phone to be refunded and my money back because i am getting harassed by the company . everybody from the customer service that my money is protected under 100% money back sheild but all were fake were lying..they are very bad it was a very bad exp for me, i love flipkart, they are very good ..

          Thanks for your assurance however for your kind information i am getting this assurance from a long however nothing happened, you guys are least bothered about post sale service.. Nobody has contacted me and nothing gonna happen, that i know...

          So please don't do such fake posts as "we are working on it and somebody will get in touch with you ", because u guys just do it for sake of save your ratings...i will not buy anything now from u guys...very very very very very very Bad..

          Beware new customer's, as i am the live victim of their trap, please don't buy anything from Snap Deal anymore, go with Flip kart or amazon but not for snap deal. Worst service and shameless people, they still dared to call me to inform that my complaint can not be resolved think what kind of people they are ...They are only good at promotions So called "dil ki deal" but good for nothing, don't just care about the customer's after sale... Again beware new users, you could be the next...

We do cheat people take their money and gone..

          So there is no benefit of such comment as u did, u cheaters.. M planing to send a notice and file a case on you guys under section 420, i have contacted the lawyer and gonna do this very soon...i will contact the news channels as well i did for few and will publish the story of your cheating. i have sufficient proofs to prove you a fraud, because, i still have that E-mail which i got within the 7 days return policy period which says the period has been expired however i complained very next day of the delivery, also have other things as well...so be ready for it..

          U took almost 10 days just to inform that i need to visit to service center, seriously guys u r such losers, sorry to use such word but i cant control myself...i was informed this think 1.5 month back when i bought the phone now u r telling me same information again n u think this is a solution ? I already told your call center guy that i do night shift, so service centers are not open in night, i cant go i sleep in day...i thought u guys are taking so much time so probably i am going to get solution but this is what i got.. absolutely nothing... go and get something new u cheaters..

          I have told you multiple times as i can not visit to the service center as i don't get time for that because i do Night Shifts, so it is not possible to go there. Moreover i called you guys within So called 7 Days easy return policy, Also i got a commitment form a Team Leader Shashank from customer service that he will be arranging a Reverse pickup for me which never happened. Please check your records, Listen those calls (If getting recorded i have a doubt) then Reply...


          A suggestion for you... Don't reply with the same repeated information all the time without checking the details, read complete case history before replying it...

            I would request you to please make the correction and send me the correct invoice as i am facing so much problem in my phone and it is not working fine and i need to submit my phone to MI service center to get it resolved. I had purchased my phone on 2nd December'2015 along with my phone i got the invoice with wrong IMEI no.[protected] which does not belongs to my phone.

            I have contacted you guys so many times but every time your customer service representative give me the assurance and ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours to get the correct invoice but it never been happened so far now i am very much dissatisfied with your service .

            This is very ridiculous now i had requested for my Correct invoice but still i`am waiting for it. I don`t know what is the problem with snap deal and why they are not resolving my problem. I called so many time to snap deal but all the time their representative ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs but it never been happened so far.

            I`am very much disappointed and frustrated with snap deal and near future will never suggest any of my friend or relatives to buy anything from snapdeal.com.

            It is really too much i can`t wait any more now. I am going to write an E-mail to your superior and get them inform that how Snap deal lower management works.                 My khaitan induction which i ordered from snapdeal has not been picked up the induction is of no use since it has a problem of power supply. I requested for comlaint within 5 days they said they will pick it up on 8th of june but it was not picked up. the induction is of no use and they are not picking it up. after going on the Delhivery courier company track they say it is cancelled by the snapdeal.i have attached the screenshot below would request them to take the product which is worth 2149 rs. I strongly request the snapdeal team to pick it up and give my freecharge balance back.

                  I made an order from snapped.com it was a wrong shoes that I received but I have been following up with their customers service dept for last 4 day but they are not returning the product.                           Never buy from snapdeal in your life most prepared sites are ebay, amazon have really good services and cares about customers. Snapdeal is really 3rd class and their partners are also hopeless.
                          Have ordered dish tv hd+ on 10th may2016 from snapdeal order id - [protected]. Activation code delivered on 12th may 2016 not the product.
                          But dealer denied to deliver and install it on 13th may 2016 and the same told to snapdeal aslo. When i call for refund to snapdeal they told me that snapdeal will install for me and till 25th may 2016 on daily calling to snapdeal, snapdeal made me fool that within 24hrs installation will be done with their own personal guarantee. This answers i was getting from snapdeal till today 10th june 2016.
                          On 25th 2016 i forcefully putted refund but on daily calling followup till date no refund and not even response from snapdeal.
                          Their seniors are very hard working that they even attends call of dis-satisfied customers till we shout on them. For this i have putted mails to [protected]@snapdeal.com but very great service that snapdeal even dont bother about customer and they says that customer satisfaction is priority under any circumstances. Very third class service from snapdeal that they dont deliver the product on time and never gives refund also. Also customers calls are irritating to snapdeal that they even dont care about it and dont give response to customers also. Snapdeal got money then why customer required customers are working for snapdeal to give money to snapdeal without any complaints. Very 3rd class service and how can we trust on snapdeal. From one month i dont get product and my money refund. With no response from snapdeal and wasted my money for daily calling followup to snapdeal total loss of 2200rs (1199rs of product + 1000rs of std calls to snapdeal customer care) for dealing with snapdeal with no product and lot to unstable mental and frustrated feelings for dealing with snap deal
                          Un-trustable site.

                          Also their courier partner is also third class delhivery third class courier services never calls for delivery and when we call to schedule they directly cancells order with thier own mind without noticing the customer and orderer snapdeal third class courier service as snapdeal service.

                            I have ordered intex aqua star 4g dual sim in snapdeal. I have thought that both the sim modules are gsm, but one was gsm and one was cdma. Even the snapdeal hasn't mentioned about that. I want to return the phone and i want my money back...
                            I am very disapointed about that. Hope you will help me.

I received it but it was damaged item. after that i canceled it through online and also scheduled time for pickup the item but i at the given time no one came to me to pick up the item after some hour i got a msg that snapdeal canceled request as per user while i did not receive any call regarding this. please look into this matter.

                                I ordered a digital camera on 15th june at snapdeal at the price of rs. 7460. On other shopping site "paytm" offering same camera @ 8400 with 7% cash back = rs. 7812. But by checking on snapdeal i ordered this canon 275hs on their site @ 7460/-. And make the payment through freecharge wallet. I had a function on 19th june on my sister's home. So i want directly delivered this at her address. Regarding this i also sent an email on [protected]@snapdeal.com, but they are not accepting mail through help portal. From last 4 days i am continuing checking my order details and it showing that the order is "prepared to dispatch". It means order is available and packed.
                                Now snapdeal closed my order and a representative says that my money will refund in 24 hours in my freecharge wallet.
                                How could they do this to me. My gift canceled without delivering. I had a function on 19th. How could a function can complete with camera. If they don't show the price of rs. 7460 then i will order that product on paytm. But now the camera price showing rs. 9555. How?
                                A direct loss of rs. 2000 and my image in front of my sister and her family.

                                    According to their Norms i sent the product 3 times along with Return form to get it repair. But every time i got it back due to some reasons which i don't know and they are also not willing to explain. 1st i sent through Indian post, 2nd time through First flight courier 3rd time through DTDC, which had cost me Rs801 from my pocket as courier charge. They have refunded Rs601 but still 200 is remaining.
                                    I have contacted them several times, every time they promise to help but end result is same i.e NO CONCLUSION.

                                      मेरा नाम राहुल गौर है मने स्नैपडील से एक जब्ल का स्पीकर ख़रीदा था . जो की १५ दिन के अंदर ही खराब हो गया उसकी कंप्लेंट मने आप के कस्टमर केयर मई भी की पर १५ दिन से मुझे उल्लू बना रहे है की अज्ज वापिस हो रहा है २४ हॉर्स मई हो जाएगा और अब आप के एग्जीक्यूटिव लड़ने भी लगे ..किया है एप्प की ट्रस्ट पालिसी है ..बड़ा दुख होता है की किया फायदा हहा एप्प के साथ जुड़ के की एप्प जब प्रॉब्लम ही सोल्वे नहीं करते .लगत है की एप्प का जो मटेरियल वो भी नकली है सब दोखा ही हो रहा है ..एस्से अच्छ तो फ्लिपकार्ट है ..या ही कारन है एप्प के साथ कोई नहीं जुड़ना चाहता .
                                      आपके दउरा दिया गए जब्ल के हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर कोई फ़ोन नहीं पिक करात है और नहीं कोई सुनता है तो कैसे वारंटी है आप की सब धोका है अगर असा रहा तो..जल्द ही ...

                                        Note : you guys are worst and doing a bull in ecommerce.

                                        They had an hold of my money for fake product more than 30 days and not even taking the product back for no reason even if it is covered under trustpay. I am unable to licks my wounds thats triggers me to reachout to consumer court. I have made more 20 calls now with 20min each but it seems that cc executives are dumb and do not want to proceed on this matter. I am waiting for my had money which i had spent on below product and since then i am frustrated. This blocked money (Which i took it as a loan) with 15% roi) has completely messed up my monthly budget which causes debt on me with huge interests as online markets has a tendency of doing this fashionably.

                                        Please go through the order 'id: [protected]' history as a evidence of your debacle and even you had reach the extremities of non-sense. I am filing a case on consumer court for your wrong doings with the customers and left them frustrated for their rights.

                                        In case if you still felt dumb then you may have to open your mouth on court for your wrongdoings.

                                        I would not repeat the whole case here, better do your homework now and read about the case in details incase if you wanna comeback and discuss.
