I have purchased Samsung J3 from snapdeal and got the deleivery on 22 May'2016 however i was not satisfied with the product as the quality was not good as expected, i requested for the refund and placed the request very next day 23rd May'2016 however after few days i got an email that the refund request can not be process as it has crossed the 7 days return policy of the company, which was sense less as i have raised the dispute next day the product got delivered with ticket number {Ticket Id: 23855255], since then i have followed up with them by spending so much time on phone calls, every body was telling me that it will be done, spoke to customer service Team leader Shashank as well and he promised me that revere pickup will be arranged within 2 days and refund will be processed however nothing has been done so far.. The technical person visited to my place and checked the phone for 5 minutes max and submitted the report as everything is fine with the product. I have raised the dispute because i am not convinced with the camera quality, battery backup, it slow functions and heating issues but they are saying everything is good, we cant get it refund moreover i was not getting any communication on my complain..
So i want this phone to be refunded and my money back because i am getting harassed by the company . everybody from the customer service that my money is protected under 100% money back sheild but all were fake were lying..they are very bad it was a very bad exp for me, i love flipkart, they are very good ..
