I thought that the price was too unbelievable so i kept calling them and writing to them to confirm that this was indeed the price for a gold set and that they would deliver my order and they kept confirming the same.

I wanted to make sure they deliver but they have cancelled my order.

I want this order to be completed at the terms set by snapdeal (I. E the same price and the same product).

This is a sham if snapdeal not have a vendor to complete the order why did they have to place my order and keep reconfirming it.

Not many o[censored]s think about how logistics work in these companies. Now what would you say if you ordered a gold set and somebody says it is out of stock? Wouldn’t you say but i am sure that the same can be made again?
I said that too but the people at snapdeal won’t budge. Because they have tried to sell me something at a throwaway price. They probably did not expect anyone to buy it. But i did and since i thought it was too good a deal i kept writing to them to re confirm what i had bought was genuine and they confirmed it strongly. And then one day they just cancelled my order just like that. “no stock” they said.

I wrote to mr. Kunal bahl himself (Because i read somewhere that the man reads all his emails) and he got some juniors to call me with deals like if you want to buy the same stuff again we can offer you 10% discount. I want to understand mr. Bahl if the item is “out of stock” how can i buy it at 10% discount?

    I am hemant saxena, i purchased (Order no [protected]) a mobile redmi 2 (16gb) (Rs 7000) from snapdeal october 2015 and it have one year warranty. More time problems arise, now i am facing problem of charging. I had to complaint on 18/6/2016 sanpdeal and got complaint reference no 25162165 and call center (Employee laides navjot) told me that if i take a jobsheet from redmi service centre then sanpdeal will replace my mobile. Now i got jobsheet refrence no (Js[protected]) and mail to snapdeal. Now they are saying to me again go to service center and submit and repaire my mobile.
    Redmi service center is saying that it will be take minimum 20 to 25 days to repaire but not confrim because mobile motherboard is corrupt. I have only one mobile and now i have not money to purchase new mobile during this period. So kindly please help me for solve this problem.

      I have purchased Iball mobile from Snapdeal.
      Camera of the handset is defective and not working properly.
      After my complaint, service engineer from the snapdeal has visited and checked handset.
      In the report he mentioned that hardware is not issue but camera results are not proper.
      After so many follow up with snapdeal, no response is received for return and refund.
      Instead Snapdeal executive started to harass and pressurize me and my sister to keep the defective handset and get it repair form the service center.

      very pathetic and irresponsible service from snapdeal.

            I have ordered Eveready 10 inches rechargeable fan, my order no. Is [protected] it should be delivered on 21 June 2016 but it did not delivered and I got message from snap deal that we could not deliver your order because as you requested reschedule the delivery.
            I did not reschedule the delivery even courier company did not called me, please do the necessary as soon as possible.if my problem will not solve on time I will not buy anything from snap deal in future

              As i have ordered ear cuffs via Snapdeal portal on 15th Jun 2016, and received on 21st Jun 2016 a different model of ear cuff which is not looks so good hence when i choose for the return policy, snapdeal has no service in Visakhapatnam about the return policy.                 I ordered a quadcopter in apr'16 for rs.1747 the battery was missing from the quadcopter. I returned it the very next day and asked for refund. It's mid jun now and the refund is still pending. I am contacting them on daily basis but they always give me same response that they will sort this out soon. They even mailed me on 26th may that my refund is initiated but when i checked after 6 days, the money was still not in my account. That time they said it's a technical issues and they promised that they will resolve it soon. But still this is pending. Snapdeal delivers you poor products and then they don't refund your money. My complaint number 23026189. I am messaging them at twitter but still no refund. Please get my money back.

                  I have been trying to return the product since the product got delivered and the same has not been processed because i do not have the outer packet of snapdeal. However i would like to point out that flipkart and amazon does not have such policies if the customer does not have outer packet then they cannot return.

                  I have the product with original tags n all. I have a issue with size and snapdeal does not want to take the return because i do not have the outer snapdeal packet.

                      Snapdeal cc said 10% cashback successfully done on 12th Feb 2016 to your credit card yet Bank didnt agree with it. Hdfc Bank want transaction detail about the same.

                      I had been submit issue to www.snapdeal.com of customer care help about 4 or 5 times . Not find any reply or calls.

                        I bought a trimmer and when i opened the box i got a used one with scratches al over the body and olso the blade was washed and was wet too. This is pathetic and wont recommend any1 to buy anything from snapdeal thats for sure. I want this thing to be resolved and take a strict action so as people dont get fooled like this and its really in very bad shape and please do the needful at the earliest

                          I purchased a laptop from snapdeal on 14/07/2015 (Order id. [protected]) but the invoice i received along with the laptop did not had serial number. Now, i have some issue with the laptop and i want to get it fixed with hp but as there is no serial number on the invoice they are not taking it under warranty.

                          I requested snapdeal to arrange the invoice with serial number on it on 18/05/2016. All the required information like image of laptop and the serial number was provided on 24/05/2016 but still have not received the invoice with serial number on it.

                          I have sent numbers of email where i do not get any reply, just a forwarded email. Also, the cs number of snapdeal doesn't allow us to speak to associate directly. You would be lucky if call gets connected.

                          I need the invoice before item falls out of warranty. Or if it falls out of warranty what would be the process of getting it fixed where i need not to pay as i am still not provided with correct invoice.

                          This has been sorted now. I received my invoice the way I needed it, with laptop serial number on it. I was getting call from Snapdeal as daily update on the event and finally within 10 days case has been sorted.

                            It's really traumatizing when you get cheated by an online retailer! Some one in Snapdeal's Courier Service or Quality Check tampers with my product and then i have to bear the loss of not receiving a refund nor getting my product back! Why?! Because my complain is not Genuine?!!
                            Plus, there's no clarity about the safety of my product. And if snapdeal found my complain not Genuine then why am I not informed immediately. Why am I told that my case is closed and I won't be getting a return or refund after 2 months?

                            This is clearly a fraudulent practice by snapdeal. If you'll can't afford a refund then at least send my product back you cheats!

The nuvoex courier voy called me and told me that he is coming to pick up the item.. After some time i called him to direction my house. And he said he coming.. But after some time when i called agin he said that - my house is so far.. And after he said-that's not our service area.. And giving so many excuse.. Courier boy no is-[protected].                                   My order no. Is [protected]. I wanted to return my product and courier company has to pick up courier today between 3 pm to 6pm. I got call from courier company nuvoex from mobile no. [protected], the person first denied to collect courier and was too rude. Excuses given to me was dat my house is too far, it is not part of their route, they don't have slip to provide me.
                                  I trusted snap deal but cannot tolerate this type of behaviour from courier company. Please arrange the courier pick today.

                                    Hi sir/madam,

                                    I purchased a iphone 4 8gb from snapdeal. Recently it's display has been broken, when i visited to icare (Apple service center) they certified that its a duplicate phone.
                                    I raised a complain on their website with ref. No.[protected] against order number [protected] on 24th may. But unfortunately i am not getting any response from their side. I called them several time & sent many emails regarding that issue along with the certificate given by icare.

                                    Request you to kindly have a look on his asap.

                                      I got product from snapdeal.com. Dell e1914h 46.99 cm (18.5) led backlight lcd monitor
                                      Now product not working so i called manufacture they asking me proper bill with serial no, stamp which not provided by snapdeal.com

                                      Napdeal give me invoice which don't have serial no and stamp signature. Which invalid for warranty claim.

                                      I called snapdeal.com so many time they give me same answer wait 24 hours but still they unable to give me solution

                                        My order id no. [protected] placed on 4th june 2016, and refund date is placed on 9th june 2016, due to the product aux. Not working properly... Then i contact to customarcare executive regularly for my refund, but they are promising regularly with me, within 24 hrs or 48hrs get refund balance possitively, but not received till now.In my account... Please refund my balance rs 1295 in my account which send bank details to you.
