I purchased Transcend Storejet external hard drive oniline on[protected] which is having a 3Year warranty period.Now a software problem occured in that and I am calling Snapdeal for support for the last 10days. Till now they provided me the customer care number of Transcend which is not working. Repeatedly I am calling to Snapdeal customer care but my issue is not resolved yet.

    I've ordered a selfie stick from snapdeal one month ago. I recieved an defected piece so i filed for replacement. After 15 day calling them agaun and again i got the replacement but when i checked that, it ws also not working then finally i filed for refund. Because i do not stay in metro city i had to send the product on my own, they told me the courier charges will be returned but till now they have not refunded my amount. This is a very bad service. This ecommerce site should be shut down. They literally harass consumers. They sell rejected pieces. Please look into the matter.

My order delivery date is 16 to 17 June2016. Snapdeal Send me through ur courior company but after reach my order in kota the courior agent didn't contact to me. And mark in my order that "Customer refused to accept". But courior Agent didn't contact my address and also me. And i did not cancel my order. I dont want to cancel my order. About this all problem i did mail to snapdeal and courior company also. But still they dont reply. Please take the action about this matter as soon as possible.Thank You.

        Dear Concern, at the outset of all possible thing doing, here i would like to share all details for how these people are playing with us and making fool us.

        I have order the water purifier from snap deal, i have received the product as per my order, i found that pre-water purifier missing in the product, for the same i have raised the complaint with there customer care team, customer care asked me to send the product to there ware house address, as they are unable to do return pickup from me, this took me some weeks to get resoled the problem.

        i have received the new product, this time i was happy that i have received the complete product, but unfortunately this product has lot of leakages and there is no service center, again for the same i have raised the complaint with customer care department, they asked me to send the product back to there ware house at Bangalore address, the details are fallows ..
        POD No : MNV3286614, PROFESSIONAL COURIER, TO: Bangalore.

        its really pathetic service, the ware house department has not accepted the product and they have returned to my address, again i have complaint for the same to Customer care, they took to a weeks time to know the reason and they never give me the reason why they return to me address back..

        And customer care department asked me to resend this point of time to there Goregaon address, again i have courier to there Goregaon address through Professional Courier with POD NO : MNV3287553, now this is really heights again i come to know that, this point of time also they have returns the product, i have called to customer care department, they are asking again me to stop the product at bangalore office, now they going to collect from there, its cheating company and when i have called to the customer care department of water purifier they said we never sell any product online, they are selling the fake products,

        Guys give me the suggestion what i need to do, please help me on this matter.

          I have purchased a new handset on snap deal but i regret to inform you that this handset is fradulant and when i check it customer care than they find it that IMEI number is not registered in micromax and they told me that its a fake mobile

          Snap deal is a very big company to cheat the customer to sell fake mobiles which has no IMEI number

          This is a serious matter who are going to buy any product from Snap deal
          Snap deal is going to sell fakes mobiles
          I am also one of the example i bought a hand set its fake there is no IMEI number which is linked with micromax

              Discussion had with: as i remember, junaid, faisal, salman, kapil, deepika, kishan, amit, rajat, parvin, tarun, mursalin, pradeep etc.)

              1. Snapdeal delivered 2 times wrong product, means cheated me twice be not providing the product that i had paid for / requested for.

              2. Did not clarify why they had not delivered the correct product?

              3. Escalated the matter various times, but not resolved even after 6 months are over.

              4. The brand (Kenstar) is not honoring warranty provided by snapdeal.

              5. Customer care making fun of customers by giving lollipop of inr 100/- freecharge balance to hide its cheating and get satisfied mentally.

              Considering all these aforesaid points, snapdeal should be taught a lesson and therefore requesting this 3rd party force to get the matter resolved and a compensation of rs.50000/- for breach of trust, misrepresentation, deliberately giving false commitments, grossly neglecting customer's complaint, providing no solutions even in escalations for more than 20 times, mental torture for 6 months which is very less considering the dissatisfaction and value to the customer.

              Better put your response in public forum let everyone know about your cheating and its response.

              You are the most fraud and cheater company who fetch hard money of customer by mentioning something and delivering something else.

              May i know reasons for your unreasonable decision?

              Do you mean you have not delivered wrong product? Then why your person told me that though it is your fault we cannot compensate customer since we do not have policy to compensate? But he failed to clarify where is your policy to cheat customer and misrepresent them, can you please clarify this on this public forum?

              Let world know your story of your cheating and arbitratory decisions.
              Why, its your fault that you had delivered wrong product, then how can you deny my complaint???

              You cannot take arbitrary decisions on your fault.

                Snapdeal is a big fraud company, totally cheater. Send me defected refridgerator & now only make me fool. I purchase videocon 80 ltr 90sh direct cool single door refrigerator from snapdeal website on 5th may 2016 & product delivered on 7th may 2016.Inside the refidgerator all glasses was broken into small fragment and compressor was also not working properly then immediately i complaint at snapdeal 24/7 customer care contact numbers +[protected]. Snapdeal executive listen and register my complaina and told "your product will be return with in 3 days". I wait 4 days for return then 11 may 2016 i called to snapdeal again at same customer care number then another executive promise me for wait again more 2 days. I registered your complain and i will mail also to seller for pickup. Both time snapdeal executive did not provide any complaint id. Totally unprofessional work. 13 may 2016 i called to snapdeal cusomer care again then one of executive provide seller information and told me that you can contact with seller directly for pickup you product when i called to seller then they replied that i have not any information about your product pickup and snapdeal did not mail me for regarding your product pickup. Again 15 may 2016 i call to snapdeal executive then again another executive promise me and said you dont need to talk with sanpdeal seniors, wait again more 2 days, you money is safe with snapdeal. Again i wait 2 days 17 may 2016 and when i did not get any response, again i complain my issue on sanpdeal facebook page on comment. Then they revert with in a minute, hi narendra! We've noted your order details. We'll have this checked right away. We'll get in touch with you & ensure that this is sorted out.                   I have ordered xiaomi mi4i (16gb) from snapdeal 10 months ago. They delivered me the product with a invoice which has wrong imei no printed on it. I had been facing some abnormal display in the phone from past one month so i visited one of mi executive service centre. When they opened the back cover they found mismatch in imei nos. So they simply said phone will not be covered under warranty and contact snapdeal first. Now i am trying to contact them but the only way to contact them is via mail. And they are not replying. What to do now?

                        Had a horrible experience with snapdeal for the first time! I was eagerly waiting for this product to arrive. I got a call that it will be delivered to me on 10th but the agent did not come. Icalled him multiple times but he responded very rudely saying it is raining, he will deliver next day. Next day i got a message that i rescheduled delivery but i did not.Then next day also delivery failed. Finally i got product on 16th june. The product was totally tampered. Card holder was missing (it was combo of glasses and card holder) . Packet was torn .Delivery agent eas very rude. Instead of apologising he said with attitude that you can cancel order. After waiting so long and doing multiple follow ups.. finally i did not get the product ... It was very special as it was my anniversary gift to my husband.
                        PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE SNAPDEAL!!

                          I received item on 28.05.21016 by snapdeal unboxed meizu m2 note (Grey-16gb)and item was not working properly immediately i have informed to help center for replacement/refund & contact to custonmer care for refund. A gentle man (Help center) suggested me please dispatch item for refund, you will get your refund within two days simultaneously i have got sms from snapdeal that we are unable to pickup item because your pin code not serviceable arange to dispatch item through any indian courier, i have dispatch crp no. 73148844, through dtdc courier on 2nd may 2016 .                               I order htc desire 526g+ on 1st june and received the same at 2 june vide order no [protected], and paid rs 7450 in cash. But phone speaker is not working so i replace the order at 9th june and order confirm by company at 10 june suborder id is [protected] and estimated time for deliver was 11th june to 13th june but till now i am not received my order... And company current status is that customer is not available at address and we will try to you within 48 hours.

                                Hi my name is Aahil.
                                I had ordered an iphone 6s rose gold from snapdeal on 2nd of june when i got the delivery and opened the box i found lava phone in the box instead of iphone 6s. I called customer care and filed a complaint against it. The product got picked up by gojavas courier. And in the app it shows that the the refund has been initiated on 10th of june but still i haven't received my refund. And whenever i call on ÷[protected] there is no option to talk with customer service representative. Please its a very big amount for me it took 6 months for me to collect 47000 rs please refund. Thank you

                                Just now a got a call from snapdeal saying that my refund request has not passed in the internal so my refund has been rejected. Is this a joke or what?? I paid 47000 rs for lava phone and that too i have returned back thought of i will be getting back my refund but no snapdeal rejected my refund when i asked the reason they are not answering they are just saying that refund request has not passed the internal. What rubbish is this?? When i called them in the afternoon they said it will be initiated by today or tomorrow and now suddenly i got a call from them saying the refund has been rejected due to no reason. Im gonna take it to the consumer court. Snapdeal cheated me

                                        I ordered lucky mojo tv 54 inch order id: [protected] for rs. 34, 999, when i received the order receipt was for rs35, 999 which i paid. When i opened the tv it had only 50inch tv with wrong model number. I called them more then 50 times, brother in law also called from canada several times wasting his money for the phone call but till today nothing has been resolved. My town is called kurseong, dist darjeeling. They first told me to send the tv through courier, i went to ask few courier services like blue dart, dtdc, first flight, post office etc but none of them were willing to take that. I called another town named siliguri they said might take more then rs 10000 to send back the tv. So then i called snap deal again to inform that i cannot send it because dont have the money to send it back and to go to another town it will cost me rs[protected] to take a reseved taxi. Again my bother in law called from canada and explained about it. They said will arrange a pick up its been more then two weeks no one has come. I am not able to go to work cause i thought they might pick it up anyday. I want[protected] of compensation for the harrasment they have caused to me as i will not be paid for the day i didnt go to work and my brother in law has also spend money by calling them. I have ordered so many items from snapdeal till now but will buy nothing in future. The attached picture explains everything the receipt showing 35, 999 but website showing 34, 999 and the tv 50inch.
                                        They called asked for 48 hours, i cant understand how long is 48 hours for Snapdeal.I have purchased so many products from them, and all my friends and family members are going to stop using them in future
