The product which is delivered to me is a fake product .the headphone is in warranty but the retailer is approaching that it is a fake product and ask to go for sony service center they too conformed that the product is duplicate, when contacted to the snapdeal customer care they assured and bluffed that the product will be replaced or refund within a week but yet not replaced....
