I have buy a book from snapdeal but snapdeal send me a wrong book on april 2016 the snapdeal return book but they do not send my refund i wrote lots of mails but he is not send my refund...Snapdeal is very cheap company plz send my refund fast.I have never shopping on snapdeal and recommended my all friend they do not purchase any product from snapdeal.

    My name is sapna jha n my order no. Is[protected]. Against a handset of micromax bolt d321 cost rs - 4580
    From snapdeal on november 13 but that handset was deffective as touch was not working and that was replaced under 7days policy but the problem was not end there and the another handset i got in replacement was even more worst with all over software defect n i filed a comolaint fr that too after a some days and snapdeal asked me to go to service centre and i also visited there but they just updated my phone and handed back to me but problem still continued. I again called customer care n again they send me to service centre and same process happened again what i alreat occured prior to this.
    I got helpless n then frm the month of april i m calling snapdeal regulary and they promising me that they will refund my product and i should not take tension. But it is very much harrasing that they again asked me to visit service centre and again 3-4 times i went there for no reason as no solution i got yet and then they demanded for jobsheet and again went service centre for the same and mailed them the jobsheet and its been one month since they are not doing any single thing even they intentionaly disconnect my calls many time. I m totally dusturbed with this case and now my whole faith is on you and i hope for the justice. I am mentally disturbed and extremely sad and exhausted with this case and irrisponsiveness of the personnel of snapdeal
    Please help me kindly provide help and resolution to my complaint

      Ur delivered boy whose number is [protected] using abusing language while delivered his product to customer and the word is "chutiya, " I feel shame to write but he dnt feel shy to speak take an action against him otherwise I make logical complain. My order was pigeon induction and he is not able to get my address even I m working with AIrtEl and it is known from anywhere he said cone to other place and get your product i send my housekeeper boy where he stay but ur delivery boy lied to him also he was not there and make rubbish with him and not doing his work properly take an action soon I want the resolution from him on priority basis I understood u take the initiative for that guy and make ur customer happy with satisfier answer and get back to me with the revert as soon as possible.

      Today I received my order #[protected] cash on delivery it's came early I was so happy I have to pay rs2721 and I gave him rs3000 he told me he don't have change and he returned me rs100 and he just go away ... I never see him like that delivery boy..

            Sir from the day of june 9 i complaint about the mobile that it is heating while we are charging and the heating temperature is above 45 degree celsius and i inform it to complaint team and they provide me the xolo service centre address and ask me to bring deo certificate then only they will take back their product but when i went to service center they deny me to provide deo certificate and when i told this thing to complaint team they ask me to provide that xolo service centre mobile number so that they can further process their enquiry and told me that they solve out my problem within 24 hour but nothing done by them, and when i ask for the process they only say that process is still on going so sir from last 6 day they are just manipulating the customer sir kindly solve out my problem and do not manipulate the customer. And please checkout my problem and provide me correct information.

                  I have purchased on mobile (Infocus brand) from m/s snapdeal
                  Against refereed order no. On 7-jun-2016. After receiving,
                  I found the product is partly delivered as back case of mobile
                  Is missing. Immediately i raise a complain (Cited above) for
                  Reverse picking and replacement. Thereafter, i have made several
                  Request to expedite the reverse picking.In one attempt i had
                  Contacted snap deal authorised courier m/s jv express, rourkela
                  Mob. No. [protected], but they refused to receive the product,

                  Then, i requested snapdeal customer executives nos. Of times to
                  Complete the process for permitting me to return back the
                  Part/damaged product through ant other courier at my own cost.

                  M/s snapdeal is neither reverse picking nor permitting me
                  To return back for replacement.

                  Hence this appeal get legal advice for lodging a consumer suit against
                  Snapdeal so that issue is redressed and fellow customers are not harrarad.

                    I had ordered Spacewood bedroom set from Snapdeal and the mirror on the wardrobe has come broken. Its been 11 days since I have lodged a complaint and Snapdeal team and myself we came to a consensus that instead of replacing or returning the product, Snapdeal will either repair the product or provide a compensation so that I can get it repaired from outside.

                    However, after calling for almost 12 times no one seems to have a solution on the issue. Every time I call I have to explain the issue from start and its quite painful to go through the same process again and again. Last call I had this afternoon lasted for 20 mins and I was told someone will call me back in 2 hours to resolve the issue.. but same old story. I spoke with Mr. Satish Kumar, ticket # 24462267 and the supervisor on floor was Mr. Manish Kumar who was too busy to come on the call.

                    I hope someone from Snapdeal looks into the issue seriously and comes up with a solution.

                    As usual I got a quick call after putting these complaints and I was told that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours (yet another 24-48 hours story) and no resolution after 24 hours. Request Snapdeal to give me a definite TAT for the resolution as these false commitments of 24 hours are meaningless after such a long delay.

                        I received a message from snapdeal on 31.05.2016 in which it is mentioned that i will receive 20% cashback by applying a code FCD3e967bd6e, screenshot of that i am attaching with this complaint, , i then order a memory card and apply this promo code...and i received the memory card on 2.06.2016..after 2-3 days i called Snapdeal regarding the cashback, they told me that it takes 7-8 days maximum to get cashback...then after waiting for 7-8 days, yesterday(after 12 days) i called them but dont get any satisfactory answer from them..i had call recordings also.

                        i want claim of my 20% cashback, along with 35 minutes call charges with snapdeal and inconvineance charges

                          Dear concern,

                          Regarding order no.[protected] (Voltas 1.5 ton 5 star 185 ey (R) split air conditioner wine red).

                          I have ordered voltas 1.5 ton split air conditioner from snapdeal dated on 09 may 2016 which order no is - [protected], and this product has booked in gati courier dated on 10 may 2016 which tracking no. Is[protected] but after 12 days from booking of product this product has not traceable and finally product dispatched on 22 may 2016 from bhiwandi (M. H) and when the product reached on 27 may 2016 in rewa m. P. (Destination) then i have contact on gati courier rewa for delivery of product. Then they (Gati courier rewa) replied me that this product is ready to return for origin and this product would not delivered to you.

                          Then i said that i want this product urgently then they (Gati courier rewa) replied me for contact in gati courier bhopal (Head office) for delivery of this product. I have contact on gati courier bhopal for delivery of this product then firstly he told me that this product have some defect and refused the delivery of this product and also said that from where the product is booked they got instruction for do not deliver this product and also have the instruction to return the product to origin. Gati courier bhopal told me to re-order the same product and they cannot have permission to deliver this product then i ask ok.

                          Then after 15 minutes (Gati courier rewa) have contact to me for receive this product from their office then i went gati rewa office and collected the product and paid 34, 179/- cash amount.

                          When i open the product in home, i received picture tube of tv in box (Of voltas air conditioner).

                          I immediately complaint to snapdeal customer care department on 30 may 2016 and an executive name was mr. Ejaj ahmad told me that (No need to panic, your money is safe under our trustpay policy, for this case our investigation department will investigate your concern, no need to panic)
                          And said to check my mail and then replied that my product is picked-up by jv express with in 2 working days and also said to arrange a call back from their team.

                          After that jv express was picked-up my product which tracking no. Is (Sd[protected] on 31 may 2016 and i also shared the pickup receipt on 01 june 2016 in snapdeal which was provided by jv express.

                          After that i contacted on 04 june 2016 at 11:00 am in snapdeal customer care an executive name sachin told me that my product reverse pickup was successful and they also shared the reverse pickup receipt of product in his ware house and logistics department and also told that my refund will be initiated before (Monday) 06 june 2016 but refund was not initiated on (Monday) 06 june 2016 then again i contact on 06 june 2016 at 10:40 am at customer care department an executive name prerna mam told me that they will initiate my refund with in 24 to 48 hours and they also told me that this is her responsibility and also told to handle my case personally.
                          But after 48 hours still did not refund from that times.

                          Then i complaint on snapdeal social media department that my refund did not initiated yet. An executive name smrita from snapdeal social media department has contact to me dated on 08 june 2016 at 10:30am and they told me that my refund would be initiated within 1 to 2 days but after that refund did not initiated.

                          On 12 june 2016 received phone call from social media department replied that they are forwarding my complain to gati courier because my product is not showing delivered in gati courier website.


                          After suffering i written email to [protected]@snapdeal.com, rohit. [protected]@snapdeal.com and kunal. [protected]@snapdeal.com informed above matter and requested for my refund, then dated on 12 june 2016 at 06:20pm received call from snapdeal executive name mursleen (From ceo escalation department) told me that they would immediate solve my case and will be initiate my refund as soon as possible.

                          Then received phone call date on 13 june 2016 (Monday) at 11:00pm snapdeal executive name neha mehra from ceo escalation department, she told me that my complaint is not pass her internal checks that's why she is unable to initiate my refund. I asked her why did my complaint is rejected? They told that product is not delivered to you (Gopi nath gupta).


                          Note – as above discussion, i felt, you did not solve this problem, as your concern, that all responsibility of your which is courier updating, pickup updating etc, kindly confirmed to gati courier i gave them 34, 179/- in cash, and also collected faulty product by your jv express by your instruction, so how can you say, it did not delivered to me.

                          My product is picked-up from my address through jv express tracking no. Sd47636432 on 31 may 2016 which have shared pickup receipt with you by mail.

                          You guys have been great cheat with me from beginning, i have really mentally torture.

                          I have long since tolerated your mistakes, but i tired to discuss more about this incident to everyone, and this case will have to taken in consumer forum, if you cannot solve as soon as possible.

                          Once again i'm sharing pickup receipt with you, find attachment.

                            Firstly, the installation team came two days late according to there own convenience. secondly, they demanded extra money as they had to take the furniture parts from drawing room to bedroom which is hardly 10 steps. There attitude was very hard to take. They even said Snapdeal can't do anything to them. "Complaint karna hain to karlo". My 62 yrs old father in law was there. He was thoroughly harrassed. Later they installed as we paid him extra.

                              Recently bought m2 and got faulty damaged display with scratched condition and back cover was loos enough, i returned product to snapdeal, yes sd gave me the refund.

                              And before this, i had purchased the m2 on 2015 december also, and i had to replace that 4 times and 4 times i got damaged phones, and lastly i got the refund.

                              This is the way snapdeal deals with customers? Please for god sake snapdeal stop wasting time by selling these condition phones!

                              I guess its the problem of seller!

                              What ever it is fix this! And sorry to say am not gonna buy anything from snapdeal again! Thank u! Keep it up!

                                But till now i. E june 13, 2016 i havent recieved any mail from snapdeal. I needed the the product as soon as possible and this kind of service is causing me very much inconvenience and disappointment as well. At least please send the status or a an email so that if it is not booked i can buy some different mobile.
                                Please kindly do the needful as soon as possible and try that we do not lose faith in snapdeal..

                                  I ordered an apple mac book air but snapdeal sent a kids toy scooter. I have been calling them for last 4 days but no resolution is given yet. The reverrse pickup partner nuvoex is also not picking it up i have filed a complaint but there is no resolution. I think i will have to file a case in consumer court now if it is not resolved.                                     I will complaint to the product of black cat compo comperssor & air jack. It will be given to your side of only 2 products. the images shown in your web site of 3. His talk is very bad for me.

                                        Dear concern, at the outset of all possible thing doing, here i would like to share all details for how these people are playing with us and making fool us.

                                        I have intex aqua star 4g (8gb, white) from snap deal, i have received the product as per my order, i found that defected producted received, for the same i have raised the complaint with there customer care team, customer care asked me to refund the money, as they are unable to do return pickup from me and not refund the money, this took me some weeks to get resoled... Again and again but no resolution given. Only making fool by different different person same statement. I call again to again but till now not pick up this defected product. So please help me.
