Hello sir,
I'm krishnendra pratap singh, a regular customer of snapdeal. Here i'm facing some problem related to my order. I'm sending this mail to your because i'm unable to get any positive solution from your customer care team members.
I had ordered "micromax canvas spark 3" in flash sale on 2nd june, 2016 at 12.00 pm. After placing the order, i received an order receiving confirmation mail that you can see in the "snapshot 1" attached in this mail.
After getting the above mail, i waited more than 24 hours but didn't get any confirmation mail regarding the status of my order. So i contacted snapdeal customer care @ [protected] and your executive asked me to send all snapshots (Order thanks page and order receiving confirmation mail) to [protected]@snapdeal.com and told me to provide a solution within 48 hours. For your information, my reference number is 24464248.
After lapse of 48 hours, i again called snapdeal customer care to know the status of my order/query but i was shocked to know that my query was not still resolved. Your customer care executive (Simran jeet kaur) told me "don't worry sir, i'm forwarding an alert message to our technical team to provide you solution on urgent basis." she also told me i personally will handle your query and will drop a solution mail soon.
After waiting 4-5 hours, i again called snapdeal customer care and this time, my call was picked by shikha. She told me that "your query is still in queue and we will provide the best solution within 1 or 2 hours". When i explained her conversation between me and simran and requested her to transfer my call to simran, she (Shikha) told me "i'm unable to transfer your call to simran" and then repeated the same words as simran ("don't worry sir, i'm forwarding an alert message to our technical team to provide you solution on urgent basis").
After waiting more than two hours, i again contacted snapdeal customer care and this time, my call was picked by vaibhav. He crossed all the limits of support and assured me to provide solution within half an hour. He told me "our technical team will contact you within half an hour and provide you the best solution". But i didn't get any solution this time too (As i was expecting from snapdeal from the beginning).
As you can see, how frustrated i'm with your support. Here are some questions to which i want answers from your end:
1. After 48 hours, why i didn't get any solution mail from your end?
2. Why your all customer care executive misguide customers? Are customers not important to you?
3. Is there no management team behind your customer care team to check whether proper solutions are being provide to customers or not?
4. How much i still need to wait to get final solution to my problem?
5. Is this not your responsibility to update customer regarding the status of his query? Why always does customer need to call you?
I think that’s enough to explain my problem and hope, you'll personally look into the matter and provide me the best solution as soon as possible.
