this is my order number!

i am really frustated with the services i've received from your stupid company i have raised a complaint against this item and no one seems to help get someone from the management to phone me your ceo also seems to be not interested a bull and a useless company.

Snapdeal told me to go to a service centre in Agra I went there and they seem also not to help me they said they cannot give the doa letter and the item needs to be repaired and for this they will send the item to Banglore and it might take 2-3 months for the item to come to me again else they said go and get it repaired in Delhi this is a so annoying I am going here and there and no one seems to help if I call Snapdeal they have there script ready and they also say I'll ask someone from the relevant team to contact you and this rarely happens I've been asked to wait and go and there this is unacceptable moreover every time I have to call and pay your call charges I am really fuming and need compensation for this hassle get this resolved else I'll take legal actions I am not letting this go like this!!

      I ordered xolo mobile in Snapdeal with order id : [protected]. I raised request for return pick on 22nd may 2016 with query no : 23946048. After some disy they sended service Engineer to home . he visited and given job sheet. I shared the job sheet to Snapdeal guys through mail on 28th may 2016. Still the issue is not solved and after that I contacted customer more than 10 times no one solved issue and they all are said copy paste dailagues but no one resolved issue. It's a faulty website with faulty custom care.

      Even one of the supervisor given promise but he didn't solved the issue. Frustrating customer like a hell . if you ask for solution they are disconnected call. Today I called those guys and now they are saying service Engineer will visit your home. What's going wrong with this guys I don't know . I shared the job sheet still they are saying send service Engineer. Its reputation company or faulty company. I never face this type issue in my entire online shopping experience.

        I ordered lucky mojo tv 54 inch order id: [protected] for rs. 34, 999, when i received the order receipt was for rs35, 999 which i paid. When i opened the tv it had only 50inch tv with wrong model number. I called them more then 50 times, brother in law also called from canada several times wasting his money for the phone call but till today nothing has been resolved. My town is called kurseong, dist darjeeling. They first told me to send the tv through courier, i went to ask few courier services like blue dart, dtdc, first flight, post office etc but none of them were willing to take that. I called another town named siliguri they said might take more then rs 10000 to send back the tv. So then i called snap deal again to inform that i cannot send it because dont have the money to send it back and to go to another town it will cost me rs[protected] to take a reseved taxi. Again my bother in law called from canada and explained about it. They said will arrange a pick up its been more then two weeks no one has come. I am not able to go to work cause i thought they might pick it up anyday. I want[protected] of compensation for the harrasment they have caused to me as i will not be paid for the day i didnt go to work and my brother in law has also spend money by calling them. I have ordered so many items from snapdeal till now but will buy nothing in future. The attached picture explains everything the receipt showing 35, 999 but website showing 34, 999 and the tv 50inch.

        Its heights the time you are taking to resolve this issue, first try to change your reps who hangs up the phone to customer or provide a supervisor who are doing nothing doesnt even bother to come on the phone.Who is going to compensate the time for me and my brother in law so far. Is it our fault or is it your fault you are not able to do anything.I want compensation and the 54inch by a week. i have already started the paper work through a lawyer to file a case against you.If you dont want to take it further better act fast or you will bear the consequences.My brother in law had plans to buy more stuff from you guys while coming to india from Canada but now he is not at all interested.

          I had ordered 1saree (Kesar sarees green art crepe saree) from snapdeal. Order id [protected]. Placed on 24th may 2016. Price of the saree was 699 inr.

          I had ordered another of the same saree (Kesar sarees green art crepe saree) from snapdeal in the morning of 28 th may 2016. Price of the saree was 595 inr. Order id [protected].

          The first saree was delivered to me in the evening of 28 th june against cod of 699 inr. I did not like the fabric and asked for a refund of rs 699 through free charge or sd cash. Moreover i immediately cancelled the order that i placed on 28 th may morning for the same saree.

          On first june one person from jv_express courier came to me to collect the saree worth rs 699. He gave me a refund receipt from snapdeal against which i gave then the saree. On 2 nd june the 2nd saree worth rs 595 came to be delivered which i returned immediately without paying as i had already cancelled the same through their app.

          Since then i tried to call their ccu but facing a lot of money loss as there's a huge deduction for even the auto generated replies too.

          Today (8 june 2016) a message has come to me from snapdeal that they have refunded rs 699 on my free charge account against the saree.

          Now i want to know against which saree they have refunded this money? The one that i have not received at all? And of course there's a message from their side clearly stating that they could not deliver the saree as i have already cancelled it.

          I want a refund of rs 699 which is actually the amount that i paid for the saree. And also some explanation for the monetary harassment.

              Horrible experience and their team is full of dumb people, since 10 days i am requesting them to send me invoice with correct serial number. They sent me invoice of printer with serial no. "gopal" snapdeal fulfilled product, probably there team was having fun with the buyer and sent invoice with serial number of someones name, now they are working on this issue since 10 days, asked me to send serial no. Images of printer, now they asked me for product shipping label (On upper packing polythene), that i throw away, they enjoy harassing the buyer, will never buy from them again. Order id: [protected]

                I purchased LG 7.5 Kg T8568TEELY Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine on Snapdeal on 10th August 2016. Order ID: [protected]. It was delivered at my house on 14th August 2016. While purchasing the product, it was clearly mentioned that after the delivery, there will be Product Demo and Installation. I have called several times to Snaldeal number (+91 [protected]) and the responses differed from one Customer Care Agent to another. It is shocking, appalling, unprofessional and frustrating.

                I received a call from Multibrand Appliance Care & Snapdeal Partner informing to come on 17th August between 4 to 7 pm for Demo and Installation. But nobody turned up. I tried calling back on the [protected] but it get disconnected time and again.

                Snapdeal had assured me to resolve the issue but till date nobody came to my house for product Demo and Installation. They have recordings of my telecons with their Customer Care Agents but still fail to take cognizance of the matter. I will never ever buy any products from Snapdeal and nor will recommend anybody to buy the product through Snapdeal.

                I hope some regulatory body take stern action against Snapdeal to stop these practices.

                  I placed an order on Snapdeal on 25th May 2016 .Order no [protected].
                  First the delivery date was 28 May, then it got changed to 4th June and then to 10th June.
                  Moreover I did not get any information about order delayed.
                  Whenever I called then only I got some info.
                  Snapdeal team did not bother to inform also. Finally they cancelled order on 7th June saying courier lost.
                  What about they blocked my money and time for more than 10 days. I could have got the order from some other site.
                  When I asked them if they will return my shipping charge also. No reply coming from them.
                  Very poor customer service.
                  I think in such cases these online sites should provide penalty also.

                      I'm forced to post the same comment again, because there wasn't any action by snapdeal to resolve the issue.
                      I ordered a vans era sneaker.
                      Order i'd - [protected] on 13 may on cod. The mrp was 2999, but i got it for 1508. So, i thought of buying the shoe here instead of flipkart, as it was proving to be a better deal. But when i received the parcel on 21 may, it turned out to be empty box, i immediately raised a complaint in snapdeal, they called me and said the problem will get resolved in 24 hours, next day, i called them again but said it will take 48 hours, i called them 5 days later, they asked me to wait after that there was no way to raise complaint, magically the option was vanished. No luck in contacting them from my side. Now it has been more than a month. I'm tired of waiting and wasting my time. I just want my money back asap. And now, i completely lost faith in snapdeal and your customer service sucks.

                            Hello sir,

                            I'm krishnendra pratap singh, a regular customer of snapdeal. Here i'm facing some problem related to my order. I'm sending this mail to your because i'm unable to get any positive solution from your customer care team members.

                            I had ordered "micromax canvas spark 3" in flash sale on 2nd june, 2016 at 12.00 pm. After placing the order, i received an order receiving confirmation mail that you can see in the "snapshot 1" attached in this mail.

                            After getting the above mail, i waited more than 24 hours but didn't get any confirmation mail regarding the status of my order. So i contacted snapdeal customer care @ [protected] and your executive asked me to send all snapshots (Order thanks page and order receiving confirmation mail) to [protected]@snapdeal.com and told me to provide a solution within 48 hours. For your information, my reference number is 24464248.

                            After lapse of 48 hours, i again called snapdeal customer care to know the status of my order/query but i was shocked to know that my query was not still resolved. Your customer care executive (Simran jeet kaur) told me "don't worry sir, i'm forwarding an alert message to our technical team to provide you solution on urgent basis." she also told me i personally will handle your query and will drop a solution mail soon.

                            After waiting 4-5 hours, i again called snapdeal customer care and this time, my call was picked by shikha. She told me that "your query is still in queue and we will provide the best solution within 1 or 2 hours". When i explained her conversation between me and simran and requested her to transfer my call to simran, she (Shikha) told me "i'm unable to transfer your call to simran" and then repeated the same words as simran ("don't worry sir, i'm forwarding an alert message to our technical team to provide you solution on urgent basis").

                            After waiting more than two hours, i again contacted snapdeal customer care and this time, my call was picked by vaibhav. He crossed all the limits of support and assured me to provide solution within half an hour. He told me "our technical team will contact you within half an hour and provide you the best solution". But i didn't get any solution this time too (As i was expecting from snapdeal from the beginning).

                            As you can see, how frustrated i'm with your support. Here are some questions to which i want answers from your end:

                            1. After 48 hours, why i didn't get any solution mail from your end?
                            2. Why your all customer care executive misguide customers? Are customers not important to you?
                            3. Is there no management team behind your customer care team to check whether proper solutions are being provide to customers or not?
                            4. How much i still need to wait to get final solution to my problem?
                            5. Is this not your responsibility to update customer regarding the status of his query? Why always does customer need to call you?

                              Dear sir / madam,
                              I have raised a request in snapdeal for 2 spykar jeans in november 2015. When i enquired about the status of the product, the delivery boy had already retured the product to the company saying the customer was not interested for this, even when i didn't receive any call or msg from them about the product delivery, also they had initiated the refund from their side, which was not deposited to my bank account

                              After that i again enquired about the product refund they are only asking from bank statement, which i had provided them several times, and now they are not responding to any of my mails.

                              Request your help in getting my refund as it is pending from november 2015 to till date.

                                I have placed order of “snaptic flip cover for xiaomi redmi note 3 – golden” order id: [protected]; placed on 13 may, 2016. @ rs 285/= (Paid sbi internet banking).

                                I received wrong item on dated 23.05.2016 through indian speed post and that item was not as per my order given to you, the item was “flip cover 5.0 inches note 3 lite”, immediately i have informed to help center for replacement/ refund & contact to customer care for refund. A gentle man (Help center) suggested me please dispatch item for refund, you will get your refund within 2 days simultaneously i have got sms from snapdeal that “we are unable to pickup item because your pin code is not serviceable; arrange to dispatch item through any indian courier”.

                                I have dispatched wrong item (Crp[protected] through indian speed post on 24.05.2016 reference no. “ee[protected]in” (The same receipt has already sent to your help center).

                                I want to contact your help center many time but nobody call me till date for this problem, i have mailed to your help center 11 time but no response till now references given below :-

                                I have post complaints on your forum, received call from your side that "we will forward your complaint to snapdeal", after 7 to 8 hours I have received call from SNAPDEAL phone no. "01166786500" . I have received call daily that your problem will be sort out within 2 to 3 days . Now I have got my refund ... Very very thanks to your forum regards

                                    I buy samsung galaxy j3 with order id [protected] from snapdeal but that phone has manufacturing defact so i complaint to snapdeal in 7 day as their return policy. They told me to visit service centre instead of replace my phone according their policy. I'm not expacted this type of service from snapdeal. I request many time for replace but every time ignore me. After 7 days of delivery now they ask me that it is not in their policy becoz 7 days past away and after 7 days of delivery they can't do anything. Snapdeal cheat me.

                                    I have similar experience with Snapdeal and I thought it was some exceptional missing in supply chain. I see a lot of similar complaints here, one thing is clear they are well aware of this tracking issues and purposefully just acknowledging and assuring action within 24 hours to all. They will acknowledge each complaint and continue cheating customers. I think it would be great to form a group of snapdeal cheated customers and move towards legal actions against company:

                                      I have order the product (Order ID: [protected]), Placed On 31 May, 2016, I order the product with freecharge balance and I cancel the order, but cancellation process was not done by snapdeal, at the time of delivary i didnt take the product, means I return back the product to snapdeal.They receive product then also iam not getting my money till date. I want my money back.

                                        I purchased a soundmagic es 18s headphone from snapdeal. First, they send me a faulty product. The call receive button was not working on it. So i asked for a replacement the same day i received the product. Within few days they sent me a replacement. The new product worked fine for three weeks and then suddenly stopped working.
                                        I contacted snapdeal, they told me that they have only 7 days replacement policy and i have to directly get in touch with soundmagic’s service centre. The customer service contact details provided by snapdeal was incorrect.
                                        I had to call justdial to get soundmagic’s customer support number. When i called soundmagic, that guy gave me another number. When i called on that number, he gave me another number. Finally when i got through the customer service of soundmagic, they told me to pay additional amount to get the headphone repaired or replaced.
                                        Moreover, i have to go to goregaon which is like 50 kms from my place beteen 11am and 5 pm (Mon-fri)
                                        When i purchased the product from snapdeal it was mentioned that the product comes with one year warranty. Now, why should i pay additional amount for the repair since there is no physical damage on the product.
                                        I raised the issue with snapdeal. They refused to help me and every time some different guy use to call me from snapdeal, i had to explain my story at least 15 times to this guys.
                                        But, irrespective of all that snapdeal guys refuse to take responsibility of the product sold on their website.
                                        I think the product they delivered were fake and hence they are not owning the responsibility.
                                        Now, the snapdeal guys are asking me to travel 50 kms to the soundmagic’s customer support centre and take it writing from them that they will charge me.
                                        I have asked snapdeal to call the customer support and verify it themselves. But they refuse to cooperate.
                                        I purchased the product from snapdeal since it was mentioned on their website that it comes with one year warranty.
                                        I bought the product from snapdeal, so they should ownt he responsibility instead they are pushing it on me.
                                        Why the hell should i go through all this grind.
                                        I request all my friends to stop buying from snapdeal, if you value your time and money.
                                        This guys stared selling fake product to improve their bottom line. Their customer service is useless.

                                        I gave the letter from SoundMagic on warranty as demanded by Snapdeal.
                                        Even after mailing them the letter. They are not helping me. They have gone back on their promise.. Big time LIARS and CHEATERS
