Sir / madam, my order number for electric chimney is [protected]. i received the item without the exhaust pipe (five meter as promised in voucher) .also no service rep has visited to install the item at house .snapdeal ltd has not provided any rep till now to fit the item at my residnce and even the guarantee card has not been signed by the authorised reps. also the exhaust pipe has not been provided in the system which i purchased from snapdeal.m/s snapdeal to kindly do the necessary action.regards, dr sambhu dutta, medicine spl, st ann hospital, sriharipuram. vizag 530011(cell [protected])

    Dear sir
    I buy samsung galaxy j3 with order id [protected] from snapdeal but that phone has manufacturing defact so i complaint to snapdeal in 7 day as their return policy. They told me to visit service centre instead of replace my phone according their policy. I'm not expacted this type of service from snapdeal. I request many time for replace but every time ignore me. After 7 days of delivery now they ask me that it is not in their policy becoz 7 days past away and after 7 days of delivery they can't do anything. Snapdeal cheat me.

    I have similar experience with Snapdeal and I thought it was some exceptional missing in supply chain. I see a lot of similar complaints here, one thing is clear they are well aware of this tracking issues and purposefully just acknowledging and assuring action within 24 hours to all. They will acknowledge each complaint and continue cheating customers. I think it would be great to form a group of snapdeal cheated customers and move towards legal actions against company:

      I have order the product (Order ID: [protected]), Placed On 31 May, 2016, I order the product with freecharge balance and I cancel the order, but cancellation process was not done by snapdeal, at the time of delivary i didnt take the product, means I return back the product to snapdeal.They receive product then also iam not getting my money till date. I want my money back.

        I purchased a soundmagic es 18s headphone from snapdeal. First, they send me a faulty product. The call receive button was not working on it. So i asked for a replacement the same day i received the product. Within few days they sent me a replacement. The new product worked fine for three weeks and then suddenly stopped working.
        I contacted snapdeal, they told me that they have only 7 days replacement policy and i have to directly get in touch with soundmagic’s service centre. The customer service contact details provided by snapdeal was incorrect.
        I had to call justdial to get soundmagic’s customer support number. When i called soundmagic, that guy gave me another number. When i called on that number, he gave me another number. Finally when i got through the customer service of soundmagic, they told me to pay additional amount to get the headphone repaired or replaced.
        Moreover, i have to go to goregaon which is like 50 kms from my place beteen 11am and 5 pm (Mon-fri)
        When i purchased the product from snapdeal it was mentioned that the product comes with one year warranty. Now, why should i pay additional amount for the repair since there is no physical damage on the product.
        I raised the issue with snapdeal. They refused to help me and every time some different guy use to call me from snapdeal, i had to explain my story at least 15 times to this guys.
        But, irrespective of all that snapdeal guys refuse to take responsibility of the product sold on their website.
        I think the product they delivered were fake and hence they are not owning the responsibility.
        Now, the snapdeal guys are asking me to travel 50 kms to the soundmagic’s customer support centre and take it writing from them that they will charge me.
        I have asked snapdeal to call the customer support and verify it themselves. But they refuse to cooperate.
        I purchased the product from snapdeal since it was mentioned on their website that it comes with one year warranty.
        I bought the product from snapdeal, so they should ownt he responsibility instead they are pushing it on me.
        Why the hell should i go through all this grind.
        I request all my friends to stop buying from snapdeal, if you value your time and money.
        This guys stared selling fake product to improve their bottom line. Their customer service is useless.

        I gave the letter from SoundMagic on warranty as demanded by Snapdeal.
        Even after mailing them the letter. They are not helping me. They have gone back on their promise.. Big time LIARS and CHEATERS

          Somebody called and asked for atm details of my wife saying card is going to be blocked unless the bank renews. Poor soul takes the bait and gives the details and also the OTP wen he called again.
          Now bank says payment was made for something bought on snapdeal.
          5000 rupees.

          I was wondering if there is any chance that snapdeal can give details of the payee or the delivery address of the product.

          I know it's her fault in the first place but isn't there any way to catch these living-in-a-basement scums.

              I feel cheated. I ordered a nightwear in which the lower underwear was also included. But when i got the product I can't found the under garment in the packet along with the nightwear..I have made the payment by my card as well. I called the customer a number of times. But it was of no help. It charged me for the call but didn't help me at all. I don't what to do now. Snapdeal only does fake promises. No value for money at all.

                Hello,

                As advised by customer care representative i couriered red color material which i received and shared courier details through mail .But they have returned material and now asking to resend again .
                First they told to me share courier details via mail and after returned asking me to send scanned copies and other documents, not informed before. So i have lost material money and courier charges also.

                Really disappointed with the customer service ... Worst service !!

I paid through debit card and money got deducted from my account but if I check in Myorders section, there is no order place. But if I see in my orders...there are no orders placed.                     Sir i order a earphone from snapdeal and estimated delivery was 2-4 june
                    I request their courier partner 4-5 times to deliver as early as possible they promise me to deliver but they didn't deliver the product.
                    Then i compalint to snapdeal on 4th june they said product will be deliver by today anyhow but yet not delivered now i again contact on 6th june they said prodduct will be delivered by today before 11:59am, didn't deliver i again contact with them they said now product will be deliver on 8th june
                    They are harassing us..
                    My complaint is they are convincing customer by showing faster delivery date once customer ordered they start doing all cheap stuffs.
                    I was about to order from flipkart but i move to snapdeal because of faster delivery date
                    Please stop this fraud
                    This incident happens with almost all my order ordered from snapdeal

                      I ordered a vans era sneaker.
                      Order i'd - [protected] on 13 may on cod. The mrp was 2999, but i got it for 1508. So, i thought of buying the shoe here instead of flipkart, as it was proving to be a better deal. But when i received the parcel on 21 may, it turned out to be empty box, i immediately raised a complaint in snapdeal, they called me and said the problem will get resolved in 24 hours, next day, i called them again but said it will take 48 hours, i called them 5 days later, they asked me to wait after that there was no way to raise complaint, magically the option was vanished. No luck in contacting them from my side. Now it has been more than a month. I'm tired of waiting and wasting my time. I just want my money back asap. And now, i completely lost faith in snapdeal and your customer service sucks.

                        The courier partner delhivery is saying that the reverse pickup tracking number generated in return form doesn't exist or maybe was generated by mistake in the system...

                        They told me to contact snapdeal and produce a #new return form # with a #different tracking number # only then the product can be picked up...

                        I have made so many calls and raised many complaints to snapdeal but still this issue is not yet resolved...

                        Kindly #generate a new return form# for this pickup to be done instead of rescheduling the pickup which is useless...

                            I was returned the product which costs 379 rupees which takes courier charges for returning is 300 rupees i received the amount of product but haven't receive the courier charges i have send the item from blue dart courier awbno[protected] you can check it for reference i made complaint in snap deal site directly but they not even telling a single word on complaint i almost made four complaints but till now no response complaint reference id order id [protected] reference no 24504275 i dont want any extra i just want my money back thas it courier charges 300 which they promised so i humbly request you to help in this issue

                              I have booked a order through snapdeal of item ONLY Pink & Black Shift Dress

                              Item recieved on 29.05.2015.

                              Then i was not satisfied with that item and i returNed that item on 30.05.2016.

                              After that i contacted snapdeal 7 times and informed that item returned but their executive told that item not recieved. Them i sent them proof (return reciept) but they are telling that item has not been returned.

                              Snapdeal is doing cheating, please refund my amount.

                                  Wrist watch received without lock means nobody can wear it as no lock available. Second the mobile has no network receiving capacity. I had requested to return on the same day of delivery but snapdeal is joking by leaving such a message in my mail. I have made call also your customer care but vain. Dont understand when somebody comes to deliver the product they do not face difficulty to contact but after my request for return the product they are fail to get contacted me.
                                  Kindly change the product or make the refund and avoid to make fool leaving such a message.

                                    I ordered pampers pants large 48 count 2 qty nd 20 count 1 gty worth rs1400 bt i got a red label tea delivered worth rs190.
                                    When i returned the product i got refund for only for one pack of 20 count of rs 230 only nd not for 2 qty of 48 counts.
                                    I hv called their customer service many times bt they are not giving a good reply.
                                    My refund of rs 1200 is still pending.

                                      I have ordered skybags black 32 polyester casual backpack and a
                                      Google play gift card rs. 1000 on 29 june and was waiting for my order to get delivered. After a few days when i was checking my order status it showed 'all delivery attempts failed' and when i searched further it said that the courier will try to deliver the product within 2 days. Then again after two days when i checked thee status it said 'order remains undelivered, order will be send back to snapdeal'. Now why is that happening, we have given you phone number not only for sending message, you can also call us. At least you could have asked the courier to call us if they found our address difficult to reach. Please i need help right now

                                        I have ordered two 32 gb usb 3.0 pendrives from snapdeal. Co. M. The pendrive have been delivered. Both the pendrives were not working properly. So we asked for a refund. They have send the refund for one pendrive. And have not send the refund for second pendrive and have taken the pendrive with them. The reason for non refund that they gave was unsuccesful pickup. But the item was pickup succesfully. I have the receipt of pickup. I have mailed several times to their websites and even mail them yet they have not given any response. I want you to take strict steps against them. I am attaching the suitable receipts. They assure problem solved but now its been a month i have been in short of money they have took 589 rs for that pendrive and are now not responsible and not doing anything except delay .I would like you to draw your attention and take serious action against its policy so that they may not disturb a persons faith. These organization on big scale are conducting such activities you need to take serious action against them
