Dear Sir,
I purchase Western Digital internal hard drive from snapdeal.com Date[protected]. The hard drive is faulty and its warranty period of 5-years also expired. I registered my complaint to snapdeal.com and Western Digital company. Snapdeal company said 7-day time period for return/replacement of item was expired. Western Digital company said product warranty period was expired.
Sir, please help me in this case, what should I do.

    Hi,
    I had ordered nikon coolpix camera from snapdeal on 23rd may, 2016 on an urgent basis choosing one day delivery option. However i received the product the next day on 24th in the evening at 4 pm. While i placed the order snapdeal had promised to give two freebies (A memory card and the nikon pouch). I received only one freebie along with the camera and the memory card was missing so i went back to the snapdeal site and checked my order history.
    When i checked the return policy of snapdeal (Sd) i learnt that i can raise a return request within seven days the product is delivered. So from 24th may the date of delivery i had time till 31 may.
    Also once i raise a return request i need to be available on call as sd people might call to cross check.
    Since i had to go on a trip the same day the product was delivered and i badly needed a camera i purchased a new camera from an offline store in my locality and went for my trip.
    After i was back on 31 i immediately raised a return request by choosing the following available options available in the drop down at the time of raising return request. The options chosen by me were - incomplete order and freebies were missing.
    Immediately i got a reply from sd saying memory card was not part of the order so we cannot process this request.
    I had to call customer care executive and place my query to him. He was not cooperative and he said if you provide me proof that snapdeal promised me that feebies would be given then we will immediately process your return request. Now my question is how can a fellow purchaser keep a proof of the snapdeal page at the time of purchase?

    Anyways it was my luck that i searched my browser history and found the page which dated back to the time of placing my order and it showed the order summary which clearly mentioned two freebies as i said above. Once i emailed them the proof i waited for more than 16 hours for their reply. After waiting i called the customer care executive and explained everything this time he said since you provided the proof we will soon process your return request and schedule a pick up of the order within two days.
    As soon as i kept the call i receive a mail from sd saying you have raised a return request after 7 days and snapdeal has a return policy of 7 days we cannot process the return request. Actually rhis is a lie from sd i havent crossed 7 day return deadline.
    Upon calling the customer care executies they say we will pick up your product, we have escalated this issue to the backend team etc etc

    Now please tell me where is the justice gone. Snapdeal is just lieing and denying to accept their fault. The product they selling me is very outdated so they promised feebies along with the product and when the product is ordered sd doesnt send freebies and then make up stories like this.

      I (Ajinkya chavan) had registered for the "micromax spark 3" flash sale dated on 2nd june at 12.00 pm (Noon). I received a message saying

      "dear customer,

      Thank you for participating in the flash sale. We have received your order request. Due to overwhelming response to the flash sale, processing your order might take a little while. We will send you a confirmation email regarding the status of your order very soon.

      But now its more than 24 hours and yet i haven't received any confirmation email or message on my email or cellphone. I request kindly to look after this and give me some acknowledgement about my order.

        I was buy a nova trimer to snapdeal. It is used and defective product. I want to return the product. I called to say but he was not received my call. I was talking many times but every time we telling me that your problem is solved but today that he was not done any thing.In some last day i was trying to call but some technically problem not talking them. Every time he promise me.

          I have purchase a philips earphone from your online site. Since purchasing it is not working properly i.e. its sound not clear and distrubing while listening. I have request online to return/replace the itm. your company has send a message to collect the item on 2 June, 2016 between 3 to 6 PM. But nobody come to collect the item. Now a call again come to me to not change the item as it is not cover under change item. They saying that used item can not be change.

          How it is possible me to find about voice of item without using it.

            Actually i ordered dishtv hd connection with recorder-all india (1 month super-family and full-on hd with 300 movie points)
            From snapdeal they sent the device on[protected] but not installed because of they dont have hdmi cable they bring the device along with them immidiatly i inform to snapdeal to refund there is no up date still amount refunded

              I have book mobile phone model f -110 on snapdeal on dated[protected] & delivery time scheduled on[protected] but the product hand over to currier agency has not deliver the product to me reason:- address pincode mismatch. Address from non serviceable pincode but they don, t bother to give me even single call to me (Track record given below). Therefore you are requested to direct the currier agency to deliver the product to me on the same address, if their is any problem in address then they can give me a call. I will collect the product from near by location.

                I have ordered co fit AB roller on 24may16 with expexted delivery 30may - 1st Jun 16 but still i did not received my item and there is no information mail regarding this.Now track order is showing 4 to 7 th Jun is expected delivery.

                  I bought this wireless subwoofer from snapdeal at 21 aug 2015.the product had 1 year warranty, on 22 april 2016 it stopped working because of some minor fault, so i called snapdeal for product repair they refused to send me a home repair service and told me to send my whole product along with invoice and warranty card, i sent as discussed they tod me to refund my courier charges .snapdeal team told me the refund will be placed instead of repair or replacement because the product is now costlier than previous date i bought the product on .so i accepted the request and gave snapdeal team my account number to refund me.the actual refund of the product wasinitiated on 12 may 2016 but no amount is being transphered to my account till now as on[protected].my complaint number for the product is"22212635"
                  i called too many times at snapdeal helpline but they just refuse to refund and every time give excuses of complaint being processed .

                            I have raised n number of complaints for Because of this product.

                            Till now no proper response from you.

                            Don't ever try to cheat the customers, you cant even sustain in the market.

                            Am just wondering how many innocents like would have been cheated.

                            Hey Don't cheat the customers by saying some foolishness.
                            First try to understand the situation of the customers, then you can simply say your stupid rules.
                            The courier was sent to my Native address, by the time i visited my native it is 10 days after the parcel i receive.

                            My parents does't even open the package. After i opened and started using the very first day the cover was torn.

                            You are simply just speaking the nonsense rules.

                                I am shefali jain. i placed 2 orders on 7th may on snapdeal app
                                i had placed a retuen request on 9th may.
                                since then i had applied 11 times for pick up but no one came to pick up my parcel
                                this is highly disappointing
                                after that i placed 2 orders on flipkart
                                my order was delivered next day and after 1 day pick up hua
                                i was very loyal customer of snapdeal
                                but meri problem solve nahi ho rahi hai
                                and now i have decided to quit snapdeal as well as my friends are also highly disappointed from ur service.

                                  I ordered micromax spark video Q15 8Gb champagne.Order no.[protected] order date 26 July 2017.Today 29july I received this order but when I opened this box found two stone in the box.I am very disappointed with snapdeal.quickly I called to customer care and talk to Mr.Rajat dhiman.He said to me will take action for this issue.and resolve my problem within 7 days. After 7 days this problem not slove by snapdeal .I will take a action for snapdeal.I will go to the court for this frode.

                                    Sir my name is sanjoy i am a physically disable person so mostly i am depending on online shopping for which snapdeal now blackmail me i purchased some soap having oder id [protected] from snapdeal on 18/04/2016 but due to cheap quality i returned it to them it is already deivered to them then they ask me about my bank detail for my refund instead of my bank account no bymistake i give them the debit card number so i did not got my refund till now but when i tell them about this they are telling me that because they are having neft no and refund transection no so i can not do any thing againest them also telling me that as my card no is near them they may misuse it so please help me in this matter like earlier please.

                                      Track id : unisnpp6018703 (Gojavas courier service)

                                      Nap deal say that they shipped the item on[protected]
                                      But when i track the order with track id given by snap deal
                                      It was in chennai airport from[protected] on wards. I wait till
                                      [protected] morning and cancel the order on[protected]. But
                                      I did get back my money and a prompt replay from snap deal

                                        I Team, I was purchased on ASUS laptop from snapdeal, when the time of purchase they clearly mentioned that it have 3 Years global warranty, and i registered the same product in asus website also, after one year i had some issues with my laptop and i given in one asus center in bangalore for service, they told me like there is only one year warranty for that and its already got over, i checked the same with snapdeal, I got the information that it was a database error so they will pay 500 for me for that, i asked again and they told they will help me out for extending third party insurance, when i checked the same with asus team they are telling like i cant extend the warranty because its already got over . Then snapdeal team informed me that i can repair my laptop and once i shared the bill with them they will give me the amount within 2 days . I did the same, but now what snapdeal team saying is they cant refund that amount its against their policy, i dont know while giving the promise to me where there policy ? even i have all the bills and invoices with me, its clearly mentioned 3 years global warranty.
