Snapdeal a big fraud company buy from any other company but never from Snapdeal. I didn't got my cashback inspite I called 4 times to their customer care. My complaint ID is 23934639 all the times they promise for cashback and don't provide it. Shameless Snapdeal customer service. World worst customer service and online trading company, not trustworthy.

    I have purchase a samsung 32 gb microsdhc memory card class 10 thats order id: [protected] (1 item) details
    Placed on 31 jan, 2016 and it was delivered on 7 feb 2016.. When i got this memory card it was working properly.. Its seems to be a good memory card. But after using 4 month when format it first time its capacity gets reduce from 29.32 to 9.32gb... Thats means it is fake and debulicate memory card.. I need urgent help please do something.

      I had ordered bluetooth headphone but i returned it back to the company through courier service to the company warehouse in bhiwandi, mumbai. After returning the product the status of the order is still 'arranging for pickup'. 3 weeks have been passed since i have returned my product still i have not received my money back. I had returned with all original packings along with required documents. Then why it is taking so long get my money. I am tired of sending mails to the company. This was not expected from snapedeal. You may loose your costumers if do this. Please return my money back.

        I have referred to my two friends on snapdeal, their ids are [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com. My id on snapdeal is ae.[protected]@gmail.com
        According to refer and earn program on the snapdeal site, we both should get the 100 rupees as cash-back. Referring and referred both should get the 100 rupees cashback. They made purchase about 35 days back.
        But the cash-back time is 10 days after the delivery. I have logged the complaint on 4th of may with the complaint reference no. 23096669. But my problem is not solved yet.
        I have many times mailed and called.
        Calling is not free of charge, it is paid. And i have called about 10 times in which every time it charges cost about 20 to 25 rupees.
        And countless of my precious time that i have spent on these callings.
        They said many times that their representative would call to me but they did not do yet on the issue. They every time say 24 to 48 hours would take to resolve the issue but till now it has not resolved.
        I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

          I purchased 4 in 1 bentag sewing machine on[protected]Order id - [protected]) from snapdeal. The machine was not working properly due to which i send it back to snapdeal on[protected]. According to the terms and conditions of snapdeal they were liable to refund my cash back through free recharge account or my bank account. But they still not refunded my money. I also provide my account number for easy payment.In addition to this i also called them about 10 to 15 times. But they did not respond to my complaint for my refund of rs 1077/-.
          Therefore you are requested to take strict action against them. So that no other person should be cheated.

            I had ordered fitrist smartband from snapdeal on 13th May and it was suppose to deliver by 16th to 18th May.. By seeing the order status i got to know this will get delay and I started calling snapdeal customer care from 15th itself..
            They were simply promising that this will deliver by 16th or 18th, just to disconnect the call and they use to say we will call you back and disconnect.. but no call back or no email communication..
            on 18th suddenly delivery date got changed from 16th-18th to 21st to 24th.. I was shocked by seeing this and called support team many times. Approximately I had raised 14 tickets to support team and spoke to the manager Mr. Vishnu..
            But no use, all are just use to say we will call back and let you know the status and no calls, no information..

            Finally somehow received my courier on 23rd..

            SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS WORST THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!

                Hi ordered a product from snapdeal and paid itself at the time of order. But these people are sending messages that today your product ll be delivered be ready to pick up but they are doing the delivery and making me sit whole day . When i call them they say thay sir you dont have any other option you have to wait for it. I have wriitten letter to kunal bahl for this lets see what action does he takes or else i am going to take some legal action for making me waste my time like this. This is third time i have been treated like this by this company.

                      This is regarding complaint number : 23709273 in the snapdeal.

                      Snapdeal worest customer service!!

                      I have purchased a moto e 2nd gen (8gb) a few months back and the mobile which we receive is not working properly, then we went to service center for servicing with the invoice they have given. There we have seen that the imei number there on the invoice and on the bill are not matching. So service center people didn't took the mobile for service.

                      I have reached to snapdeal customer care to rectify this invoice and to generate a new bill. I am following them from past 12 days they are not even answering properly. Every time we call them they will say with in 24hrs the day you call the issue will be rectified... Which will not happen.
                      They didn't even call back to us for issue resolution... Every time we have to call and check the status which is very pathetic.
                      No sla for issue resolution, no commitment, lot of communication gap with in the team and supervisor.
                      Worest customer service... Which we never expected from snapdeal.

                        My product was delivered to me on 04/5/2016 and i have used my product and found that product is faulty some time. Touch is hard to use and after installing heavy 3 applications, mobile gets hang and switch off automatically and regarding this i have submitted complaint on 09/5/2016.
                        Your engineer visit my place 11/05/2016, check my product and he found that my product is faulty and he provide me job sheet and also he said me that another delivery boy will come and pick up this product but after that day no one is come and no one calls me for that. Why do you make fake commitment. After 11/05/2016, i have called your customer care many times but they also given me fake commitment that today delivery boy will come. When your today will come god knows..
                        I am your consumer since 1 year so you should not do this type of miss-happening with me.

                          I ordered this product on 24th april 2016 with estimated delivery date on 27th-29th may 2016.
                          As the product is not delivered on time to me, i requested for cancellation of this product on 3rd may 2016.

                          You replied me that you will be refunding to me only when you receive the product back to vendor.
                          Suddenly i got message from snapdeal on 16th may 2016, that product - order id: [protected] is delivered to me.

                          But i have not received any product - order id: [protected] to me. Regarding the same i raised complaint with snapdeal customer care on 16th may 2016.
                          Your customer care executive promised me that you will resolve this issue with in 48 hours, but till now i have not received any reply back from snapdeal.

                          Request you to arrange my refund back very soon.

                          I have been hearing this DRAMA from your customer care team since 21 days. I made more than 45 phone calls and numerous emails to Snapdeal, every day your Customer care team will tell our Team will get back to me by 5pm, but till now no call or update received.

                          Your customer care team acting will get Oscar award, customers like us will get madness .
                          You send Product by Blue dart or Fed ex it is your wish and your responsibility to give Product to customer within estimated delivery date. Till now you people are unable to trace where the Product is.

                                    Yahan se maine Karbon Titannium kharida but mai Product se santusht nhi tha kyoki jo Quality Inhone mujhe show ki thi product details mai wo quality ka product nhi tha, isliye maine agale hi din refund kai procedure complete kar di but jab inka banda mere paas aaya to wo 5 min phone ko checke kiya aur ek form fill karwa ke Product ko Sahi likhakar chala gaya aur bol gaya ki aapko jo bhi product chalane mai dikkat ho rahi hai wo aap is form par show kar do aur aapka refund ho jayega. But 2 dino tak mujhe koi updates nhi di gai company ki taraf se ki aapki refund request rok di gai hai aur aapko koi refund nhi milega. Maine company ke customer care par call karke puri jankaari li tab mujhe pata chala ki mera Paisa refund nhi karegi company. to maine aage koi aur procedure ke baare mai customer care se pucha to unhone kaha ki aapko Karbon ke Dealer ke Paas jana Hoga aur RO Form Lana Hoga aur Companey mai scane copy send karni hogi tab jake aapki refund request ko fir se khola jayega but gurentee nhi ki refund ho hi jaye.

                                    Mere khayal se company ke khajane mai ek baar Paisa jane ke baad ye company Paisa wapas nhi karte Aur Inhone Aise hi Logon ko chutiya Banane ke liye Company Profile mai likh rakha hai ki " 7 Days, Easy Return"

                                    Sabhi Logo se meri Request hai ki Kisi bhi aur company se Product Kharid lena But SNAPDEAL se kabhi nahi kharidana Ye ek FAKE Company hai Galat-Galat Information Aur Zhute Pralobhan Inhone Apni Profile par show kar rakhe hai jise dekhakar log Inke chakkar mai Phas jate hai aur baad mai meri tarah hi pareshaan hote rahte hai.


                                    So please Snapdeal se kabhi Deal mat karna. Flipkart wale Kabhi aisa nhi karte maine unko bhi refund karwaya to unhone bina kisi Term & Conditions ke return kar diya.

                                      Snapdeeal is selling duplicate product delivered to me

                                      I have purchased watch, It stopped working within 6 moths I thought that batter may be empty so When I was in process to change the battery and opened the back cover I came to know that machine which is fixed in the watch was not original.

                                      Cover is of Sonata but duplicate local machine was fixed in watch .

                                      When I am trying to contact with service they were rejected for repair they denied to accept and not ready...

                                      I have purchased a micromax spark 2 phone by snapdeal
                                      I placed an order on 7 may and i received the order on 8 may and this phone have some problems like hanging touch and some application is not so that i raised a request for refund on 14 may (As per 7 days replace and refund policy of snapdeal), the refund request was successfully sown on snapdead side and expected pickup order date sown 16 may but no body come to pickup the order till now
                                      And i also send many time to request to refund the order by mail but no body give the response and snapdeal send the to me
                                      Go to the service center
                                      I also send 3 -4 times reminders
                                      Every time i received the same mail go to the service center
