I am buy a mobile lenovo a 1000 dated of 4may 2016 some kind of application issue it not work properly i trying to contact with your support team from last 3weeks but he always give me fake promises... no one come to pickup the product from lat 3weeks ...i always calling to customer care no its chargeable but no one can help me he also give me fake promises our delivery boy coming tomorrow to pick up the product...please help me to get back my refund

      I purchased 2 bean bags in march

      1) first item was torned in the month of april at stiches. When i called there is no response from customer care and seller, when you are not able to support why are you maintaining the snapdeal. The product is torned and there is no service from the seller as there is no service in hyderabad. Is that my problem? When it is in warranty why should i go to third party for repair? When you dont have service center in hyderabad you should not sell the product in hyderabad?

      2) for 2nd item beans filled up with low quality and if i sat on the bag looking like sat on floor as the low class beans are completely compressed.

      Unfortunately i heard another meaning of warranty from your educated care team as if there is no service in my city i need to do it with thirdparty by paying.

      Is this called warranty?
      When you dont have warranty in the city you should not sell the product in those cities.

      I dont want this hell product take it back and refund my money.

        Please refer my complain no. 23821735. As per my order l received the nokia 105 ds model mobile in a good condition. But as per your website i should get headset along with all required accessories. But headset was not delivered along with the mobile. Further on website it was shown that the mobile's external memory is extendable upto 8 gb, which is a false statement. On my complain from your side promised on 24 may 2016 for returning of rs.400 to my freecharge account. Which is not fulfilled till date. Nor any further progress. Please resolve it as soon as possible. Please give me headset or compensation, also for false statement on website. I also clarify that the mobile is already used by me as it is registered in my office, so i will not return the item.

        Refer to your call from[protected] at 01.38 pm on dated 31 May 16. As per your call you should send a link to my registered mail (of Snapdeal), till this time I have not received any mail from your side. Still I am sending the photos of Mobile cover pack indicating the detail of accessories it should contain.
        (1)As per your Technical specification "headset" should be delivered with the Mobile, which was not provided along with the Hand set.
        (2)Apart from this the mobile doesn't support any external memory device/card (in fact there is no provision of memory card slot), though your website shows mobile's external memory is extendable upto 8 GB, which is a false statement.

        I tried a lot but no photo is uploading on it. hence unable to show you the details.

        I think snapdeal has no responsibility for its consumers. After selling items, he got money. Thats all. Whether item is good or bad / complete or incomplete. You have not given any response to my complain till date.

          Hi,
          For the above order I have lodged a complaint and not a single revert has come from snapdeal. They have picked the item but they have sent a message they have not received the product and refund cannot be initiated.Their vendor Shadowfax has already picked the item.After number of follow ups snap deal has not given a single revert.
          This is highly unprofessional and unethical.
          I want my complain to be addressed immediately.

            This is my complaint against snapdeal. I had ordered an iphone 5s from snapdeal.com but later asked for the refund as the phone was getting heated up. The phone was picked up from my address on 25th april 2016 and was assured refund within 4 days. But till date, i have not received the refund. I have called the customer executives many times but all in vain. They kept on replying me that the refund has been initiated & i would get the refund in the next 2 to 4 business days every time i called them. Countless days have passed since then, but no response. Finally, i escalated the case to the highest escalation point i. E mailed at kunal. [protected]@snapdeal.com due to no response from the snapdeal team. Now, the shocking reply that i got from them is that i won't be given refund & the item that i had ordered can also not be delivered back. That means i have lost rs. 20, 499 for no reason. This is ridiculous & looks like a possible scam from snapdeal.

              I had returned the dell Inspiron 11 3148 laptop (Order Id – [protected]) to reverse pick up courier today.
              I was waiting till last week BM technologies to correct the warranty issue, since they already agreed that they can correct it. From the dell customer support also I got the information that warranty correction by the retailer is very simple process. But seems the retailer has given me an already used product and that might be the reason they are facing the problem or reluctant to correct it.
              Even though the problem is with the Seller, I
              would like to give the feedback to ‘Snapdeal’.

              My major concerns are
              The description given in Snap deal against this product was wrong for two reasons
              1) 1 Year Manufacture warranty as mentioned in ‘Snapdeal’ was not available for this product - 2 months NBD and 5 months accidental damage service, IT tech pro support, POW, telephone support are already left when I received the product.
              2) The item status was not ‘NEW’ as mentioned in the site –Reasons
              (a) I could find old files in the windows logs as well as in the event log (windows. Old folder dated July/2015 & August/2015 and also 10/2015). I have the screen shot of all these please let me know if you want the evidence. This type of research done only because of the doubt due to the reluctance of the seller on warranty correction.
              (b There was no user guide or manuals available in the package
              (c) No temporary protective cover in the screen which will be available for all the brand new touch panels
              (d) 2 months NBD and 5 months accidental damage service, IT tech pro support, POW, telephone support are already left when I received the product.
              (e) Base of the laptop was already pasted with the protective cover.
              (f) Vendor couldn’t’t able to correct the warranty.
              Returning the item caused me a lot of inconvenience.
              1) The refund amount of 35999/- will be blocked in my credit card account until I could find a new laptop or a big purchase.
              2) I am not sure when I can expect a laptop with the same offer price, with which I made the purchase.
              3) The accessories I purchased for this particular laptop has no use (Saco Screen protector, Keyboard protector, Touch pad protector, and top cover protector, connectors/Adapters purchased for optical drive- SATA to USB and Ethernet to
              USB and carry bag (Some of the items can be reused).
              4) Around 15GB data automatic upgrade of Windows-10 patches, and driver software update, Microsoft office, Mc-Cafe downloads.
              5) Unnecessary tension, waste of time and money for multiple phone calls/email to snap-deal, BM Technologies, the seller and the courier company.
              6) Unavailability of laptop for next few days, which I never expected and made my plans collapse.
              7) Risk of misuse of my personal and
              confidential data in the laptop (even though I deleted all but the vendor can recover the data using recovery software)
              Please let me know,
              How you are going to compensate me for all these inconvenience?
              How ‘Snapdeal’ can recover the user trust and ensure that no such incident will happen to me again
              What corrective action will be taken against the Seller (BM Technologies)

                  I have not got my 10% cashback from sbi yet. Iast 6 month continues followup also 3 times send my bank statement to snapdeal customer care, but still fail to reslove my problem, every time fake promise given to me. No boboday are proper answer to me. More then 100 times contact with them but answer is same.

                    I ordered redmi 2 prime and i get it on 21 April.I send refund req on 25 april and the couriour i send manually ..on 2 may i call customer care and she said that they get your product after two days they said that they didn't get your product ...your product yet not delievered.aftrr it sometime they said me that they get ur product and sometime said doesn't get.after waiting 25 days i send them the proof slip by the couriour boy in which shows that product has successfully delievered and you get ur refund after 4 days but after waiting even 10 days i don't get refund...snap deal u did torcher with me .please snap deal i need it very much and it is very important for me please refund my money as soon as possible.

                        I had bought a laptop from snapdeal website in Oct 2015 vide order no [protected].

                        As per the offers given at that time, I was to get 10% as cash back if I pay through -hdfc card and in emi for at least 6 months. Though I did nt require emi facility, I had opted for the same. Accordingly I had to pay about 1000 as Interest also. Considering that I will get 10% or max 2000 as cash back, I had opted for the same. The Laptop was for 32990/-/ However the cash back declared on the terms and conditions was not given. I have been mailing to snapdeal people and no use. Every process is so mechanised that I could never get to speak to any one but only Ivrs. I mailed on [protected]@snapdeal but even that response is also mechanised and you get automated mails and never ever some one responded by reading the same.

                        I even mailed to kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com, even that is also automated. I have given a bad review for their app and even then no body responds. Finally I got this website and I am wrting through u. Hope at least now it will be replied after really reading.

                        Thanks to this forum. At last Snapdeal got in touch with me.
                        Through this forum i want to update the status of the complaint.

                        Initially snapdeal called me up and said that the Cash back would have been credited and wanted to send the statement of account. When I was ready to produce the same, they came up with a statement that the Cash back was available only if I had used App based transaction and not web based transaction.
                        Funny part is that, when I have sought proof from them that this offer and these conditions were made available in their website and that I have purchased through web and not through App, they dont have answer.

                        Now they have sent a 3rd party some webpage not of that of Snapdeal, which states that the offer is applicable only for app based transactions. When I insisted that I want proof on their website, they state that they cant produce. While 3rd party page is retrievable, their pages are not retreivable. They are not ready to give this statement also in writing.
                        This snapdeal is completely bogus site and cheating people. I want them to be properly punished.

                          Product - Riderz Planet Air Fly Bike Safety Leg Guard .
                          The order for this product was placed on 20th May 2016 and expected delivery was between 25-28th May. But the product was not even dispatched as of 26th May. And the worst part is there is no way to connect to customer care representative on their dedicated helpline number. So i went ahead and cancelled the order. The payment was made via credit card and they said refund is successful effective 27th May but i havent received any payment on my card yet. Order ID: [protected]

                              As product was delivered on 20 may 2016 when i opened the packing order is incomplete or very poor quality i raise a refund request as on 20 may 2016 my pick up was scheduled i waited day by day but no one came to pick it up. As today 29 may its being 9 days i raise request snapdeal daily but no activity has been done by snapdeal end.
                              I just wanted to ask that my product will be picked up or not?? If yes then when??
                              Because as per your policy refund is only initiated after the pick up.
                              Being manipulated by snapdeal though i am waiting for today waiting for response.

                                With referecne to the Order number [protected] i had purchased a OBI worldphone through Snapdeal.
                                and it was delivered to me on 5th may 2016.Howeveri noticed that there was a problm with the speaker
                                and the voice was not clear.
                                So i decided to return the product, and i initiated a returnthrough Snapdeal.Immditely i recieved a call
                                from Snapdeal and was told that a engineer would visit my place and verify the Phone.
                                After couple of days, the engineer visited and checked the Phone aand issue a confirmation that indeed there
                                was a problem with the phone.

                                Even after the engineer i have not recieved any repsonsefrom Snapdeal.Latter i call the customer care
                                and checkd the status, and was told that shortly a pick wpuld be arranged but they ended up sending up amail that i should
                                go to service center for repair.

                                No my question is i hav purchased a brand new phone, if the phone is defective, why should i get the phone
                                repaired.am i not entitled to get my money back.

                                DONT YOU THINK THE ENTIRE DEFINATION OF ONLINE SHOPIING IS GETTING DEFEATED, when you harass
                                a customer by not initiating a refund for defective product.

                                Iam definately filing a case with the Consumer court agaonst Snap deal.Thia is cheating by Snapdeal.

                                      I purchased shoes of Nike for Rs 10994 but item delivered to me was not what I ordered in fact they send me the different old shoes the courier boy who delivered the item didn't returned it and when I tried to return it to the company the courier person denied to take the package back now even the customer care no. Is IVR oriented u can not talk to d executive and on website v can't even raise any complaints as it as only FAQ's

                                        I revived a lenovo k3 note on 25 th may through snap deal in which the home and back buttons were not working. Next day 26 th itself I raised request for return and refund. It is been 3 days and I have called the customer service 6-7 times. But there is no revert on request. Neither engineer call is arranged nor reverse pickup is initiated. I am leaving out of town today and this i had mentioned to the customer service person multiple times. Everytime got assurance that my ticket is escalated but so far no revert has come from the customer service. The return request ticket ID is 24111230. Request urgent intervention in this. I am really disappointed and frustrated with the customer service of snap deal.
