Hi all,
Snapdeal has not trustpay website. My order cancel on 12may2016 and they was send mail on refund amount credit will 6 days(may be end on 19may 2016). But still (25may 2016) they was not refund my amount. If i ask customer care once i received product refund it so when you reached product to you does not answer they are all. So trust the snapdeal in online payment. He is not correctly answered

Your team always told please wait... If you answer like this always mean what i do.. In this way told mean not a trustpay site..

    I live in zakir nagar, new delhi.. I ordered hp (15-ac 120tx) laptop on snapdeal.com. My order number is [protected] (Snapdeal) & xpressbee awb shipping number is [protected]. It was scheduled to be delivered on 25 may 2016. But xpress bee reported that customer was not available. On my given address i was present whole day!! No person from xpressbee came to deliver at my given address & no one called me on my provided mobile number [protected]. Xpress bee then falsely reported that i was not available. If in case xpessbee courier men were really finding my given address then they could have at-least called me once. I[censored] can not deliver than at least don't lie. This is very unprofessional behavior. Please deliver my product between 9-12pm on 26 may.

      Order was to be delivered by 21/06/2016 but still not delivered. Everyday i am calling to the customer care but not getting any proper response from them as they are promising for delivery the very next day but nothing positive is happening. I have been calling four more than 4 days repeatedly but they dont have any answer except false promises.

        I ordered a mobile phone Micromax S301 through snap deal. the phone delivered to me was a defective piece as it is not getting charged(battery).I put an return request within two days of delivery.there was no call from the customer service for 4/5 days.then 1 call was done to me to go for a service centre .then after 1 day i called them that the service centre was too far and i had no time to go.please pick up the mobile phone and provide me a good one.They said ok we will call you soon. now almost 3/4 days gone no call from them.

          This is an serious issue. Kindly read carefully.
          I placed orders no [protected] & [protected] dated 01.05.16. These orders were cancelled on 12 may 16 stating reason out of stock, same was not shared with me. As soon as i got information that my order were cancelled again i checked their website & i was shocked to come to know that the product was in stock with same seller. Further i place the same order no [protected] & [protected] dt 12.05.16. Order was accepted. Again on 24 may 16 these orders were also cancelled by snapdeal due to out of stock. Again same was not communicated to me.
          How can this possible that every time after 10-12 days seller come to know that the product is not available in his inventory. Why he/they did not cancel the order and refund the money immediately.
          I registered a complain on the 12.05.16 which is still in process. Even my 12 days regular follow up.
          Mistake can be happens once only if you are doing the same knowingly. It seems money pooling of snapdeal with the seller. They all are making fool to customers. They know everything very well but they used my hard earn money for 25 days interest free. This is a trap kindly do the needful to save the interest of customer.

            Hi Team: I ordered for spac wood carnival bed from Snapdeal and order ID was [protected].order placed on 20th April 2016 and received on 30th April 2015 but no installation so far.more then 30 calls from my side to snap deal customer help line number but always same answer we will do it but result is zero. When i raised request for return that time got reply area is out of service we can not pick it up you have to pack it and send back to our ware house.If it can be delivered at that address then it can be picked up also. Need help to sortout this issue because snap deal not responding.

            Worst service and no customer care.

            After 35 days of continuous follow up and daily 4 to 5 call to customer care finally Sanp deal install the furniture.
            Such a worst service by SNAP deal.
            I will not buy any thing from SNAP deal in future and recommend to other also not to do so.

              I booked a webcamera on snapdeal.com on 9th May 2016 and when i received the product, its colour was light green one and the one i ordered was black one. Also that the webcamera was not turning off. So i decided to return the product to them and proceeded. Four consecutive times i contacted the customer care of snapdeal and nobody has come yet to collect the product, but continously sending message for pickup. No one comes actually.

                  I had ordered a Kobo mini exerciser which was delivered on 13 th May'16. On 23 rd May, the counter stopped working and I lodged a complaint for repairs with you when I was told that nothing can b done in this reg as 7 days return policy has expired. When I repeated that I do not want to have it replaced but only repaired she said it's not our policy! I rcvd a msg that someone will respond in 24 hrs. Whn no one called, I called again and rcvd the same response! He kept on repeating the 7 day return policy. U expected me to lodge a complaint when there was none???? I should have expected it to get spoilt in less than 10 days n hv it replaced in 7 days!
                  I wl never buy another item from yr website as u offer no guarantee for any item sold on your site. There is no safeguard for customers! It's cheating!

                    If snapdeal is reading this, just wanted to say that I have been writing, calling and following up with you since months and now being frustrated taking this step to write here to let others know what kind of service snapdeal has. So better check your history and don't give a standard answer asking me to talk/write to cust care.

                    I saw an offer on snapdeal saying ear buds worth 499 free with moto e, wherein I would get a freecharge credit of 499 on buying moto e buds worth 499.

                    I read the terms, the offer expiry was not mentioned and voucher expiry was 31 march 2016.
                    I called up customer care to confirm the offer and the person said the offer is valid. I asked him to double check because there was no expiry date written, he double checked by putting an order himself and confirmed, I placed the order for both buds and moto e.

                    After 10 days passed, I didn't get any code. I called up customer care and they said dont worry you will either get it or we will replace it.
                    a month passed, no resolution again called, they said the same thing as above.

                    Then suddenly they sent a mail that this offer was not valid when I placed the order. After that I would have called them and explained them to different people every time and sent screenshots of the offer and ask them to check call records where I confirmed before placing the order.

                    Already 3 months have passed and now, I see no hope.

                    Just wanted to caution prospective buyers - don't trust snapdeal

                      I have always ordered from snapdeal.
                      Today 24th may 2016
                      Got my liptongreen tea order no [protected] delivered around 3. Pm.

                      As per my information from snapdeal it was "mr. Sumon chowdhury"
                      Who had come for delivery. Me not being at home, he rang me first for confirmation, his behaviour was very rude. After giving him confirmation, my mom who received the parcel, called me to report his behavior.
                      He unnecessarily kept on ringing our door bell at this afternoon hour.

                      My baby who is one and a half year old got up shocked and crying from her sleep.
                      My father who is unwell also got highly disturbed. Mr. Suman has done it intentionally, and his behavior was extremely rude.
                      Is this expected from snapdeal???.

                      Please teach your delivery guys some manners, ethics and humanity.

                                I have packed 4 product's for reverse pickup before purchasing they use to tell easy return and replacement but know they are telling there's no courirer service in our area while sending the product they have courier service and they tell us they are going to call us but there's response from snapdeal and also i have purchased a mobile its not working even i complaint about it there's no good response i need my refund to my bank account the quality which i have received it's really worst its like road side product its not like purchased from snapdeal there are four to five items please help me out of this thank you

                                  I had ordered a Seagate hard disk on 14th of May 2016 which was delivered to me on the 17th of May 2016. On receiving the product, I later discovered that it is not compatible with my device and hence raised a complaint for return on immediate basis. However the company has denied my complaint and refused return on the ground that the matter was bought to notice after 7 days from delivery. I am regularly trying to get in touch with The team, however they cite excuses everytime I have approached them. I am being framed for no fault of mine.

                                  I hate to admit this is the worst site i have come across. I have taken every precautionary measure to return the consignment but no body cooperates

                                    Sapphire amd/ati radeon r7 250 1gb ddr5 graphics card with boost
                                    Product not working.
                                    And it is in warranty period. Costumer care centre does not replace the product while in warranty period.
                                    I have done many time complaint but still not resolve the problem.

                                      Hi, i had ordered samsung galaxy a5 (16gb) on may 15, 2016 order id: [protected]. I received my order on may 19. 2016. When i opened the package i found there was no phone inside the package but a marvel stone and charger and airphone. I lodge my complaint on same day. They asked me to provide images and my id card then they took almost 3 days and said they cannot do anything and they are blocking my account.

                                      Please resolve my concern. I want my phone or refund.

I want my phone to be delivered by tomorrow and if you cannot to than refund my money right now. I can't wait anymore I have already given you 4 days.                                         I have bought a monitor from snapdeal and i received a defective product. I have applied for a refund. Now they're showing 'quality checked failed. Returned item will be sent back to you' even though i have included all the invoice and accessories that came with the product and the product is defective. I need it resolved before they send me back the defective product.
