I booked a webcamera on snapdeal.com on 9th May 2016 and when i received the product, its colour was light green one and the one i ordered was black one. Also that the webcamera was not turning off. So i decided to return the product to them and proceeded. Four consecutive times i contacted the customer care of snapdeal and nobody has come yet to collect the product, but continously sending message for pickup. No one comes actually....

I order the product on snapdeal as its delivery schedule was 21to 23 may-2016 and i want to present it to my child on birthday. Same product was available on different seller at lower price but snapdeal delivery schedule was less than other seller that is why i prefer snapdeal.

When i opened the package i found there was no phone inside the package but a marvel stone and charger and airphone. I lodge my complaint on same day.
