Dar sir/ madam,
I have ordered product chillaxplus 650w 13mm impact drill machine kit with reversible function and 101 accessories, order id [protected] on 11 may 16, but i received a message on 16 may 16 that i didn't received it due to non availability of money, which is false. The order didn't reached my home at all and nobody gave me a call. Till now, that product is not delivered to me yet.

    This is the first time i ordered something from snapdeal and have been extremely disappointed!
    I was constantly told that my order will reach between 18th - 20th may. Today being the 20th i worked from home only to receive my order and till now i do not have any updates. I called up the courier people in delhi and in bangalore and they have no clue. One of them said they'll arrange a call back and obviously noone called and the one in bangalore said - he doesnt know and needs to go to the office to check it by 5:30pm.
    This really questions the quality of snapdeal and i doubt if i will ever be able to order again from here and might as well be thinking of cancelling this order because i am no more sure of the qualitly of the phone that i have ordered.

    When i registered a complaint, a person from snapdeal and called me to say they were working on my query (At 5:15 pm). I said that i do request a call back from snapdeal to let me know the status of my courier. No commitment from snapdeal to call back on status and asked me to wait for delivery... Hence i wait.
    This is extremely disappointing considering order was thoughtfully made from snapdeal!!

            15/05/2016 has not yet been received by us. This matter should be taken seriously since such a delay is not excepted from such a esteemed establishment like you. Your courier has further extended the date of delivery up to 24th instant. Their excuse for rain is nothing to do with is viewed as a real comedy. If they cannot work in such small drizzles, we raise a question who you have hired such a lavish courier. Look into the matter immediately and ask your couriers to act quickly so that we will in possession of the smart phone by today afternoon.

              I don't know why after cancellation of the order immediately on 28 th of april after seeing the condition of the filter, which is the main part of the water purifier, i had to call them so many times, and after talking to seven customer care executives nothing has happened, except giving false hope and feeling sorry.
              I got sms and mail saying this product will be picked up on 29 th april, it did not happen.7 th may, and nobody turned up. (Yesterday i spoke to the customer executive delela). Please refer.
              Today 19 th may, again after waiting, i spoke to sagarika, of nuvo ex, the number given by snap deal, on 18 th of may via. Sms.. Mobile no.[protected].
              It is quite surprising they already know what the problem is, and giving empty assurance, like all the customer care of snap deal. What is going on?
              Their pick-up partner is nuvo ex. Phone no.[protected]. Address-nuvo logistics pvt. Ltd, 3rd floor, unitec trade center, sector-43, sushant lok-1, gurgaon, haryana-122001 what they say is, from snap deal side no communication to pick up the item.
              Their branch is in bangalore-manager name is mr. Sunil-mobile no. Is [protected].
              The pick up instruction was given on 28th april itself, i wrote immediately for the return of the product because the filter which is the main part was full of dust, as though it was picked up from the dust-bin.
              The executives of snap deal customer care to whom i spoke after a long wait was 1.. Ashima morning-11.50 a. M., of 7th may 2016. She assured it will be picked up sorry for the inconvenience.[nothing happened]. Waited for two more days, spoke to mr. Sunil, the manager of nuvo, bangalore, branch. No use. He goes to his office only after 2 p. M.
              2. Then on 10th of may, i spoke to one gentleman named yasin, of snap deal.
              3. Then on 11th may, i spoke to one lady kranthi, the call got cut, then a lady by name kajal came on the line, time 11.00 a. M. Same-feeling sorry giving assurance. But nothing happened.
              4. Then on 13th of may, i spoke to jothi [snap deal - customer care executive] at 11.30 a. M. Same empty assurance. Again after waiting for two days,
              5. I tried to contact snap deal customer care, their contact no. Is [protected], i think as soon as they see your number, they must be pressing the automated voice mode. At last on 16th of may, at 3 p. M., i spoke to delela.
              6. Then on 17th of may at 4.30 p. M. I got a call from priya saying pick up will be done on 18th may. Again waiting, waiting, nothing happened.
              Then i thought enough is enough and took the final step of taking it up with consumer forum.
              I hope you will take up this matter immediately, so that we get the refund of our money as quick as possible.

              The main part of the water purifier was so dirty, the dust was flying and dirtying your house. It was awful to see, the very purpose of buying the product, failed it's test.I will never recommend this product. The overall look also flimsy, not strong.
              The award winning story and the reviews seems to be fake.
              Snap deal should not promote these fake manufacturer and the dealers. These type of cheating is happening in India.
              There is a saying, the suffering is not because of the bad people, it is because of the silence of good people.

                    I received the product on 16th may 2016. I full charged the mobile and when used this product on the same day, its battery started draining very quickly. After every 4 to 5 minutes its battery was going down by 1%. I had not installed even a single app from google play store and not any app was running in back ground. When i opened the option "Battery" in setting, it was showing "only 6 hours", while the battery was still 92%. I complained about the product and then snapdeal sent the engineer to get the product checked. Engineer checked the product and found it is not working properly and there is a problem in the phone cause the battery draining so fast. He made the complain in the job sheet. In the "Complain reported by customer section" in the form, he mentioned the problem which was reported by me. And in the section "Action done by Engineer " in the form he mentioned the "Product is not satisfactory". I sent the job sheet scan copy to the snapdeal, but even after this they are not returning the product. They are saying, please get the product repaired from the Intex service centre. But my question is that, when there is 7 days policy for return and i made the complain on 16th and on the same day i received the product. Invoice date is 14th May 2016, then why snapdeal is not returning my product and why not they arranging the return pickup of the product to replace it. If any person has to get the product repaired from their service centre, then why this 7 days return policy is meant for?

                        I had ordered "letv le max tempered glass screen guard by soroo" at the cost of 499 rupees on 27 march 2016 from snapdeal. The item is delivered to me on 4 april 2016. Since, this item was not fit for my phone, i think that this was the wrong piece, so i return and replace this. But after few days, i have found the perfect item for my phone. So i purchased that one and cancel this order. According to the refund policies of snapdeal, the money should be refunded after 6-7 business days but the amount is not refunded till now. I have complained to snapdeal customer supports about 5 times about the issues but they were asking everytime for my account detailed and i have provided the information everytime. But still they have not refunded my amount.

                        I purchased a Lakme Cream from Snapdeal, but the one i wanted was a different one. So immediately opted for the refund. I was firstly told that some courier guy will come and pick up the product and refund will be done after the check. Later i was asked to courier the product to the mentioned address and then send them the scanned copy of receipt to them and the money will be refunded on freecharge.
                        This all hassle is since they dont have pick up service in the area where i stay but they do have delivery services. This all is totally rubbish, why the hell does the customer needs to go through the trouble of all this when it is your company's responsibility to provide the pick service as well. The product is still lying with me. This is totally unaaceptable and I will never ever purchase from snapdeal.

                        I purchased 4pair of shoes from Snapdeal and want to buy two but when I saw the products are duplicate and not the original one then I ask for return for all pair of shoes, but they denied my return request saying that yours return ratio is high, all because I told them that none of the pair of shoes are of original brand[Nike] and they blocked [not returning] my 4000 rs and cancel my return request. Worst experience with Snapdeal no other sites do follow such policy, will never buy and will always tell other's not to buy because for them customer and his money doesn't matter, will make profit out of customer money just by not returning the amount by giving such stupid reason.

                          Snapdeal is giving the worst service taking the money from customer. It is doing fraud. I have purchased an item office chair (Order id: [protected]) on 8th may 2016 which costs 4899 rupees. I cancelled that order on the same day. From 8 th may to today (19th may 2016) my money is not refunded. I called customer care more than 20 times still they are not giving me right answer. Every time they tell me "our back end team working on it and our finance team working on it. Please wait for 24 to 48 hours." this is so frustrating and pathetic service provided by such a brand. It is such a dissatisfying that i am ready to do consumer case and harassment case to this company who is playing with customer's faith. Very very poor and low grade service.

                                Hi,

                                I had ordered voltas air cooler on behalf of my household help. Within 3 days of receipt of product, i requested for reverse pick-up on 10th of may 2016 and it was scheduled for same day. My household help got a call on 10th saying that pickup can't be arranged on 10th, but will be done on 11th. Same thing happened on 11th also, and she was told that pickup will be done on 12th. On 12th, in my order history, it was updated that pickup failed due to non-availability of person. Already i have escalated the issue 3 times to snapdeal and every time i have got a standard response that pickup will be done within next 2 days. Snapdeal seems to be least bothered about it.

                                    I have purchased a led tv from snapdeal.com. It was delivered to me on 18th april, When I opened the box, wall mount was missing.I raised complaint regarding the same on 19th april, they promised me that they will give me a compensation of rs800 for missing wall mount and asked me to update my bank details. I agreed and updated my bank details.On 25th i got a mail from snapdeal that my refund process initiated and it will reflect in my account within 4 days.when 10 days passed i called them again they said that refund has been initiated from their side and asked me me bank statement. I updated my bank statement as they said. now after so many days i am calling and mailing them again and again, their repsentative apologize and make false promises again and again that i will get the amount in 1 day and so on. Its been almost a month now they started to avoid my issue and they dont reply to my mails as well.this is pure customer exploitation. please i request you to take some action so that another customer wont face such a issue as I did. After all its our hard earned money.Its been a month and I still havent got my money back.

                                        I ordered automatic night lamp and i got the delivery in one day but the item i got stops working propery in just 1 day of delivery so i requested for replacement and i got the the new product on time but the new product i received is in very poor condition and its packaging by seller is more than worst and the item is also in bad conditon but its outer snapdeal packet is in good condition.
