I don't know why after cancellation of the order immediately on 28 th of april after seeing the condition of the filter, which is the main part of the water purifier, i had to call them so many times, and after talking to seven customer care executives nothing has happened, except giving false hope and feeling sorry.
I got sms and mail saying this product will be picked up on 29 th april, it did not happen.7 th may, and nobody turned up. (Yesterday i spoke to the customer executive delela). Please refer.
Today 19 th may, again after waiting, i spoke to sagarika, of nuvo ex, the number given by snap deal, on 18 th of may via. Sms.. Mobile no.[protected].
It is quite surprising they already know what the problem is, and giving empty assurance, like all the customer care of snap deal. What is going on?
Their pick-up partner is nuvo ex. Phone no.[protected]. Address-nuvo logistics pvt. Ltd, 3rd floor, unitec trade center, sector-43, sushant lok-1, gurgaon, haryana-122001 what they say is, from snap deal side no communication to pick up the item.
Their branch is in bangalore-manager name is mr. Sunil-mobile no. Is [protected].
The pick up instruction was given on 28th april itself, i wrote immediately for the return of the product because the filter which is the main part was full of dust, as though it was picked up from the dust-bin.
The executives of snap deal customer care to whom i spoke after a long wait was 1.. Ashima morning-11.50 a. M., of 7th may 2016. She assured it will be picked up sorry for the inconvenience.[nothing happened]. Waited for two more days, spoke to mr. Sunil, the manager of nuvo, bangalore, branch. No use. He goes to his office only after 2 p. M.
2. Then on 10th of may, i spoke to one gentleman named yasin, of snap deal.
3. Then on 11th may, i spoke to one lady kranthi, the call got cut, then a lady by name kajal came on the line, time 11.00 a. M. Same-feeling sorry giving assurance. But nothing happened.
4. Then on 13th of may, i spoke to jothi [snap deal - customer care executive] at 11.30 a. M. Same empty assurance. Again after waiting for two days,
5. I tried to contact snap deal customer care, their contact no. Is [protected], i think as soon as they see your number, they must be pressing the automated voice mode. At last on 16th of may, at 3 p. M., i spoke to delela.
6. Then on 17th of may at 4.30 p. M. I got a call from priya saying pick up will be done on 18th may. Again waiting, waiting, nothing happened.
Then i thought enough is enough and took the final step of taking it up with consumer forum.
I hope you will take up this matter immediately, so that we get the refund of our money as quick as possible.
