My complain is that page number 277-292 was damaged. Delivery boy was in hurry so cant open the book in front of him. Kindly cooperate.

Gritstones blue full sleeves basic polo t shirt

This is the first time i ordered something from clothing line from snapdeal.com.
I was shocked to see the quality of the t-shirt i purchased. It's old, colors are faded.
I can get a better t-shirt for rs 200 than this stuff. The product shown in the image is completely different from the product what i have received. Tags fell on the floor as i opened the packet....

I ordered for ₹1000/- today I received my partial order and the person (mother) who took delivery had paid ₹1000/- to him. But the delivery was of ₹400/- only. He did not took signatures upon the delivery and went away.
Later when I checked I called him and asked him to return the amount but he refused. I want strict action against him and want my refund back....

I have returned a united colours of benetton jeans on 30th april and still on 17/5/2016 i am not getting my refund back inspite of complaining several times. The different reference no (System generated 23034144, 23720445, 23645469, 23501800, 23491401.. I have not recieved a single reply from snapdeal even after so many registered complains. Not a single executive can explain the reason of delay in refund, i think snapdeal is the most irresponsible...

This is second time snap deal sent the item through this courier ecomexpress

After several complaint against ecomexpress, still nothing has changed on snapdeal shipping partner, item ordered through snapdeal order id: [protected] awb[protected] not delivered with same story

Hi, i ordered for ruchi houseware blue plastic 4 compartment square plate set on 4th may, 2016. I have received it on 11th may, 2016. Order id: [protected] upon opening the product i noticed, the color i was given is orange! At the same time, price written at the back of the product is rs.320, however, i was charged rs.499 for it. I asked for a replacement. Today (17th may, 2016) i received the replaced product and this time it is yellow!...

I have ordered a xxx exercise bench from your company although i have received it in 3 day but the product is incomplet. Yes, its incomplete...one part of the produch is not there because of which i am not able to join my seat of the bench. I placed an order id: [protected] (1 item) on line on dated 07 may, 2016 i was provided the said order/ product in 12 may, 2016 against cash payment by the delivery man of your company or courier company. But the during the course of delivery of the goods purchase i made payment of rs.980/- instead of rs.280/- in confusion thereby making excess payment of rs.700/-. Before i realised that i had made excess payment the delivery...

Its been very bad that i had to write this email.

Let me start with timeline story:
May 03:
1) i placed a redmi order ([protected]) for some exigency
2) snapdeal offered a delivery date between may 05 - may 07. It was an extremely urgent schedule for me and i had to have this phone by may 08 otherwise it was of no use for me.
3) i did not receive this product in scheduled time and delivery was delayed...

W have purchased a sari from snapdeal.com (Order id: [protected]). But when we received the delivery, the quality was not as per picture produced during order. So we had initiated for return at the same day, a representative came at same day and collected the item. But refund is not been done yet. We had complaint on snapdeal.com website and customer telephone numbers but all have been assuring for 24 hours/one day. Its almost 4weeks since...

This is in regards to the return of my online ordered product, order id: [protected] - "prestige gtm04", we have ordered this prestige product on 9th april 2016. We have received our order on 14th april 2016 and on the same day, we have requested for the return as we are not satisfied with the product.

But the return has not been picked till now.

I had ordered timex silver metal analog watch on 4th may (Suborder id [protected]). I received my courier on 9 may. It is extremely unfortunate that when i opened pack it was empty there was no wrist watch in it. I tried to contact snapdeal customer care but i haven't received any positive reply from them. Now i have lost trust on snapdeal. Please look into the matter...

Panel for led was broken at the time of installation the concerned person who came to install has given me the job sheet also. I am calling daily and there is no response from any of the call center people, they say only one thing within 2 days they will resolve the issue.

I bought asus zenfone 2 cover on 17th april 2016 for 1799/- from snapdeal on cash on delivery mode and due to quality issue i returned it. Got pick slip from them.
But even after sending 15 mails. And calling snapdeal cc 17 times, everytime i had conversation with them for minimum 20 minutes on a number.. Which charges money... Problem is not solved from their side.

I had ordered for a durex pleasure me condom pack and it was delivered today. The delivery address was my office address. Full product name was written on cover and my colleagues saw it. A very embarrassing situation occurred as i expected from a renowned website like snapdeal that they will not reveal the full product name on the cover. And the delivery boy also knew what was in that box which is disgusting. I will never ever buy any product...

I have booked a mobile - micromax canvas 385, order id [protected] for my personal use and the same was delivered to me on 20 apr 2016, on payment of rupees 4, 999/- to your company representatives. While the mobile was put into use by me i found that the out going messages were not sent and the gallery application was not working properly. The defects were brought to the notice of your company on 25 apr 2016....

I have booked xolo 1x mobile phone on 13th may 2016 upon the condition that the confirmed delivery on 15th may 2016. For which i paid extra delivery charges!! This product is still not received!!! Also there is no any information from courier company too.
