Ugc-csir net (Jrf & ls) chemical science paperback (English) 2014 book.
My complain is that page number 277-292 was damaged. Delivery boy was in hurry so cant open the book in front of him. Kindly cooperate.

Gritstones blue full sleeves basic polo t shirt

This is the first time i ordered something from clothing line from snapdeal.com.
I was shocked to see the quality of the t-shirt i purchased. It's old, colors are faded.
I can get a better t-shirt for rs 200 than this stuff. The product shown in the image is completely different from the product what i have received. Tags fell on the floor as i opened the packet....

Fraud being played. Delivery boy took 1000/- instead of 400/-

I ordered for ₹1000/- today I received my partial order and the person (mother) who took delivery had paid ₹1000/- to him. But the delivery was of ₹400/- only. He did not took signatures upon the delivery and went away.
Later when I checked I called him and asked him to return the amount but he refused. I want strict action against him and want my refund back....

I am not getting my refund back even after snapdeal has recieved the product back.

I have returned a united colours of benetton jeans on 30th april and still on 17/5/2016 i am not getting my refund back inspite of complaining several times. The different reference no (System generated 23034144, 23720445, 23645469, 23501800, 23491401.. I have not recieved a single reply from snapdeal even after so many registered complains. Not a single executive can explain the reason of delay in refund, i think snapdeal is the most irresponsible...

Nightmare with snapdeal fraud practices

Its been very bad that i had to write this email.

Let me start with timeline story:
May 03:
1) i placed a redmi order ([protected]) for some exigency
2) snapdeal offered a delivery date between may 05 - may 07. It was an extremely urgent schedule for me and i had to have this phone by may 08 otherwise it was of no use for me.
3) i did not receive this product in scheduled time and delivery was delayed...

Refund not done after return of item

Panel for led was broken at the time of installation the concerned person who came to install has given me the job sheet also. I am calling daily and there is no response from any of the call center people, they say only one thing within 2 days they will resolve the issue.

One of the worst service i have ever seen, i am attaching the job letter given to me along with led and invoice....

I bought asus zenfone 2 cover on 17th april 2016 for 1799/- from snapdeal on cash on delivery mode and due to quality issue i returned it. Got pick slip from them.
But even after sending 15 mails. And calling snapdeal cc 17 times, everytime i had conversation with them for minimum 20 minutes on a number.. Which charges money... Problem is not solved from their side.

Zero customer privacy - disgusting

I had ordered for a durex pleasure me condom pack and it was delivered today. The delivery address was my office address. Full product name was written on cover and my colleagues saw it. A very embarrassing situation occurred as i expected from a renowned website like snapdeal that they will not reveal the full product name on the cover. And the delivery boy also knew what was in that box which is disgusting. I will never ever buy any product...
