I am purchase hp notebook on snapdeal delivered on 24 april 2016 this laptop was defective after 26 april 2016 hp notebook pickup from snapdeal order no.[protected] i am share my bank details but do not received my refund amount 31999 i am call customer care 30 times customer care promiss today's and next day created your hp notebook amount in your bank account but do not received my refund amount fake promises with in 12 days today is 8 may 2016 please solve my refund problem in 3 days now i am complaints consumer court

      I have ordered a phillips in-ear headphone headset with mic she1405 white on 18th dec, in which 1 yr warranty was provided. now my earphone is not working properly and after complaining to snapdeal, they gave me a solution that they will either change it or either returned my cash within 1 week but no further step is taken since past 1 month. my order Id is [protected]. i just need a solution that if they cannot do the same, then why did they gave me this solution. Are they making their customers fool?

      The executive called me, but i am not satisfied. My invoice includes the product has 1 year warranty and their is no specification of brand warranty, then why do i visit the near service center? Their 2 executives told me that we will replace your product or refund your amount, are they not clear with the policies of snapdeal?

        I have order a memory of sumsung evo 16 gb class 10 on 29 april 2016. I have recieved this by 5 may 2016. My order is [protected]. I have recieved a deafactive memory card because when i use this memory card in my phone first time. My phone is showing that it is blank and have error memory card then i switch off my phone again on my phone then it started working.. But after 12 hours when again i restart my phone is showing that it is blank and having error memory card. Then i click on it it do format. I don't format.. Again switch off and switch on my phone then the memory card is working.. So i think it is a fake memory card.. I want orginal product... Please do my solution as soon as possible... I am saying this complain second time because first time when i complain about this snapdeal care had called me asking my problem i say this problem. Then they ask my bank account no. To refund the money.. I don't the bank account no. Becoz i don't have.. I ask them refund my money in freecharge account.. But they said no.. Then i say i need new orginal sumsung evo memory card class 10.. Then they ok.. But after 3 hrs i am waiting snapdeal don't do anything i want know what is happening...

          The company has cheated us.
          The company comfirmed our order then it just shoen status that cooler is in process of dispatch at medchal for courier then after 5 days they cancelled it then again placed other order and gave assurance that it will be delivered in next one weak.
          But now it is showing order cancel due to non availability of product with seller

          But in site it is showing available at my address for delivery.

            I have booked htc desire 728g dual sim 16gb, order no.- [protected], item code kb484290 fron snap deal but they deliver htc desire 728 (Without g) and it is not competable with the cdma sim. I logged the complain and their employee had replied to me that your mobile will be replaced with in 48 hrs. But after 48 hrs again i called to customer care and they replied that they can not change the mobile hand set.
            Sir please arrange to replace the wrong supplied mobile hand set.

              I ordered two
              Strontium srp64gtfu1c 64 gb nitro plus memory card but they send 64gb otg usb. So i return the items using bluedart with waybill no. [protected] and [protected]. The items got delivered on 29 march to their warehouse. But they only refund for one item. My order id is [protected] and i call their service centre like 30 times still no refund its been more than a month. I attached the documents also.
              Very disappointed. For their mistakes we consumer have to suffer.

                I booked some scating scooter and scating shoes for my small brother in snap deal, i selected 2 items to cart it show cod is not available, so i paid and even it shows for that pincode item ll be delivered at time, after making the payment, its shows that delivery is not available for the pin code, what a tragedy, behind the scene they ll use our money in their business rotation then who ll pay interest for it and even for getting our money back taking 7 days, already i waited for a week again for 7 days, time waste money waste, please dont support to snap deal one of the worst e-commerce site ever, coz, i spoke to customer care executive, he said sir we ll replace that order for you, and he given the guaranty of one hour, i waited for 2 day then i called customer care, they simply telling be sorry for the wrong commitment ..

I want to bring this in to your kind notice that since then there is no refund received. I made so many calls to customer care to resolve the issue but no fruitful result. Only 24 hrs to 48 hrs assurance i got from snapdeal. I shared my account details as requested by snapdeal but no further revert back received of any fruitful action. After complaining to this forum i received a call from snapdeal that sbi server is having some problem so kindly give us other bank account no. I am waiting from 2 day for that request call again. Almost 100rs/- already spent on making calls to your customer care. On 27.04.2016 i got msg that refund done successfully in my snapdeal account. Please help in this matter. Kindly please provide the transaction number that was generated when you had made the payments to my sbi account. I can also enquire regarding the same with my sbi branch. Please do the needful. Hope this time you will resolve the issue coz if today you are not solving the problem then you have another excuse that tomorrow is sunday. Bank is not open on holiday. I have byheart all your reasons and excuses. I dont know how many times i have to ask for my refund.

                    They are supporting sellers only the money minded ricoh india only supports sellers i still searching toner for my printer not yet got at even higher price the sold an failure model, even at ricoh site the toner for my exact model is not available and compatiable only available in that site dont buy at snapdeal and specially ricoh products on snap deal they intend to sell the duplicate failure model only in the market, consumer please dont be cheated by snapdeal please verify your product before buy in consumer complaints i lost my business now i am depressed my 15000 amount was swallowed by snapdeal and ricoh and specially parmar distributors

                        Order no.[protected] which is cancelled without knowing to the buyer and if asked to the customer care a sorry comes in answer and no further details about it. they take lot of time and coustemer care no.[protected] is not toll free where they just waste our mobile balance.

                        another request for repair of a keyboard placed on 28 april is not solved even it is 6th of may and still they ask 48 hrs of time to ejaculate but i am dam sure that they will not...


                        totally a worst experience shopping on snapdeal and i do not recommend this to others...

                          I have received damaged product on 23 april 2016, product id([protected]) and I also have registered a complaint for return this product(Micromax canvas ) by this complaint number[protected]. by this cell number([protected]) on 25 April, 2016 and till now did not get any pick up service for item. I called customer care of snapdeal 5-6 times in past 1 week for getting arranged pick up service but I get fake promises every time .and I was informed that technical executive will visit my home before taking mobile back but no one visited till now.and after some day when i called at customer care of snap deal, their employee are telling me an engineer had already made report that phone is in right condition even no one employee did come for check this phone and then we go with micromax service center and they did issue his bad report of phone tht we send mail to snapdeal. and now your employee is telling us that our commplaint report had been closed. We have made multiple call but every time I got assurance but no action is made.
                          Highly disappoint with snapdeal services and wants to get it resolved .I really feel cheated by snapdeal and made big mistake by buying product from snapdeal. and now we have only option to go consumer court.. i just want to tell you about that by mail may be at your senior is unknown of this issue. so plz if you can help me for this . i will be thankful to you. thanks.

                          dear snapdeal in your view customer are free all time once they deal with you, customer should give regisnation of their job and should wait of your service. its request plz clarify of my query because now your employee are saying sometime that
                          1. englineer did already visit at my place even nobody did come to check that phone and i did check at micromax service center and get faulted report of your products.
                          2.sometime you are saying engineer will come on monday .
                          2. now engineer cant visit at this pincode.
                          4. engineer will visit only delhi pincode and dnt knw about next..

                          Respected Snap deal family, this is mine third and regular complaint against your service because i dint get any kind of help and instead of they are regular doing misguide me . before Snap deal told me that this phone will not pickup in Meerut address then i went Delhi next morning to resolve your address issue. now i m getting phone by snap deal service to pickup phone by meerut address.. should i return phone from delhi to meerut address ???? and i m very much sure when i will bring back phone from delhi address you will tell me phone will pick from delhi. what should i do now. now yesterday i got this mail by you.

                            I have just ordered with ID [protected], before checking these reviews - now what is the assurance I wouldn't face all these issues mentioned from time to time from various other buyers.

                            Snapdeal team, also I can't see none of the buyers have confirmed back on this forum saying their issues resolved in time with no hassle, so I am seriously in dual mind. The only reason I have ordered from you, because I was getting it a little cheaper, but doesn't matter to get it directly ordered from Eureka Forbes if nothing is assured starting from product originality, free delivery and free installation and later services over the warranty period.

                              Ac which was send is faulty: i had ordered 1.2 ton 5 star ac on snapdeal which was delivered on 28th feb 2016 but they have send 1.5 ton indoor and 1.2 ton outdoor.As i was not having that technical knowledge i was unaware of this discrepancies, nor did technician who came to install on 4th feb 2016 told me about this and continued installation, after installing i found cooling was not that good, but technician said let it work for more 4 to 5 days then it will be ok, after 4 to 5 day it was the same so i complained voltas on 11th feb about this but issue was not solved, and on that day the technician informed me that problem is because of difference in indoor n outdoor unit...Then i complained two times to snapdeal about this issue.When asked snapdeal about this they are saying your 7 day return policy has lapsed and now we can't help...

                                I make a complaint after minutes of 30 receiving parcel but they denied me to return or refund phone is defective they know that phone is defective because their engineers visited phone and accepted fault and and said go to castomer care my order id is [protected] phone is getting over heating to much hanging cameras are not clear phone is automatic switched of or on sound quality is too bad some time power button not works properly

                                  Dear Sir, I have purchased an AC (Carrier 1.5 ton 5 star Superia) from Snapdeal on 16th April 2016. Product got delivered on 21st April.
                                  After the product delivery, I read the product manual regarding the product features. But I was surprised to find that whatever features they have mentioned on their website are not there in the product delivered. The extra features which are mentioned on the Snapdeal website for ‘Superia- 5star’ AC are ‘Formaldehyde filter’, ‘E4 Ionizer’, ‘I-sensor’. These feature are actually there in ‘Superia-Interver’ AC which is a costly AC but not in the delivered AC.
                                  So this is a cheating where Snapdeal is mentioning the features which are not there in the product and customer is thinking that the product is good with so many features.
                                  I hope that consumer forum will stop this cheating and will take strict again against these online portals. I have all the mail and screenshot of the extra features from Snapdeal website. I have uploaded the screenshot of the extra features which snapdeal has mentioned on the website product description but are not there in the actual product. Thanks a lot. .                                   Dear Snapdeal, I got the call from your social media team that they can't give any compansation for the wrong description of product. On the very first day of this complain, you confirmed with me that you will look for resolution but its very disappointing that in favor of the seller, snapdeal is not resolving the issues. Is it ethical to sell the lower cost products with the product description of higher cost products? I'll have to escalate it further. Thanks.

                                      My name is a. Anandbabu, i am purchased micromax canvas spark 3 mobile from snapdeal website (Suborder no. [protected] / 28.4.16) & mobile received on[protected].07pm). That mobile is an defective handset. The problem in that handset is automatic restart.

                                      I am given a request for an replacement in website, the ticket id[protected] & communicated a customer care by [protected] and the executive mrs. Meena attend my call on[protected]. I aexplained about the mobile problem. She is informed to me, to go micromax service centre and give the job sheet then only we arrange for replacement.

                                      I am explained, i am not ready to go service centre. Because snapdeal issued a defective product. I am not used that mobile for 1 week or 1 month. Then mrs. Meena says i am arranging call back for replacement.

                                      Still, today[protected] no responds from snapdeal.

                                      I am again call to snapdeal customer care, mr. Maniklumar attend the call and he transfered that call to supervisormr. Deepak. He also say to go micromax service centre, and give the job sheet for replacement process.

                                      If i am going to service centre, i need to put a leave for onday. My salary is cut in my monthly income. I asked mr. Deepak this is a punishment for purchase a mobile from snapdeal?.

                                      He repeatedly says only one thing, go service center.

                                      In snapdeal they are sending the defective products to the customers, it will affects customers money, time & hearts.

                                      Take action against snapdeal regarding this issued and solve.

                                        I have received damaged product on 23 april 2016, product id([protected]) and I also have registered a

                                        complaint for return this product(Micromax canvas ) by this complaint number[protected]. by this cell number([protected]) on 25 April, 2016 and till now did not get any pick up service for item. I called

                                        customer care of snapdeal 5-6 times in past 1 week for getting arranged pick up service but I get fake

                                        promises every time .and I was informed that technical executive will visit my home before taking

                                        mobile back but no one visited till now.and after some day when i called at customer care of snap

                                        deal, their employee are telling me an engineer had already made report that phone is in right

                                        condition even no one employee did come for check this phone and then we go with micromax service

                                        center and they did issue his bad report of phone tht we send mail to snapdeal. and now your employee

                                        is telling us that our commplaint report had been closed. We have made multiple call but every time I

                                        got assurance but no action is made.
                                        Highly disappoint with snapdeal services and wants to get it resolved .I really feel cheated by

                                        snapdeal and made big mistake by buying product from snapdeal. and now we have only option to go

                                        consumer court.. i just want to tell you about that by mail may be at your senior is unknown of this
