Hello,

I am receiving text messages from the snapdeal regarding some seller related process but i have not registered myself with snapdeal.com with any of the services as an seller. I have mailed them 3 to 4 times regarding this but still didn't get the solution. And finally at last i am complaining here with the hope that the problem will be resolved quickly.

    Tresemme hairfall control shampoo 580ml, delivery date 23 april. I purchase the item using my new snapdeal apps also my freind's referal id, as my friend and me, both get 100 rs frecharge balance, i fulfill all terms and condition but frecharge balance did not get till now.

    Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

      Dear sir, i am wishing to buy eureka forbes euroclean wet & dry vacuum cleaner and for this i went through out the product page and saw that my place is suitable to get it. But as i went through the payment option i found that the product i saw which is eligible is can't be bought through cash on delivery. What's this hide and seek? The display on product page for pin 502001 accepts the product but through pay ment option it is not. Please clear it soon.

        I had order a hp usb speaker on 1 may 2016.. it was deliver on 7 may 2016.. it was cost of rs 600. When i use this speaker first time . I think it is a good in condition but 3 days using ..when my friend come at my home he listen the voice of speaker then he said it seems to be a fake and defactive product.. because he had also buy this speaker from hp showroom.. he said this because starting sounding produce by it is like a crakling sound .it does not produce bass sound he is saying me to check this speaker to hp shop to check this speaker is in good condition or not then the shopkeeper said it is not orginal product..then i got afraid what will happen with my speaker then my friend said me complain me about the speaker in consumer forum so i complain this .. my Order ID : [protected] (1 item) .. please do my solution ...it had one problem that base of one speaker is approx broken.. i am not complained about this i think it is courier defact so i donot complain about this ... bt it is another problem please do my solution ...

            Must say this company is fraud... They only believe in fooling the customers by taking there money and earning interest on the same without delivering the product or refunding the amount for the cancelled ordered. I have ordered a asus cellphone in the december 2015, further i was informed that due it's unavailability ordered has been cancelled. Since that day my 10, 000 has not been refunded by snapdeal. It has been 6 months now, i have called them n number of times and provided them all the necessary details including my bank statements but they are so fraud don't even respond back. If you call there customer care every time i have been informed team is looking into it and will respond in next 48hrs. Even there customer care executives are rude... Due to this company took my 10k i have bearing extra late payment charges too.. Snapdeal fraud company..

              I have purchased knight ace black formal shoes 499/- on 07/05/2016 4 days they told order placed and given me delivery date between 10 to 14 may 2016 but now they said due to unavailability of product they don't placed my order and closed. My complain is when there product was unavailable than why they took money and now when they automatically closed the order than why they not automatically refund my money. When i called customer care they messaged to call me back within 15 mints but called after 15 hours i want to cancel but they said we are unable to cancel sorry for the inconvenience.

                I got dell latitude 3550 laptop on 05/05/2016. When i checked with dell website from the serial no i was shocked. It has been registered already on the date 26/11/2015. Snapdeal is cheating customers by selling used products. And the worst part is the customer service. I have purchased from amazon, flipkart, paytm they are far far better.
                My location don't have reverse pickup facility and other couriers are not good. So i dont left any choice just to keep the laptop as it is.

                    I just want to inform you that this issue has not been resolved yet and it is unfortunate that this has been marked as resolved.

                    It is really frustrating that I have been receiving calls every day from your social media team and after passing many days, no solution has been provided.

                    It's really a big shame for Snapdeal. Sorry to say pathetic customer service and Snapdeal does not keep promises. Even has not replied to my previous email that forced me to take social media way

                      I ordered a samsung galaxy s6 edge mobile from snapdeal on 03/may/2016 by making a payment through credit card and when that packet delivered at my address it was having a big stone in it. My order number is [protected] and i directly called snapdeal customer care and raised a complaint against that incident. They assured me that they solve my issue within 48 hours by sending me replacement or refund. But after that they started harrssing me by allowing gojavas courier company people to make calls to me and sending gojavas goons to my residence. I am going to file a police complaint against you people as two people from your courier company gojavas have visited my home without informing me and in my absence on saturday 07/may/2016. My wife was at home alone, my house can be looted. They were saying that snapdeal ordered them to search at my home only first. How dare you people sending some courier people at my residence?

                      My wife shown the empty packet to those courier people but how your representative can dare to enter your customer's residence without his/her presence?

                      Have you people mentioned this thing on your website also that you can send goons to do a robbery in your customer's house if you will file a complaint against any product purchased from snapdeal? These people were insisting forcefully to wife for showing that packet. My 3 year son was also scared coz of those people. I am not going to leave this matter. I'll file a police complaint against you people for this. It seem that they were recording something.

                      Snapdeal is behaving like goon company. I am still waiting for my refund. Yesterday on 08/may/2016 i got a call from snapdeal social media team and they said that they will not refund my money. After that i made many calls to snapdeal customer care and complained about that incident and they assured me that they will take action against gojavas and snapdeal social media team also. But nobody is giving me my refund. Please help me in this.

                      You people are just fooling customers by some of your so called trust pay policy i which you claim to have safe amount of the customers. But when a customer makes the missing product or product loss from your courier then you use to make fool of them by saying that there is some discrepancy found in your complaint so we cannot give you any refund or replacement. You people kept on fooling me since last 7 days and today your fraud team sent me a mail stating that you people can not give me refund. You people will have to tell me the discrepancy in honorable court then whole public will come to know about that kind of fraud policy. Today your fraud courier people updated on my complaint that they came to my house for the reverse pick up and i denied for that and i requested to cancel the reverse pick up request.
                      Which i never did, why would i cancel the reverse pick up request when i myself raised the reverse pick up request.
                      Infact your courier partner came to my house to pick the packet of which i received from you and said that he will not pick the courier as there is stone in the packet and he needs a mail regarding this from snapdeal after that only he will pick the courier. Then i requested snapdeal customer care to send a mail to jv express courier regarding this, then they said that they have sent a mail to jv express o 9th may 2016 evening and they will surely pick up the courier but when i confirmed with jv express again then they said that they did not got any mail from snapdeal. Yesterday i got a mail from snapdeal for submitting bank details for neft and after getting the bank details snapdeal will deposit my refund with in 24 hours. I have everything in written on my mail.
                      Which is sufficient material for me to file a case against snapdeal. You will have to refund my money anyhow.

                        My above said order was cancelled without any information. Material was not even dispatch. When i request to customer care executive m/s shikha to reactivate the same but she denied to do so & ask me reorder once again. Today the price has increased by 500 inr compare to earlier.
                        At last she admitted that order was cancelled due to some technical error

                        I requested her to escalate the matter to senior authorities but they didn't turned up.

                        It seems to be very poor response from the executives & more interested towards taking orders but not to resolve the queries...

                        Why customer should suffer for the same..

                          Hi, I ordered for Ruchi Houseware Blue Plastic 4 Compartment Square Plate Set on 4th May, 2016. I have received it on 11th May, 2016. Upon opening the product I noticed, the color I was given is Orange! At the same time, price written at the back of the product is Rs.320, however, I was charged Rs.499 for it. I want to ask why? I have asked for a replacement. However, I am not sure if I would get the same product at a fair price.

                                "just women traditional kada with multi color semi precious crystals" order id: [protected]
                                From my own acount ([protected]@gmail.com) for a friend named amruta j. Placed on 06 may, 2016. But that very evening i cancelled the order and requested for refund. I got the on the same day, same evening itself. That refunded.. How is that even possible, is this some kind of a joke?                                 Again after two days i'm helpless to complaint because its now being more than a week again, firstly the complaint agian-
                                (My name is sachin dandade, i had ordered this product -
                                "just women traditional kada with multi color semi precious crystals" order id: [protected]
                                From my own acount ([protected]@gmail.com) for a friend named amruta j. Placed on 06 may, 2016. But that very evening i cancelled the order and requested for refund. I got the on the same day, same evening itself. That refunded.. How is that even possible, is this some kind of a joke? The just refunded the freecharge used 16rs, but what about the rest around 800rs from my union bank account... Its 11th may already.. This is not a faithful deal at all from snapdeal)
                                Now they said on 6th may initiated, or refunded which is 16rs out or 825rs that was friday, and they don't count saturday and sunday so, why they didn't refund on monday tuesday wednesday thursday, now today its friday, no any refund yet, tomorrow it will be saturday then sunday, "their no working days".. And more than 7 days of their return policy. How do i react on this.

                                Snapdeal is just giving refrence number all the time, fooling around since 9 days, saying that the refund has initiated on 6th, buts now its 15th may... Still giving the refrence number and not the transaction number this is fraudulent behaviour by snapdeal. Too much annoying. And they say to check out with the bank, well i can check my bank balance on my cellphone itself. What to checkout with the bank ?? Useless absurd thing to do when you already know what is there.

                                  Hi, i orederd an iphone 6 64gb space grey from snapdeal on cash on delivery and they deliverd the item on 5th of april.And when i first opened the phone i found some software defect that i am not able install any apps.So i called customer care to replace the item but they told this item is not applicable for replacement so you can go for refund and i am ok with that.Than after placing so many calls to them finally they took the item on 13th of april and the item has been reached to them on 15th of april.And also i have got an update that the refund has been initiated on the same day but i havent got any information from them regarding this.So i called to customer service several times to asked about my refund but they i dint get any positive response from their side.And i have waited and waited for so many days.And on the 1st of may i was shocked that i show an update that its been refunded and refund successful before crediting the money into my account and from that day they started cheating to me.And i file a complaint to customer service but they told to wait again another 48 hours and now its almost 30days has already past but still they cant give any positive response.So kindly please help me out, i am facing a huge problem right now.Thank you

                                    I am a regular customer of Snapdeal and have a strong trust on its products but this time these people disappointed me. I had gifted nova trimmer to my brother on his birthday but the day when he received that its not working at all he tried all the methods charged that to full but all was in vain. I felt very bad because it was a gift and i think you can also understand that pain. So please tell me the way to replace it else because of this product only I will not gonna order anything from snapdeal. Here I am attaching the copy of invoice too.

                                      i was buy Monet Plastic Magic Mop from snapdeal, but i was received not proper product, i was not get 2extra mop, and i was getting realy bad bascket,

                                        I purchased brother gs 2700 with 27 inbuilt stitch one stap button hole sewing machine. They wrongly mentioned that they will give 2 years manufacturer warranty for the product. I received faulty product ans same day i called brother's customer service and then they told they i am not eligible to avail warranty as snapdeal is not authorized to give manufacturer warranty as you can check on brother's portal. As per 7 day return policy, within 2 days of delivery i applied for return means on 5th may 2016 but from that day nobody has responded me from snapdeal they are making me fool every time i call and they say a new story even they are not replying on my mails. They have eaten my money over the product, on so many calls made by me. They are harassing me. I want my money back and the compensation for my calls bill and the mental pressure.
