Updated by sachin772 Again after two days i'm helpless to complaint because its now being more than a week again, firstly the complaint agian-
(My name is sachin dandade, i had ordered this product -
"just women traditional kada with multi color semi precious crystals" order id: [protected]
From my own acount ([protected]@gmail.com) for a friend named amruta j. Placed on 06 may, 2016. But that very evening i cancelled the order and requested for refund. I got the on the same day, same evening itself. That refunded.. How is that even possible, is this some kind of a joke? The just refunded the freecharge used 16rs, but what about the rest around 800rs from my union bank account... Its 11th may already.. This is not a faithful deal at all from snapdeal)
Now they said on 6th may initiated, or refunded which is 16rs out or 825rs that was friday, and they don't count saturday and sunday so, why they didn't refund on monday tuesday wednesday thursday, now today its friday, no any refund yet, tomorrow it will be saturday then sunday, "their no working days".. And more than 7 days of their return policy. How do i react on this.

Snapdeal is just giving refrence number all the time, fooling around since 9 days, saying that the refund has initiated on 6th, buts now its 15th may... Still giving the refrence number and not the transaction number this is fraudulent behaviour by snapdeal. Too much annoying. And they say to check out with the bank, well i can check my bank balance on my cellphone itself. What to checkout with the bank ?? Useless absurd thing to do when you already know what is there.
