7 day easy return policy is fake. Please don't waste your money

I refunded this item because it was in a bad state and of poor quality on 29 April. As soon as products get delivered within 15 mins I placed a request fir refund. I have made multiple calls to customer care and hvnt rcvd any confirmation on my refund or explanation on why they are holding my money. its been 5 dats and i still havent received my refund and cc representative told me it will be resolved in 48 hours which has not been done....
