Hi all

This is totally unacceptable from snapdeal. I am making sure that my family & friends never purchase anything from this website. The product was available while i ordered how come now all of a sudden its unavailable. I too observed a price plunge to 2100 from 1200 (My ordered price). I must say these are cheap tricks to trap the customers if you cant offer products at discounted prices then dont advertise without knowledge.

Where is the incentive and effort logged by me in selecting the product on time and placing the order. You better stop fooling people with your 'sale schemes'. You 've lost a customer due to this step. And i will make sure to caution others to not to be trapped by your deceptive schemes.

I have experienced this with snapdeal a lot of times. Cheap tricks in name of sale.

Ps. The customer supprt rep to whom i called promised to me that the product will be delivered within the stipulated time. How deceptive!!

Thanks for the call and being quick in responding.

But you have already cancelled the order, and calling others and saying that we cant arrange the shipment doesnt make sense(atleast doesnt solve my concern). You have advertised the wrong status of the product and made false promises (your order confirmation and the supprot representative conforming that i will get the product in time), i certainly have lost the confidence and trust in you!.

Best of luck with your deceptions in near future.

    Snapdeal delivered btwin bike two days ago, which wasn't fixed. Some of the parts are broken. And some parts are missing. There are no tools given to fix the bike. There is no manual. No information/ guidance was given to install the bike.

    Moreover, customer care doesn't attend calls. There is no proper service like amazon and flipkart. If snapdeal is not attending my issues, i'm not going to take any more service of it.

    Until i paid the money, snapdeal pretended to be so caring. Now they are not responding to my calls. And calls are not free. They even for customer care.

    How are you going to retain your customer?

      Hi, i bought a casio edifice chronograph ef-558sg-1avdf from snapdeal order id: [protected] and after 2 months it stopped working, so i went to the casio service centre dadar, they said that the watch is duplicate (Fake) and we can not repair it, after that i called snapdeal to inform them that the product which u have sent me is fake, first they said that they will call me back and the problem will be solved in 48 hours. Waiting so long for their call, i received a mail saying that they are not able to replace or refund the amount as u have not informed them before 7 days, dear friends have you ever read the note of trust pay, they say that the product the sell are original and genuine. So please don’t buy any thing form snapdeal or from any online shopping site henceforth i have delete the app and my account form snapdeal forever

        The delivery guy has taken extra money for a certain product

        We have contacted snapdeal care 15 times but they don't do anything
        Snapdeal has always been very fast in their service/returns/refunds but this time snapdeal has let me down
        Also. We didn't receive a certain component of a product, so we were forced to buy it seperately from a private shop and snapdeal promised that they would refund the money but they haven't

            Today globe pedlock 3inches received paid 443 amount cash on delivery. Globe pedlock was completely duplicate . Snapdeal and globe pedlock company was cheated to me.               I have order seler vendor name is ( favorite bikerz ) projector angle light to my car i have got the when i have received on monday 2 may 2016 payment is 8200rs that i was shock when i open the box there was empty then i have called up customers care and waiting for 30 min and then told will be clear this issue with in 48 hours telle caller as promised me refund the payment then i have waiting for 48 hours they have send the mail that v can't refund the amount because i have received in good condition then agin i have called them they have told with in 24.                 Sir,

                I gave online order for ' Lenovo F308 1 TB External Hard Disks Black With Surge protection technology' void snapdeal order no. [protected], On 23 Apr, 2016. I paid Rs. 3850/- in advance thru net-banking. It was supposed to deliver on 28 Apr 2016, but I received msg from snapdeal that it is running late and i'll receive upto 04 may 2016.

                Upto 04 may 2016, i didnt received it.. then suddenly on 05 may 2016, i received a new msg and came to know that my order has been cancelled without any information.

                I did raise compliant to snapdeal (Reference no:[protected], but no call received to look my matter. Neither i have received my product nor my money back into my account. I am planning to launch Consumer complaint against this cyber legal offence.

                Yes! my payment is refunded but this my pain...

                I want clarification on this that 'Why suddenly on 05 may 2016, my order was cancelled by your side after 11 days, without any information or intimation to me!!!

                I commited my customer to deliver this product within 10 days. I could buy this product from other onlinse store if i was informed on time. Ultimatly, I lost my customer as well as goodwill because of Snapdeal !!

                Today, I received a call from Snapdeal Customer care. I was surprised to know that my product was arrived to my city. According to customer care person, the courier guy tried to contact and approach me but failed !! She also mentioned that Snapdeal sent messages on 05 May 2016 informing delivery failure status!!!

                I don't know why are they lying. The fact is neither i received any call from courier person nor snapdeal sent any messages. I checked my emails may times. I am attaching an screenshot all email conversation held day by day with snapdeal.

                Consumer Forum can judge by looking at emails subject that on 04 may 2016, i received and mail from snapdeal mentioning that My product will be delivered to me. On 05 may 2016 suddenly, i got another mail with an 'Alert!' saying that order has been cancelled and amount will be refunded to my account.

                I was shocked to see this and i launched complaint both to Sneapdeal as well as here (Consumer Forum). After Consumer complaints, same day on 05th may 2016 i again received a mail from snapdeal mentioned that 'they were trying to reach me, but couldn't' . But again, this was a lie. i didn't received any call from snapdeal.

                  I have placed an order for a full HD LED LG t.v for my parents from Snapdeal.com which was supposed to be delivered by 13th April, 2016. But, till 13th April end of the day we didn't receive the product. Due to some medical emergency, my parents had to plan to go Bangalore on 16th April. So, we immediately called Snapdeal customer care to check on the delivery date and we thought if it goes beyond 16th April, we will cancel the order. But, Snapdeal customer care ensured us that the product will be delivered for sure before 16th April and insisted us on not cancelling the order. We also trusted Snapdeal and didn't cancel the order. But, again it failed and it was not delivered by 16th as well and my parents had to leave. Finally, they delivered the product on 17th April and our neighbor had to receive the same. Our neighbor kept the package as it is very carefully till my parents reached home. On 2nd May 2016, my parents went back home and opened the package and found that there is a huge crack on the screen of the T.V. We immediately called Snapdeal customer care post that and they first told it will be replaced for sure and the very next day, they again called us and told that since it has crossed 7 days, they are not going to replace the product. We had already paid 36639 (INR) for the product and now with that huge crack the television is of no use. And all my hard earned money will go for waste only because of their miscommunication and delay. Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

                        I had bought a guitar from snapdeal a month ago.
                        The guitar has the following defects:
                        1. The trust rod is missing.
                        2. There are 18 frets. Standard guitar has 22 frets. 4 frets are missing.
                        3. There is no adjustment screw at the bridge.
                        4. Plate guard missing
                        5. Strings are too high from the fret board
                        6. No jixing trademark stamp.
                        7. One of the strap pins is missing.
                        8. Fret marks(The round white marks between frets) are missing at many places.
                        I could not understand at first, that it was fake. My new guitarteacher pointed out the defects to me. I want immediate replacement or refund.

                          My product is LG HBS 730 Wireless Bluetooth Headset - White.

                          i collect this product from courier office my near location kamothe because snapdeal not able to send product my address so i collect my own product.
                          But is got product black in colour, and courier i got bad in condition. in courier no warranty card, no Headset charger.I requested for refund to snapdeal .after 3 days customer executive call me that they cancel pickup and request me to courier to snap deal but i said i am not able to courier . so they said me they will rearrange . but from that call snap deal not give me any message or mail or call for update .so please do this refund process as possible because is service making customer frustrated.

                            I ordered Samsung mobile from Snapdeal with reference number[protected]D

                            your staff member called me on 3rd May 2016 and asked me to collect my parcel from your office. I requested them to deliver it to my home. They said me that address couldnt be read from my parcel. if i will not go there and receive it they will return back to the company.

                            so i went there and collect my parcel.
                            i found scratches on my addresse intentionally done by someone(photos attached).
                            i told them about that point, the person named mr.Kaushik started shounting on me and behaved like he were my boss.

                            and this is not first time.
                            i exprience this so many time with thus courier office.
                            and not only me but my many friends also had this bad experience with this.

                            I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to this Kaushik courier service.

                              I received this watch with invoice but no warranty card . I call snapdeal customer care but they only make me fool .Snapdeal is selling this product with warranty card but snapdeal not give me warranty card .
                              Snapdeal is making me fool they said to me invoice is sufficient for warranty we are unable to provide warranty card .
                              Snapdeal is showing that we are giving warrant card with this watch its fake & wrong its only for make fool to the customer as like me.

                                I had booked for an airconditioner online, on march 22 on www.snapdeal.com by paying amount of 25, 800 thru credit card emi - citibank. Then i cancelled on 25march. But i didnot recieve money as refund till date.

                                I am in continiuos touch with snapdeal customer care, who are responding fine. They also told that they are raising this issue to resolution team, so that refund can happen in 1 day. But looks like resolution team is not in sync with them, since this is happening from 20 days.

                                I also told that if you dont want to refund, pls give me the product, but now the summer itself is going.

                                    This is regarding the 22442016 against order number [protected]

                                    Sorry to say, but even after multiple call to your customer executive no resolution is provided. I really feel cheated by snapdeal and made big mistake by buying product from snapdeal.

                                    First call, i made on last saturday i.E. 23/04/16 for requesting to return mobile and i was informed that technical executive will visit my home before taking mobile back but no one visited till now. We (Me and my wife) have made multiple call but every time i got assurance but no action is made.

                                    Could you please tell me, is there any deadline to resolve this issue?

                                    I don't care if you not take your mobile back but please give my money back so that i can purchase new phone or now allow me to purchase new phone from your site.
