I refunded this item because it was in a bad state and of poor quality on 29 April. As soon as products get delivered within 15 mins I placed a request fir refund. I have made multiple calls to customer care and hvnt rcvd any confirmation on my refund or explanation on why they are holding my money. its been 5 dats and i still havent received my refund and cc representative told me it will be resolved in 48 hours which has not been done. how can you hold my money on quality issue when I have the same issue on your product. Please refund my money asap

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had ordered a Micromax Television on Snapdeal.com which was delivered on 21-March-2016. We had called for Authorized Technician from micromax For the Installation purpose. Once the installation was done the technician told us the product is faulty. I immediately lodge the compliant in snapdeal regarding the product on 22-March-2016. Snapdeal took 4 weeks to make the Pick-up. That's really pathetic. i have Shared my Bank details with Snapdeal for Refund on 21-April-2016 i was promised that the amount will refunded to account within 4 working Days but as of now it has been 10 days i have not got the money in my account. Daily i am calling and reminding them on this. they giving hoax promises like i will getting it in 2 hours, 4 hrs & 24 hrs Blah Blah... Please look into the Issue. And Help me out as soon as possible.

      We had purchased a hp scanner n9120 - a3 size scanner from snapdeal.com order id: [protected] on 25 april 2016 payed rs157000. They wear abot to deliver the product between 28april to 2 may. From day one we had seen that delivery confirmation was not update on calling the call center every time they say that snapdeal will take care of your order if the seller is not shipping the order snapdeal will send the same product that we had purchased from other vender, this continued up to 2 march. On 2 march once again we had call the snapdeal for the order status. Same thing they told that snapdeal will take care of your order told us to waiting till evening, on 2 may evening we got a mail that our order has been cancelled without intimating us.

        I had Purchased Bluetooth Headset from Snapdeal on 20th Oct2015 and because of Dameged booked for Replacement but they were picked up item very late on 16th Nov2015 from my home, after it they had cancelled my order and generated new order themselves on 31st oct 2015 and not returned back me till date and insisted me for refund till 31st Dec2015 then after it is also stopped i had tried for it to them several times but they were not replied even single call to me.
        i had already asked for replaced item but not recevied yet.

            I had made a purchase (Order id no [protected] dt 26.02.16) of intex cloud swift 4g 3gb ram/164b rom(Color grey) on 26.02.16 initially the mobile was working and then suddenly there was a problem with touch screen and i had given for service at intex service center @ ambattur now the service people are telling that there is a problem with the board, and the same has to be replaced which i am not interested, i want you to replace the product as within 2 month if this problem has occurred what guarantee that it might not occur again. I want a new piece. I request you to replace the same immediately.

              Dear sir/ madam,

              I am very disappointed to say that my order for micromax canvas spark 2plus (8 gb) with order id: [protected] was a replacement for the last order and this is again the same. The product in the website is showing with the new branding and logo of micromax but the product delivered to me is with the old branding and logo.

              Moreover that snapdeal does not have direct customer care number on which we can talk to the representative directly. The number provided is automated and i was only able to listen to a robot.

              Don't cheat people.

              I am more disappointed now after hearing and seeing the message from your end about the resolution of the issue that was raised by me. The status remains the same.

              1. I was told that I am having 2 options, one is replacement and second one is refund. Then you omitted first option that even if I will request for the replacement then it wont get replaced with the product that was showcased on the portal. So I am left with one option which is refund. I saw a product image which is the only option available in online purchase. I hoped that I will get the same product I saw in the image and I paid for that but i never got the same product.

              2. I paid for the product, so I will not go for the refund. I would have respected your company policies if they comply to the point of satisfying the customer not giving them hard time. I will only be happy if Snapdeal and Micromax both are ready to take step towards resolving the issue. If a company is spreading Image of a product in public that means they will come with the product and if a company is showcasing the image of the product on a selling portal that means the product is available. I want the phone with new branding and I have all the rights to claim the phone with new branding.

              3. In this case, I can consider one point and wait for the period of time till the time Micromax is producing it and the day they are coming with the product in the market, they need to do the replacement.

              I am attaching the product image that I supposed to get and the image of the product that I got. Dear ICCF, please consider this matter, as snapdeal is trying to close this matter without even resolving the same. They are totally unprofessional. Their online portal has some serious functional boundaries and it makes customer helpless. Flipkart is having 30 days return policies but these ppl have only 7 days return policies. Government should look into the policies for e-commerece companies like Snapdeal again. Ultimately we are suffering and getting cheated.

                Hello, I ordered SONY TV whose details are given below. When I got package, outside covering was of Same Model but when I opened package, we found a Samsung TV which did not even have Remote Control. So the Samsung TV which I have received also looks fake. I tried contacting Snapdeal for return and refund but reply which I got from them goes like "We cannot process the refund or replacement request as your complaint does not pass our internal checks" Apart from this there is no update from their end.                         I had ordered (Order ID: [protected]) an American Tourister Konnect 4 Wheel Navy Trolley-Size Small (Below 60 cm) from Snapdeal on 26th April. I got a mail from Snapdeal on 30th April saying that my item has been delivered. I never got the item and i have been trying to reach their customer care to report the same, however surprisingly their call center has not executives.

                        I sent them an email as well, however there has been no response. This looks like a scam.

                            I ordered gala spin mop fro snapdeal which was delivered as damaged, since them i have complained multiple times to snapdeal. Called in emailed but they have not picked up the broken product. The procust was packed excellent but upon opening it was broken, which means broken product was packed deliberately. They keep sechedulign product pickup to wrong address and then keep cancelling it, even their socila media team called but failed to get the product picked up . In additon i am unable to dial in to snap deal customer care ivr says till your product is picked up please be patient. Snap deal is waiting for me to give upby harassing me. Do not buy anything from them their refund policy is a big hoax.

                                I have purchase a photocopier Konika milonta bizhub 164 scanner on 14th april. It was damage product I ask for refund, they picked up on 16 th April. That day they gave an SMS you bank account has been intiated . from Monday 18 I am calling customer care they are saying within 24 hr your money will refund. 1 week passed by after that I call senior executive they promise me that within evening your money will be refund. But till now 18 goes nothing happen Snapdeal cheating with customer and not give their money on time. I am totally fed up with the service no mail is respond or even call totally mis behaviour.                                   I applied for job as delivery boy in snapdeal for that they asked me to pay ₹4450 as deposit money so i paid deposit money of ₹4500. Then they asked me to pay ovc money of ₹500 in which they cut ₹110 ovc charge and they will send me dd of remaining ₹390 for that i paid ₹500. Then they said that you will get your job conformation letter and company id card within 2 days but nearly 2 weeks are over but i did not got job conformation letter and other thing. Please do help me or else return my money which i paid.

                                    Your one of the employee from Surat Abhishek Tiwari doing very wrong practice to get promotion and increment.
                                    He ask his friends and relatives to buy product from his sellers on Snapdeal and ask them to return the product after 2 days of delivery.
                                    This is very bad for sellers and very bad practice by your company employe.
                                    Seller get negative feedback because this.
                                    You can check his records for the month of March or February for confirmation.
                                    Please do the needful for stop these kind of practice.

                                      In one month this is the second time i am having a very bad service from snap deal. Please check my records with them previously they have messed up my wife's gift by sending just a piece of order from a set of three . And now they have messed up my 5 year old niece birthday gift . I am ordering these from state of qatar trusting them and their customer services . Now for a 5 year old gift instead of a toy what they have send is a tyre pressure gauge meter.

                                      How could they do such a thing for a kid ? My heart is broken when that 5 year old kid had opened the gift ... Such a shame they have brought to me which is not replaceable. They should have seen that kids face ... Seriously .

                                        I regularly shop on amazon and flipkart & for a change i ordered sandisk 16gb pack of 2 on snapdeal on 17-apr-2016 (Order number [protected]).

                                        Price: rs. 539
                                        Free shipping
                                        Mode of payment: cash on delivery

                                        The delivery person collected rs. 565 instead of rs. 539 showing the retailer invoice sticked to the product. I was not happy with this and immediately raised a service request with snapdeal (Req id:[protected] against the order.

                                        Customer support person called me and said they will credit back rs. 26 to my snapdeal freecharge account with in 24hrs (Attaching the email snapshot). Its been 10 days and still they didn't credit anything on my freecharge account.

                                        Rs. 26 is a small amount but i thought i should bring into public the fraudulent practice of snapdeal. People think that "cash on delivery" is the safest method to ensure we get our product in our hand for what we pay but with snapdeal even cash on delivery is fraud.
