Snapdeal order no:[protected]

I have ordered Mummy Poko pants on 30.Dec.2015 and cancelled the same on 31.12.2015. But the order is delivered to my address and as requested many times for return Finally March 26, Gati Courier taken the Packet from me as advised by Snapdeal Pickup arrangement.

The item is picked up on 26 March 2016 and till date the REFUND not done by Snapdeal.

I am getting torched and harassed by Snapdeal Team every 6 hours by their call and each time i need to explain the whol stroy from the date of purchase till date and they are harassing me every time. They are wasting my time and my personal life is disturbed by your agents calls.

I am frustrated. Dear team your irresponsibility why customers are suffering
kindly arrange to refund my money at the earliest.

          I have ordered a Mobile handset from Snapdeal on 13-April, it was said that it will get delivered to my address at-last by 18-April, but it was FAKE, they delivered it on 19-April.
          When i received the handset it was in totally dead condition. I raised a replacement request with Snapdeal, and according to Snapdeal they have 7-days refund/replacement policy which was again a FRAUD as i have not received any revert from them till yet.

            Dear Sir, I have booked the product Home Style Snacks Maker By Amiraj order No [protected], but product was not at all satisfactory so i returned the product on 04/03/2016. But till date i have not received my payment through DD from company side. Daily i am calling to their customer care no and also given a complain for this issue. Daily i use to call to their CC no and daily company executives gives me a false statement. Sir i am 68 yr old senior citizen and at this age a single paisa is important to me because i lives alone. Please help me in this issue and help me in returning my money back from snapdeal.

              Not refund

              I return my product but still now i dont receive my refund money

                I have registered the refund of the super mattress gray running shoes on 1th of march.It has been approximately two months for raising the request but I didn't get my money back now.I have called snapdeal customer care more than 25 times and also raised so many complains.Each and evey time it was told to me that wait for 24 hr or 48 hr then you will get a call from refund team, I haven't received any calls from their end.I have shared my bank details and bank statement more than 4 times, also I have verified with the bank but no money came in my account but customer care people tells that refund is already done and after doing a lot of complaints also they are not taking it as serious issue.

                  I have ordered online a micromax canvas spark Q380 mobile (white colour) on snapdeal vide order no.[protected].The MRP of white color was 5800 and of black one was 4800. They charged 5800 and sent a black phone with invoice for white colour. When i contacted them, they asked to return it back. I did the same. I called them on customer care about refund but always response was your refund is initiated. After few days they started saying that amount has been refunded into your account. I have sent them my account statement also but useless customer care is not ready to listen at all.

                  (A) I had ordered online a Philips AT620/14 Shaver (Black colour) on Snapdeal on 17 April 2016 vide order no.[protected]. The price of Rs 1, 839.00 was paid through SBI Credit Card. I called Snapdeal helpline number of customer care on 18 April 2016 requesting delivery on 25 Apr 16 as I would be out of town from 20 to 24 April 2016, which was acknowledged and assured on phone.
                  (B) To my utter surprise, after few days on 21 April 16, one delivery man of Gojavas Courier called me quoting his delivery order number FCBD 1683044 and that he was waiting in front of my room for delivery of the item. I told the person regarding my requested date of delivery was 25 April. But he said that he was not aware of any such thing but he assured that he will do the needful.
                  (C) On 25 April 2016, I received an SMS that my order has been CANCELLED without any information about REFUND OF RS. 1, 839 !!!
                  (D) MY EXPERIENCE WITH SNAPDEAL HAS BEEN ATROCIOUS AND WASTEFUL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE FOR ANY COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION BY ANYONE.

                    I had purchased a tablet from your store about eight months ago . Suddenly tablet stopped the working then I showed it in service center but service centre refused to give warranty by saying that it is a smuggled product. Then I called SD customer care and he took that product back, but after one month Snapdeal didn't refund me . Every times I called him, he says give me 48 hours but doesn't give any response. Some times says that I have been refunded but I didn't receive the amount .

                    Please resolve it ! Otherwise I have to take legal action against this smuggled product selled me .

                      I am divyanshi srivastava, two days ago i read an andvertisement in newspaper by snapdeal offering home based sms sending jobs, when i contacted them they told me to deposit 1050rs/= in an account no. Given by them of sandeep sharma and said that i will get the parcel containing laptop+2 postpaid sims +mobile phone in two days. After depositing the registration fee they told me that i have to deposit another amount of 5000 in their account to get the parcel otherwise they will forfeit my registration fee as well. They did'nt gave me any proof of registration no. I m feeling trapped now. Requesting the forum to take action against them for not making fool to the students like this and forfeiting our money.

                          I ordered a JBL portable speaker on April 19, 2016, which was supposed to be delivered by April 23, 2016. Due to their delayed dispatch, the product wasn't delivered on April 23, 2016 and then it was delayed to April 25, 2016. Even today, I am told that it will take some more time. Neither they are assuring me a particular date nor they are delivering it on the promised time.

                              On 10 Aug 2015, I purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND MAX 16GB from snap deal. There was an offer of 10% cashback if a transaction made by ICICI bank but, till date I didn't receive that cashback.

                              Now, almost 8 months over. I called many times as well as email support team. They just told me to keep patience our team will provide you that cash back.

After providing my 10 months bank statement they agree to give cash back. But, I think it is wrong why should consumer provide his bank statement. Anyway finally, I got my cash back.                                 Last 6th month before i had purchase one product from snapdeal.com with online transaction system. So but actually there is some technical issue found so device could not be work properly so i had called to the customer care of snapdeal after as per given instruction from snapdeal associate inform for return with proper service delivery with prof, so as per i tried connect with service delivery through company but at that time there is some technical issues in system so agent inform to send us product via manual service through private courier agent so i referred dtdc from nearest agent from talegaon..Location which is located in pune so there is as per manual register transaction they had inform service product received to the sanpdeal and one of the courier associate of snapdeal.com has singed at delivery time so still as per defective products refund not received as per given terms and conditional on site or advertisement for product service ...

                                Now i so feel bad service hence i had post my complaints on all social sites, facebook, consumer court / suprim court as well as complaint against courier agency fraud delivery service in local area this is the illegal service provide by dctc service of talegaon so pathetic service of snapdeal

                                  I returned a watch on 27th march. Today its 24th apr. Still i did not receive my refund. I gave many complaints against order id:[protected]. According to snapdeal product is not received at their end(Return receipt no:487607 for shadowfax delivery). How many days snapdeal need to get the returned product. I dropped many complaints in the website help section. I did not receive even a single reply on those complaints. I called them placed complains(Complain id:21397878, 22137731, 21638542,[protected]. I have spend around 100-150 rupees for phone calls with costomer care for 700 rupee watch. I think now its high time and i should go to consumer court for this.
                                  Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I did not receive any phone call or e mail regarding this. If they have proof please ask Snapdeal to send it again. Everyday I am checking my mails. Not even a single reply is given by snapdeal

                                    I placed an order for quick heal two days ago through snapdeal.com. Just now i received a message notifying a failed delivery. It said that i was not ready to receive the item. It is to be noted that till now no representative of this company has contacted me regarding the delivery. Hence the reason of the failed delivery is completely unjustified.
                                    Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I never seen such a web-site and their be-hiver. worst responds from the costumer care also. Please do not use or buy any products from this web site.
