I have received a damage product of GFIVE mobile phone, which do not compact with network, and not working on network, already tried to return this product via the snapdeal app for last two days, but unfortunately the process cannot be completed, so I request you to refund the amount for this item I were send the product to your seller address via courier.

    This company is only Fooling & Looting customers by doing unethical business.
    I ordered a Fastrack watch of ₹4772( order id. [protected]) and they delivered an Empty parcel on 08/04/2016. When brought to notice they assured refund in 48hrs. As asked i shared all the pictures, details of delivery boy, my ID details, account details n all.
    In this past 3 weeks i called them more than 50 times and every time they fooled me by saying that refund ll be done in next 24 hrs and i need not to call again.
    Till yesterday they assured me refund and today i got a call that my complain is been rejected and refund ll be not done.
    The most important thing is that they are not giving me the cause of rejection.
    The customer advisor of #SNAPDEAL are nothing more than Dumb Dolls.
    I cant understand why they are scared in givng me a reason of rejection in written(via mail).
    I brought this issue to CONSUMER FORUM and going to Lodge a FIR on SNAPDEAL & its courier partner GoJavas and still trying my best to get my money back.
    * My honest opinion is It is a big Fraud company Ignore SNAPDEAL i[censored] dnt wanted to be cheated like this.

      Dear sir,
      My self Ajith reddy . I had placed my order on SNAPDEAL. MY Order ID [protected] .Woodland Gd0491108w13 - Khaki Casual Sandals For Men worth of rupees 2500.

      Sir i have received my order on[protected] at 2:00 pm by GO JAVAS COURIER COMPANY .(proof :I am having the sheet that was on top of my shipment). Size was not sufficient so i raised a request for refund at 4:00 pm on[protected].So my shipment was taken by JV EXPRESS COURIER COMPANY on[protected] to return it to SNAPDEAL.(proof :I am having the pickup receipt given by jv express).

      what actually happened was GO JAVAS company did not update the information that i have received my order before 4:00 pm[protected] AND THEY UPDATED THAT ORDER WAS CANCELLED AND RETURNED BACK TO SNAPDEAL AFTER I RAISED REFUND REQUEST(i.e after 4:00 pm[protected]

      i have raised complaint about this issue many times it has been 70 DAYS and even now i did not get my refund.After so much time i got a call(from snapdeal) and mail that your refund was initiated it will be credited to your bank account and asked for bank account details, they said that it will be credited with on 4 business days .

      Even after 4 days i did not receive my refund and then i again raised a complaint that i have not received refund.In response to the complaint i got call from snapdeal and this is how conversation goes

      SNAPDEAL: Hello sir we are from snapdeal you have raised a complaint that you did not receive refund
      ME: hmm
      SNAPDEAL: I have made contact with concern department and they said that refund or replacement cannot be initiated to your shipment
      ME : How can it be like that i have paid money through cash on delivery and i have returned product back to you, both money and product is with you and you are saying that refund and replacement is not possible
      SNAPDEAL: NO ANSWER
      ME : then why did i receive mail from snapdeal that your refund was initiated and we need bank details
      SNAPDEAL: INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT has done investigation and said that refund or replacement is not possible
      ME: can i know the reason on what basis investigation is done and why refund or replacement not possible
      SNAPDEAL: NO ANSWER

      sir i don't know what kind of game they are playing with me so please help me to get my payment back. I kindly request you to investigate this case properly.

        I ordered for an ICAR examination guide and what i received was IFS examination guide, which is really disappointing and shameful.My Examination is near and am worried about my preparation due to the irresponsible action of Snapdeal.I want to get a clear cut compensation from them.The item received was today, 29/04/2016.This actions from online companies should not be tolerated anymore.

          This is the worst thing i have seen shopping with snapdeal.com. The toll free number[protected] doesn't have any option to talk to a rep. It's just a ivr based function.

          I order my product (Musclepharm combat, 4lbs) on snapdeal.com on 26th april 2016. My order no. Was order id: [protected]

          This greatest of greats e-commerce company promises to deliver product by 30th april 2016. On 29th i receive sms stating it's out for delivery. A while later they send another sms stating your area is non-servicable by courier partner and i have to go and pick it up from their hub.

          I want to make a point - what is the point of e-commerce when a customer has to take the pain of picking things from a courier hub. Wouldn't it be more convenient to pick stuffs from a store. This is truly a height of consumer disrespect. Come on. I have heard courier companies asking consumers to pick goods from hub, but snapdeal sending an email to consumer to pick goods from the courier is truly a shame.

          Snapdeal, if you can't ship in my area, you should have known that before hand. After placing an order and taking my money you can't give me this crap of picking from a hub.

          So for this order if you can't deliver, simply cancel it and refund my money back. Shameless people.

            Snapdeal ipad
            I am writing this as a hugely disappointed online shopping customer to you. I ordered an apple ipad air 128gb wi-fi plus cellular gold color from snapdeal.com on 31st march 2016 the seller being named gizmos.The price of the product was too good to be true but given snapdeal’s reputation i booked the only piece available in haste paying rs 49, 699/- via debit card and my order was confirmed with order id: [protected]
            The product was delivered to me at my home address at abohar -152116, punjab by gojavas courier service on 5th of april 2016.I found the manufacturing date of september 2015 (Its quite unusual for an apple product to be laying around without selling).I opened the package boxing and immediately noticed an ugly looking dent at the aluminium back panel of the tablet giving me an impression of a used or already returned product.I didn’t switch on the product, placed a call to snapdeal’s customer care no. Registering my complaint about the dented product and requested for a return/replacement as per the snapdeal’s 7 day return policy.My complaint was registered under reference no. 21816834 on 5th april 2016.I was told that i would receive a call back in 24-48 hrs but i received no communication from snapdeal team.I had to tweet to @snapdeal_help to get back a call.I was asked to share the images of the defected product via email to which i replied with the required snaps.
            After this i was told that the product will be picked up from my house by ecom express couriers in next 2 days. Upon receiving no communications from the courier or snapdeal in next 2 days i again sorted help from snapdeal at twitter.I received a call stating me to wait for two more days for the courier to pick the produc from my house. Again 2 more days passed and no signs of courier.I had to contact the snapdeal again and i got an answer that the product can not be picked up from my house since the ecom couriers have no serviceability in my area.I even asked to provide any nearby-to-my-hometown center of ecom couriers to which i was ready to personally hand over the product but this request was rejected and instead i was asked to manually send back the product to snapdeal warehouse in raipurkalan near chandigarh.I enquired 3 courier services available in my city and to my surprise none of them were ready to ship to the area since it fell under rural area.I immediately communicated this to snapdeal team and requested them to provide some urban address to send the product.Upon my request they changed the return address to snapdeal’s nangloi warehouse new delhi.Even after this only one courier overnite express agreed to ship the product with a transit insurance under their priority service but only after cautioning me that they had shipped parcels to the above mentioned address before too but none of them got accepted due to the courier’s policy of delivering only sealed pack products while the snapdeal team at the warehouse asks to open up the package before receiving. I again contacted snapdeal team about the issue.I was asked again to wait for the ecom couriers to pick up the product.But as was evident there were no signs of courier service for next two days.I was asked to send back the product to nangloi by myself stating that there would be no such issues regarding delivery of the product and shall any issue arise i was given the contact of mr newton at nangloi warehouse. Upon assurance by the snapdeal team i shipped the product to nangloi warehouse on 19th april 2016 via overnite express’ priority services from abohar with awb no. [protected]
            The courier reached delhi on 20th april 2016 i.E. The next day but when it tried to deliver the product the team at nangloi warehouse of snapdeal refused to take the delivery. I contacted the customer care at snapdeal again notifying them of the problem upon which they requested me to ask the courier to hold up the package and try again the following day and also to contact mr newton.Next day i.E. On 21st april 2016 i contacted mr newton about the problem and forwarded him the courier and package details via sms as per his request.Later in the evening i was contacted by the overnite couriers that the snapdeal team at nangloi warehouse is again refusing to take the delivery.I immediately contacted i)snapdeal customer care, notifying them about the problem ii)mr newton too via phone call to which he replies that he won’t be accepting any sealed pack delivery making the same issue, as was told by overnite couriers prior to accept the shipping, evident.I asked him to contact the customer care team which had assured me that a sealed package will be accepted in any case but mr newton won’t listen to anything and hence the delivery was rejected by the snapdeal team that day again.Now i complained back about the issue to the customer care of snapdeal upon which i was requested to make overnite couriers hold up the package for one more day while they were looking into the issue. Baffled, i had to request the courier to hold back the package for yet another day.
            Next day i myself as well as the overnite couriers contacted mr newton prior to attempt delivery again.But to my surprise mr newton was adamant upon opening up the courier box before accepting the delivery.He even tried to convince me to make the courier redirect to the gurgaon warehouse of snapdeal.I had to argue that what type of courier service would deliver, at their own risk, an insured package to some address other than they were assigned to deliver at.I even called the customer care again but all in vain and at the end of the day i had to accept the overnite courier’s call to return back the package to me since they were no longer able to hold the package in delhi anymore. I started to get the feeling of being cheated and victim fraudulent nature of snapdeal and their return policy.

            So to return the faulty product back to snapdeal 1) ecom courier assigned by snapdeal had failed to pick up the product from my house. 2)i requested to issue me an ecom courier center near to my hometown to which i personally would hand over the product to, but this had not been accepted too by snapdeal. 3)my attempt to manually ship back the product has been in vain too and that too after clarifying the issue with the snapdeal team even before shipping.
            I wondered what option was left for returning back the product??? I contacted back the customer care next day again to ask the same from them.This time i asked them to confirm me in writing via an email regarding my money being secured under the snapdeal’s policy of trust pay till now to which miss yogita of snapdeal team assured me that the phone call was a recorded one and she assures me over this call regarding my concern that my money was safe under return policy since i had raised a complaint within 7 days of receiving the product.
            Now i, unhappy to the core by now, offered that the last resort to return back the defected product is that i, the idiotic and disgusted customer of snapdeal.com, myself will take the product back to their warehouse since no courier will let their team to open up the whole package before accepting delivery.I requested to change back the address for return to their chandigarh warehouse since it was closer to my hometown (300kms to be exact). I was asked to wait for 24 hours for a reply.
            After this the real return policy of snapdeal starts unfolding. I got a phone call from snapdeal team stating since the product is too pricy they can not allow a return to chandigarh warehouse even and the only place to ship the product back will be their gurgaon warehouse and they will accept no sealed package deliveries and the courier will have to open up the whole packaging before the snapdeal team accept the delivery at the warehouse.
            I was like thank you snapdeal and kudos to your return policy.The product wasn’t picked up by snapdeal. The manual return back to their warehouse was rejected.And there is no possible way out for a successfully returning back the defected item to them.I feel extremely cheated and dejected by the way things have turned out and i feel stuck for more than 3 weeks now with a defected product and my hard earned money mugged from me by snapdeal and their faulty sellers.
            And now the real face of snapdeal shows up.Snapdeal team, who for past two days is telling me that they are trying to arrange for a reverse pick up for the defective product, today tells me that upon internal investigation (Without even getting back the product) they have found discrepencies in the product and my return/refund has been cancelled for the product.Upon asking about what these discrepencies are they won’t answer (Because there is nothing to reply).
            I have all the emails, the courier receipts of the reurn and their status as well as the phone recordings with your customer care and especially mr newton who himself declined to even accept the return even before opening.Snapdeal i would like to see you in consumer court and compensate for all the painful experience and harrassment you have given me.Your website is a partner to channel defective and cheap class products along with the sellers of such items.I would like and try to make millions aware of your fraudster policies and evil ways of business.

              This is regarding purchase of two chairs from Snapdeal on 31st March Against Order Id : [protected] and Suborder Id : [protected] . This order was supposed to be deliver on 06th April to 10th April, 2016 but Snapdeal was failed to deliver and later I got new delivery dates from Snapdeal which was between 12th April to 15th April. So As expected, Snapdeal was again failed to deliver the product and then I had call with Snapdeal customer care on 15th April to Cancel this Order Id [protected] and refund my money because on 16th April I was travelling to Qatar with family and nobody will be in Pune to receive the order . After following up with customer care from last 10 days, I came to know through email from [protected]@snapdeal.com that your product was already delivered (SHOCKING NEWS FOR ME !!!) . Please note I haven’t received this product because neither me nor my any family member is staying in delivery address(Pune) since 16th April, 2016 then how come this product can be delivered?? . Therefore, I would request you to please return my money ASAP . I hope would receive positive response this time from Snapdeal.

                  Hi I ordered Xiomi redmi2 in grey color. But they delivered me in white color. I tried to exchange my product. But No option is Given to exchange my product.                         I have cancelled two orders in snapdeal on 14th of this month. But I didn't get my money back as of now. I called them so many times and they are saying same reason.

                        "The order is not cancelled from our side because of some technical reason our back end team is working on this".

                          I received a 10rs ghadi soap instead of samsung galaxy s3 mobile phone.The whole box of the mobile phone was missing.I make an compalint on snapdeal and they arrange reverse pickup two times from nuvoex courier but the courier person did not accepted the box and told me to contact snapdeal again and tell them that if courier guy's manager will tell him to pick then only he will pick up the item otherwise he will not pick it up...I told everything to snapdeal and they told me that it will be picked up next day but it is now 4th day after that call but no one came to pick it up...Now snapdeal is not replying for emails and when i call them and tell them that let me talk to your senior then they put my call on hold but no response and after that they say that our seniors are working on this issue...You team is my last hope because you solved my problem earlier also plese help me...

                            I had ordered a case for my table tennis racket for ₹1029 from Snapdeal and I got the product in 3-4 days... When I opened the package, I found a tag which said it cost just ₹599. So snapdeal sold me a product costing ₹599 for ₹430 more than the actual price! I can't even find their customer support right now and I don't know what to do about it.. I feel cheated and this is bad for the reputation that they hold.

                              I have brought the handset from them which a cashback offer of 10 percent through HDFC card, firstly they did not give me any cashback secondly, after 7 to 8 days the handset was completely dead and till not the screen as some problem, after calling up the customer care and so many emails till thats its been 4 to 5 months now they havent replace the handset for me either they are interested to call back and speak and refund the money. so so many calls and messages, i had followed with them so many times, they said we will get back to u, we will call u but it date no one is calling. the service center is also not ready to do anything, as he is saying i am not getting the screen for my coolpad dazen. i spend 6000 and it was not worth it after 8 days the handset started given issue. i called up the customer care they told me we will look into it dont worry. shame on these ppl they are troubling a 60 plus year old lady. please look into it and arrange my refund. S4d63d/16-17/335, dated[protected] for rs. 8310. We received the delivery through go_java couriers. When we opened the box, it was empty we found charger and headphone in it, but no mobile set was there in that box. Immediately we called the courier service and snap deal customer support. They assured that their marketing team will call us and registered a complaint no. But till today we haven't received any cal from the marketing team.

                                      I ordered a trimmer for rs. 284 including shipping on 14th april. After 10 days they cancelled order stating "can't deliver item to your location. I provided delivery address of a well-known area where all courier delivers.

                                      After that when i searched that item for re-order, it was prices at rs. 330+

                                      I think price was the reason snapdeal cancelled it.
