I bought an asus zenfone selfie zd551kl (Order no: [protected]) as there was a freebie offer of a backcover worth rs. 699/-. However, when the mobile was delivered on 13th march, 2016 there was no mobile backcover with it. When the snapdeal customercare was contacted immediately, i was told that the asus mobile company would send it directly to the customer within 14 days. Now it almost 1 & 1/2 months. Sofar, nothing has happened. In the meantime i once again spoke to the snapdeal customercare reps on 3 consecutive days between april 14th & 16th & i was told that they will look into the matter & get back. So far they have not responded. I also lodged a formal complaint with snapdeal customercare reference#[protected]n 15th april, 2016 but there has been no response. I am regular customer of snapdeal & have bought lots of things--clothes, mobile, etc., online. However, after this bitter experience i have kept my orders pending in the cart lest i suffer the same experience. I expect snapdeal to look into the matter & settle the issue at the earliest.
