I have placed the above mentioned order on april 1st 2016 of canon eos 1200d with 18-55mm + 55-250 mm lens, online from snapdeal.com, i spent 25000 . I got the box on 3rd of april 10.55 am. I opened up the box and that was shockingly empty there was few cables of camera and pouch of the same apart from that there were only polythenes and empty boxes inside, i made the video of the same and where i was opening up the box the place was under surveillance, immediately i marked a written complaint at snap-deal portal, i got an automated mail also that they will contact me in 48 hours but no one contacted me after that i made almost 20 calls only to arrange a communication with me, only to say them whatever they are doing in the case at least let me know .. After so many complaints they sent an email to ask me, provide the images and proofs on that i was not able to send any video bcz that was more than 25mb they said in that case only send images, i sent the same but i was not satisfied with the images bcz that was not enough according to me, i asked them so many times in written and calls that i wanna send video and cctv footage but they denied every time and finally they said that item were delivered successfully, they were not interested to take the video, frommy side bcz they knew i will provide the video along with cctv footage on basis of those they have to accept that they have not delivered the item in the box, they were afraid of truth that’s why they have finalized the decision on one sided investigation, i am calling them on daily basis and writing emails also to provide them my video and cctv footage but they are saying 24 hrs to wait and 48 hours to wait after that set time, again they are repeating same process, whenever i called up they tried their best to provoke me by saying and asking kidish things, one of them said that you are fraud … i am shattered by after heard those words.. How can their representative say that without any proof, i must say that snapdeal ppl are liar and fraud bcz i have proof that cheated on me and now they are lying..
I want my product or my money.
