As the reverse pick up was not happened by snapdeal because of t echnical issue, snapdeal asked me to send it to the below address.

The tracking no. Is [protected] sent through blue dart.
Snapdealkhasra no. 9/24, nangloi jatveena enclave, railway station, nangloi, new delhi - 110041

But the person named jayram at the address refused to accept.Till eyt its been a month everyday i am writting them & calling them.But there is no action has been taken.On top of teh product moeny my courier charge also on waste.
Please refund me my hard earning money asap with the courier charge

    I have ordered for an Intex Cloud Jewel Mobile Phone on 20 Apr 2016. My order ID No is [protected]. Today at 1645hr I have received a packet of salt instead of mobile phone from the shipping coy. I have also paid Rs 6000/- to the delivery boy. The packet was in teared condition. Please resolve my complaint immediately. I am going lodge an FIR for the fraud and also giving article to publish in news paper. May I request you for early resolvement of the complaint

      When I purchased this phone, I faced a problem with it's front camera .so I returned this phone about 15/2/2016 but I didn't get refund yet . I called many times snapdeal costumer care but they always said that " we are trying.. "
      I'm frustrated too much.. So please sir take legal action against snapdeal. I want my money back. From snapdeal..

        Faulty infocus mobile

        The mobile phone received through courier is faulty. We are not able to switch on the mobile phone. Customer care guys and girls are promise to send the engineer to check the product and to take it back . As off know no body has come to collect the product .         I purchased a Maharaja Whiteline 45 litre atlanto desert cooler for rs 8845 on 8th of April, 2016 under order no [protected]. the cooler was received on 14th April, 2016 and was with manufacturing defect. I immediately called to Customer care of Snapdeal and requested for replacement under complaint no 22195262 and have not received cooler so far. Simultaneously i was asking for 50% compensation of total value of the product. I am continuously talking to CC on daily basis and nothing has happened so far. In this process I have also lost lot of money over phone calls and time.
        Also I have purchased this cooler on credit card and for which I am also paying interest. My family is dying in heat and snapdeal has no concern regarding this.

            I have ordered for FABHOMEDECOR ELZADA SOFA SET(3+1+1) on April 9 2016. Until April 20th, Tracking status shown as READY FOR DISPATCH. But when i checked the status yesterday, it was shown as "COURIER RETURNED TO SNAPDEAL" without any prior notice. I have contacted customer care today and I came to know that they updated as "Cannot deliver the product so it has been returned to Snapdeal".
            To be very honest, I did not even receive any call from snapdeal courier. I have mentioned the same to the customer care officer but there is no proper response, He replied "Sorry for the convenience, We will provide you with a refund for the ordered amount". It is not about refund, I just want this to be resolved out and no other customer should face this issue. When they are cancelling the product there should be a prior notice and on the confirmation from the customer Snapdeal has to cancel the product, Also when we are contacting customer care, there should be a valid response for the same. This is ridiculous and they wasted almost 13 days of my time by simply waiting for the product to get delivered which is unexpected from an online shopping site, I want this to get fixed at the earliest and they should be fined for such activities.

              I want to tell all my friends not to buy any thing in sale from snapdeal.com. Their strategy is only to increase their registered data base. Process is
              Snapdeal run sale.
              Sell some products at 80% 90% off.
              Attract customers to buy it.
              People register and buy.
              And later they refuse to give products and cancel it by giving different excuse like..
              There was problem in transit .
              Returned to snapdeal.
              Order again at new price.
              If you call at their number. They do not listen the call. They say products can not be given due to some reason.
              And next day they start sale again.
              So please beware from snapdeal frauds.

              Snap deal has changed the status of all orders to "order cancelled" now. Two days before they were ready to give all the products. As per telephonic discussion with them snapdeal will deliver all the products but later they changed the status. 1. Flipkart is much better than snapdeal. 2.Snapdeal customer care department makes false commitments. 3. Snapdeal is increasing its email is database by organizing a false sale on their site. 4. Do not buy anything from snapdeal especially apparel. 5. Yoy can not replace your product for smaller or bigger size. Do not buy anything from snapdeal. 1. Company has done nothing to resolve the complain. 2. I called them about order update which were cancelled by them at 09212692126.

                  I have purchased v guard stabilizer for Rs. 2200 through snapdeal.com.
                  cargo (stabilizer) was found to be physically damaged. i have requested for replacement. snapdeal says that they dont do pick up from my area( please note:- my area is jalgaon which is a big city and almost all online portals provide pick up from this particular area)

                  i have asked them to arrange for pick up of the cargo ( v guard stabilizer) and arange for replacement urgently. but still they are not responding.

                  Either you refund or replace the product on urgent basis. It is not appropriate for Snapdeal and for us also to spend rs 1800 for item of rs2200.

                        I had bought one MP3 player from snap deal. It is Phillips brand and go gear model. I charged the battery as per the user instructions but it did not start only when I tried to switch it on. I immediately requested for return the product and claimed refund. The return request was raised in 10 April and till today 21st April there is no response from snapdeal. It cheated me and is not returning my money. Pls help.

                          Ordered a fastrack watch id no. [protected] and got an empty parcel. Complained on the same instant and shared all the photos, account details, id details as asked by the company. They assured me that refund will be initiated within 48 hrs but it has been more than 12 days and it seems customer care is just making fool. Daily they are saying that payment will be refunded within 48 hrs and more than 6 such 48hrs has passed. Please look seriously at this case take action and refund as soon as possible. Thinking to lodge fir in the local police station and in consumer forum in the next 48hrs as i recorded the calls with customer care of company. Customers are loosing faith on company due to these types of frauds.

                          I have provided all the details and proofs of the froud done by Snapdeal. I have mails and messages from snapdeal and GoJavas courier services to support my claim that too i have shared. Still snapdeal is cancelling my complain. It seems company didn't even investigated my case. The person who called to inform this rejection was not able to answer even a single concern of mine. Snapdeal is not answering and giving explanation why my complian got cancelled. I need the reply of company for further complains and cases in consumer form but Even asked for soo many times they are not providing any mail regarding their investigation or findings of report.
                          Its a clear case of FRAUD from SNAPDEAL. and they are fooling the customers.
                          Why the company is only informing me! Why they are not able to give me a valid reason of the rejection?
                          As a consumer its my right to know the proofs that company investigated my case and also the valid reason of rejection.
                          As i am fully equiped with proofs against Snapdeal on this fraud case Kindly provide me either reason or report of rejection in written. (Via mail)

                            I have placed the above mentioned order on april 1st 2016 of canon eos 1200d with 18-55mm + 55-250 mm lens, online from snapdeal.com, i spent 25000 . I got the box on 3rd of april 10.55 am. I opened up the box and that was shockingly empty there was few cables of camera and pouch of the same apart from that there were only polythenes and empty boxes inside, i made the video of the same and where i was opening up the box the place was under surveillance, immediately i marked a written complaint at snap-deal portal, i got an automated mail also that they will contact me in 48 hours but no one contacted me after that i made almost 20 calls only to arrange a communication with me, only to say them whatever they are doing in the case at least let me know .. After so many complaints they sent an email to ask me, provide the images and proofs on that i was not able to send any video bcz that was more than 25mb they said in that case only send images, i sent the same but i was not satisfied with the images bcz that was not enough according to me, i asked them so many times in written and calls that i wanna send video and cctv footage but they denied every time and finally they said that item were delivered successfully, they were not interested to take the video, frommy side bcz they knew i will provide the video along with cctv footage on basis of those they have to accept that they have not delivered the item in the box, they were afraid of truth that’s why they have finalized the decision on one sided investigation, i am calling them on daily basis and writing emails also to provide them my video and cctv footage but they are saying 24 hrs to wait and 48 hours to wait after that set time, again they are repeating same process, whenever i called up they tried their best to provoke me by saying and asking kidish things, one of them said that you are fraud … i am shattered by after heard those words.. How can their representative say that without any proof, i must say that snapdeal ppl are liar and fraud bcz i have proof that cheated on me and now they are lying..
                            I want my product or my money.

                              I have purchased red mi 2 16 gb on 26th October. Before few days ago I came to know that bill's IMEI and phone's original IMEI is totally different. Which means snapdeal gave my duplicate or replaced phone.

                              Snapdeal has very poor customer relationship. I strongly admitted that they are not giving proper resolution of complaints. They are always delay in complaints resolution. They are not giving proper justification. Personally I will not doing any shopping with snapdeal anymore. Worst Experience!!!

                                  After all this nonsense still snapdeal is saying that they delivered me the phone so where is the phone and can they prove it because still i have got nothing and yesterday i have made call to snapdeal and Floor supervisor Abul was so arrogant while talking to me and MR Abhishek told me that Reverse pick has been initiated and Ms Nazia as well but today morning i have got a call from courier asking about the package condition who will open the order in the middle of the ROAD and here are some pics as well please have look on it and do something

                                    bought an iphone 6 - 16 gb from snapdeal.Com and it was promised within 24 hrs. However it was delivered 2 days late from since the date of commitment. Now the company has refund policy fro 7 days and i reached out to them after 7 days requesting for product return and the reason was - it was delivered to my friend's address in delhi since they don't deliver in noida - 201301, so sent an email on 11th april for return request and got this product delivered on 31st march but let me tell you - amazon.In, , flipkart they all have 15 days return policy and why snapdeal can't follow the same policy? after-all it's a loss for customers like us.

                                    I want to return the product now but snapdeal is not accepting this because i was late by 3 days but was before than 15 days which should be a standard return policy.                                     Snapdeal people called and informed the same thing they can't accept the return.

                                    My question is why - why can't you accept this return? this company has 7 days return policy and every other online shop has 15 days return policy and it's a great loss for all o[censored]s and that is why i see a big unsatisfactory ratings for snapdeal customers.

                                    They don't deliver to noida and i took this product back to delhi and hence it caused the delay - moreover i got my product delivered 2 days after the snapdeal commitment. Did i not accept the product? every online shop must have the 15 days as a return policy and this company doesn't obey this.

                                      This is Gaurav, Mobile no- [protected]. I ordered a Nike running shoes on 3rd april order ID-Order ID: [protected]. The shoe quality is worst and I want to return it.Regarding that I registered a complaint on snapdeal website Reference number[protected].
                                      I received my order on 6th of april and registered a request of return on 8th of april. During placing a return request online I changed my pick up address as I am not available on the item shipping address anymore.During my call to customer care on 8th of april the guy told me the item will only be picked at the address to which it is shipped, so he suggested me to ship the item manually and the courier charges will be paid by snapdeal and asked me to wait for max. 48 hours.

                                      I got no mail in next 2 days and again I called the customer care explained him the issue and I asked him to let me speak to his senior. But, he itself talked to the senior and assured me that I'll receive the mail in next 48 hours.
                                      On 15th of april . I again called and explained him my situation and asked him to let me speak to his senior this time.But he said at this time our seniors are not available. So I was left with no option but to trust him again and wait for next 48 hours for mail.

                                      I again called on 19th of april, they again said you will get revert from on in 24 hours.

                                      Today its 20th april and still no response.

                                      Kindly look into it process my request and refund as soon as possible.

                                      What i have received the product is not working, so i made return request but your team has initiated manual return so i sent the courier through professional courier but the warehouse team is refusing to take because it is big product, like that the courier guy as told me so i made the complained to Snapdeal customers care but still now the process is in pending and still i didn't received reimbursement of courier charge and i have also attached the scanned copy of courier slip.its my humble request plzzzz solve my problem as soon as possible
