First of all snapdeal send me the wrong product(order no.-[protected])and after this type of irresponsibility they are telling me that they don't return the product and they can't do anything.they send me a book instead of shoes(i ordered nike shoes rs-4995.00)they always told that if costomer received wrong product they will take responsibility.but now they just fraud with me and i don't know what to do.i just know snapdeal and they telling me that they can't do anything.

    I am waiting for the courier delivery and the package is not reached to my hand still. Also no one is available to pick a call from the courier person or from the customer support from courier.
    When I called to the Snapdeal customer support (Reference no:[protected] they said it needs 8 working days for resolution. And the courier partner was updated in the system as delivered to customer. But I haven’t received the product still. Do you think customers are fools for giving the money and waiting for the product for 8 days. It is the worst experience I have ever faced till. And I will suggest all the people in and around me for not to buy any product from the Snapdeal for sure.

      Hi Team,

      I am raising this complaint due to inconvenience caused with Snapdeal.
      I had ordered Tata Sky HD dhamal mix 1 month free subscription.

      This is what I faced all this while
      09th April 2016- I order Sky HD setup box order id [protected]
      12th April 2016- I cancel the order
      13th April 2016- I receive the invoice for Sky HD setup box. This invoice has details about some third party coming with HD box and doing the installation. I call up call center people to tell them the scenario. I explain them that I do not wish to proceed with the Sky HD setup box and have cancelled the same. They tell me do not accept Sky HD setup box from the local installation vendor. I do exactly the same thing when he calls.
      14th April 2016-I call them for refund query. They tells me refund is in process and a person should come for collecting the box. I do not have the setup box as it was never collected. I have done n number of calls to them explaining the same. Everytime, they raise the request for refund I get calls from NUVOEX team saying that since HD box is not there we cannot come.

      They put a message that I have cancelled the request. Please find the screenshot of the messages.
      I also have recordings done with the snapdeal.

      Snapdeal is a thug. They have stolen my money.

            I had placed an order for Samsung Galaxy A8 - 32 Gb from Snapdeal website through order number :- [protected], but when I received the parcel it was empty. I was shocked to see that there is no mobile phone inside the box. I complained to the company. But still after 2 weeks I didn't get my handset delivered to me. I had paid Rs. 26199/- for this mobile phone. But it look like that there is no value of customer for the company. As they are only making me fool. They didn't told me that what action they had taken on my complaint. Kindly arrange the delivery of my mobile phone as soon as possible, because I am in very urgent need of phone.

                Order no. [protected], The bed delivered on 05/04/2016 at my place but was damaged. Lodged a complain for return of the product on the same day. I was given time by the company through SMS to my registered Mobile no. [protected] several times but no one turned up to collect the product. If the product is not taken back by the company within 48 hrs or I am compensated properly for the loss I will approach Consumer Forum with all evidences as how the company ditched me. I am fade up with the company and several times I called to the customer care no. but no result has come out. This is my final reminder...

                  I have purchased a mobile phone by selecting 6 months emi options from snapdeal, but on my credit card statement it is shown as full transaction and when i asked this about this with my credit card issuing bank they are very clear that it is the issue with the snapdeal. So i contacted snapdeal and raised a complaint on 28th march 2016, since then no resolution provided even though i repeatedly contacted snapdeal.

                  I have also submitted my credit card statement with snapdeal as they have asked, only after repeated mails and phone calls to customer care i got a mail telling me to contact bank regarding this. Am not statisfied with this and asked about this on call with snapdeal, one customer executive manikandan spoke to me very roude and shouting at me. Very bad experience with the customer care, i have raised the issue 4 weeks back still no resolution from the snapdeal.

                    I have ordered a sports shoe at snapdeal.com on 6th april 2016. They had confirmed my order and showed me the status " ready to dispatch". But on 12th april they cancelled my order and refunded the money. Matter is now a days these companies are listing fake deals and after taking customer's money they are just cancelling the order and refunding the money. They should at least talk the customers. And they should pay the compensation to the customers for their fault.

                          I was initiate the return for t-max 4gb blue phone on 1 st april
                          On snapdeal site. Till day the return pickup was not handled by snapdeal guys.
                          (Note : after a one week i am order the same phone to come the courier guy to my home and i ask him the pickup was not started and that guy is not responsible and after one day on my orders page the second ordered phone shows return/refund option so that i initiate thet and next day the guy pickup the return and then after 3 days on snapdeal site the rerurn was cancelled and item re-delivered to you message and till day the item not delivered to me) there are more confusion about return on your site.


                          And promisely tell that after that i never purchase any product from your stupid site

                              On 2nd april, 2016 i received a call from snapdeal (+91 [protected]) at 11.44 am promoting about onsite screen protection and suggesting me to purchase onsite screen protection for my smartphone i bought from snapdeal ie, lenovo vibe x2 and unboxed oneplus x bearing order no. [protected] and [protected]. I was not sure about it so she told me that she would call back later between 5pm to 6pm. I thought to get it for my oneplus x only. Later at 5.56pm she called back from the same number and i told her that i was interested in onsite screen protection for my oneplus x. She told me about its price and features and she placed the order on my approval. Here's the thing. I didn't placed order from my side yet today snapdeal support refused to believe that they made such calls. That makes me a liar, right?

                              Anyway, order for screen protection was placed with order id [protected]. I received it on 6th april. I made a call to on-site at 2.26 pm. It was received by customer support by the name "kunal". I was asked to send my invoice of my mobile to [protected]@onsite.Co.In with subject as kunal and was told that a confirmation call would be made within 48 hrs. I did as was told.

                              I didn't receive any call or email from onsite. I tried calling on-site and was greeted by ivr mentioning that onsite support was unavailable at the moment. I freaked out fearing duped and called snapdeal support and talked to "amarjot kaur" ( this name was confirmed by last snapdeal customer support guy i talked to). I told him how i was insecure about on-site and suggested for return. He calmed me down and told me to wait for a day for on-site to reply me back. And i was made assured that my money was secured by some policy as i have raised a complaint and i am eligible for return even after 7 days return deadline. Well, i was told this by 2-3 customer support people.
                              Yet, last guy i talked to said ther is no such scheme by which i would be able to return after 7 days. He denied everything i said. Well, i didn't lie about it or anything.

                              I called about 3-4 times about this issue. Snapdeal support only makes promises till the 7 days return policy is over and refuses return after that and makes you feel like a liar.

                              Fyi, i got in contact with on-site today. (What a relief). Again i'm told that i get a call before 6 pm today. I feel like i'm being duped again.

                                Order id: [protected] placed on 31.03.2016. Product delivered in next week. As per product's listed details, product is not being installed by their associated installation vendors and is lying unused since then. On 8th april, a request for return was initiated and was acknowledged by the snapdeal, but till today, they are not ready to do anything except to apologize for the delay in installation.

                                I want my refund back alongwith a compensation of equivalent amount from snapdeal.

                                I will never ever buy a product deaf team of stupids.

                                  My order id is [protected] and complaint reference no is 22327424. I have ordered a pack of two sarees 17 march 2016 and received only 1 saree on 22 march 2016. This was a partial order due to which i requested to replace or refund the product. I received a number of calls from snapdeal assuring me that they will credit my account with 50% of the amount i have paid within 24 hours. But till now no update is there. I am a regular customer of snapdeal but this time i am very much irritated with the service. I have called a number of times to customer care center but not received any satisfactory answer. So now i request you to resolve my issue asap.

                                    I placed order for 10m hdmi cable on 7th april 2016 by paying full amount in advance. Even after contacting snapdeal customer care 5 times, they are not responded by telling me when i will receive the product. The following activities observed during dealing with this website amounts to utter deficiency in services, and adapting to wrong trading policies:
                                    1. The order placed by me on 7th april 2016 had a delivery timeline of 12th april to 14th april. On 11th april the website on its own cancelled the order without contacting me
                                    2. They posted new delivery date as 15th april to 17th april 2016. Which once again expired yesterday.
                                    3. Even after sending several emails and calling them, they are not telling me when will i teceive the product.
                                    4. They have sent me an sms giving incorrect contact number of courier company. When dialled that number belonged to some private person who got angry with me.
                                    5. There is no update in the tracking infornation. Each day since past 10 days you see just "in transition" mentioned on the website. Which looks like taking customer for granted
                                    I wanted this cable becuase i purchased sony home theatre which needed to be connected to my big tv. This is pending since past 11 days with no clue as to when i will actually get it. Now i have no other option than to order this cable using other trusted online website.

                                    The snapdeal order number is [protected] dated 7th april 2014. Can anyone bear to pay and stay upto 11 days with no cutomer care response on delivery date? Perhaps they are waiting for me to cancel this order. Pls help

                                    Sorry no one has contacted me till now. Also still you do not feel it essential to express deliver it within 24 hours.However, once again third time new delivery date for 22nd April has been mentioned on snapdeal website. Since within 3 days i can get this order delivered by other trustworthy websites, I have securely placed order for the similar product with other website. Kindly cancel this order and make a full refund. Do not know what trick you have played, i am unable to cancel this order as it says this order has already been cancelled. Also I had to call up your customer support to cancel and refund the paid amount. The cancellation number Sakshi from snapdeal gave me @ 10am today as 22308067. I still do not believe whether order is really cancelled as there is no sms communication which she has told i will get about the cancellation.

                                    I got the message from the courier company that my area is not covered under their delivery. I am sorry if centre of city like safdarjung is not covered under the courier company's service area then why item was shipped with this courier company? In true sense why the order was booked? If booked then what kind of customer support services you guys are handling and promising me delivery by 22nd April. On what basis?
                                    Kindly immediately make refund of my paid money without wasting a customer's time further by the way of continued false assurances.

                                    Even the third time delivery deadline given by snapdeal reached sans any fruitful action. As nothing was moving, this order is finally cancelled with a great learning and experience for me to spread around my collegues. This complaint may be closed pleased with due thanks to all those who shared their valuable time and efforts just to see this order getting cancelled. I hope the full refund wil be received without any issue as this will not have option of cancellation after shear wastage of 15 days. Regards

                                    No...the concern could not be resolved by snapdeal.Snapdeal could have resolved the concern by delivery the order with express delivery. The real fact is that even after 15 days, the order was never shipped. You do not have the product available with you.The website was deceitfully showing "in transit" for 15 days altogether. Finally your sms says Safdarjung enclave is not under serviceable area of the courier company.All this revolves around the trick of keeping customer wsiting and falsely posing as if the concern is worked upon.Therefore in order to save further killing of time, the order was cancelled to say good bye to your deal. Please note that your behaviour of being in "no action" mode is itself a serious concern amounting to unethical trade practice. Regards

                                      I ordered and received a geyser (Crompton Greeves 25 L). I paid through online at the time of booking the product. The product was delivered on time with intact packing. At the time of installation, I could see that there are multiple dents all over the body. The angle fixed on the geyser was faulty. I was in desperate need to install this product, hence installed the geyser with local electrician/plumber. However, not at all happy with Snapdeal/associated dealers. The packing was so good that there's no chance of any dents/damages. This proves that the geyser which was provided was faulty with damages all across it's body. This shows how lax the quality checking system prevelent with Snapdeal/it's associates.

                                      I don't have time or inclination to ask for any refund/damage from Snapdeal, but sorry to let you know that you have lost a customer. If this sorry state of affair continues where you only focus on your revenue without looking at basic hygiene of quality at your end, I am sure we all will witness your downfall in a short time. I curse myself why the hell I opted for your site, also will ensure to transmit my bad experience to my friends and peer group.

                                        • i have made purchase of bajaj gx-07 mixer grinder on snapdeal at mumbai from seller hns i warehouse a bandikavanoor village, chennai, tamilnadu as per address appeared on invoice # d6e ca4/15-16/22802 dated 20th march, 2016. The purchase was made viewing 5 year guarantee on motor & 2 year guarantee on product. Which was mentioned on the product details of snapdeal.
                                        • the mixer was delivered to me on 25th march, 16. But without guarantee card of 5 years on motor. Thus on same day immediately after receiving delivery i had lodged my complaint on snapdeal and customer support assured the resolution in 48 hrs. Next day their customer support informed me that there is no such guarantee on product. I felt cheated and then lodged request for return the product with 100% money back as committed on the site while lodging my order.
                                        • same day i received call from customer support and they requested that there is guarantee of 5 year on motor and will provide after contacting seller and get me same in 48 hrs. Which was not happened.In meantime snapdeal sent me notification of gurantee. And after when i called them their customer support was insisting me consider this notification from their end and assurance of guarantee. I had refused their request as snap deal is neither a manufacturer and nor a brand owner and this their guarantee notification is invalid. I asked them on phone and written on their site to take back the product but after reqesting several times they never responded me so far. Not they send anybody to lift that product
                                        • i feel the product features / specification mentioned on site is merely an eyewash and such tactics are just to attract customers and make them buy and cheat customers. For such blunder license of snap deal should be cancelled. This is fraud. I want snapdeal take this product back and give me my 100% money back.
