Dear sir

My order id is [protected] and complaint reference no is 22327424. I have ordered a pack of two sarees 17 march 2016 and received only 1 saree on 22 march 2016. This was a partial order due to which i requested to replace or refund the product. I received a number of calls from snapdeal assuring me that they will credit my account with 50% of the amount i have paid within 24 hours. But till now no update is there. I am a regular customer of snapdeal but this time i am very much irritated with the service. I have called a number of times to customer care center but not received any satisfactory answer. So now i request you to resolve my issue asap.

    I placed order for 10m hdmi cable on 7th april 2016 by paying full amount in advance. Even after contacting snapdeal customer care 5 times, they are not responded by telling me when i will receive the product. The following activities observed during dealing with this website amounts to utter deficiency in services, and adapting to wrong trading policies:
    1. The order placed by me on 7th april 2016 had a delivery timeline of 12th april to 14th april. On 11th april the website on its own cancelled the order without contacting me
    2. They posted new delivery date as 15th april to 17th april 2016. Which once again expired yesterday.
    3. Even after sending several emails and calling them, they are not telling me when will i teceive the product.
    4. They have sent me an sms giving incorrect contact number of courier company. When dialled that number belonged to some private person who got angry with me.
    5. There is no update in the tracking infornation. Each day since past 10 days you see just "in transition" mentioned on the website. Which looks like taking customer for granted
    I wanted this cable becuase i purchased sony home theatre which needed to be connected to my big tv. This is pending since past 11 days with no clue as to when i will actually get it. Now i have no other option than to order this cable using other trusted online website.

    The snapdeal order number is [protected] dated 7th april 2014. Can anyone bear to pay and stay upto 11 days with no cutomer care response on delivery date? Perhaps they are waiting for me to cancel this order. Pls help

    Sorry no one has contacted me till now. Also still you do not feel it essential to express deliver it within 24 hours.However, once again third time new delivery date for 22nd April has been mentioned on snapdeal website. Since within 3 days i can get this order delivered by other trustworthy websites, I have securely placed order for the similar product with other website. Kindly cancel this order and make a full refund. Do not know what trick you have played, i am unable to cancel this order as it says this order has already been cancelled. Also I had to call up your customer support to cancel and refund the paid amount. The cancellation number Sakshi from snapdeal gave me @ 10am today as 22308067. I still do not believe whether order is really cancelled as there is no sms communication which she has told i will get about the cancellation.

    I got the message from the courier company that my area is not covered under their delivery. I am sorry if centre of city like safdarjung is not covered under the courier company's service area then why item was shipped with this courier company? In true sense why the order was booked? If booked then what kind of customer support services you guys are handling and promising me delivery by 22nd April. On what basis?
    Kindly immediately make refund of my paid money without wasting a customer's time further by the way of continued false assurances.

    Even the third time delivery deadline given by snapdeal reached sans any fruitful action. As nothing was moving, this order is finally cancelled with a great learning and experience for me to spread around my collegues. This complaint may be closed pleased with due thanks to all those who shared their valuable time and efforts just to see this order getting cancelled. I hope the full refund wil be received without any issue as this will not have option of cancellation after shear wastage of 15 days. Regards

    No...the concern could not be resolved by snapdeal.Snapdeal could have resolved the concern by delivery the order with express delivery. The real fact is that even after 15 days, the order was never shipped. You do not have the product available with you.The website was deceitfully showing "in transit" for 15 days altogether. Finally your sms says Safdarjung enclave is not under serviceable area of the courier company.All this revolves around the trick of keeping customer wsiting and falsely posing as if the concern is worked upon.Therefore in order to save further killing of time, the order was cancelled to say good bye to your deal. Please note that your behaviour of being in "no action" mode is itself a serious concern amounting to unethical trade practice. Regards

      I ordered and received a geyser (Crompton Greeves 25 L). I paid through online at the time of booking the product. The product was delivered on time with intact packing. At the time of installation, I could see that there are multiple dents all over the body. The angle fixed on the geyser was faulty. I was in desperate need to install this product, hence installed the geyser with local electrician/plumber. However, not at all happy with Snapdeal/associated dealers. The packing was so good that there's no chance of any dents/damages. This proves that the geyser which was provided was faulty with damages all across it's body. This shows how lax the quality checking system prevelent with Snapdeal/it's associates.

      I don't have time or inclination to ask for any refund/damage from Snapdeal, but sorry to let you know that you have lost a customer. If this sorry state of affair continues where you only focus on your revenue without looking at basic hygiene of quality at your end, I am sure we all will witness your downfall in a short time. I curse myself why the hell I opted for your site, also will ensure to transmit my bad experience to my friends and peer group.

        • i have made purchase of bajaj gx-07 mixer grinder on snapdeal at mumbai from seller hns i warehouse a bandikavanoor village, chennai, tamilnadu as per address appeared on invoice # d6e ca4/15-16/22802 dated 20th march, 2016. The purchase was made viewing 5 year guarantee on motor & 2 year guarantee on product. Which was mentioned on the product details of snapdeal.
        • the mixer was delivered to me on 25th march, 16. But without guarantee card of 5 years on motor. Thus on same day immediately after receiving delivery i had lodged my complaint on snapdeal and customer support assured the resolution in 48 hrs. Next day their customer support informed me that there is no such guarantee on product. I felt cheated and then lodged request for return the product with 100% money back as committed on the site while lodging my order.
        • same day i received call from customer support and they requested that there is guarantee of 5 year on motor and will provide after contacting seller and get me same in 48 hrs. Which was not happened.In meantime snapdeal sent me notification of gurantee. And after when i called them their customer support was insisting me consider this notification from their end and assurance of guarantee. I had refused their request as snap deal is neither a manufacturer and nor a brand owner and this their guarantee notification is invalid. I asked them on phone and written on their site to take back the product but after reqesting several times they never responded me so far. Not they send anybody to lift that product
        • i feel the product features / specification mentioned on site is merely an eyewash and such tactics are just to attract customers and make them buy and cheat customers. For such blunder license of snap deal should be cancelled. This is fraud. I want snapdeal take this product back and give me my 100% money back.

            Sanpdealteam you guys are ture liars, frustrated!
            I've ordered a smart phone that is infocus m370i with the order number #[protected]
            It has been delivered me on 28 march 2016 & then i've found so many problems in the handset that products heating a lot like if i use it for max 3-4 hour that will surly blast. So i've requested return on 1 april 2016

            On 3rd ive received a mail that please visit infocus service center to get your mobile phone repaird!
            How you guy can be so dumb that's your duty men not mine i've paid for a genuine phone not for a defective one. And even i would do it if its nearby but service centre is 300km away from here and i've explained that to snapdeal team for thirty times or more..

            Snapdeal care centre team is like

            "sir
            Don't worry, we have escalate your complain you'll get your problum solve within 24hours we'll provide engineer visit to check that device and will refund you after it" i've haird this line for 8-9 times no one is serious there??
            Men i'm telling you naa i've never seen any kind of visit in this city but still they say again n again sir trust me this will be happen and solved by tomorrow..

            Even i've called so many times they even don't have tried to conact me...

            And how liar was the last one
            He said sir i've escalate your complain (Again yes!! I kept quite) within 24 hours our backhand team will contact you.
            (I mean how liar was he because i had already asked for that and i've got the replay that sir backhand team didn't connect with you, its not possible)
            On this nod i said please connect my call to your senior
            He requested to wait!
            Then sir we're not able to contact our senior.
            I didn't agreed and kept asking to connect

            And then he disconnected the call?????
            How dare you men to do that...
            I've called so many times didnt got a genuine response,
            You guys are illegally keeping my money.

                Snapdeal - a horror for sellers !!

                I started my business expansion into online space with snapdeal. And to my shock this has been worst mistake of my life.
                The extent of harassment and false promises by snapdeal is just beyond humanitarian grounds.

                1. I have a product which was sold in nov, 2015 for which the payment has not been released till date [16th april, 2016].

                2. Further, snapdeal had asked all sellers to return diwali packaging material with a promise that amount for same will be reimbursed but have not received a single penny for packing worth almost 1k.

                3. Had complained on multiple occasions and multiple times about the issues we have been facing but there has been no proper response. All we get is another promise and a delay in providing any solution.

                The website forces you to pay for logistics charges which is beyond any logical sense. A product as small as pendrive/audio-receiver is categorized as heavyweight and higher charges are recovered.

                Even the policies are horrible and selling is difficult with a lot o[censored]nnecessary regulations in place.

                I have started selling on other online portals and my online advise for all sellers remains not to sell on snapdeal.. Not even to register. They make you cry blood tears for even most trivial matters.

                  This is my situation ordered micromax led TV on 31st March got it delivered on 4th april, booked for installation on 5th April when the technician opened the box he said panel is broken and I have raised replacement request on 5th April it's been 11 days since no one gives me resolution these are the couple of emails which I wrote to Escalation Team grievance [protected]@snapdeal.com they call me back and say it takes 1-2 business days they missed 4 Windows need support to go legal and burn them down.

                  My name is venkat ramana and I am a victim who has been repeatedly cheated by SNAPDEAL if I am not wrong, I ordered product on 31st March and received it on 4th april on 5th April when technician from micromax came for installation he found the panel is broken which also broke my heart. I have raised replacement request on 5th April according to your firm T&C I should be contacted in 24 - 48 hrs but snapdeal again missed deal twice it's been 5 days since I raised complaint and called 4 times no resolution today I spoke to nitin he said the same sorry. For your kind info your sorry doesn't make my hamburger I paid money not thanks for the product.
                  Hoping for a resolution officer please dnt cheat as your previous team.

                    Dear Kunal / Snapdeal,

                    I have placed on order on Mon, 22 Feb, 2016 and the order id is [protected] and the invoice number is SCB7B6/15-16/1357. I received this product on 4th March, 2016. There is an problem with this product, as I discussed with the customer care (snap deal) guys they suggested me to return this product on Sat, 19 Mar, 2016 because the service centers of this product is not available at my area and also they provided the Hyderabad warehouse address. As per there suggestion I have sent the product through the Professional courier on 26th March, 2016, also I shared the invoice copy through email. After that i tried to follow up the customer care guys to confirm whether the product has been received or not(almost I called 3 times), every time they are saying like, "we will follow up with the concern backend team to track the product and we will update to you". But they didn't update to me, one day I received a call from the courier center that they informed me like, "my product has been rejected from the snap deal side". After that again I gave an call to the customer care guys and I enquired why the product has been rejected from snap deal side, even though they are saying the same story like, "we will follow up with the concern backend team to track the product and we will update to you".

                    From Sat 19 Mar, 2016 to till today i.e. Sat 16 April, 2016 (almost a month) I called them (totally 9 times) also I sent couple of mails as well, till today I spoke with 9 executive guys, 3 supervisors(team leads) and two floor managers (Abhijoth & Sayyad Mujahid) but no one was updated to me, why the product has been rejected from snap deal, every time they are saying like "we will follow up with high priority to the concern backend team to recall this product from the courier center and within 24 hours we will resolve the issue and they are saying to me please requested to the courier guys to hold the product with them for another 24 hours". Even today also I gave an call to the customer care guys, the same story was repeated them to wait another 24 hours. Every time they(snap deal guys) are saying, dear customer this is the first time you are talking to me am sure that we will (snap deal) resolve your issue within 24 hours. I clearly asked them, if it not possible to resolve this issue, please let me know then I won't follow up next time at least I can save my time. Even though they are saying the same story like, please wait for another 24 hours.

                    Regarding the same issue I mailed to kunal (kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com, the CEO of snap deal) and Rohit (rohit.[protected]@snapdeal.com, one of the big guy in the snap deal). Even though there is no response from snap deal. This is too bad, simply they are playing with customers.


                    If you(snap deal) guys are doing like this, please add a note in the snap deal web site and mobile apps, that if anyone wants to purchase anything from snap deal, the customer has to be more patience because we (snap deal) won't respond properly to the customer. Then the customer has realize whether he/she has to be continuing with this E-Commerce site or not.

                      Hello Snapdeal

                      I purchased a iBall Slide Cuddle A4 Voice-Calling Tablet and placed the order on 9th April, 2016. And the Order ID is [protected]. The reason I preferred this tablet is because of it's good configuration such as Octa core 1.7 gz process and 2 GB Ram and 16 GB Internal memory.

                      I received the product on 13th of April, 2016. After I received and charged it, it worked for some hours and after that it is repeatedly being automatically switched off. Once it is switched off, for hours together the display is not coming even after pressing the power button. again after sometime, it switches on. again switches off. The tablet has a problem. I bought it as a gift to my wife and she is upset that tablet is useless. When I placed the refund option, I got a call from executive saying technician will be sent to my house to check it. He has not come yet.

                      I want to return the product since it is useless. I don't understand why snapdeal is making 7-days easy return policy as 7-tough days complicative process for customer. Product buying process is very easy but the return process is very tough for the customer. I felt excited when I order the product but now I feel depressed for the return of the product.

                      Please do the refund.

                        I purchased a product from snapdeal, they given estimated delivery 10-12 Apr, they can't deliver in that time and requested for some more time and given other estimated delivery 15-18 Apr. Finally I got the message that I cancelled the order, I didn't cancelled the order. What are the rights snapdeal have that I cancelled the order, its totally fraud. May I know what is going on and when I get my procudt, I already paid for that, if you can't deliver it in the given estimated time, refund my amount immediately. Also where is tollfree number on your site to contact immediately, we can't wait 48 hrs for your reply on each request.

                        After sumbitting complaint I got many calls from snapdeal, some one saying will deliver the product soon, some one asking whether the product deliverer or not, some one asking all my card details including cvv number to refund the amount and behaving rashly and forcing me to give my cvv number, I don't know why they required my cvv number to transfer card to card? And if I will not provide the required details, they are telling, it will take 2 to 3 months to transfer my money and resolve this issue. Its all nucence and very very bad, its all frustrating me. Snapdeal is fully fraud and don't know whether the product is available or not, whether they will return my money or not.

                        I hate this snapdeal for lifetime due its irresponsible behavior. I paid money and waited for the product almost 14 days, I didn't receive the product till now. When I tried to cancel the product its not accepting my cancellation, and snapdeal team telling it will take 10 days to refund my money. May I know why I need wait 10 more days to get my money back if the product is not delivered on time. and why they need to keep my money that many days, almost a month. Its all fraud, fraud fraud... government should take action against Snapdeal and cancel its license for all its fraud deal.

                          I ordered for 2 products together.one had quality issues and the order was a wrong product delivered.So i requested return of one product which had quality issues and replacement for the wrong product delivered.both the products were picked by one single delivery agent at once.but snapdeal claims that the two products had to be separately picked which was not intimated to me earlier.
                          so they have refunded money for my return product and not refunded or replaced my 2nd product which was a wrong delivery.
                          they refused to do so claiming that the product reach them. the delivery agent has given receipt for one product happily picking up both products. when complained the same to snapdeal they claim they I have not returned the product. when i insisted to check back with their delivery partner they cam back to me after 90 days that they have investigated and they have not received it. and that i had to check with the courier partner where in my question is why did it take them 90 days after which they come back saying they do not have product. and why should i check with their courier partner as they are a 3rd party to me.I have done the shopping on snapdeal app and done payment to snapdeal.
                          to get an answer that they will not refund and that i am at fault i had to follow up with them for 90 days making nearly 45 calls.hopeless call centre experience.
                          plus they blame customer for their mistake.they simply do wrong delivery and then refuse to refund.i lost rs500 to them.

                            But they had sent a wrong one totally different from the one which i ordered. I returned it . they assured me for refund . but they cancel my return and 10 days they did not take any steps to return the product.

                              Today (15th April 2016) I received this product after a DELAY of 2 days, the original delivery date mentioned while ordering was 11th-13th April2016. To add to the disappointment, the product I received is NOT an original product. And nowhere near the specifications/model number mentioned. I received what looks like totally a DUPLICATE RAYBAN product that you’ll find hawkers selling on the roads. It has a model number[protected], when I had ordered RB5228 (size 53).

                              This is EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING for an Indian unicorn i.e. Snapdeal to do business like this. I’m going to take this matter further up.

                              PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS ON SNAPDEAL IS MY ONLY SUGGESTION after this frustrating experience.

                                I just got a call from some avinash who claims to be manager at snap deal n cd not even converse on english. On my asking him the investigations done by snapdeal, he tells me that they hv investigated my address, email id and pin code. God!! Only save ur company. Is this the investigation to mycomplaint??                                     I have placed an order on 11 March.

                                    Its a gift for my parents. At the time of placing the order, the prices were slashed in every other ecomm websites. Though the price is same on every website i chose snapdeal, only because pincode showed serviceable.

                                    I have waited almost a month for the product. After all this, i receive a mail from snapdeal that they are cancelling the product. I was devastated. I did not have a backup option for the gift.
                                    We received calls from 'Nilkamal'(seller) asking us whether we received the product even before receiving a cancellation mail. I reached them out on that number and they told me that the product was in Bangalore. It had to be delivered to my town Kuppam and they are not getting any courier services.

                                    I requested both snapdeal and nilkamal that i can take delivery in bangalore and would transport the product on my OWN expenses. My call was disconnected because i was persistent on creating a complaint. Also, after multiple calls with snapdeal, they did not even give me a request no, my request was to talk to nilkamal and let me take the delivery in Bangalore.

                                    After one month wait and paying around 60k money upfront, they ask me to place a new order.
                                    First, i have only two days to give the GIFT, if i place a new order, i will have to wait for 30 days again.
                                    Second, if i have to place a order again, its 7k more than the price i had placed my order. Why the hell should i spend 7k more? I could have ordered it to Bangalore, if it was not for wrong information on snapdeal website.

                                    If i had to take delivery in bangalore i could have ordered it from other websites as well, since the delivery time was much reasonable, but i waited for one month and now i am even ok to spend extra bucks from my pocket, still i did not get any cooperation from both snpadeal or nilkamal.

                                    Very very unpleasant experiences. It is so irritating that you need to go through many screens to get to the customer care number itself. Why make it so difficult to find, it did not serve or solve any issue in my case ever.
