I recently ordered an fan named "usha 1270 fontana lotus ceiling fan ivory" order id:[protected] pricing rs6000 on 3rd april and got delivered on 8th of april but one of four ceramic glass the order contain is damaged and i requested for replacement at complaint reference no:21970912 snapdeal registered my complaint successfully and promised that it would take appox. 72 hours for conformation replacement product but still after 72 hours not a single text or e-mail received regarding the conformation. Every time i used to call snapdeal regarding this they promised that the conformation will send today but till now no conformation there today yet not come.

Complaint marked as Resolved Finally Snapdeal contacted me and Cancelled my order as they says due to some technical issue they are Unable to process replacement of the Product.I requested for the replacement but unfortunately I didn't got. But although I My Problem is resolved finally I am getting refund of the whole amount Rs6000 in the same mode of payment in My Debit card. I am very thankful to Consumer Complaint for highlighting my issue and working on consumers behalf.
