First i should mention that i am a very old customer of snapdeal, i've bought already 28 items from them, never faced this types of problem before.
I ordered a whirlpool automatic washing machine at rs. 8499/- on 30th march 2016. Next day it showed that the order was confirmed and ready for dispatch as the status. But two days later it showed "closed. Placing new order - order get closed due to issue with availability, courier or seller. Don't worry, we're placing a new order for you. We apologies for the inconvenience caused."!!! Ok, never mind, but again next day of that day it showed "order cancelled", and they refunded my rs. 703/- to my freecharge-wallet again, which they deducted at the time of placing order.
I must mention here, that i was getting a onida full automatic washing machine at rs. 9000/- on amazon that time, but as this was coming at cheap rate, i went for snapdeal. Now even that wm is not available on amazon at same rate!!! I've decided to not by any single product from snapdeal anymore. It was a very bad experience for me.
