Hi,
I have purchased a premier voltage stablizer on march 2016. But it is defective i have call loged in snapdeal for replacement. But in our native no courier pickup available so i have sent that product my side. After that no responce from snapdeal. I called 5 more times to snapdeal customer care, they tell everytime our backend process doing after that they will update to you. I am waiting for nearby 1 month for the replacement. Now i plan to go to consumer court for the replacement issue. I am getting so tired for the no response so i need compensation. So no one will buy from snapdeal, because they dont response.

    I have ordered one micromax led tv 50c3600fhd on 31.03.2016. Tv delivered to me on 04.04.2016. Micromax tv wall mount person came to my house on 05.04.2016 and open the tv packing and found that the panel of the tv got broken. I attach the photos for your ready reference.

      Dear sir,
      I have purchased a tablet on february month 2016. But it is defective i have call logged in snapdeal for replacement. But the courier company takes the parcel for return, at that time snapdeal cancel return process. So that the ecom courier not able to send the tablet. I called snapdeal 6 times but they tell everytime they will clear procedure and return the amount or replace the tablet.
      Please do the needful. I am waiting for above 1 months for the replacement/return.

        I ordered a micromax tv which was delivered to me on 22nd of march and very next days installation guys came for installation noticed defect in the item so on 23rd itself i registered a complain for refund. Its 6th of april now and no reverse pickup or refund has been initiated and my sum of Rs 30000 is blocked for so long. i always complain on snapdeal they say 2 more days and all but no solution to the case yet . i want refund of my money now even if they are not interested in pickup as i want to order a new tv .

              I purchased a smartphone fron snapdeal.com as below
              As per Offer spec sheet : internal memory 8 gb
              Connectivity : GSM 900/1800 Mhz
              3g/wcdma 1900/2100 mhz
              As per offered picture : Main manu icon at middle of People & Messaging icon
              Actually received a phone :-
              Showing from setting : Internal Storage showing 4 gb
              free 3.5 gb but actual Phone storage space is too low
              When load any thing of about 20 mb size Android System is showing ...
              Phone storage space is going low. Please remove some data to ensure the stability of the phone. the system shows below
              System 87 mb, free 2 mb, applications 27 mb, mail 316 kb, sms/mms 8 kb.
              How this device is a 8gb internal memory phone?
              Never get 3g connectivity by using Aircel & Airtel 3G enable sim. Internet is too week play store is not opening, being timed out. At the same time, by using same 3g sim, other smarts phone is working satisfactorily. In computer through USB modem the both sim showing 3g connection.
              I had tried to load a game from my friend's device via Bluetooth. But Android System showing above massage regarding internal space problem.

              I make complain at Snapdeal.Com for for return money/replacement of defective product. Snapdeal.com sent a mail to me for visit service centre for repair as the phone is with in warranty.
              My question is why a defective phone is delivered?
              Moreover there are no Service centre in my City i.e. Durgapur, Dist- Burdwan, West Bengal, PIN - 713206.
              Please help me to get a acceptable solution.

                I am very unhappy with the services in received from your snapdeal.com website.
                I wanted to buy a laptop hp pavilion 13-s102tu x360 13.3-inch notebook (Intel core i3-6100u / 4 gb ddr3l / 1tb hard drive / windows 10 / intel hd graphics 520 / fullhd / multi touch). Selected seller from the product page seller list tabtree, as it is brand authorised also clearly mentioned on the snapdeal page further mentioned in hp. But when i check the details by going through the order history it says that the seller is mega computer.
                The following order i made in 2 days time for the same product because of the snapdeal mistake.

I had also taken the print out of your website indicating the price with the seller tabtree. So it cant be denied that the product were in stock with the price i paid or payable.

                  I purchased a micromax telivision from snapdeal on 13 march 2016 and opted for the credit card emi option. However when i got my bank statement i was charged rs16016, however it was not in the form of emi but the entire amount which is i have to pay to my bank, i had a word with my bank they mentioned snapdeal didn't convert the price into emi, and bank can't do anything about it as it is a merchant emi option. They also have sent me email regarding that. I complained to snapdeal about the same on 20 march 2016, but they have not taken any action at all, they keep on calling me with lame excuse as they will fix it, and keep on asking for more time.They are not doing anything and now i have to pay my bank the entire amount all together, my issue is when i chose that option why they didn't convert it and on top of that they are not solving the issue. My ref number given by snapdeal is 21128235. I have all the proof that they are wrong. Please help me. I have all the documents. Please provide me with a email or a link where i can upload them as they are not in jpg format

                        I have some SD cash in my snapdeal account, and it was automatically deducted on 31 March, 2016, without any confirmation email/message/call or any type of notification, even after deduction i didn't receive any notification.

                        I called to customer care and they said they can not return the amount.

                        I am agree with deduction but they should notify the customers before deduction, so that they can use their SD cash.

                          Order id on snapdeal: [protected]. I returned this product and got a mail from Snapdeal on 14th March that I would get the refund in my freecharge account within 24hrs. Now it's 5/4/2016 and my freecharge account is still 0. Everytime I called snapdeal customer care, they said that dont worry sir you will next in 2 days or 3 days and someone yesterday said I assure with completely u will get it 24hrs. Poor joke, I still didnt get it. I want the full refund and also compensation amount for the harrassment they caused.

                              First i should mention that i am a very old customer of snapdeal, i've bought already 28 items from them, never faced this types of problem before.

                              I ordered a whirlpool automatic washing machine at rs. 8499/- on 30th march 2016. Next day it showed that the order was confirmed and ready for dispatch as the status. But two days later it showed "closed. Placing new order - order get closed due to issue with availability, courier or seller. Don't worry, we're placing a new order for you. We apologies for the inconvenience caused."!!! Ok, never mind, but again next day of that day it showed "order cancelled", and they refunded my rs. 703/- to my freecharge-wallet again, which they deducted at the time of placing order.

                              I must mention here, that i was getting a onida full automatic washing machine at rs. 9000/- on amazon that time, but as this was coming at cheap rate, i went for snapdeal. Now even that wm is not available on amazon at same rate!!! I've decided to not by any single product from snapdeal anymore. It was a very bad experience for me.

                                My order - [protected] was picked up on 26th march.

                                Snapdeal informed that once the order reaches the company, the refund of rs. 21, 690/- would be initiated and reflected in 2 days.
                                Its 4th april today and still no revert back from this company.!

                                I have called the customer care so many times and every time they say - "please wait for 24 hours and the team will revert back."

                                No single mail.!
                                They didn't even inform me when they recieved the product.

                                  I have purchased apple macbook air adapter on march 14th on snapdeal.com .After few days i have observed that the product sold by snap deal is fake as one of my brother bought the same product which has same serial number and barcode which proved that the product sold by snapdeal is 100% fake.I asked snap deal person to to take back the product.They mailed me that they would take back the product, but they didn't.Again i made a request to take back the product for which they denied saying they sent a person but i didn't respond to them.But the actual case is i didn't receive any call from the courier person to take the product back.
                                  The main reason for returning my product is it is an 100% fake apple product
                                  But in snapdeal product description they mentioned it as 100% brand new apple product

                                      My order no is [protected], and i received a cheap quality product thats why i placed for refund they asked to send manually yourself we will refund the charges after that i am sent my product via DTDC on 28-03-16 but on[protected] its came back to me that dtdtc employess are telling sorry sir they snapdeal warehouse not accepted delivery and my courier charges till now not received by me and there promoting APP SHARE and i referred one friend to snapdeal and his order is delivered on[protected] acc to snapdeal T&C cashback should credit into freecharge wallet within 6-10 days after delivery but till now 15 days completed me and my friend not received till now

                                        Sir,

                                        I have ordered the Titan Tagged NE9322SL03 Men's Watch through Snapdeal (Order ID:[protected]) on: Mon, 28 Mar, 2016. And I received the package on Monday, 4th April and I have paid the cash to the Go Javas courier.

                                        The box was well packed with Snapdeal seal. When I opened the box it contained a Titan box without the Watch that I have ordered. Suddenly I contacted the courier service but they informed that they are helpless. Then I registered a complaint on snapdeal.
                                        Please find the attached photographs of the box I have received.

                                        I kindly request you to take necessary actions against these kind of fraudsters.
