Hi! Kunal,
I am writing to u for a refund of a mere 500 rs which yr company had confirmed to me m till date I am fighting n following with them. None of yr executives go into the crux of the complaint and just work on the surface level. Feel sorry for u for the staff that u for some good reason you r employing.
I am forwarding the mail that cnfd to me on records on 9th nov'15 that u r going ahead with the refund after all yr investigations. I hv been chasing u since then and now learn that for some investigations now u cannot refund the money. Can I know the reasons???
You shipped a defective product in semi assembled condition and when I assembled it, I learn that the product has a manufacturing defect and cannot be used. U agree to take the product back and also agree to refund the Rs 500 that I paid for the assembly. U ask me for a bill n I share that too to u. Yr investigTions cnfm all ok and to cnfm on mail to me to refund rs 500 and after 5 months of me following with u, I suddely learn that u hv decided on the contrary n I hv not even looped in. Why shld I incur cost on yr defective product? Yr supplier shld be penalised! I need the refund of my hard earned money. Just as u are minting money by cheating people, I am earning the same out of sweat n hard work,
I am also fighting for the puck up of 2 products that are not being picked up. I learn that I black listed. If I was black listed, how come I was allowed to place an order n what abt yr tall claims of parents being covered under trust pay policy. Is this yr trust pay policy??? U hv shipped wrong clrs and u expect customers to bear the loss of some mistake mass at yr end!!!
U claim to hv a social media team n they call up from thx same customer care nos 66795900 n speak as yr customer care people. They do not talk intelligently n hv no answers. Is this a just a formality to show that u hv separate teams when they operate under the same blanket. They do no extra in depth investigations and no reasoning at all.
I need the refund of all my 3 items.

    It is not my ordered mobile. I have requested for so many times nearly 40 times but there is no response from snapdeal.

      SnapDeal is a fraud company, it is not satisfying the customers, if any customer have any issue redarding any product, they are not at all giving their cash back properly.
      And if SnapDeal is offering any cash back on any product, for that product also, they are not giving cash back to customer.

      Hi...this is regarding a recent order from snapdeal.I had ordered a set of ice cube tray with lid but i got delivered a tray with broken lid.it was not just a scratch but it was damaged fully.

      this was not expected from snapdeal atleast.

        Failed to deliver battery of intex cloud swift 4g during service warranty

        I bought a intex cloud swift 4g android phone via snapdeal, invoice date 12-Dec-2015, invoice no.- S374EB/15-16/68062. Within 3 months it’s battery stopped working properly, So I handed over this(battery) to the local service centre(system software solution, nainital, uttarakhand) dated on 14-mar-2016. My service job sheet no is[protected]T001. I was assured by the service centre that they will deliver it to me within 10 days but after that when I inquired about the battery status since then they are giving me a false assurance till now and now they raised their hand to tell me when I will receive the battery, after that I contact to the intext customer care centre but they too also raised their hand and told me that this battery is not available in the company now. They told me to have patience as the battery will avail in the company after that they will deliver it to me.

        Because of the poor system of the company I am having to suffer a lot both mentally and financelly and these days I am suffering a lot of mental stress because of the company. If the company failed to avail it’s spare parts under warranty, why the company is salling this product. If the company is failed to fulfill my loss and resolved my problem now then I am compelled to go to the consumer forum to get compensation of my loss what is being continuously. If the company will not take this matter seriously then I will step legal action against the company and snap deal too which has sold this phone without justifying, then only law will take it’s course.

        snapdeal is selling this product online yet, so snapdeal is also responsible for my suffering because i bought this phone via snapdeal with trust, if they failed to resolve this, then only consumer forum will consider on this serious issue of customer harassment.

        kindly fulfill my loses too.

          I have already told you many times about my newly purchased on 7 march 2016 malfunction ambrane a37 techpad.
          I am getting tower signal problem on both slot since 9 march 2016, even i have reset it on behalf of
          Your phone conversation but it automatically lost it's signal. It display message
          "can't connect to the network please try it after some time". I beg you to please replace this defective peace or back

            I placed an order for marker matt frontier pen of rs. 409 in snapdeal.com on 17th feb 2016. The product was delivered on 21st feb. The pruduct was not worthy for the money (After opening the pack only it was very clear), so i returned the same to snapdeal by21st february.

            The product was picked up from me by 22nd by the courier man (Felix) from gojavas courier. After 3 to 4 days, i contected snapdeal about my refund. They said that the product was failed in the quality checking as i was opened by me. So i accepted that the the same (Unworthy product) may be returned to me. But still now, i have not received my money back or the product.

            For this complaint i contacted snapdeal via phone (5 times), email (4 times), they never responded me in a right way. Till now i have reveived either of them...

            Please help me.

                I had a word with customer care of snapdeal several times to get the invoice copy of my bill so that i could get it replaced however the didn't send me any bill and i ended up without replacement of faulty product from store. I called snapdeal even after that to make them understand that its your fault and to fix it from your end now but no one called me back and took ownership. I asked for email address so that i can send them an email and they gave me "[protected]@snapdeal.com" which they no longer use. Worst service ever

                  I have ordered to snapdeal at tracking no - [protected] is given by snapdeal your courior is not giving delivery because he hav no delivery boy in angul i think you have to do change for that system so that you can give good service, bluedart of angul have called me but not delivered to my adress he is always not giving delivery to no body everyone is going to bluedart courior service to collect product, is this sercice then i have issue with you that if you have no boy to give deliver then close bluedart courior imideatewly otherwise i will complain to consumer care redresal for this issue

                      I bought a nokia 130 phone from snapdeal in may 2015. The phone stopped working from jan 2016. I have warranty so i went to the nokia service center but they refused to service saying they do not support the mobile nokia 130 and told to contact snapdeal. When i contact snapdeal they are also not helping.I have not seen such a pathetic support from snapdeal. The problem is between them and it has to be sorted out with them .Why i should suffer. Please take action on snapdeal eating customer money.

                        I oder a rosara black metal strap watch from snapdeal.com and they delivered it timely but the product is damaged, i sent a returne request so they pickup my product and under many 5-7 day my new product wil received but unfortunately this time also product is broken and damaged and also NO TYPE OF PRODUCT SAFTY IS HERE, so i call customer care of snapdeal they registered my complaint and returne request but at this time i paid all money but my product is not in my hand because of snapdeals very bad replacement policy

                          My order id is [protected].

                          When i placed the order at that time delivery date was shown is 7th to 9th april 2016.On 6th april i got gati courier details ie[protected] . But when i checked on 6th on gati courier site item delivery date is reflecting 12th april. So i called snap deal customer care vide reference no: 21952227 on 8th april and that person assured me item will be delivered by 9th only. But on 9th i haven't got any update then again i called customer care in the morning at 9.30.Am then customer care person told me that i will get call from gati courier and snapdeal back end team has mailed to gati for update. When i haven't got any update by 2 hours then i again called snapdeal but that customer care lady told me that they got the update and item will be deliver by 12th april 2016 only.

                          But that same update i already got on 6th april itself then what the purpose of sitting these silly snapdeal customer care who can't co-ordinate with their courier partner and why snapdeal doesn't update exact delivery date on their site at the time of placing order.

                          I have also purchased from other website and they delivered their order before delivery date.

                          I urge all of the members who are reading this never ever shop from snapdeal if you wish to receive order on time while they don't co-ordinate with their partners then what they serve their customers since they are cheating customer to show earlier delivery date from other sites.

                            Hello Madam/Sir

                            I ordered Sony Experia sp in snapdeal on 13th march 2016 and my order id is :[protected]. It turned out to be a defective piece(Missing notification bar and touch is not sensitive) and initially I applied for replacement(within 2dys of receiving the mobile). As suggested by snapdeal team, we contacted sony service center to get a job sheet. But service centre told that they are not going to provide any kind of job sheet as the product is not under warranty list and also the manufactured date is also 1 or 2 years old.

                            Hearing this, we didn't want to go for replacement and called snapdeal service center to go for refund option. The response we hear are
                            1. This issue is escalated and our snapdeal team will give you a call for refund purpose.
                            2. Contact sony service center to get the job sheet.

                            I almost called the snapdeal service center 8 times and every time there will be a new person who answers the call and the whole story I am repeating and even they tell me the same story(two points i mentioned above).

                            We cannot wait too long time to get our money refunded(The amount is also not little). We asked to send a person from snapdeal team to verify the mobile, pickup the mobile and return my money back. But they tell that your request is in process.

                            We are waiting from many days on this. And it's not at all good to make a customer wait for all these days to just get the mobile verified and take it return to provide refund.

                            I request you to take immediate action on this.

                            After reporting a complaint here, I have sent a mail to the snapdeal ids:[email protected] [email protected] They responded to my mail and gave call to my registered mobile. Next day they have sent one person from their team to pick up the mobile. Money is refunded to my account the next day. Thanks for your support.

                              We ordered a motorola x force mobile phone from snapdeal worth rs.50000.We received the product on 2nd march 2016 and applied for the return on same day due to the technical problems.The camera wasnt right and the speed of the phone was also slow.On 7th march 2016 their technician visited and packed the mobile phone along with the job sheet.Since that day i have been calling twice a day to remind them about the reverse pick up of the product.Till 22nd march they just told that their executive will call in next 48hours which never happened.Then they told that they have not received the job sheet.I mailed the scanned image of the job sheet and have even sent 10-15mails regarding this but no action has been taken till date.

                                I had ordered a sparsh yoga mat, 8mm from snap deal with order no, [protected]. The thickness specification of the product clearly was mentioned in the website as 8mm. The item was delivered to my residence on 26 march and the product was received by my family. As I was out of station for office work, from where I came back on 7 April, I checked the item and found the mat is not even of 3mm thick. I complained the matter to snap deal, however they r saying that the return is not acceptable as it has crossed 7day return policy. I have not used the item and feel cheated by the company. Request intervene for justice for the subject fraud.

                                  I ordered a Total Gym 12 Kg Home Gym, 3ft Curl Rod, 2x14inch Dumbell Rods on 13 feb 2016 but product was damaged so i requested for replacment. almost 45 days passed still didn't get replacement or refund.

                                    We have ordered philips gc4912 an received another model philips gc1010 iron which is 10 times lower in price.

                                    When claimed for return, they told snapdeal has sent same product, you have changed it. And the order was closed by snapdeal.

                                    When we took snapdeal over social media they started looking into the matter.
                                    But after few days of social media complaining,
                                    We received call from snapdeal executive shakshi on 08/04/2016
                                    She told looking at your history,
                                    You are not a genuine customer

                                    She told sorry many time, but we don't want appology we want our #moneyback #refund

                                    What should be done now? Please help.. Refund our money back.

                                        One of the worst experiences with Snapdeal as far as customer service is concerned. I bought a laptop from them a few months back. A defect cropped up and I contacted the HP vendor since it was in warranty. But, it seems that the invoice that Snapdeal shipped did not have serial number of laptop and hence HP asked me to get an updated invoice so that they can update my warranty period.

                                        I lodged a complaint with Snapdeal on the 31st of March and till date I havent received an updated invoice from them. This is after many rounds of long ordeal calls with their customer service executives(I interacted with Rahul, Pavitra and 2 others) and pleading with them to provide me invoice as I do not have a working laptop for almost 9 days now. All that these guys said everytime i called them up is - "Sir, we are really sorry. We assure you this would be done asap. I will escalate this to my senior department." One of the executives went to the extent of even swearing on his mother that he will get this done that day itself, but nothing got resolved(I hope his mother is fine, though !!).

                                        These guys have little inclination towards customer service. I mean how hard is it to give an updated invoice of the product(certainly not 9 days). Also, I would question the term "escalation" that these guys so frequently use. Escalation is something that is supposed to be taken very seriously. Extremely disappointed.

                                        Please help me. Really frustrated with Snapdeal.
