Replacement of a damaged product not being done

Order I'd: [protected]. Received a HTC desire 326g on 15th March 2016. I put up a return request the very next day on 16th March 2016 as the camera wasn't working properly.
A technician had to visit which is didn't contact me and reported I didn't attend his call. I haven't received any call from the technician even now and it's been a month.
Snapdeal offers 7day easy return/replacement policy. Then why are they taking so long...

Furniture (bed)

Hi,

I bought a bed from snapdeal (order number: [protected]) which got delivered after 1 weaks but was in a very bad shape.
The product was damaged and have cracks, dents etc. So I had filed complain and shared the pics of product as well, the customer care executive processed the request and told that your product will be reversed pickup, but was waiting since then...it's more then 20 days now..nobody came for pickup...

Payment not received for returned defective product

Replacement issue

No status of product ordered for many days
