Dear Madad/Sir,

I need to inform you that I have received I Phone 5S on 05th April, 2016 and found defected piece and same day mid night submitted my complaint. My request no. 21837714

I have received SMS from Snapdeal that they will call within 48 Hours. still now I haven't received any single call from snap deal.

I have called to Snapdeal more than 10 times but not get proper answer and feedback.

I have brought this item with 100% Cash back Guarantee. But Now they aren't take any responsibility.

My Phone having so much problem and I have to send back to Snapdeal.

I request you to take action on it. I need immediately solution on my product.

      Hello sir, i am wasif farid from lucknow recently on 31 st march 2016 i booked a watch on snapdeal for rs.2621 ...the processing of order started but several days gone and the product was not even shipped then on 4 th april 2016 the order got cancelled and the updated the status on my account that they are placing a new order for me but after one day the whole order got cancelled and they sent a message that the seller has some problem and they are not able to diliver the watch ...so they cancelled they almost cheated me ...they hiked the price of watch to rs.3961 which was not fare ...now i want the watch and there sorry for the inconvenience caused to me ...my order no. is [protected], Placed On 31 Mar, 2016 email id [protected]@yahoo.com Seller Information-Omax Watches India Pvt.           Hi,

          I bought a bed from snapdeal (order number: [protected]) which got delivered after 1 weaks but was in a very bad shape.
          The product was damaged and have cracks, dents etc. So I had filed complain and shared the pics of product as well, the customer care executive processed the request and told that your product will be reversed pickup, but was waiting since then...it's more then 20 days now..nobody came for pickup have called several times in snapdeal every time they says that, you have canceled your reverse pickup by own and reschedule it.

          It happens 5 times considering todays.

          This is ridiculous I have wasted my Money and time as well. snapdeal is indulging in Fraudulent Trade activities.
          please do the needful or I will go to consumer court.

              And the order is returned to Snapdeal company but we can't receive the refund of it

              So many call we try to customer care centre but they not response it

                I'm Prathamesh Chandrabhan Ranshur. I ordered 2 food processors/can say dough maker of black cat company, of which one is ordered by mistakely. I'm regularly speaking to snapdeal adviser's from last 7 days. I dont need these both products anymore, because they have a small size than standard ones. I was unknown about this, but still I placed a return complaint about these both products. These are in combo means one box contains 2 dough makers, like this there are 2 boxes. They say they can't refund it, because what size we ordered its of that same size. But I dont need this anymore. Before also I returned some products. I got their refund. I made COD. But for these food processors I made payment from debit card of my sister. I need my refund for both of them.

                  Please assist me in the below issue.

                  I placed a order on 03/18 and got devliered on 03/21 which is defective tablet. Screen is not working properly and i placed return request on 03/22 but there is no response from the snapdeal . Below are the details for return request and attached are the photos of the issue and mail from the snapdeal . And i chasing the customer care on daily basis but there is no response the issue and listening the same kind of answers.

                  I'm fedup with calling the consumer care number and listening same kind of assurance again and again, i want to know what happending with my complaint i raised it on March-22 -2016 its almost more than 15 days with is unfair, acutally i ordered this to give as a gift my friend for his brithday but becuase of snapdeal service and totaly losted the hopes form their end.

                  Please let me know what action need to taken against them to reslove the issue .

                  Issue got resloved today, but it took long time to reslove the issue, but the snapdeal need to change the return policy which is making costomers unhappy but anyhow after the complant or may be due my chasing they cleared the issue.                     Order I'd: [protected]. Received a HTC desire 326g on 15th March 2016. I put up a return request the very next day on 16th March 2016 as the camera wasn't working properly.
                    A technician had to visit which is didn't contact me and reported I didn't attend his call. I haven't received any call from the technician even now and it's been a month.
                    Snapdeal offers 7day easy return/replacement policy. Then why are they taking so long to replace my product.
                    It's been a month and the technician only hasn't contacted me then when will the replacement be done. Very bad service.
                    An assured call within 48hrs. No from snapdeal has contacted me. It's only me trying to contact them.

                      My issue in detail.

                      1. On 31st March I have placed the order.
                      2. On 1st April I cancelled the order also request[protected] is registered for the same.
                      3. Still Item shipped and delivered to me. At the time of accepting
                      delivery I was not aware of the fact that I can deny the delivery and
                      delivery boy told me to accept the delivery and raise the request for return so I accepted the delivery.
                      4. Then I called snapdeal customer care executive and asked him for the return . He raised the request[protected] for return and told me
                      to wait for 48 hrs for the further instructions about return process.
                      5. On 6th April they sent me an email saying that my product can not be returned.
                      6. I haven't open the parcel delivered to me because I did not want it
                      from the time when I cancelled the order.
                      Please let me know is this my mistake that my order did not cancel on
                      the time ? Or I was not having knowledge that I can deny the delivery
                      as well.Also I am confused about the 7 days return policy.

                            It has been more than a week that I am facing a serious problem.. No one is coming to pickup the order but I am getting continuously wrong emails telling me that the courier is unable to pickup and my request for return/replacement has been cancelled.


                            Finally today I have sent it by myself to the delivery address as given in the return slip by spending Rs 250/-

                            It is very much unappreciated and its a matter of shame as well as public harassment which I am facing now.


                            For more than a week I am calling Snapdeal continuously spending my own balance. I have spend over Rs 100 for calling the customer care...

                            Courier charges- 250
                            Transportation charges-25(sending)+25(bringing it back)..
                            Phone balance -around 100

                            Now can you tell me why customer will buy things from snapdeal, if you are providing such worse facilities??


                            Who will pay the compensation now ? DO you really think that u are satisfying customers ?

                              I have ordered a Lenovo A1000 phone from Snapdeal.
                              The phone was given to Shadow fax courier for delivery. The courier is such that it did not contact me and have just updated the status as could not be delivered because address could not be traced.
                              I have cancelled the product on March 29th because the product was not delivered to me.
                              Now it has been 8 days and yet i have not received my refund. I have tried to contact customer care but they say that the product is with courier which doesn't have any contact number.

                                I ordered samsung galaxy duos battery and received it on 21nd march 2016. As soon as i received the product, noticed that it is not genuine samsung battery. Even its discharging quite quickly. Hence, i called up the snapdeal team and returned the product on 23rd march 2016 for refund.

                                They told that within 4 days the refund amount will be credited to my account. It has been 2 weeks and till now i didn't received any refund amount. When i called them up, they are not answering properly. They are saying that they already credited the amount. They are asking my personal bank details to check the amount, which i am not interested in sharing.

                                They can better check from their end whether the transfer was done successfully or not right? I am totally disappointed with their behavior.
                                It seems they are not going to refund, which is very bad and revealing their cunning nature.

                                Please help me in getting my amount refunded.

                                  I have purchased a premier voltage stablizer on march 2016. But it is defective i have call loged in snapdeal for replacement. But in our native no courier pickup available so i have sent that product my side. After that no responce from snapdeal. I called 5 more times to snapdeal customer care, they tell everytime our backend process doing after that they will update to you. I am waiting for nearby 1 month for the replacement. Now i plan to go to consumer court for the replacement issue. I am getting so tired for the no response so i need compensation. So no one will buy from snapdeal, because they dont response.

                                    I have ordered one micromax led tv 50c3600fhd on 31.03.2016. Tv delivered to me on 04.04.2016. Micromax tv wall mount person came to my house on 05.04.2016 and open the tv packing and found that the panel of the tv got broken. I attach the photos for your ready reference.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have purchased a tablet on february month 2016. But it is defective i have call logged in snapdeal for replacement. But the courier company takes the parcel for return, at that time snapdeal cancel return process. So that the ecom courier not able to send the tablet. I called snapdeal 6 times but they tell everytime they will clear procedure and return the amount or replace the tablet.
                                      Please do the needful. I am waiting for above 1 months for the replacement/return.

                                        I ordered a micromax tv which was delivered to me on 22nd of march and very next days installation guys came for installation noticed defect in the item so on 23rd itself i registered a complain for refund. Its 6th of april now and no reverse pickup or refund has been initiated and my sum of Rs 30000 is blocked for so long. i always complain on snapdeal they say 2 more days and all but no solution to the case yet . i want refund of my money now even if they are not interested in pickup as i want to order a new tv .
