    I ordered a footwear on snapdeal. Its cost was showing Rs 35 at a huge discount.
    Order placed and i received its transaction id/order number

    then i received another msg & email from snapdeal that my ordered item is canclled, may be by mistake this item was showing 91% discount but this seems to be a fraud and cheating with the sentiments of consumers.
    Kindly resolve this complaint, so that other consumers may not solve the same problem.

      Order delivered by courier company on 3rd arpil 2016 around 11am
      Product order was mobdeal v-hope cdma gsm 4gb white

      3/april/2016 i received the courier on my order but inside the packet it was a stone and no product. I have already raised a request for return/refund of rs.3990.00 paid to the delivery person. Request snapdeal helpdesk to take immediate action for refund/ replacement. My request was registered with snapdeal customer care representative ms.Laksmi ahmnd request number is 21715730.

      The representative said action will be taken within 48 hours. But till now nobody called up to update what action is being taken.

      Till now no resolution provided by snapdeal. Right now i am totally frustrated by their service and want to take an strict action against them...

        I placed this order but my area was not servicable by bluedart courier company so the order has been returned by bluedart courier to the seller...But it was an prepaid packet but i did not received my refund yet i contacted them many times but no resolution provided by their end right now i am totally frustrated by their service and want to take an strict action against them

          I had ordered one apple macbook air mjve2hn/a ultrabook (Intel core i5- 4 gb ram- 128 gb ssd- 33.78 cm (13.3)- mac os x yosemite) (Silver)

          The order was delivered on 27th evening

          On first boot it gave a flashing folder icon with a question mark sign, i called the apple.com customer care they guided me through different steps of recovery and safe boot but could not get through

          They advised me to get it replaced as it was just delivered instead of going for a repair

          On discussion with apple officer i learnt this was a 2010 model, against the listing of brand new apple mac book air, this should have been listed as unused 2010 boxed unit

          Since 28th early morning i have been chasing snapdeal people they do not respond to mails do not answer my calls and now i have received a mail asking me to get it repaired at an apple service center

          Against the return policy of false listing they are giving a deaf ear as the amount of 57 thousand has been paid to them

          I either want a 2015 model or refund

            I ordered a padmini air fryer from snapdeal with order id [protected], placed on 03 feb, 2016 as gift to miss nikita soni. I got a message from the snapdeal that my product is delivered after which i confirmed from miss nikita soni about delivery, i got to know product was not delivered. After which i complained to snapdeal about that and they send me proof of delivery which stated it was delivered to some mr. Sandeep. I again complained to snapdeal stating there is no one as sandeep at there place. After that complain snapdeal told me we will refund the money as order might not have been delivered, but they never the refunded the money and i kept on complaining several times but answered we will refund in 24 hrs and this continued for one and half month. Now after one and half month they are stating product was delivered correctly we will not refund anything. When i asking share me the id proof number to whom you have delivered the product they donot have that also. So kindly take necessary action

                    I have the following complaints on Snapdeal.com. Please think twice before you buy anything from Snapdeal.com

                    I purchased a fitness equipment combo from Snapdeal.com
                    1. Snapdeal does not post my reviews as my review rating was less. I was able to find only good reviews on the product. How will we trust the reviews if Snapdeal deletes the bad reviews.
                    2. Price of a product from the same seller fluctuates daily/weekly. I opted for the product with an offer of 15% discount. Only after a week i came to know that Snapdeal has increased the price before setting the discount. I did not get my discount in the end and ended up paying more for the product.

                    I would never purchase another product from Snapdeal.com.

                        It was very bad experience with snapdeal of purchasing micromax mobile phone. I had placed order for mobile on on 23rd march 2016 and i received product within two days. Upon receipt of mobile next only its half display became black. I immediately lodge complaint for replacement. But instead of replacing product within seven days as per assurance given i am again and again advised to attend customer care service center. I am working woman and i do not have time to slog for four hours in customer care center. And when the product got damaged immediately next day it is the duty of company to give me replacement. But instead of helping company is just getting their hands separated by advising to go to service center. I am really shocked. Now i am not going to purchase ever with snapdeal. You will understand that loosing one customer means lossing ten more. I am going to advise my all friends and relatives not to deal with snapdeal.com. It is not at all reliable site. This is really very bad experience when it is your policy to replace product within seven days.

                            Snapdeal 4 times cheated me. 1st time i order door curtains. 2nd time water tank over flow alarm. 3rd time dress. 4th time mobile feel how you have cheated me. How can i keep my patience under control ? Even every time you have given me 24 hours and no credit is done but you have not given me any update of my refund status. I have waited 5 days. I am called you many times. Is this your policy ? You just make us fool. Is there any authority in real ? My case is being not forwarded. But there is no resolve. Now i have to share this experience in all social media and even i have to forward this case to consumer court.If you read this email, please tell me in spite being a so big company why have you cheated me, a middle class man who has to earn money by working hard daily.                                 I have ordered dishtv hd with one month platinum sport full on hd pack free with 2yr warranty order no.[protected] sub order no.[protected]
                                Only invoice copy send by you invoice dated 13 march 2016. And we have made the payment to your courier boy on instruction recived from your side that the dishtv will be installed after payment of the invoice only.
                                We are following from last 5 days with local installation team of dishtv. They communicating us everyday that 'installation boy will come within hour' . But nobody come to install and they are fooling us.
                                Hence i sincerly request you not to provide such product where service is not satisfactory. Now i don't have dishtv instrument after making the payment of the same.
                                Pls help to install dishtv immediately or refund my money.

                                  I had purchased a iball tablet from snapdeal on march 21rd and received a defective product on march 24th. I had raised a compliant on march 24th for a refund of amount. I was assured that an engineer will visit my place on friday but he never did and then i had to call more than 20 times and then i was assured that an engineer will visit my place on saturday and it never happened again. I have called them up in morning and i am now assured that he will visit today before 6 pm and i will receive a call from engineer. I am undergoing mental torture and waste of money due to non availability of toll free customer care number. I am now thinking of going to social media and consumer court on this.

                                        I purchased given product from snapdeal but they provide faulty product and Since last 30 days they not cooperating as well as not supporting. neither you replaced nor you give me return.

                                        I have spend Rs/-2400 for installation and I also waste one days my leave for you.

                                        I will charge 25000 for this harassment.
