I have ordered an Asus Notebook/Laptop Order no: [protected] on 17th march it delivered on 19th march.
Since i have received the laptop its display is blinking but suddenly after 3 days the display stopped working ( showing only blank screen).
I kept a refund request on 23rd march and i have called your customer care executives nearly 15 times (nearly 300rs bill) to know the status of my request but every time when i call them they only say
'sorry for inconvenience we'll get in touch with you regarding this we will forward your request and send a technician to diagnose'.
Are you kidding me??
Its been 10 days but no response from snapdeal.
Now i'm worried about how much time it will take to pickup the product back and refund my money. You are playing games with consumers.
You have wasted a lot of my time. This is one of the worst service i have ever seen. If i will not get my money refund by 31st march i'll complaint consumer form in written with all recording proofs and i'll make issue viral in social media.

Complaint marked as Resolved Snapdeal people are sleeping, no response from them,
so i went to Asus service centre on warranty card.
Because i need a laptop very urgent.
And I'll never buy any product from Snapdeal fraud services.
Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
