I am waiting for about one month for the delivery.
Delivery cancelled by seller, which was not even informed to me.
When i complained snapdeal informed that seller cancelled the delivery and i will get refund within 2 days.

From then it has already been 2 weeks over, still nothing refunded.
Every time contacting with customer care i am getting the same assurance (Will be refunded within 2 days!!!) with freshly logged complaint docket.

But they never took any steps for refund!!

Snapdeal customer service desk is full of big bunch of trained liars.
They never keep their commitment.
Their policies are made for the benefits of snapdeal and not the customers.
How to save oneself the time, stress, frustration and anger by not purchasing from snapdeal anymore.

    Sir, this is my ecom tracking id[protected] urs company members had played a game with me i had ordered a iphone 5s amounting to rs 18265. now the price of this phone has increased with two thousand rupees. yours courier team had said me first that it has been rto. but after checking by my own side it was showing the product has been delivered. and then i got to know from ur team members tht they have been sold to the mobile shop with taking more amount of that product. it was a cheating with me u r just playing a fool of consumers. i want my product back at the same price which was before this is my contact no - [protected] . i[censored] wanna contact me. i will not be waiting for a long time i want a strict action should be taken for the cheaters. i have added a bill which i got in my snapdeal login id

      I nimish gilitwala i have purchased a helmet from snapdeal on 17 march 2016 thh - open face helmet - courage order no.: [protected] suborder no.: [protected] colour red and white and i have received product on 19 march 2016 and the product was different in colour orange and white it was defect from behind. So i have call snapdeal to return /refund so they told we have requested to refund you money and they told you will receive a call within 24 hour from snapdeal for replacement or refund. I have not recived any call for replacement or refund. From 21, 22, 23, 24 march 2016 i am calling daily snapdeal but no reply from snapdeal. Plz do the needful thank you

        Please see all my attachments and feel how you have cheated me. How can I keep my patience under control ? Even every time you have given me 24 hours and no credit is done but you have not given me any update of my refund status. I have waited 15 days. I have called and sent email you many times. Is this your policy ? You just make us fool. Is there any authority in real ? My case is being forwarded from Ram to Jadu, Madhu etc. but there is no resolve. Now I have to share this experience in all social media and even I have to forward this case to Consumer court.If you read this email, please tell me in spite being a so big company why have you cheated me, a middle class man who has to earn money by working hard daily. Really you have broken my heart. I trusted you but you repeatedly cheated me by giving 24 hours. You don't have any morality to resolve my issue earliest.

            I have ordered an Asus Notebook/Laptop Order no: [protected] on 17th march it delivered on 19th march.
            Since i have received the laptop its display is blinking but suddenly after 3 days the display stopped working ( showing only blank screen).

            I kept a refund request on 23rd march and i have called your customer care executives nearly 15 times (nearly 300rs bill) to know the status of my request but every time when i call them they only say
            'sorry for inconvenience we'll get in touch with you regarding this we will forward your request and send a technician to diagnose'.
            Are you kidding me??
            Its been 10 days but no response from snapdeal.

            Now i'm worried about how much time it will take to pickup the product back and refund my money. You are playing games with consumers.

            You have wasted a lot of my time. This is one of the worst service i have ever seen. If i will not get my money refund by 31st march i'll complaint consumer form in written with all recording proofs and i'll make issue viral in social media.

            Snapdeal people are sleeping, no response from them, so i went to Asus service centre on warranty card. Because i need a laptop very urgent. And I'll never buy any product from Snapdeal fraud services.

              I am neerajh from kochi. I had ordered for a sports sunglass from snapdeal on 30 march around 5.30 pm. Payment was made from my credit card and it was successfull. But i didnt get a confirmation message regarding my order from snapdeal just after the payment as i always used to get. I called your customer support cell and one mr.Sudarshan attended my query. He confirmed that my order has been placed successfully and that i will get the message as well as a mail in 20 minutes. But to the contrary i got an email just after that stating that my order was not successfull and that i will get my refund within 2 days. Now comes the most horrible part.
              I called your customer support cell again and an agent was connected. He told his name in the beginning which i dont remember now. I told him my issue and he bluntly told me that my order was not placed successfully and that i will have to wait 4 business days to get my refund.I repeatedly told him that it is not the refund i am concerned about but my order which i should get at the earliest. But he was so not helpful and kept on saying i will have to place the order again after i get the refund, which will then be delayed further and my intention for ordering your product wont be fulfilled then.He was not at all empathetic to me and his blunt replies forced me to enquire the reason for my inconvenience to which his reply w as 'technical error'. His attitude was so so irritating that i said i wont be using snapdeal again in my life to which his reply was a cheerful ok. How can anyone be so relaxed when a customer says that he wont be using the your company ever again. Then i asked him to connect to his higher authority to which he replied there is no such provision. If he is the highest authority available to a customer then it is better you guys shut down your business for good or you will have to because of his attitude. Then i asked for his name and he was not ready to provide me that. Do you believe that?? Your customer service agents happily calls out their name in the beginning and at the end of each calls and here this person did not provide his name when there is a problem with the customer. I mean how on earth did a customer support guy get the courage to confront a customer in this manner. Even the smallest start ups grooms their support guys in such a manner that they are extremely polite to the customers. I thought snapdeal was a reputed organization and didnt expect this kind of rogues there. He was not at all bothered eventhough i said that i will send an email and i can get his name easily without him revealing it. And the funny part is that i got the confirmation message of my order just after i disconnected the call.
              I dint get your call for getting my feedback for the call i made which i always get after a happily ending call. What is the use of getting feedbacks just for happily ending calls and avoiding feedbacks from customers who are having an unresolved issue??!
              Now take it from me snapdeal, i dont know how these kind of stupid people get into your payroll but these will certainly cut down your sales in a grave manner.And i wont be doing any further dealings with snapdeal till i get a satisfactory reply from the authorities.I also want to know the name of that agent who talked to me at 5.55 pm on 30 march 2016.

                I have order a bag worth 570 on 2 march 2016 and i have not received the bag till 18 March 2016. So I have cancelled the order and requested for my money back. Its been 12 days now and no refund yet nor any communication from you guys. It is so annoying and I swear that I will never order anything again from snap deal and will also inform all my friends that not to use snap deal. I was told five different dates by five different people about my refund. And till date it is not yet refunded.. I was really anger at the service i received and I have order all the costly items from snap deal and i was about to order iphone 6. But now i have changed my mind. You guys should work on this so that next user will not face the same issue or you guys change the policy that money will be refunded in 3.5 days. It really sucks.

                    In Aug-2015 i purchase on mobile of Rupees: 14999/- on that time their is 5% cash back offer is going. In term and condition they say's like it will be deposit in your account next 75 day's.

                    Now near about 6 month was gone but cash back not deposited to my account I called them more than 10 time to solve the query but they are not able to do that.

                    If possible then please don't prefer snapdeal.com for any kind of purchase.

                            I got a call from Snapdeal customer services. I told her that the product I received is not of good quality. It is the cable that you get on road side in 50/-. I have paid for the original product and not a bad quality product that I have received.

                            I was told that it is electronic product (a passive cable being electronics ?) and hence I should take it to the Samsung customer care.

                            This product is not original. I had original Samsung cable that I got with my mobile. I asked her to send me in writing the detail of her suggestion where should I take that product.

                            Following that I received I received mail saying "Your item was delivered in good condition and hence, cannot be returned or replaced."

                            I feel I have been cheated. Your trust pay have no meaning.

                              I did a order on Dec2 nd for which snapdeal people said they will do a freccharge account 400 ruppes.

                              till now i have not recieved any cashback and called snapdeal people 50 times, they dont know that there was an offer also.

                              after 50 times of call, they said yu have to recive cashbacj and thye are working on my case..

                              its almost 2 months and i still dont have any update.

                                  Hello i am vipin kumar..
                                  I am trying to give whole information as your meassge is come and their written your message is too short.
                                  I placed a order thorugh snapdeal on 7 march 2016.delivery time was 12 march 2016. I wait till 12th but product was not come.
                                  Then i complained to snapdeal.they said they dont know why product is not come.
                                  After that they incresed delivery time till 18 march.
                                  But till 18 i was not get product.
                                  I make a complain again.now they said product is placed to gojavas that is company which delivers the products.i was make a complain to gojavas.
                                  Gojavas said that its not that fault.its fault of snapdeal.
                                  Afrer that i request to snapdeal cancel my order but they said cant cancel.they said when yot the product then you can cancel.
                                  After 2 days i got a mail of your order has been cancelled.without giving me any information they cancelled order.
                                  And till now i am not getting my money back.
                                  When i asked to snapdeal when i will get money back they said as soon as possible.
                                  I am attaching here some snapshots regarding order.

                                    Order no [protected] dated 6th Mar date of manufacture 01/09.
                                    Complained on 13/3/16 .said they will replace within 3 days, waited for a week and called again. This time reply gjven was that we didn't pick call when did not receive any call. We gave alternate number around 26th mar when we called again. They said they will replace it by 28th.
                                    But till date there has been no call or replacement on.
                                    Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I received calls from Snapdeal asking for 24 - 48 hrs time to replace/refund product on 31st Mar and again on 2nd April. Both these calls were received by me on the alternate no. I had provided.
                                    Today I received a mail informing me that my 1st no. is not accessible and requesting me to provide for alternate number again.
                                    Hoping they don't mess up again and get it right.

                                      I have ordered an product from snapdeal but they deliverd me the wrong product for which i asked them to replace it then they talked to me rudely saying we dont take gurrantee that next time this ll not happen again den i asked them for refund they said ok you can take your refund. But instesd of paying back in my account from which i paid they transfers that amount to frecharge acount where i was not able toh use thay amount . Then they said you can use that amount to pay snapdeal only and when gain i ordered a product (Order no. [protected])but till today they have not delivered it to me it has been more that 10 days., and when i copmlained to them they are not showing any kind of responsiblity to this and they are not picking up my call from registered phone no. This snap deal is cheating customers .

                                        I purchased this phone on 15/feb/2016 found this a faulty product and i register the complaint against it on 17/feb/2016. I call to customer care daily they always say a same line "your case has been assigned to the consern team/person". However my problem not yet resolved i don't yet received any phone call from the customer care.
