Hi,

I purchased this phone on 15/feb/2016 found this a faulty product and i register the complaint against it on 17/feb/2016. I call to customer care daily they always say a same line "your case has been assigned to the consern team/person". However my problem not yet resolved i don't yet received any phone call from the customer care.

    As the item was faulty i had placed a return request on 23.3.2016

    Now i have received a doa certificate from the service center.
    Please tell me what to do for getting back my refund(7 days easy return policy).

    Worst website in this world...
    Amazon and flipkart are way better than you...
    Send customers faulty products and earn money...This is your 7 days easy return policy...
    And now not refunding my money back.
    Seen other customers complaints as well, all were effected by the same idiotic problem of receiving faulty product from snapdeal.
    Keep on doing this snapdeal and your business will be in losses some day.

      Tell me When someone will come to see my defective phone which i have got on 28th march and filed the return on same day. I trusted snapdeal but now will never recommend it to anyone. Trustpay is nothing bcz snapdeal is something which i can't trust now.
      Please atleast send someone to pick my phone and return my money. If this would happened with flipkart or amazon .Tull Now my item have been picked up twice
      Today snapdeal wasted my 2-3 hours of time
      U guys are behaving so bad ...
      4 Times I called on the call center but everytime they say give us some time. I[censored] need so much time thn why dont cange the name of easy return to difficult return
      Ur phone experts on call tell tht a engg. Will come till 2:30-3:00 but know one came i waited for 1 hour and missed my tusn due to ur unprofessional behaviour .I thought snapdeal is something gud but now i will never compare it with amazon and flipkart as they are too gud ..

          On 24th of march, 2016 snapdeal.com sent email for confirmation for refunding within 24hours. Now it's 1st April, 2016...is that 24hours means a day or 8days or 14 days.
          From 19th march, 2016 you were saying the same or 24hours. You running snapdeal.com by looting customer's MONEY and saying we have easy 7 days return, cancellation, refund policy...SHAME on your policy and SHAME on you too.

                I had purchased micromax selfie a255 from snapdeal on 27-oct-2016.suddenly phone was getting hacked the moment it connected to internet and in the meantime earphone of the phone wasnot working so, when went to the service center the person told us that phone doesnot have the warranty. gave the complaint to the snapdeal customer care and the snapdeeal social media team both are just asking time. I had raised the complaint on 4/3/2016 even today the issue has not been resolved. writing to you all atleast i find justice by fraud companies like snapdeal who donot sell the phone with warranty. i had even uploaded the jobsheet.

                    It has already been passed 11 days & after so many followup to snapdeal customer care we still not got return back the my product nor they are ready to refund the money.

                    After getting such a bad experience with SNAPDEAL, I will not recommend anybody to purchase from snapdeal site.

                      I had ordered an iphone 5s 16gb silver from snapdeal on march 23rd and received a defective product on march 25th. I had raised a compliant on march 25th for a refund of amount. I was assured that an engineer will visit my place on saturday but he never did and then i had to call more than 20 times and then i was assured that an engineer will visit my place on monday and it never happened again. I have called them up on tuesday morning and i am now assured that he will visit today before 6 pm and i will receive a call from engineer. I am undergoing mental torture and waste of money due to non availability of toll free customer care number. I am now thinking of going to social media and consumer court on this.

                        The above said cannon lide 120 scanner product was ordered in snapdeal, on 10.03.2016. Order id: [protected] and the product was delivered the after the estimated date. Even though product reached the nearest hub one day before. And then checked the product by me. The product was not worked in my system. Till now the product is not working. Unable to scan and the error code showing continuously. Whole day spent for that. Various driver downloaded from the canon website and installed, but no use. I contact the scanner service center and the call center no use. Hence i placed the product under the return refund request in the snapdeal on 17.03.2016 via ticket no.//a refund request is under process (Ticket id:[protected]//. And then i made several reminder request made to them no use. 2 weeks before said "we will send one technician for checking". But no one visited. And then mail coming with this message "unable to reach you". Other shopping cart supplying other products and contacting me regularly. Other friends contacting regularly. But these people are sending message like that. More than 5 ticket request raised. Still they are maintaining silent. Why? What behinds in that? What for 7 days easy return? Previous ordered product also same irregularity happened. 3 times wrong dispatch was made to me. And then i claimed the refund and that refund was accounted after one month. This irregularity happened in this order order id: [protected] (1 item) on 8th february 2016. Month. Why this irregularity and the consumer protect act violation happening? In the snapdeal. No communication from the snapdeal after the refund request.

                              I was booking optima wardrobe on a snapdeal site. I was directed to make a payment against my debit card which I did. My order value has been debited from my bank account (I received SMS to that effect); however the order has not been confirmed. The message was received that the order could not be booked due to some error and I was advised to try later again! However, that means repeat payment ! I expect either order booking confirmation from snap deal or return of the amount.

                                    On 26th oct 2015 i purchased apple megsafe adapter and the company was mentioning it to be 100 % apple product but when i visited apple store they confirmed it that it is fake product by the name of apple. i have complaint multiple number of times and each time snapdeal ask me to wait for number of days . Never buy any product from this company SNAPDEAL.COM .

                                    Sorry but I am not going to accept any money in my cart as per the discussion done with snapdeal on 26th March and you guys are making me fool from last 20 days that you are arranging original charger for me if you are not able to provide me original product then pay me in cash or transfer money to my bank account because I am not going to buy any product from this fake company and refund should contain complete payment of product, compensation of providing me fake product and letting my device into risk of failure, assuring me to wait instead of buying a new one from the market which results into a loss of money directly as all my projects are now cancelled by client because of running out of time.
                                    If your company is not responsible for any of these than let me know and let the court decide who is responsible and what is the best solution of this.

                                      I ordered Dell laptop. It was showing 2 Yrs warranty. After receiving product(16-March) tried to register the product on Dell site. Come to know that it has only 1 Yr warranty. Immediately raised complaint to Snapdeal on 17th Mar(Reference no.[protected]. Raised new complaint as didn't get any reply[protected]. On 27th Mar got mail asking to contact Dell to repair it. When called Dell, they said that it's not their problem & they cant help in this situation. they asked to call snapdeal & resolve the issue. So again send mail to them. But I'm pretty sure no one will look into this.

                                      As per the policy I can return product within 7 days. Now because of delay in replay from Snapdeal customer care, it's been more than 2 weeks. Though these people assured on phone they will take the product back if required, I don't believe them.


                                      Very irritating experience with snapdel. Never gonna order anything from them. I'll prefer Flipkart, Amazon.


                                      Concerned person please look into this.

                                      product was delivered on 24th Oct 2016. On the same day i put a replacement request as the product was defective. But in evening i was notified that item is no longer available and the money will be transferred to the account. On 25th Oct 2016 pick up was scheduled, but till evening no person came to pickup the item and pickup was rescheduled. the contact no of the concerned person to pick up the item is [protected] / [protected].

                                        On the date 18/13/2016, i have placed order for infocus m330, order no: [protected] &

                                        Invoice number scf44a/15-16/15722 in the name of diksha ashok chavan. Which i have received afternoon by blue dart courier. I have paid amount of 9999 rupees by against cash on delivery mode.

                                        But we found mobile defective while using i.E., automatically switched of while i was speaking to someone, while watching videos, images, later i thought there may be some problem with battery i kept it for charging.. This continued and after few days or months it is found that while speaking also i was unable to listen and mobile became very slow in operation if start internet on it. Meanwhile i spoke to customer care through which i placed
                                        This order and explained everything he/she gone through snap deal website and emailed to snap deal and in focus everything as it is.

                                        Then next day we received email from snap deal they that there is only 7 days return/refund policy which was seems to be irrelevant in this case. Next time snap deal customer care executive told and insisted me to go for nearby service centre which is unavailable nearby my place and not possible for me. And being so patient i have used mobile in mode like
                                        Speaker/receiver not working, one fine day i got opportunity to reach pune on some personal work at pune university and found infocus service centre near by location and submitted there to resolve problem as soon as possible, they have noted problems and given me acknowledgment ., ref call id: infpun[protected]dw on 17th feb 2016, now
                                        Yesterday i have received email from infocus that they told me the necessary parts are not available so may take some more time. I have emailed every conversation to
                                        [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com. But there no reply and service center no.

                                        Was unable pickup call few days (Landline:[protected]yet hence this is the preliminary

                                        Notice we are giving to you before filing complaint in consumer court. It is already it is been

                                        6-7 days am reminding same thing for more that 9-10 time, still we have not received any

                                        Reply. Please settle the issue by refunding/replacing item by new product as early as possible and i will not accept get it repaired. Please try to understand that we are not here to get things repaired such defective products/service. Please try to improve level of service and pay attention towards customer point of satisfaction. Please check my all conversation email or customer call record before calling again, because every time am not here to explain you things what happened from scratch. Still we are giving you the time up to 23/mar/2016 &refund our money with 12% interest (As per consumer forum guidelines). If we do not get response from you on the given date we will file a complaint against you with the consumer forum under the consumer protection act of 1986.

                                        The consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and we will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to your deficiency in services.
