Sub: notice before filing consumer complaint
On the date 18/13/2016, i have placed order for infocus m330, order no: [protected] &
Invoice number scf44a/15-16/15722 in the name of diksha ashok chavan. Which i have received afternoon by blue dart courier. I have paid amount of 9999 rupees by against cash on delivery mode.
But we found mobile defective while using i.E., automatically switched of while i was speaking to someone, while watching videos, images, later i thought there may be some problem with battery i kept it for charging.. This continued and after few days or months it is found that while speaking also i was unable to listen and mobile became very slow in operation if start internet on it. Meanwhile i spoke to customer care through which i placed
This order and explained everything he/she gone through snap deal website and emailed to snap deal and in focus everything as it is.
Then next day we received email from snap deal they that there is only 7 days return/refund policy which was seems to be irrelevant in this case. Next time snap deal customer care executive told and insisted me to go for nearby service centre which is unavailable nearby my place and not possible for me. And being so patient i have used mobile in mode like
Speaker/receiver not working, one fine day i got opportunity to reach pune on some personal work at pune university and found infocus service centre near by location and submitted there to resolve problem as soon as possible, they have noted problems and given me acknowledgment ., ref call id: infpun[protected]dw on 17th feb 2016, now
Yesterday i have received email from infocus that they told me the necessary parts are not available so may take some more time. I have emailed every conversation to
[protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com. But there no reply and service center no.
Was unable pickup call few days (Landline:[protected]yet hence this is the preliminary
Notice we are giving to you before filing complaint in consumer court. It is already it is been
6-7 days am reminding same thing for more that 9-10 time, still we have not received any
Reply. Please settle the issue by refunding/replacing item by new product as early as possible and i will not accept get it repaired. Please try to understand that we are not here to get things repaired such defective products/service. Please try to improve level of service and pay attention towards customer point of satisfaction. Please check my all conversation email or customer call record before calling again, because every time am not here to explain you things what happened from scratch. Still we are giving you the time up to 23/mar/2016 &refund our money with 12% interest (As per consumer forum guidelines). If we do not get response from you on the given date we will file a complaint against you with the consumer forum under the consumer protection act of 1986.
The consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and we will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to your deficiency in services.
