I have requested on phone and through email to snapdeal customer care, to cancel this order. It is not dispatched yet, and i ordered it by mistake. But no reply, still order have status waiting for courier pickup!!! what is the meaning of easy cancellation before dispatch then...snapdeal website not accepting cancel?

    Dear Sir,
    I have ordered a laptop from online store snapdeal on 22 February 16 to my office address m/s vijay lakshmi transport co, AG 97 sanjay Gandhi transport nagar, behind Axis bank. The product description is lenovo laptop yoga 300 2 in 1. The order no of snapdeal is [protected] and the complaint no is 20165996 of 28 - February 16 which is been registered within 2 days after receiving the product. The problem with the product was it's been used by someone and install several software whose date is being shown by the laptop on since February 2015 few are of October 2015 and laptop constantly get hang low processing even the backup did not got means battery is also old.
    When I registered complaint to snapdeal care the said will arrange an engineer to your place and he will get the thing done and after product pickup and will back ur money, After so many complaint with Mrs tejasvani Mr rohit mrs lakshmi and senior manager mr Abdul, mr vignesh miss nancy all are firstly says sorry about inconvenience then the asked fr bank details said within 48 hrs u get ur money back then I shared 15 days ago every new person make a new commitment and let the time go. Now today they again saying the thing u have to go service center get the product checked with them only. According with miss nancy talk today morning said an engineer has already been visited now u have to go to service center
    Till now on 22/3/16 neither an engineer came nor the product has been picked up product price I purchased of Rs 26999 Which is in trouble for doing fraud by snapdeal.
    At last I got your site for doing my problem sort out and getting my cash

                I have ordered Nike shoes whcih i returned to snapdeal On 14th march 2016 they credited my freecharge account with amount 4495 but due to technical issue the money doesn't transferred to my freecharge account today is 22 march 2016 neither there is any custmer exective response neither they reply to the mail neither they are refunding my money.

                  Snapdeal- a big fraud online shopping website.
                  First i ordered unboxed xiaomi mi4 16gb order id [protected] which was already used and defective. Had problems with battery, screen, camera and heating problem. I experienced many difficulties while returning the product because i was routed to customer care then website and then again customer care. Well, after so many calls and mails finally my product returned and got my refund too late. Then i purchased unboxed xiaomi mi4 64gb thinking snapdeal will not repeat its mistake again. But this time snapdeal did fraud with me, snapdeal said they are sending me unboxed mi4 64gb but when i received my product, the mobile was used again this time too. And due to so much use of cellphone the backside sticker which reflects imei number has gone dirty and it determines that mobile has been used for many months. Then i checked the invoices and the story unfolded, seller's invoice says refurbished mi4 64gb but snapdeal's invoice says unboxed mi464gb. After looking at the invoices i was about to fall on the ground. How can snapdeal do this to me. I have never seen such a fraud e-commerce company like snapdeal. I am also attaching the invoices so that you can see them, i am going to send a chain-email to all of my friends and post it on facebook, google+ and tweet on twitter about this. Also i am going to put a complaint on all consumer forums and websites. I am literally regretting what i did. I burnt my fingers once again. I would recommend everyone not to buy from snapdeal.

                  And now, i get two calls from snapdeal and they explain me that it is unboxed phone so minor scratch may be on the phone then i teach them about the difference between the refurbished and unboxed which i found out later that they didn't know the difference between refurbished and unboxed and they had just called to convince me to keep the mobile and shut my mouth. Above all, after two days i get a call from the seller itself and the lady tells me there was technical error in the bill hence mobile needs no replacement but after making her understand that i can see that mobile has been used for many days and later she checks the images which i had sent earlier then she realises that i am correct and forwards my complaint further. Today i got a call from snapdeal and they directly told me that "complaint cannot be taken because investigation did not found any error and mobile is fine". Now i am forwarding my complaint to consumer court.
                  I would recommend every one not to buy anything from snapdeal because they are doing frauds with you

                      I ordered a Micromax 50C3600 FHD / 50C7550 FHD 127 cm (50) Full HD LED Television With 1 + 2 Year Extended Warranty which they delivered a Damaged product, after that i returned back on 1st week of March and asked for the Refund but till now Refund is not credited to my account and when ever i call the customer care they will tell that it will be resolved and refund will be credited soon.

                        I am really upset as whenever i have called to your customer care i got different information about my product. I request you to investigate that.                           I have ordered a sd card but it was not delivered to me.I have called your customer service four times, they assured me that it will get delivered but it won't got delivered to me at last I have called to your customer service and talked to superviser but he also didn't resolved my query more over he cut my phone and from next time when I am calling to your customer service with my that number they are not entertaining me. I am really frustrated with this type of service from such a brand.

                                  I've already complained one time and this time its second. I am getting too much irritated of emails from snapdeal. They promised me no mails further but still I am receiving 3 to 4 mails every day. Me and my friends are irritated of these mails. I want to unsubscribe from these mails and also want to permanently delete my snapdeal account '[protected]@gmail.com' as soon as possible.

                                        i want to say that on 19th march 2016 at 4:15 P.M. i placed my order for Intex Aqua 4G Plus 16GB white mobile and my order is also confirmed by Snapdeal, but after sometime they cancel my order.The reason of cancel my order they giving to me is that the price of above mention mobile is shown by Snapdeal is wrong .I really never never expect such kind of shamefull thing from such well-known shopping site.The Snapdeal is not "Dil Ki DEAL", Snapdeal should must change the name and they must name their site as "KiLL THE DEAL".Snapdeal really a biggest frauder site i ever seen. SNAPDEAL really SLAP the customers.Onething more Snapdeal sends a mail also in which they are asking that tell us that Snapdeal is your family member or yours friend which have no meaning.I Request you sir/mam that hard steps and action on this online shopping site because they have no value of customers feelings.

                                        They won't do anything except giving false promises and wasting our time...It's better go with other sites..The same thing happened with me also nd likewise many other customers.. I was also given false promises for 2months but nothing happened. Think wisely, if the response is not coming within 2 weeks max to max, then they are DEFINITELY not doing anything from their end. Or get fooled by them. They think we are illetrate and fools sitting here and can't understand anything. Choice is urs ..
