I had made payment for Zooker 2 bluetooth speakers, payment has been deducted but they are telling order has not been confirmed i told them to confirm it from your side, then they are telling we can't do so, we will refund the payment with in 48 hours, now 60 hours gone and refund is still not initiated. refrence number for case is: 21220713, please suggest what i can do in this case as my hard earned money is got blocked.

I ordered a sunglass and its was not of my size. I requested for a return and it was picked up by the courier and reached snapdeal warehouse. Snapdeal denied to initiate refund because they said my account is suspended due to suspicious activity. I[censored]ser is facing issues with the product received, and its returned, its snapdeal's responsibility to initiate its refund as per its policy of no questions asked refund policy. Why snapdeal is not initiating my refund even after receiving the product back.

Its not the first time I had ordered through snapdeal. Its true I had returned products many times but it was only done when I was not satisfied with the product, or product was not in order. I have kept many products that I had ordered through snapdeal, If my intentions were to order to return only, I could have done that with the ones I have kept. I am not able to understand what suspicious activity was detected from my snapdeal account and why I am not being refunded for my return. Customer care spoke to me very rudely, they denied for refunding, replacement and also for returning the product back to me.

Its simply cheating the customer and a fraud.

Please help me getting my money back from snapdeal.

    Dear Snapdeal,

    This is in regarding my complaint request 20929183 against Order number [protected].
    I am writing this in frustration as Snapdeal commitments are like bubbles which keep bursting and I am facing it since last 10 days.

    I have written so many follow up mails to customer care, raised complaints from help center, posted on social media like sanpdeal FB page and made many calls to your customer care for getting refund and your one line reply is that
    "Engineer will visit to your address with in next 6/24/48 hours without fail. Please give us some more time"

    How much time you need ? What ever time you asked, I have given but nothing has happened till now
    I have given you 3 phone numbers in case if your service partner is not able to reach one number.

    How difficult is for company like Snapdeal to send an Engineer on time or at-least with in few days of raising the request?
    How difficult is for you to share the contact number of assigned engineer via email or SMS to customer so that customer can directly contact?
    How difficult is for you to take the refund of product based upon trust on customer that product is defective with in 7 days as per your promise.

    Please look into this refund issue urgently and don't extend it by another 24/48 hours which is happening since last many days.

        I had ordered the following two items an LG Front load washing machine and washing machine cover on[protected] through Snapdeal. I had received the washing machine on 1st March and found that the delivered product was defective hence we requested Snapdeal to refund the washing machine amount. The customer care executive said that the system is updated and money will be refunded after collecting the product. But he has incorrectly updated the system and initiated replacement for Washing machine cover instead of Washing machine and sent a courier (Nuvo ex Logistics) person for pick up. After this, Nuvo Ex Logistics sent a courier boy to pick up the product (washing machine cover) and we told him that we have a problem with washing machine and not with the cover and sent him back without giving him a product. Immediately we had called the Snapdeal customer care and asked them why did they send a courier for washing machine cover pickup. They informed us that they will send a courier for machine pick-up. The same issue happened next day also. Again, the courier (Nuvo Ex Logistics) came to my home on[protected] and they said that they had come for washing machine pickup. I thought that Snapdeal had sent the courier for correct product pickup. They took the washing machine and gave me the reverse pick-up sheet and went. But the description in the Reverse pickup sheet was incorrect i.e 3g LG Front load Machine cover 8-9 Kg instead of Washing machine. Immediately I had communicated this to Snapdeal and Nuvo ex Logistics. The Nuvo ex logistics told me that the product was picked up from my home and in transit. After few days Nuvo ex logistics confirmed me that they delivered the washing machine at Snapdeal. I had spoken to Snapdeal customer care and they confirmed that the washing machine was delivered at Snapdeal and process team (WS team) will take 24/48 hrs for approval of the refund. I have been dialing to Snapdeal till today and I hear the same response(wait for 24/48 hrs, we will get back to you) from them.

        It has been almost a month and money has not been refunded.

          I ordered Colourslowcashew Purple Brasso Saree against the order [protected].Thereafter Snapdeal confirmed my order and then cancelled it!How can it cancel any order without the consent of the consumer.Moreover it states the order was cancelled due to a technical glitch but this is a clear cut case of deficiency of service!           I am a regular buyer at snapdeal!However today i purchased colourslowcashew purple brasso saree saree for my mother against the order [protected].I however got a confirmation that it has been placed (I have screenshots as an evidence) but it automatically got cancelled.How can you cancel the order without the consent of the consumer!You cite is as a 'technical glitch' but it is a 'clear cut case of deficiency in service' and snapdeal could be penalised for this by the state government! I request you to sincerely send me my order at the requirred adress or else i will be forced to file a complaint in the state consumer dispute redressal commision! Sir, i expect a reply asap!

            I have placed an order a travelling bag from snapdeal, the product they claimed as American tourister travelling bag large. but when I received it it is found that it is not an american tourister. It is AT. the bag doesn't worth even Rs.1500 for which I paid Rs.4400. On website they shows the product as American Tourister with price Rs.8800 and discounted price Rs.4400. This is an example of how the snapdeal cheats the people.

                  Re: Snapdeal Order no [protected] dated 16th March '16. Wrong type of product ie. Bike Helmet sent; Helmet returned vide AWB no SND2435421 dtd. 18/03/2016. but money not refunded.
                  Was assured that cash would be transferred to my Bank Account the details of which were provided and was provided a reference No 21025844 dt. 18/3/16
                  Again called on the 21st and told that amount was transferred to my Freecharge A/c and that I would have to myself log in to Freecharge and do transfer myself. Followed all the steps to do the transfer but still not able to do the transfer. Today Snapdeal kept me on hold for 45 minutes to speak to speak to Supervisor but supervisor did not come on line. Have been asked to send email to Freecharge to get problem resolved.

                    I bought 3 t shirts from snapdeal on 16 th march 2016 and cancelled the items on the same day.they have refunded money of 1 t shirt only i.e rs 630.                       I am writing this phrase as a complaint which I have with my current purchase. I am associated with Snapdeal for long time and it had been a great shopping experience prior to my last purchase. It's very tragic in my last purchase as amount more than the MRP of product is collected from me. I ordered 2No. products as in trail mail whose MRP is Rs 459/unit(Snapshots of product box are attached for your reference) and the amount which is collected is Rs 525/unit i.e. a total of Rs 132 extra is collected. This is really disappointing and due to such wrong practice customer loose trust in Snapdeal and after such experiance I don't feel like shopping again with Snapdeal.

                        They sent wrong printer which is TMU220D which doesn’t has Ethernet port. I had raised request for return on 8th March 2016 to pick the product and refund my money. I got couple of calls from Snapdeal to confirm the reasons for return request. Even they offered me deal to take product by some discount which I rejected it because this product is of no use to me. They asked me to send images of printer, its code, etc. I sent photographs on 14th March which clearly shows wrong product got delivered. I called snapdeal call centre 7 times and every time they told me it will be resolved in 24 hours but there is no single communication from snapdeal. Till today (24th March) I have not received any communication on my refund. This shows arrogance and who care attitude of snapdeal.com

                            I placed a order for Maharaja Whiteline Preciso Garment Steamer White and cancelled the product the next day itself...The cancellation request has been accepted and the product has been returned to the shipper itself...As per the refund policy of snapdeal i was promised to get my refund in a maximum of 6 days but it has been more than 13 days my refund is not yet credited to my original payment mode...i have made so may calls to the customer care and they promise me every time to resolve this issue in 24 hrs but not yet yet refunded my money...please help me in getting my refund back for this cancelled product... i have uploaded the necessary snapshots of the proof of the mail stating the refund is initiated for the cancelled product but not yet made...

                              Continuation for below complaint.

                              Still I didn’t get any proper response from your team.

                              Finally I got service engineer visit on[protected], he gave report as faulty proper and he clearly mentioned phone got heat issue.

                              I spoke to customer service people on same day and I sent softcopy as well. They said they will escalate the appropriate team.

                              I didn’t receive any response and again called customer care people[protected] one of lady said that she will again escalate and second level team will escalate but nothing happens.

                              And again I spoke to Customer care people today and they simply saying like Functional team is tested and phone is fine they won’t replace or refund.

                              This is not acceptable. Service engineer clearly given like phone got heat issue. Check the attached service job sheet for your reference.

                              I want your immediate attention in this case.

                              If am not getting any response from any of your team I will file a case legally.

                              I Booked on 2nd March and got delievered to me on .

                              I got faulty one, it gets too heat while talking, while charging, while playing games.

                              I have initiated return for this mobile on[protected] till now i didnt get any update form your team or people. I called n number of times and i spoke to many guys like (Vivek, Anish, Balakrishnan, Moulika, Vivek (Team Leader), Gowtami, Deepak(Manager), Mary(Team Leader), Omang, i forget few other names.

                              My Refund Request number[protected]

                              First day your agent was saying like, sorry sir your request was rejected, but they didnt send any email or not even a call. How come they will reject my return request without sending any notification to me. And he was saying like i will reescalate this case and you will get a call back from our technical team within 24 hours but nothing happens.And he request me to visit service Centre.

                              My question is why should i visit service centre, where i have reported this issue within 7days after the phone delivered.I guess it comes in easy return policy.

                              Second day i spoke to other agent, he agreed that within 6 business hours service technician will visit, but nothing happens.

                              I got a call from snap deal team, but i was in driving and i ask them to call back again in 30 minutes. Still i was driving And i called back to snap deal customer service the agent was saying like i will raise a request for your call back within 48 hours you will get a call. Now again i have to wait for 48 hours, do you think i agree for this ?

                              If i ask them customer care people to transfer call to Team leaders or Manager they simply refusing by saying like all our superiors are busy.

                              Finally after 5days i spoke to one of your Team Leader his name is (Vivek) he promised me that our technical team will give a call back in 1 hour. But nothing happens.

                              I called snapdeal after 24hours and i spoke to one of your Manager(Deepak) he agreed that within maximum of 24hours our service technician will visit you.

                              I got call from snapdeal in one hour by saying like our technician will visit you tomorrow but its fake no one came.

                              More than 40 hours completed still i didnt get any response from their end. Again i called Snapdeal and i spoke to Teamleader (Mary) she again saying like i will escalate this case to my appropriate team and within 24 hours you will get response.

                              Later sometime i spoke to one your customer service agent(omang) i ask him to transfer the call to floor supervisor or manager or any other supervisor he kept sometime hold and he said that all our superiors are in meeting so he said like i will escalate this issue.

                              I request him to call back from manager within 1 to 2 hours but nothing happens.

                              Do you think this is good service?

                              I want someone to take this issue right now.

                                I purchased a mobile of panssonic eluga icon through snapdeal . Phone received on 18.03.2016. Order no: [protected]. It is informed to snap deal that phone is falty. It is hanging for every half an hour. And entered in free 7 days replacement. Policy. After that a mail came on 22.03.2016 that policy time over !!!. Afterwards a lenghty discussion, it is informed that service person will come to check the phone. But nobody turned so far.
                                I am requesting snap deal to take back that mobile and to return back my money.
                                Strong recommondation not to go snapdeal as after purchase they will not bother

                                    Booked samsung galaxy note 3 black - order no - [protected] - dated[protected], i recieved confirmation mails & message from snapdeal but however till 23.03.2016 i have not recieved any shipment details from snapdeal that why i called to snapdeal customer care on 23.03.2016, time 03:02 pm in afternoon, where one of customer care agent told me that your order is cancelled by our vendor, i am very much shocked, really i dont have any idea that a well reputed online company provide such a cheap reply to their customer, i order for holi gifting to some one, but after waiting some days of shipment details they direct cancelled my product, even they dont have any customer value/feelings. How snapdeal register these vendor.

                                    I really feel my insult because i already promise to some one for gifting this item,

                                    now i want complete action in this matter, otherwise after few days i apply this case to social media, consumer courts, whatsapp.

                                    I have all tracking records of my order mails & message.
                                    Now here i also enclose snapshot of order details.
                                    If you dont have any ability to full customer service than why you running such a big company, and these thing must known to others customers also, via all possiblity.

                                        Purchased htc desire 326g on 15th march 2015, order num-[protected]. The very next day placed a return request because of a faulty camera. The technician didnt contact me but wen i contacted the customer service they say they have contacted but i didnt recieve it, nor i have recived any call for replacement. 7day easy replacement or return truly isnt helping its been 10days. Disgusting service. They arent provideing proper prodcuts or service.
