I ordered canon imageclass lbp 6030b printer- black - order id: [protected] on 6th of march 2016.

Recd. On 17th march 2016. Canon pixma ip2870 model.

It completely surprises, why this is happen plz explane.

Other wise plz refund the money & take your product back.

Plz look in to this matter on urgent basis.

I had returned the product long time back, after that snapdeal sent me mail stating that the refund was done in "Freecharge" account. Since 14th till today, I'm unable to see the amount in the Freecharge account. It is showing ₹0. When complained to Snapdeal, they told internal error and we are working on it. After that I contacted Freecharge. They mailed with a ticket...

Faulty poduct returned on 15th March. Refund still not credited in account..

Hai. I placed an order of Bajaj 1.8L ricecookeraround 10am this moning[protected] and i paid the order with Syndicate Bank India debit card. Rs 1299 was debited from my bank account to snapdeal account and this (image below) appear. But i wait for 30min the page still in loading condition. Pathetic service never delivers on time & the right product. Placed an order which was suppose to be delivered between 15-18th March but it's 20th know & it is still in transit. When ever I placed an order with Snapdeal always had an issue. Dear users please don't ever order with them Amazon is much better they always deliver on time never had an issue with them.

I bought Samsung hm1000 on snapdeal but its not genuine its duplicate. So i placed a replacement order but replied that replacement order can't be placed.
Even it's just on the same day.
So please fix it...other wise i will go through consumer court....

An order for a sintex tank was placed by me and the same was confirmed via sms and email. Tentative delivery was given around March 23.
On March 15 I received a mail which told me that the item was not available with the seller they contacted, but it was available with another seller. They had reported of having contacted and confirmed that the new seller would deliver by March 27.

I had an order of intex cloud Swift mobile from snapdeal which product showed with screen breakerage insurance & idea internet free but they send me without screen breakerage insurance copy & idea internet also not included with this product I had search on idea side. So I request them for replacement within their timing period. But till now they does not do anything and time also have past.

I had order it online but the quality of product is so bad
so i wanted to return it.(order no. [protected]...suborder no: [protected])...

I booked xolo era 4g phone on 4th march.. i was delivered on 7th march at 14:30 p.m. . the product i received that was defective. so;i request for replacement on 8th march bt the snapdeal executives are not giving any response for replacement.. for that i make 15 calls to customer care executive bt they did not give any response or satisfy answer to me.....

I received the watch and made following complaints and requested to return the product.
1. Watch at first look was old.
2. User manual was for analogue/different watch
3. In the warranty card did not carry item information
4. Above all, the date setting nob was not working.
I made this complaint on 11th mar. Its still open. Sad state of snapdeal....

I have use promo code- fcsd50 and also apply successfully but not receive cashback.I have also call two times customer care and submit request 2 times in snapdeal customer support but never they give me feedback or any call from snapdeal after that i have also request for return product in 7 days return policy but they also reject my request. I am totally disappoint from snapdeal....

This is very disgusting to inform you that i bought a watch from snapdeal on october 2015. But as the watch is not working properly i have raised a complaint last month but not receiving any proper response in solving the matter.
I was suggested to contact the seller real marketing but when i contacted them i was said that they cannot do anything about it and so snapdeal has to deal with it.
Kindly assist me on this asap.br...
