SNAPDEAL Site not worked for this (IMAGE 1 )attached,
SNAPDEAL not arranged reverse pick up SO, I had send the Product,
THE ADDRESS PROVIDED by SNAPDEAL is WRONG again i got the courier back
there is no Response of SNAPDEAL from 2-Weeks
even regularly contacting them

I want my Refund completeley

my sincere advise is PLEASE SHUTDOWN SNAPDEAL and make a Sleep otherwise making wasting of people's time and money.

    I bought philips hair dryer ORDER NO [protected]...ON 20 JAN. It was delivered on 23 jan but they gave wrong product i.e i ordered 2000w hair dryer but they shipped 1600w .
    I made a return request on 23 jan they said they will reply in 24 hrs..but no reply came from their side from then i have complained about 3 times on customer support and also mailed them but THEY ARE NOT REPLYING ...
    AND NOW MY MONEY IS STRUCK IN THIS
    I DIDN'T EXPECTED THIS...THEY HAVE SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT
    I AM FED UP WITH THIS ...
    I WANT MY MONEY BACK ...AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

        I ordered a philips soundbar on 15th November, It was delivered on 25 th November ..
        I received a partial order, power adapter was missing, so I marked it for return on 25 th November itself ..

        From that date, it has been about going to 3 months and I have called snapdeal atleast 50 times .
        Every time I was told that resolution will be provided within 2 days but all in vain .

        I m a colg student and my money has been struck in a infinite loop with them, I m unable to clear my colg fees due to this as I already purchased another speaker.
        They have no respect and care of customers's emotion .
        All they do is just fool you.

                      I(Rana Singh) am complaining on behalf of my wife. My wife(Puja Singh) has ordered a Dress material from the snapdeal.com. Her ordered no is [protected] of amount Rs 999. She has paid full amount by COD. The delivered product was not good, hence she cancelled the order. Next day their representative picked up the dress. After 45 days of reverse pick up, we didn't get refund. We called many times and got the same response but not yet received refund amount.

                        My name is Ginij. My order no. Is [protected]. I bought a wrangler jeans from Snapdeal. I usually wear a 30 waist jeans and I ordered the same from a different brand. It got delivered at my home but there were some fitting issues with it. I requested for a replacement in 32 waist at the same moment. But the customer service took 3 days to reach me. I Emailed them twice to call me after 4.30 as before that I am at my office and my phone is in my locker so I can not pick up your call. These guys keep on calling me at 10.00 am or 10.30 am and then I got an Email that we are not able to reach you. I have provided an alternate number to them on my Email but no body bothered to call on that. Nobody from snapdeal bothers to ready any of the special information provided by the customer. Now they are saying we will issue a refund and you can choose anyother product. I got the jeans on a deal and I am pretty sure that its not going to be at that price again. They are not even saying that you can chose any other product and we will provide a promo to use or we will help you with the price. Just a dumbline line 'we will refund all your amount back" why the hell you took if you can fulfill our order. This is the worst experience i had with snapdeal. I AM GOING TO UNINSTALL THEIR APP AND WILL NEVER USE SNAPDEAL TO SHOP AGAIN. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.

                            I bought a tshirt in October 2015. I am submitting this complaint in January, as I still haven't got the refund. I contacted the customer care several times, and they have asked me to give my account statement to them. On asking my bank, they told me that I should not give my account statement to any third party. They told me that they would provide refund inn sd or freecharge cash, but I haven't got the refund even now.                                     My Surya apex gas stove blast am complaint to snap deal. Then one call came from snap deal ([protected])he told your money refund to your a/c so you told about a/c details, card number etc, . In my a/c cash balance Rs. 4, 200/_ he withdraw full amount in my a/c . Then am call to this number he told with in one hour that amount credited in my a/c. Kindly rectify that issue and refund my money.

                                      Please refer to my order [protected] and product Lenovo Yoga 500 2-in-1 Laptop (80N400MRIN) (5th Gen Intel Core i7- 8G RAM- 1TB SSHD- 35.56 cm (14) Touch- Windows 10- 2GB Graphics) (White).
                                      The invoice sent with product had incorrect serial number.
                                      In this regard I made several call to customer care on phone and also raised complaint having reference number 18171090 and 1832244.
                                      My registered mobile number is [protected] and is the coverage never misses.
                                      I got a reply that snapdeal was trying to contact me but there was coverage issue.
                                      I still not discovered when I sent the image of serial number of machine why snapdeal team is procrastinating the issue.
                                      This is the worst kind of service while dealing with petty problem.
