but they did not solved my problem yet. and given me wrong email id. now not responding about my issue.

agree with you Priti. I sent 10 complaints to SnapDeal. but they dont care about customer problem. We should create a social media page for people that people should avoid snapdeal for e-commerce.

              I(Rana Singh) am complaining on behalf of my wife. My wife(Puja Singh) has ordered a Dress material from the snapdeal.com. Her ordered no is [protected] of amount Rs 999. She has paid full amount by COD. The delivered product was not good, hence she cancelled the order. Next day their representative picked up the dress. After 45 days of reverse pick up, we didn't get refund. We called many times and got the same response but not yet received refund amount.

                My name is Ginij. My order no. Is [protected]. I bought a wrangler jeans from Snapdeal. I usually wear a 30 waist jeans and I ordered the same from a different brand. It got delivered at my home but there were some fitting issues with it. I requested for a replacement in 32 waist at the same moment. But the customer service took 3 days to reach me. I Emailed them twice to call me after 4.30 as before that I am at my office and my phone is in my locker so I can not pick up your call. These guys keep on calling me at 10.00 am or 10.30 am and then I got an Email that we are not able to reach you. I have provided an alternate number to them on my Email but no body bothered to call on that. Nobody from snapdeal bothers to ready any of the special information provided by the customer. Now they are saying we will issue a refund and you can choose anyother product. I got the jeans on a deal and I am pretty sure that its not going to be at that price again. They are not even saying that you can chose any other product and we will provide a promo to use or we will help you with the price. Just a dumbline line 'we will refund all your amount back" why the hell you took if you can fulfill our order. This is the worst experience i had with snapdeal. I AM GOING TO UNINSTALL THEIR APP AND WILL NEVER USE SNAPDEAL TO SHOP AGAIN. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.

                    I bought a tshirt in October 2015. I am submitting this complaint in January, as I still haven't got the refund. I contacted the customer care several times, and they have asked me to give my account statement to them. On asking my bank, they told me that I should not give my account statement to any third party. They told me that they would provide refund inn sd or freecharge cash, but I haven't got the refund even now.                               Please refer to my order [protected] and product Lenovo Yoga 500 2-in-1 Laptop (80N400MRIN) (5th Gen Intel Core i7- 8G RAM- 1TB SSHD- 35.56 cm (14) Touch- Windows 10- 2GB Graphics) (White).
                              The invoice sent with product had incorrect serial number.
                              In this regard I made several call to customer care on phone and also raised complaint having reference number 18171090 and 1832244.
                              My registered mobile number is [protected] and is the coverage never misses.
                              I got a reply that snapdeal was trying to contact me but there was coverage issue.
                              I still not discovered when I sent the image of serial number of machine why snapdeal team is procrastinating the issue.
                              This is the worst kind of service while dealing with petty problem.

                                    This is with regards to purchase of Philips JMG in Nov 2015 through P.o number : [protected]
                                    I had purchased it online an at time of purchase attached 2 complimentary offers
                                    Offer 1 -- 10% Cashback if payment made through HDFC Bank
                                    Offer 2 -- Free charge coupons
                                    Unfortunately none of the offers were credited however upon notifying Snap deal Team, free charge coupons were credited and I was informed that 10% cashback will be credited to HDFC Account in Jan 2016.
                                    There was no amount credited back till 18th Jan 2016 hence I wrote to Snap deal Team along with screenshot of complimentary offer and they came back informing that as per their TnC, cashback was to be credited only upon purchase through Snapdeal App and not Website.
                                    This was not acceptable since while purchasing, there was no such specification NOR was there any notification to refer detailed Terms & Conditions and hence a customer would look forward to what was reflecting and promised while making purchase.
                                    Please refer screenshot and help me get resolution since Snapdeal customer care has clearly informed that they cannot give cashback credit as it is website purchase which is not acceptable since attachment itself talks about their only communication while purchasing
