    We have already complained and sent email regarding above said furniture. This is 4th mail to you plz kindly reply, as we are displeased, dissatisfied with your furniture which we had purchased through Snapdeal under order no. [protected] Date : 27th December 2015.

    We have received the furniture in damaged condition, on second day I had sent return/refund request on Snapdeal website. Same day I got phone call from Snapdeal customer care and asked me this product cannot be return/refunded and offered me Rs.1000 freecharge balance for the transit damage. After 8 days it has loosing reczine stitches and seating part has gone down. The total furniture is very much delicate with useless wood sticks inside. The set is really unreliable for home. It was mentioned on snapdeal product detail page about 1 year warranty for this product, thus I have asked snapdeal to provide warranty for this product as mentioned. Even on Invoice I did not found vendor phone contact details to ask for warranty. We have purchased this product just because of our trust on Snapdeal, we don't know this vendor. We have ordered many products through Snapdeal, but this time I feel cheated and not happy.

    We are not happy to have it, its enough we are not interested in this sofa set n get rid of it, we thought of a a good choice while ordering, its a total waste of our money. Kindly reply immediately and don't make us any other way to prove our trust n faith towards you.

        I bought a mi pad on July 28th through SBI Debit Card. I m supposed 2get a 10% cashback, wch i havnt got. When i raised dis issue, snapdeal, after dragging dis complaint for 3 mnths, finally told me i am not eligible fr d cashback, because the transaction was made on 29th July (bank st.)
        But the order was placed by me on July 28th 11:18 pm n d site
        Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        This is the proof that the order was made on july 28th. Snapdeal told me, as the payment was made on 29th, i am not eligible for the cashback.
        How on earth is it possible that i bought the product on 28th, and payment was made on 29th? Online Cos donot confirm the order untill the payment is made

          I bought this phone XOLO balck 3GB from Snapdeal.

          its camera is good. phone sound quality is bad. like when i'm receiving or calling to others i cant hear the other ends voice properly.

          Another bad thing is its back and home button. i have to use my fingers more than twice to operate this buttons. and their position is not good.

          and 3200mah is draining so quickly.

          I sent this complaint to the SnapDeal Customer care.

          after 3 complaints lady called me that a technician will come to my home and fix the problem. no one came to my home.

          SnapDeal just doing cheating with customers...

              I had ordered Haier 40B7500 on 25th December 2015. It was delivered on 2nd of January but it had a black spot on it when switched on. On processing replacement request they took the tv back but never updated about return item and it has almost been 20 days. So the amount of Rs. 26890 has been stuck with the company for this many days. And still there has not been any update from their side. The customer care executives had committed that they'll notify about this issue in 24 hours but there has been no response.The harassment they have caused us is bordering on our patience and we want a resolution for this issue asap.
              Besides the damaged product, when asked to be checked, installed by Haier, the company demanded extra 1500 Rs. for demo which was not listed on the item listings. This is how snapdeal dupes its customers. I cannot be more dissatisfied by the service and want my money back with suitable compensation.

                Dear Sir or madam,

                I ordered a SWIPE ACE STRIKE tablet on 31 Dec 15 through snapdeal via its shopping site www.snapdeal.com
                The Order Id was - [protected]
                Payment mode was CASH ON DELIVERY.
                Amount paid was rupees 6499.

                I received the shipment on 04 Jan 16.
                I checked the tablet by using it for a while, I experienced few poor things which were unavoidable with a newly purchased device.

                According to the return policy, shipping company has clearly mentioned that it can take back faulty or disqualified shipments if return request is made within 7 days). I placed a return request on 6 Jan 16 (after two days of delivery) vide Ticket Id: 17089364.

                A customer care representative assured me of arranging one service engineer who will visit my place to check the shipment and will send feedback to the company about further actions. After that call, I received following sms -

                "Dear Customer, your complaint no. 6WI000598 has been assign to Sachin Malik. Any enquiry please call on [protected]."

                I didnt get any call from any person named Sachin Malik. But, Another person (or service engineer) named Jagdeesh first called me telling that he is about to visit soon on same day. He failed to visit my address withn given time. After waiting around 8 hours in the evening, I called back on his no and asked about his failure in visit, then he refused to visit stating that my pincode was not under his jurisdiction and he cant visit my place.

                After this, no action has been taken for my return request till day. None of the snapdeal executive took interest on this matter even after several repeated reminders, I only got assurance and promises by customer care representatives (names already mentioned). Each customer care rep adviced me to wait for further 48 hours which turned it to two weeks now.

                With this forum, I would like to request you that my valuable money is stuck with snapdeal company and it is benifited with it by delaying my request. As I am fully harrased, I have lost money and a lot of mental piece by waiting and talking to its customer care, I am writing this complaint against snapdeal for its cheatful act, poor dealing and heavy mismanagement which I have faced.

                It is my humble request that please look into this matter and involve your attention and action to provide me a relief.

                Company finally picked up faulty product. The Snapdeal representative from social media group took some interest to tie up with pickup team and finally it was picked up after several calls and fraustation and amount was returned back.

                Do not repeat same answer. Instead try to work on my complaint. I'm getting cals from your executives but not getting the task done and each single day is passed by you, thus benefiting the company only. This is very cheatful and I won't suggest any of my friends in future to shop with snapdeal.

                    I ordered a Canary London Black Sleeveless Polyester Quilted And Bomber Jacket on 8 January from SnapDeal i gave the payment option as COD and it was successfully placed i got my ordered on 14 january but the size was small for me so i requested a replace complain at it was successfully placed but after 1 day i got an email and a message on my phone that please share your NEFT details and bank details with us as your request of replace has been canceled and a refund has been generated then i contacted SnapDeal customer care and told them about my problem that i do not share my bank details with any of the web transation or online shopping but they forced me to give their NEFT details but i told them to give my refund in their freecharge a/c or sd cash then they accepted the request but it had days i did not got my refund so i called snapdeal customer care and gave them mail that i am getting message of neft details so they arranged a call from their backup team and they call me and told that you have to give your bank details to us we can't give the refund the amt in freecharge or snapdeal cash so please give your bank details i told them that do not have bank a/c so they told that i have to give any bank details or any relative detials to take the refund i told them please dont's harrish me then their is no mail or message after that.THEY HARRISHED ME FOR GIVING MY BANK A/C

                      I had purchased a product from Snapdeal.com on 9/11/2015 for an amount Rs 949. But due to technical problems at their end the payment was not redirected to the confirmation page and hence the order was not fulfilled by Snapdeal. But my money was deducted subsequently from my bank account (via Master Card debit card payment – Bank of India debit card). Also Snapdeal didn’t send me any order Id for this failed transaction.

                      I filed a complaint on 20th Nov 2015 to pursue the return of the said amount since no order was fulfilled and was provided a Snapdeal Customer Support Case # 13578745 for the complaint. Since then I have called up their customer response team on their 24*7 Customer Helpline +91-[protected] but have not got my refund back. Every time I call, I get the same response – We are looking into it and we shall make the refund shortly. It has been more than two months now that the refund has not been made yet.

                            These guys are making fool. Zero level of professionalism. Its been 20 days I have raised the complaint for reverse pickup. But still there has not been any attempt.                               Regarding order no [protected].I have couriered maroon kurta with pants but refund of Rs 702 still pending .Inspite of writing to them number of times and providing my bank details they are not responding.Its been 20 days since i am writing to them.They have refunded RS 170 the courier charges.but main amount of Rs 702 is stll pending.Very poor customer care service.

                                  Hii, This is Tushar Dhuri .I placed an order on snapdeal on Order ID: [protected] The order is combo of yu yunique smartphone and a sony powerbank.To my utter surprise, i received only a powerbank and not the smartphone.Before placing the order i checked it clearly and took screenshots of the webpage and after placing the order, i receive the emails as your order for yu yunique smartphone and power bank is confirmed and relevant updates. When i choose to contact customer care .the reply was pathetic.They said it was a content error from website.What wrong with snapdeal. From placing the order till receiving the order, in every single email and message, IT WAS CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT IT IS A COMBO OF PHONE AND POWERBANK. Then why now, after delivering the order, cc people are saying that it is a content error. one more thing I received only the power bank, which is of cost 2999 MRP and no delivery charges on the product.When i bought the product the Price of the product combo is 938, with clearly mentioned as there is 77% off on MRP. so, by calculating it, comes to be 689.77.So, what does this mean, u are selling it more than MRP. This is fraudulence case, and completely illegal also, making it completely clear that what standards are company is using .

                                  Your team is not at all working and u people are giving wrong reasons, this cannot be simply justified.I need my product, i already contacted more than 10 times, but u people are not at all work towards customer .U just saved ur seller, but that's really unprofessional behaviour.I need an answer and my product, otherwise will file a case in consumer court mumbai .

I have purchased some products from Snapdeal and I raised a return request on the same delivery date on its app. But Snapdeal is not agreeing to return my money due to greediness. I followed up 10 times via email and phone numbers within a week. But no use.                                       [protected] order number and the prestige hob which i rcvd. Now my question is when we go the shop, we see the object closely the working and the color. Now when we buy from the website, we see the picture and the description now from the picture it was looking like white/black. When I read the description for my hob it was grey/black i was hoping that it is matching with kitchen furniture and the color. so i bought it and when i rcvd it I was amazed to see the it is cream/black color not matching with my kitchen at all and very dull color. then i saw on website silver/black so i placed the request for replacement. I repeat replacement not refund and it is only the color change request i made which is do able and possible because it is not at all matching with my requirement. but today they say no. I was so surprised to see their decision and really not happy. I dont know when it is not looking good then how can i keep what is not as per my requirement. Such a bad service given today made me insecure to go online and purchase anything in future from any of the website. I met many people who do not support and I was the person who convinced them to buy online buy today i lost all my confidence.. Now i think to buy from the shop online instead online. Sorry to say and u r the only person who is responsible for all this. Now I request consumer complaint department to help me with this situation.
