I ordered Samsung 2TB External HDD M3 Portable (STSHX-M201TCB), sold by Winter Sale Voi Som, on 04-Feb-2016 at 12:09:07 seconds, Rs.5, 949/- was paid by my HDFC Visa debit card amount deducted but item was not shown in my orders.       I ordered next 1.5 ltr queen-1500 electric kettle on 21-01-16 on snapdeal. The product was received on 24-01-16 and the product was not branded it's fake. So i returned the product on 24-01-16. But till i wasn't get any conformation mail or refund. I contacted customer care many times but they told soon you get your refund sentence only. I want my refund. What i do???         Placed an order : [protected] on 31st Jan'16 with Snap deal and received an old used phone.

        When placed the Refund /Exchange (Return Ticket Id:[protected] then getting calls from Snapdeal to charge that phone to 30% so tech can come & check.

        Why a customer will charge the phone ?
        If something needs to be checked or verified then why snap deal people are not checking at their end ?

        Just received a call from Snapdeal Support Person : Deepak +[protected]He referred himself that that he is from Snapdeal Refund Team ) and asked for all my Debit Card Details with OTP

        When I informed him that In order to refund an amount OTP is not required then he hung up.

        Is there anyone from Snapdeal who is going to fix it or not.

        On 4th Feb, I got a call from [protected] ( Refferred himself from Snapdeal ) and asked to verify my Email adddress, already done and informed that someone will pick the order for refund from my House.
        Then on Saturday someone from Snapdeal called me and asked to attach docs on snapdeal again (Bar Code pic/Box Picture/Invoice receipt/Address Proof ).

        Its been 10 days now and no one is ready to refund my money.

        If no one will take an action on it then i need to go nex level.

            I had placed order ID: [protected] Suborder Id: [protected] Placed on 22 Dec, 2015 to snapdeal for Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed. On 30th December 2015 the package which had been received a defective, damage product & send without any Installation manual. So I asked for return to snapdeal on next day morning (31/12/2015).also request for Installation manual of Sofa Cum Bed on 31/12/2016.. I am very much Surprised to see after several days later they mail me also several phone had been received on same day call vide Phone no [protected] at 1.15PM, 1.57PM & 2.01PM from Snapdeal social media team they were asking me, anybody call me for Installation manual? After few second later a phone call had been come on my mobile from [protected] he told me that he was supplier of Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed, I had been also promised if I provide my mail Id then he will send Installation manual of Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed within few second. Again a phone call comes on my mobile from Phone no [protected] & asking me any person contract with me? I said Yes, I send my Email id I have already ask snapdeal through consumer complaint .in Team . It was original calls or fake calls ? snapdeal.com aware of this ? If yes I would request to give training your social media team & supplier as well as ask them to speak the truth always whatever might be the reason. One day away no answer

About the posted complaint has been notified to Snapdeal.com customer support on Feb 03, 2016by Consumer Complaint. in Team.. I had placed order ID: 10728075098 Suborder Id: 13564884973 Placed on 22 Dec, 2015 to snapdeal for Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed. On 30th December 2015 the package which had been received a defective, damage product & send without any Installation manual. So I asked for return to snapdeal on next day morning (31/12/2015).They offered compensation me for Rs. 2000/- within 4 business days. for repair Sofa Cum Bed on 01/01/2016 . After several days latter offered compensation amount for Rs. 2000/-had been revived. The Edo 3 Seater Sofa Cum Bed had been repaired with expense for Rs.3500/. But this sofa. Installation manual was required. So I request snapdeal please send Installation manual for Installation Sofa Cum Bed on 31/12/2016..No response had been receive till 11/02/2016 . Whereas installation manual was not very big issue;, It should have been resolved within a day. But the policy and approach of a snapdeal.com Team, which is being followed by them lingering-on redresses system process? It was a creating problem .Since long I did not receive any positive response. Whereas I had received many fake calls, fake mails, fake assurance & also fake resolution. There is no any relation, no any coordination each other’s in snapdeal.com Teams It was also most important issue in snapdeal.com.               I ordered "Sf Delishus Nut Biscotti" Order ID: [protected]. Today I received it.
              The product was packed in poly-bag which was sealed but the inner box is damaged. When I opened the box, instead of 6 there are 4 biscuits in each packet. 2 biscuits are less in every packet. Also, the packets are having moist. Please replace the product.

                Snapdeal had stop my payment of 5 lakhs. Initially when I start business, everything is fine . Once my payment increase towards Snapdeal, he stop my payment.
                So please beware, do not sell or Buy anything from Snapdeal, else you have to loose your money.
                Even if, now they are not entertaining me

                      I ordered a phone by snap deal... received it 2nd day only.. ORDER# [protected]. But, See the attached picture of PHONE which i had received... It is totallly damaged...

                      I had mailed them several times.. Called dem around 50 times. But same rply always... We will solve it asap.. But now itz almost 15 days.. But i did not hear any thing frm them...

                          I ordered a nike strike football from snapdeal but got another ball of the same brand. I requested for replacement and they took the item from me back for replacement. But now they are saying that no replacement is available and i will get a refund.
                          My request is that please do not refund the amount but instead return the same item which you had sent me if replacement is not possible.

                                  I ordered a XOLO Black a few days ago on 12th January and got it delivered on 16th January. In the description box of the product, the variant was described to have 3GB RAM. I was very happy when I got the device and it ran quite good until I loaded all of my apps in it. The multi-tasking performance was not good so, I thought that it's because of the HIVE Atlas ROM which the phone runs on as it is very buggy and is never updated.

                                  On 29th January, I got really frustrated of the device because although it had 3GB RAM, it didn't work like it, leaving the software in it aside. So, I decided to do a few benchmarks on the device and I saw that it had ONLY 2GB OF RAM from the CPU-Z app. I instantly contacted Snapdeal support and asked for a refund and then they called me today.

                                  They said, "Sorry sir, the 7 days time of returning the device is over, now we can't do anything regarding this."

                                  So, what I can say about Snapdeal and how they defraud people is this:

                                  1. Firstly put a wrong description of an item.
                                  2. Let the buyer buy it.
                                  3. Change the description of the item as soon as it is delivered.
                                  4. Let the buyer do anything and complain, WE HAVE ALREADY GOT THE MONEY WITH US!

                                  Also, I have a sick habit of taking screenshots of a product's description before buying it. I did the same for this one too. I'll be putting them over here too.

                                  Notice that the seller of the device is "LAVA INT-GGN-Sohna BD-VOI" which sells the device which I've bought and then there's this seller "LAVA INT-HYD-MANDAL-VOI" which sells the 3GB variant of the XOLO Black so, I can't be lying because we can't do any kind of "Inspect Element" in their mobile app if they are thinking that I did this.

                                  So, all I'd like to say is WTF SNAPDEAL? Even your competitor "Flipkart" also provides a 30-day return policy because they know that they don't run any frauds of this type.

                                  same thing has happened with me. snapdeal have just fraudulently taken money by giving duplicate supplements. Now they are listing refund failed and is asking for updating neft details. but there is no link to update neft details..my order id was [protected]

                                        I got the Faulty product Seller Hifinage (static noise problem ) and i contact snapdeal they told to contact seller and then spoke to seller Abhishek and he agree to take back the product and product send it back him and now he told me he didnt find problem with headphone. snapdeal says 7 days hassle free return and replacement and i ask for replacement in 1 day. now seller has product and asking me for shipping charges. now its more than week no response from seller and snapdeal as well. now i dont have product i spent Rs. 5, 559 and for warranty issue no one is helping me or responding me not Snapdeal or Hifinage.

                                        nope seller send me the faulty product back and i have to pay the freight charges as you promise snapdeal will refund the amount of the freight as you know seller do not providing me the bill of speed post . he must have spent 50 rupees and and lie for for the get the profit of 120 rupees. my review never published on snapdeal why??. only good reviews are welcome?? i will tell all my freinds and family and audiophile community not buy from seller Hifinage and do not buy headphones from snapdeal ever.
