    This is with regards to purchase of Philips JMG in Nov 2015 through P.o number : [protected]
    I had purchased it online an at time of purchase attached 2 complimentary offers
    Offer 1 -- 10% Cashback if payment made through HDFC Bank
    Offer 2 -- Free charge coupons
    Unfortunately none of the offers were credited however upon notifying Snap deal Team, free charge coupons were credited and I was informed that 10% cashback will be credited to HDFC Account in Jan 2016.
    There was no amount credited back till 18th Jan 2016 hence I wrote to Snap deal Team along with screenshot of complimentary offer and they came back informing that as per their TnC, cashback was to be credited only upon purchase through Snapdeal App and not Website.
    This was not acceptable since while purchasing, there was no such specification NOR was there any notification to refer detailed Terms & Conditions and hence a customer would look forward to what was reflecting and promised while making purchase.
    Please refer screenshot and help me get resolution since Snapdeal customer care has clearly informed that they cannot give cashback credit as it is website purchase which is not acceptable since attachment itself talks about their only communication while purchasing

          I had ordered for I Ball Tablet...but the item that was delivered was not as shown and was defective. Had tried contacting Snapdeal on the customer care number but its just a recording...no one picks up...Even tried for a refund online but nothing is happening..they are not even bothered to respond to the email sent across and its been more than 10 days now.

          Pathetic customer support and service. Never ever faced an issue with other e-commerce sites..they just mention easy refund but when the time for delivery comes--they stop responding.

          Very disappointed with Snapdeal.

            Do not purchase anything from snapdeal.com This Company always taken higher amount in logistic charges from the seller and it effects on customers.

            This company without any prior intimation increase the logistic charges. This company taken 200 Rs logistic charges form seller on 500 gm and this company shows that this product is 2kg product.

            So if anyone will purchase from snapdeal it effect clearly on snapdeal. So go for flipkart and paytm instead of this.

            Why do you want my details, you are doing it with many sellers. There are thousand of supc where you are charging overweight, due to this consumer is also harrased. Your advisor are saying to sellers to increase the rates, this company always do this. So why do you want our details, please go through with your weight correction team and think what exactly you are doing, a seprate mail to Mr. Kunal Behal is already sent but as usual he never replies, But we always seen once we mail our concern to flipkart we get result. But only your ceo shows this attitude towards the mail of not replying.

            If seller will increase the rates just because of your over weight logistic then how consumer will get cheap rates. Kindly let me know. One case i share with you, you always taken baby potty trainer in surface mode, how it can be, Its weight is approx 300 gm and you are taking 300 logisitc. if the potty trainer actual cost in market is approx 200 and seller will add 300 of your logistic and the n your commission at how much amount consumer will get the product.

            It means you are doing whatever you want.

            Sorry snapdeal...You attitude is wrong. See the others players in market and see how they works and learn from them?

                Snapdeal Cheats and Forces refund in free charge account to force customer to use free charge

                here is what I wrote to Kunal Bahl/ snapdeal grievance

                Mr kunal bahl,

                You cannot force customer to take credits from snapdeal in freecharge.

                I do not want to use freecharge.

                Free charge is not a bank,

                This activity by snapdeal is unlawful and wrong,

                Do not force me to tweet and Facebook that


                Kunal bahl of Facebook forces users to use freecharge.


                I will complain this to consumer forums, and tweet, Facebook and blog the entire India, and

                Also write to RBI to force freecharge usage on customer by treating freecharge as a bank.

                Even if you do not publish this blog on Snapdeal site, I will make sure that I publish this about your company snapdeal and kunal on 20 different sites as blogs and review.

                Snapdeal has completely lost it every time i go for buying something that stupid free-charge account pops up, , fail to understand why forcing customers on stupid freecharge account, , went for flipkart, amazon and eBay for buying all items. what a waste snapdeal website is becoming day by day!

                Snapdeal still forcing to create a free charge account, without giving option to optout of it. This is stupid. How could a big company like this make this pathetic and arrogant mistake. I will go to Amazon/flipkart and spend my money there. Thank you for wasting my time losers.

                Also it's terrible how they keep asking for customers email address and ID. What does that matter. The problem is clearly stated. What's the update on that? Are you going to stop duping customers and stop forcing them to sign on freecharge rip off marketing account? If not I don't want to do anything with you or your website anymore.
                I notice that earlier customers were forced to register to freecharge rubbish account when they wanted to buy something. Now they have become even worse by forcing consumers to register with freecharge rubbish account even to login to snapdeal. This is terrible guys. It's been going on for over six months now. Wake up before Amazon and flipkart takes away all your marketshare and you are just left with baba ji ka freecharge.

                PS: Can this website please add an option to give half star or negative rating for such cases. Where company has been wrong and duping customers for soooooo long.

                I am writing this email to you to bring a matter of failure (poor services)in your knowledge as I am really very disappointed with the services I got this time!
                Actually I have ordered one Get Glamr Black Sandals for Men under order reference no. [protected], Order Placed On :[protected]. To update you, I got the product delivered at my place June 9, 2016.
                Due to smaller in size, I have requested for exchange (size 7). But the pick up of product and exchange has not done even after 2 weeks.
                I have already called at customer care 10 to 12 times but nothing has been by customer care executive /member. The customer care executive of snap-deal are not even processing this issue but shouted on me.

                I think, as the other e-commerce site ( flip-kart, jabong) snapdeal also believes in good and fast customer service. But, it was my misconception. It was my first and pathetic experience with Snapdeal.

                Can you please look into this matter as it is nothing but just a heart breaking incident for me which is forcing me not to buy anything from Snapdeal again in future!!

                    They would promise anything but wont any of it until you keep calling them for weeks.
                    They pickup your product and dont know if it's delivered to their warehouse or not. If you still give them the pickup receipt, they keep hanging you regarding your refund saying you will receuve it next 24-48 hours. you call next time and would receive the same answer again n again. And calling is the only option. Because, They have stopped reeiving mails from website or directl by [protected]@snapdeal.com and via app it doesnt gets delivered. ****ty app. So you have to keep calling and waste your balance.
                    I wanted to return a product. I was told it would be picked in max 96 hours. Truly it was picked after 18 days after my conistent calling/complaining. And they still dont have any sort of shame they refunded my amount after 32 days when I got in contact to a nice guy. How can you do this to a customer I dont understand.
                    They will provide you consistantly defective product and wont even agree to it and if in any case they agree for replacing/refunding they wont keep their word.
                    For some defective product I was promised 600 rupees for which I called so many times that approx 100rs wasted as balance. This is not the only time, I have faced this many a times. In all I cant even how much balance I have wasted by now on snapdeal, it's probably more then I have used on my gf.
                    I am really frustrated by them and deleting all contacts with snapdeal. think before you buy anything from them.

                          I have Purchased puma and Reebok shoes from Snapdeal.com on 2nd nov, 2015 order no. [protected]. At that time a scheme, hdfc 10% cashback was there on my product. So i fullfilled all the conditions to avail the discount. The deadline for the refund was 6th jan 2016. But i didn’t gate any refund till date. I tried contacting them but They kept on postponing and till date[protected]. I have ragister complaint against it. My complaint No. Is 11978758. Plz do needful.

                            Cancelled the product right after i booked it(within half an hour). Made the payment through debit card.Thousand times called u to stop the ac from being sent to me.
                            But no avail, still u want the sent the ac to me.

                            Then after 24 hours of cancelling the product i get a message saying that my product has been handed over to courier company for delivery.(I Mean wth?? 24hours after cancelling the product u still handing over the product to courier company ..????? ::slow claps . U GUYS R AWESOME

                            I again called ur callcentre ..told and explained the things and i was told by the call centre guy that u guys will call me.

                            48hrs on...still waiting for that "Call".

                            last thing
                            i want my money REFUNDED back to by account by 27th 03.30 pm as told by the customer care boy who i called first(on 21st jan )regarding my order cancellation and he assured me that it will take 4 working days to get my refund(i have the call recorded)I[censored] want i can sent u the audio clip. But this is a clear case of "not delivered the described product" then who is responsible for this?? That Customer who have placed order having faith on you??                                   Again disappointed by snapdeal!
                                  I wished to purchase some products from snapdeal as I had 2 promo codes which where going to expire after some hours!

                                  And when I applied those promocodes satisfying all its terms and conditions!
                                  The error message which i received from snapdeal was
                                  " Promo code campaign is currently not active"
                                  and I could not buy the products!
                                  And my promocodes validity got expired!
                                  I tried calling customer care and was promised that issue will be resolved within 24 hours and I would get some new promocodes!
                                  And it's been 3 days still haven't received any promocodes!
                                  And the product which I wished to buy just became costlier!
                                  Very very disappointed!

                                    Shocked to see how snapdeal deals with refunds
                                    First I ordered a plastic container which turned out to be a defective product
                                    On contacting snapdeal customer care was informed that the amount would be refunded to freecharge account and when I protested against this I was promised that the amount would be credited to my credit card account as I had paid by card to which I agreed
                                    However was shocked to see the amount being credited to freecharge
                                    May I know why freecharge is in between as the transaction was between snapdeal and me so how does freecharge come in between
                                    How can snapdeal credit my money to freecharge with out my consent

                                        I ordered "Sunfeast- Delisus Nuts & Raisins Bscuits (Pack of 4)" from Snapdeal. Today I got the product. When I opened it out of 4 packets 2 packets were empty. This is not good. It should not be happened. Snapdeal is such a big brand and this type of cheating just for Rs 25. Very bad.
