They would promise anything but wont any of it until you keep calling them for weeks.
They pickup your product and dont know if it's delivered to their warehouse or not. If you still give them the pickup receipt, they keep hanging you regarding your refund saying you will receuve it next 24-48 hours. you call next time and would receive the same answer again n again. I have purchased Nexus5x 16GB black on 20thDec, Order ID: [protected] and got delivery on 21st dec 2016. The problem is that (anybody can do google search with key "nexus 5x freecharge 2500 cashback" to get proof) the cashback is given through voucher code to our registered mail ID within 15 days of date of delivery... but they r asking offer proof...

Cancelled the product right after i booked it(within half an hour). Made the payment through debit card.Thousand times called u to stop the ac from being sent to me.

Shocked to see how snapdeal deals with refunds
First I ordered a plastic container which turned out to be a defective product
On contacting snapdeal customer care was informed that the amount would be refunded to freecharge account and when I protested against this I was promised that the amount would be credited to my credit card account as I had paid by card to which I agreed

before placing the order through snapdeal please note that, if you return the product they will not refund the full amount. they will deduct the courier charge then they will refund. other suppliers like amazon and flipkart they would not do like that .
snapdeal is cheating the customer. so be careful bfore placing the order....
