Dear Team Snapdeal,

I am very sorry to say that the customer grievance redressal system is not good of your company.

The issue was not that important, but by lingering from your end has made it so now.

I'll like to bring to your knowledge a recent similar issue faced by me while dealing with AMAZON. Due to some reason, shipping charge of Rs. 40/- was realised from me while placing the order while the shipping was free for orders above 499. I simply wrote two lines and within 10 minutes, cashback was credit to my account. NO EVIDENCES REQUIRED.

It is therefore not the scale of issue but it is what you all make it. As in my case:

FIRSTLY, you did not know what items are being offered cashback.

SECONDLY, instead to believe the customer, you ask for evidences.

THIRDLY, after receiving the evidence, instead of resolving the issue, you refer it to concern team.

FOURTHLY, it is communicated that the back-end team has decided that the item purchased be me is NOT eligible for cash-back. HENCEFORTH, the cashback offered on the product page was just to allure the customer to buy BUT the intention behind is to misguide the customer and later-on deny any cashback. If this malpractice is applied on one product then must be prevalent on many other products offered on the site and many customers are fooled by alluring them to buy and lateron deny any benefit. SUCH TYPE OF ACT COUNT TO FRAUD PUNISHABLE UNDER CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE(CRPC). IF THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED, I MAY BE COMPELLED TO LODGE A CRIMINAL CASE OF FRAUD AGAINST SNAPDEAL FOR FOOLING AND COMMITTING FRAUD WITH THE CUSTOMERS as nowadays filing an FIR has been made very easy through email.

I am sorry to say that by lingering-on the issue and not resolving may result in customer dis-satisfaction. It is not the amount that matters but the policy and approach of a company, which is being followed by the staff.

PLEASE learn from your competitors or else you might loose customers.

You all don't even care to revert back to your customer complaints. Posting of complaints in your Facebook page is also not allowed/deleted. I suggest that this way you are not saving yourselves but creating a problem for yourselves.

    I have purchase jeans from snapdeal and after delivery i dont like the fit/stitch/fabric and raise the request to return.
    snapdeal exective commit to place order for pickup and refund but after 2-3 days they refuse to return the product for useless issues.

            Sir, I order the 50 Inch Micro Max LED TV through snap deal on 9th of Jan 2016 and goods received on 22nd as a damaged one. I done reverse pick up on same day but 13 days completed no one take the product from the customer place. We called to snap deal customer care continuously they replied as with in 48 hours will do the reverse pick up. Already 13 days completed but no action taken for the customer complain. Any one can help on this.

                I've ordered amd fx 4300 processor at 10 jan got it in 15jan returned at 18 that time processor pin were damaged, they replaced my ordered resended it at 30 jan got it today at 6 feb 2016 and now fan is broken and duplicate
                And interesting fact is i got the same product by this seller and Seal is tempered as far as i think fan is duplicate

                  I have received a faulty product. I have requested for a refund but the snapdeal said a field engineer will visit verify it. So for no one visited, and snapdeal is not ready to refund my amount also. It is dragging on since one week like this.

I ordered jockey multicolor cotton underwear- set of 4, but the wrong product is delievered to me on 21st jan.I requested for return and it has been scheduled for reverse pickup by j v express. Since then every two days i have to request again and again for reverse pickup but it is not done. Please look into the matter as it is already around 15 days completed and nothing is happened. Each time i have to call your customer care for pickup as your courier partner change the status to cancelled pickup without contacting me.

                          I had placed an order vide order no [protected] for intex cloud flash 4g phone on 16.01.2016 and phone received on 21.01.2016. It is seen that that the sim slot of the phone is not opening. hence i contacted the customer service center on 22.01.2016 and they told me that the item can be replaceable. on the advice of the customer service person i had sent the item on 27.01.2016 through Blue dart couriers along with invoice and DOA certificate. but the item is not received by snap deal. the item is sent on the advise of the customer service agent. what i can do for replace the item.

                          customer care personal called several times no action was taken. It seems Snap deal is trying to fool me. Please tell me that the item is replaceable or not. If the answer is not I am ready to throw the item purchased .
                          Every day the customer care people called me and apologizing about the inconvenience caused by me. But no follow up action was taken to replace the item. The item mobile phone was was received by me on 22.01.2016. Then I had replaced the item on 23.01.2016 and fetched the mobile phone at authorized service center on the same day. On 24.01.106 the customer care person called me and advised to approach the authorized service center and collect DOA certificate and send the mobile phone to seller. on the advise of that customer care person i send the phone on 27.01.2016. But the seller not accepted the phone and resend the item and I received the item on 4.02.2016. In the meantime the customer care people called several times and promises to replace the item. After receiving the phone the phone several calls made by the customer care personal but no fruitful action is seen taken. Now I am going to approach the consumer forum for my loss and humiliation.

                            Hi there, i purchased a Lava Iris mobile phone from Snapdeal on Jan 04 2016, Order ID: [protected], i must say its a worst ever phone which i got it, i placed a refund (Ticket Id:[protected] for which no proper action taken, the reason i want the refund is as the phone battery drains very fast, takes a lot of time to charge, its loosing network now, some of the apps disappears and appears again and its started playing up after a day or two of purchasing it, also i posted a review on the snapdeal about the product which was not published yet that was the worst part its the customer right to give the feedback so that the services can be improved but if the company is hiding those feedbacks that means customer is being cheated by showing the good reviews only about the product, really disappointing, also i sent a mail to the customer care team of the snapdeal but no one responded. i would really appreciate if my matter is fixed asap and should be given proper resolution.

                                My name is kamaljit.My concern is i was trying to make a purchase of a Women boots on SNAPDEAL.COM on 29th jan 2016 i made the payment from my account but the amount got debited but order was not confimerd on payment page its shows ERROR.Immediatly I Contacted Snapdeal customer Support they sai wait for 20 mints amount will be auto refunded i said ok...then after 2hours i called up again they said amount will be refunded within 24 hours...i waited again said its ok...the after 24 hours one lady from snapdeal team called me and said the same thing " YOUR MONEY IS SAVE WITH US BUT IT WILL BE REFLECTING WITHIN 48 HOURS" i said ok...they was making me fool every time only just giving me TAT And TAT Not the resolution and even not, my money as well..on the same day i orderd COD Product that product deliverd but not my money...Still M Waiting...Now My Next Step Will be Legal and The Same Thing Will Be posted on Social media...M Very Very much fed up by doing follow ups of my money...

                                  Hello,

                                  I have purchased Philips GC1905/21 Steam Iron from snapdeal on 21st January 2016. It arrived at my place on 26th January 2016. The product which I bought was for my mom's birthday and I thought that delivery would be late and should buy early. But it came early. Now I never thought that I could get cheated like this. Snapdeal has sent me a faulty non working steam iron which i didnt opened as it was a gift. I got to know yesterday night about this after I handed over this gift. When I call the customer care.. they claim that they have 7 days replacement warranty. In my case I was on 9th day. But in my case, where the product is a gift, I didnt opened and never got to know. What I am asking is the replacement of this faulty product which they are not making.
                                  On the contrary they are asking me to get it repaired from a service center. I do not understand if the product is not working how can it be repaired?
                                  I feel cheated as they are not replacing this non working steam iron. When a customer executive called they bluntly asked "Have you damaged this product?" I mean seriously "Are you a customer executive?" How can i call after damaging product?

                                  What I expect is atleast a replacement. If someone could help me here?

                                    Dear sir My order id-[protected] I order a hard disk of 2Tb nd I received 1tb from that company. I complaint the executive of snapdeal they ask to take some snaps of the received product and email it. we send emails one or more times but they were not able to solve my problem. and the companie's exchange or return policy regarding this product is only 7 working days and the company pases 3-4 working days and not take action against my product. so I take action to infrom you to solve my problem. thank you.                                       Actually I have ordered one Philips 4938 Induction Cook-top under order id: [protected] reference no.[protected], Order Placed On : 19/01/2016
                                      To update you, I got the Philips 4938 Induction Cook-top delivered at my place 27/01/2016 i.e. totally broken item. I immediate advise to Snapdeal with image of broken item and filed a complaint for return and refund my already paid money Rs. 3039/- to . Snapdeal online shopping site. After this Snapdeal send me a message on 28/01/2016 shown it will be picked-up 3-4 days. I was waiting picked-up courier i.e. Gati-RP but that is not picked-up the item whiled 7 days elapsed.
                                      I did not got any reliable reply from Snapdeal side till now this is unbearable act of Snapdeal. Daily there representative promise me that your complaint will be resolved within 24 hours. But sorry to say Snapdeal 24 hours never come to me till date and time. Just like cheating consumer. I request you to please interfere in the matter so I could got my refund Rs. 3039/- from Snapdeal
