Hi there, i purchased a Lava Iris mobile phone from Snapdeal on Jan 04 2016, Order ID: [protected], i must say its a worst ever phone which i got it, i placed a refund (Ticket Id:[protected] for which no proper action taken, the reason i want the refund is as the phone battery drains very fast, takes a lot of time to charge, its loosing network now, some of the apps disappears and appears again and its started playing up after a day or two of purchasing it, also i posted a review on the snapdeal about the product which was not published yet that was the worst part its the customer right to give the feedback so that the services can be improved but if the company is hiding those feedbacks that means customer is being cheated by showing the good reviews only about the product, really disappointing, also i sent a mail to the customer care team of the snapdeal but no one responded. i would really appreciate if my matter is fixed asap and should be given proper resolution.
