I came to know that due to account issue i haven't got refund.but yet its now approximately 2 months.i haven't get any mail regarding link for another bank account detail.its now too late. plz do fast as possible....

I am Raju, i ordered infocus M370i mobile in snapdeal website
i recived courier ion[protected], but i found some issues they are
1.heating when using internet or making a call
2.speker are very clumsy
3.during charging the mobile the charger was heating very heavily
4.earphones are very chep quality...

Well as expected by your service that is disappointing again, as usual .
It has been now 3 months since I have filed the return .
And more than 50 times since I have called you.

I have sent you mail on your provided mai([protected]@snapdeal.com )l 4 days back,
And a call also came back telling me that resolution will be provided within 48 hours but with no results ..

I placed an order of ACS Neck / Cervical Traction Belt on 16th of october.
I received the product in 10 working days but the quality of product was not good and leakage was there hence I decided to return the product.
I then requested for return but no one came from seller's end.
Then I asked the reason on which I was said that there is some pin code problem so they asked me to send the product to their Delhi address...

This is Awadhesh Jha, I place an order with snapdeal on 3rd Jan 2016 with order id[protected] for Asus ZenFone 2 Laser which delivered well before mentioned date, but I received faulty piece, couple of things I noticed which is not working which was listed as main specific feature of ordered handset

1. Laser focus is not working.
2. Ear piece was not there in the packed order.

And...

Regarding order id. [protected] Ticket id 18373720 Their representative inform me over phone that they are not able to replace the same. Under this circumstance I am willing to get refund according to their 7-days easy return policy, but in vein....

This is my 2nd complain in a row against snapdeal.
Snapdeal is fooling me by saying technical errors and not refunding my money since 5 days.
They emailed and called me yesterday that i will get my money back within 24 hrs.
Now a person from snapdeal called me and said due to technical issues it will take more 24-48 hrs.
What Nonsense!!!
Well I will have to take further steps...

I bought philips hair dryer ORDER NO [protected]...ON 20 JAN. It was delivered on 23 jan but they gave wrong product i.e i ordered 2000w hair dryer but they shipped 1600w .
I made a return request on 23 jan they said they will reply in 24 hrs..but no reply came from their side from then i have complained about 3 times on customer support and also mailed them but THEY ARE NOT REPLYING ...

I ordered a philips soundbar on 15th November, It was delivered on 25 th November ..
I received a partial order, power adapter was missing, so I marked it for return on 25 th November itself ..

From that date, it has been about going to 3 months and I have called snapdeal atleast 50 times .
Every time I was told that resolution will be provided within 2 days but all in vain .
