I ordered a XOLO Black a few days ago on 12th January and got it delivered on 16th January. In the description box of the product, the variant was described to have 3GB RAM. I was very happy when I got the device and it ran quite good until I loaded all of my apps in it. The multi-tasking performance was not good so, I thought that it's because of the HIVE Atlas ROM which the phone runs on as it is very buggy and is never updated.

On 29th January, I got really frustrated of the device because although it had 3GB RAM, it didn't work like it, leaving the software in it aside. So, I decided to do a few benchmarks on the device and I saw that it had ONLY 2GB OF RAM from the CPU-Z app. I instantly contacted Snapdeal support and asked for a refund and then they called me today.

They said, "Sorry sir, the 7 days time of returning the device is over, now we can't do anything regarding this."

So, what I can say about Snapdeal and how they defraud people is this:

1. Firstly put a wrong description of an item.
2. Let the buyer buy it.
3. Change the description of the item as soon as it is delivered.
4. Let the buyer do anything and complain, WE HAVE ALREADY GOT THE MONEY WITH US!

Also, I have a sick habit of taking screenshots of a product's description before buying it. I did the same for this one too. I'll be putting them over here too.

Notice that the seller of the device is "LAVA INT-GGN-Sohna BD-VOI" which sells the device which I've bought and then there's this seller "LAVA INT-HYD-MANDAL-VOI" which sells the 3GB variant of the XOLO Black so, I can't be lying because we can't do any kind of "Inspect Element" in their mobile app if they are thinking that I did this.

So, all I'd like to say is WTF SNAPDEAL? Even your competitor "Flipkart" also provides a 30-day return policy because they know that they don't run any frauds of this type.

same thing has happened with me. snapdeal have just fraudulently taken money by giving duplicate supplements. Now they are listing refund failed and is asking for updating neft details. but there is no link to update neft details..my order id was [protected]

        I got the Faulty product Seller Hifinage (static noise problem ) and i contact snapdeal they told to contact seller and then spoke to seller Abhishek and he agree to take back the product and product send it back him and now he told me he didnt find problem with headphone. snapdeal says 7 days hassle free return and replacement and i ask for replacement in 1 day. now seller has product and asking me for shipping charges. now its more than week no response from seller and snapdeal as well. now i dont have product i spent Rs. 5, 559 and for warranty issue no one is helping me or responding me not Snapdeal or Hifinage.

        nope seller send me the faulty product back and i have to pay the freight charges as you promise snapdeal will refund the amount of the freight as you know seller do not providing me the bill of speed post . he must have spent 50 rupees and and lie for for the get the profit of 120 rupees. my review never published on snapdeal why??. only good reviews are welcome?? i will tell all my freinds and family and audiophile community not buy from seller Hifinage and do not buy headphones from snapdeal ever.

          Still I dint got any help from Snapdeal regarding this I even sent my bank statement which I got scanned & sent but instead now they want in PDF format which is not possible to me bcz I'm not registered to internet banking PDF format statement will get monthly who r registered to internet banking .. I paid my amount to Snapdeal by atm card not by internet banking they have to understand customer problem too .. I think it's totally negligence to customer plz be careful frnds its very risk to pay online to Snapdeal

              The worst and pathetic service I have ever had and the worst product .I have ordered an electric kettle next 1.5 ltr queen 1500 electric kettle.. But just after using 1 or 2 time its not getting start even it is in one year of warranty period. Its not have been a month to work and its not even starting.I have called in Snapdeal customer care also but they gave me a wrong no of servicescenter of manufacturer again and again pathetic service of Snapdeal totally fed up with it they delivers rubbish products and make fool of customers...                           I placed an order of ACS Neck / Cervical Traction Belt on 16th of october.
                          I received the product in 10 working days but the quality of product was not good and leakage was there hence I decided to return the product.
                          I then requested for return but no one came from seller's end.
                          Then I asked the reason on which I was said that there is some pin code problem so they asked me to send the product to their Delhi address for which they gave me a form via email.
                          I did the same and returned it to the Delhi warehouse.
                          After 4-5 days I got back that product and this time when I asked the reason from seller I was told that I had to sent the product to Kolkata warehouse. So, they again gave me a form, this time of Kolkata warehouse and asked me o send the product there. I did same and sent it to Kolkata warehouse but I again got the product back.
                          I again asked the reason for it and they said that they don't know why it was returned and asked me to wait for a call from their end.
                          This all started in October end and now it is January end.
                          3 months have passed but the product has yet not been taken back by SnapDeal.
                          Please help.

                                I have Ordered an item on 9/01/2016 but it is not delivered as per snapdeal promising date and its being cancelled from there end without even asking my consent and they saying that it was missed during shipping and they have initiated a refund on 17/1/2016 towards my order id [protected] and it has been processed with CCADA1BAZ233 ON 17th January but till now it is not been credited to my account. I also shared bank statement to them for verifying but this is the 19 th day that i have raised a complaint, till now i havent get my refund, every day customer care executives saying it wil take 48 hours to credit.

                                    This is Awadhesh Jha, I place an order with snapdeal on 3rd Jan 2016 with order id[protected] for Asus ZenFone 2 Laser which delivered well before mentioned date, but I received faulty piece, couple of things I noticed which is not working which was listed as main specific feature of ordered handset

                                    1. Laser focus is not working.
                                    2. Ear piece was not there in the packed order.

                                    And many more

                                    I like to informed you that I have already raised request for refund (request id :[protected], i had word with customer care executive and she told our executive will visit and check your handset, executive came and found that my complain was genuine given me a complain receipt and told me to mail this complain receipt to customer care, i did that.

                                    then again SNAPDEAL customer called and told me visit ASUS service center, i visited and told those guys over there to check my handset, they check and found same problem and told me to mail SNAPDEAL the compain receipt. i did that as well still my refund yet not initiated.

                                    this is just trailer i wrote more than 15 mails and even attached copy of acknowledgement received from snapdeal engineer who checked my mobile at my door step and found the same problem which i reported.

                                    i even attached copy of Acknowledgement receipt when ASUS Services center guys diagnosed and found that my complain is genuine, even though SNAPDEAL not refunding my amount of 18 thousand that i paid while purchasing the product.

                                      Regarding order id. [protected] Ticket id 18373720 Their representative inform me over phone that they are not able to replace the same. Under this circumstance I am willing to get refund according to their 7-days easy return policy, but in vein.

                                        This is my 2nd complain in a row against snapdeal.
                                        Snapdeal is fooling me by saying technical errors and not refunding my money since 5 days.
                                        They emailed and called me yesterday that i will get my money back within 24 hrs.
                                        Now a person from snapdeal called me and said due to technical issues it will take more 24-48 hrs.
                                        What Nonsense!!!
                                        Well I will have to take further steps if i am not getting my money back within the said hours.
                                        Rs 599/- really doesnt matter to you guys but it does to me.
                                        I have already told everyone in facebook and my near & dear ones to not to shop from snapdeal and described them the problems am enduring right now.
                                        Myntra is far better than snapdeal.
                                        Am pretty sure snapdeal will not return my money even after the said 24-48 hours.
                                        Before i shopped from snapdeal i read so many complaints against snapdeal but ignoring all of those i shopped for first time and was very happy.
                                        But i got my worst nightmare after 2-3 orders and am going through it.
                                        New shoppers please read the complains before shopping from snapdeal.
                                        You never know you might be the next to be harassed.
                                        It was a lesson to me and i learnt it well.

                                        Yes snapdeal has resolved my problem after exactly 8 days after lots of calls & e-mails from my side they assured me to refund my money soon. The customer care people called me frequently from their side to update about my status of refund. So it was nice of them. They said there was some technical problem and not only me few other customers also faced trouble in getting their refund back. So i believed in them and waited for 3-4 days and finally on 30th jan i got my money back in freecharge wallet. I got an e-mail, sms & a call from snapdeal customer care for the same. I genuinely believe there was actually some technical problem. I hold no grudge and will continue shopping from snapdeal but will be a little careful while returning products. Thankyou
