Dear sir,
I had purchased Karbonn ST10 through Snapdeal. Com on 14/12/2013 for Rs.7957 by order no: [protected] & sub order no:[protected] .I had paid bill through HDFC bank credit card.There was warranty for product is one year i.e up to 13/12/2014. My tablet was stopped to working. I had contacted to Karbonn service [protected]@ Ahemedabad on 3/12/2014 & give my tablet ST10 for repairs which was under warranty period.
After long period of 3 months Karbonn service center informed me that the tablet can not repairable, it is dead.so they issued me D.O.A letter to get replacement of product or get refund amount through Snapdeal.com
Pl.note that Karbonn service center not returned my tablet .they mentioned same in D.O.A letter
After that I immediately contacted to Snapdeal & registered my complaint (ticket no[protected], they advice me to submit D.O.A letter to get refund amount or replacement of product.I submitted D.O.A letter to Snapdeal on same day 3/4/15.
I get so many mail assured that your money amount refund in 4 to 5 business day. I m waited for long period. I had contacted to Snapdeal through mail & telephone, they always reply to wait & assure me that your refund will credit to your account very soon.
After that I had get call & mail from Akshit Mehta on 16/5/2015 for submit credit card account statement .l submit same on 23/5/2015.
After that I call many times to Snapdeal, they informed me that Snapdeal team will in process to credit your refund very soon.
Till date I didn't get refund amount.
Pl.look in to matter & do needfull.
