Dear sir, I had purchased Karbonn ST10 through Snapdeal. Com on 14/12/2013 for Rs.7957 by order no: [protected] & sub order no:[protected] .I had paid bill through HDFC bank credit card.There was warranty for product is one year i.e up to 13/12/2014. My tablet was stopped to working. I had contacted to Karbonn service [protected]@ Ahemedabad on 3/12/2014 & give my tablet ST10 for repairs which was under warranty period. After long period of 3 months Karbonn service center informed me that the tablet can not repairable, it is dead.so they issued me D.O.A letter to get replacement of product or get refund amount through Snapdeal.com Pl.note that Karbonn service center not returned my tablet .they mentioned same in D.O.A letter After that I immediately contacted to Snapdeal & registered my complaint (ticket no[protected], they advice me to submit D.O.A letter to get refund amount or replacement of product.I submitted D.O.A letter to Snapdeal on same day 3/4/15. I get so many mail assured that your money amount refund in 4 to 5 business day. I m waited for long period. I had contacted to Snapdeal through mail & telephone, they always reply to wait & assure me that your refund will credit to your account very soon. After that I had get call & mail from Akshit Mehta on 16/5/2015 for submit credit card account statement .l submit same on 23/5/2015. After that I call many times to Snapdeal, they informed me that Snapdeal team will in process to credit your refund very soon. Till date I didn't get refund amount.     Dear Sir, I have order a Baby T Shirts on Snapdeal on dated 24/5/2015 Order ID is [protected] Still i have not received my product and the Snapdeal site showing delivered this product. When i ask him about POD, they are denying for POD and Not giving my refund. I have received a call from Snapdeal on 1/6/2015 at 5.11 PM from[protected]. The executive/ Snapdeal people told me that your product is pending in Saraswati Vihar post office and told me pick the consignment himself. I refuse to collect himself this consignment. Now i call on saraswati post office (ph no:[protected] Mr.Sharma) He didnot help me regarding this consignment. Everytime Snapdeal raise a complaint and take 48 hours.     Dear Sir,

    Daily i have received phone calls from Snap Deal team regarding that we are checking your complaints and give me time for 48 hours.

    from 1/6/2015 i don't know when 48 hours would be compleate.As already their investigation team accepted that my product is still lying in Saraswati Vihar Post office as already mentioned in my complaint.

    I don't know why they are delaying about my refund.

    Kindly look the matter and please advise them for refund my money immediately.

I requested him to replace this product and give me which i had ordered. SD team forcefully shown it as cancelled and suggesting to use that amount for other purchase.           I Purchased eureka forbes quick clean vaccum cleaner from Snapdeal on 22.05.2015 (Order No [protected]). Payment was made online and delivery was received on 23.05.2015. there was only receipt of snapdeal on top of the parcel and it was told that the warranty and invoice will be inside the box. upon opening we found no invoice and warranty card was empty. when we contacted snapdeal for warranty they sent one invoice on mail and told that this will act as warranty card also. Also when we contacted them for demo for the product they didnt gave us any positive reply and asked us to contact eureka forbes. upon contacting eureka forbes they sent one technician for demo who told us that they dont cover snapdeal products for demo and went back. we again contacted snapdeal and eureka forbes who confirmed us that demo will be provided but we received no response as yet. it is really very annoying that we are contacting them again and again and no one is even bothered to reply or do something.

            As per snapdeal this is a refund reference number for this refund :[protected] which is incorrect. I am contacting them almost daily 5 times for my refund for last 20 days. I ordered this product and found this product faulty.. I have requested to return the product.they have done it on 10 th of may.they got the product on 14 th may as per their system records.today is 3 rd june but still they are changing their commitment dates. I am really frustrated with this. I want my full money 47, 490 rupees need to be refunded asap.They are telling me everytime that money refunded but thats a wrong info providing.money is not yet refunded in my account. Please get the money refunded from snapdeal to my account. I am really frustratef with the time they are taking.

              i am very sorry to say that you r courier partner was very very weak am saying this because of whole day of 2/6/2015 was spend only to receive my order from your side your courier partner will not contact either mobile phone or e mail yesterday only i make contact with blue dart costumer care service more than 20 times and their response was very poor and they assured that my order should be placed yesterday itself and the explanation for the delayed delivery from your side was not acceptable because the ordered city was very famous in the district and the land mark too your courier partner was not contact me when they receive my order at their office either mobile or email and after your last delivery time you apologise me and saying that there is some address issues am asking that why your delivery man did not make a contact with me?? and am saying one more think there is no change in my address or mobile number and your courier partners have already delivered so much orders to the same address and they delay all of my orders.office of your courier partners they are saying at one is TIRUR and other one is at MANJERI at MALAPPURAM district my addressed place was in between of the above address if the product was received at any of the above mentioned one, it can deliver with in 1 hour from your tracking history my product was shipped from your local courier office from morning 10.30 am and it was not delivered yesterday. so i cant accept your explanation that my address or land mark have some issue. i repeat your local BLUE DART courier agency or DELIVERY MAN did not make a contact with me yesterday so please clear that what is the real reason for delaying my order other wise i don't want your product

                  Dear snapdeal, On mobile day i.e on may 25th I have ordered infocus m330 order number is as below [protected]..on 31st may I have received faulty mobile which isn't even charging...then immediately I contacted customer care they said do charge mobile for 8 hrs minimum but I have said them mobile isn't showing up indication of charging also...still they asked me to charge Ipti 8 hrs...I did but still mobile was not switching on...I have raiased complaint on 31st may but till today no one has arrived for pickup and I have packed the phone what if courier guy misses the parcel or does fraud need ur intervention...need refund of the money I have paid to snapdeal...kindly suggest.

Value: 6999 Snapdeal Customer care: Case Number: 01132420 Ticket no: 00781280 Order no: [protected] Order of events: Placed order with Snap deal : 8th April 2015, Card was charged, Snap deal cancelled the order; Reason : Product out of stock 14 th April 2015 : Assured the money will be reimbursed within the next 24 hours. I guess it does not matter how much ever we complain or cry, the online companies just don't give a damn about the customers. I still regret the day I ordered the product with you and this is the worst experience of my life time. I hope none of the customers have to go through what I am now dealing with Snapdeal. I know I am helpless but I just want Snap deal team to know that I have not given up yet. It is my hard earned money and I will do everything in my powers to get my money back. To all the other online support teams like Akosha, Indian consumer forum and finally the consumer court which is my last resort, thank you for all the support. I don't know how long this is gonna take but I am not quitting. PS: The the CEO of the company: I don't know how you sleep at night.

                          we had purchased the product blue saree product number [protected] which was dispatched through ecom expersson 23may 2015 tracking no.[protected] they are making fool o[censored]s that the goods are under by sale tax team, as we had purchased product including taxes more than 1 week we had wait but till date we dint receive the consignment as after 4th we dnt have any use of that product as they use to tell that they will deliver the product with in 3 days but now its over from 8 days. please do the need full and there shouyl;d be come restrictions for these type of online shopping website from fake commitments and as they doing fogrey from consumer and goverment

                            Hi, I have bought Infocus M2 mobile in the month of March 15 and I am extremely satisfied with the product. However, the Zoomin offer is not working wherein I am eligible to get 50% off on 20 photo prints of size 8x10 and 8x12. This is extremely disappointing for me. I was placing an order on Zoomin Application for 20 photo prints of size 8x10 worth Rs. 800 and the discount amount was appearing as Rs.20 instead of Rs.400.                                 i ordered Tekfusion - Twinwoofers In Ear Earphones (Black) using the link: http://www.snapdeal.com/product/tekfusion-twinwoofers-inear-headphones-black/593... the photos in the link are very misleading and the product which got delivered did not have the following as shown in the photos: 1.zipper box 2.angled connector (a straight-out connector instead) 3.single click button in the ear-phone wire i'm also attaching a photo which says that the product to be delivered will be the same as shown in the image. this photo is the screen capture from the above link. I find this unethical conduct by snapdeal and tekfusion very offensive and want my current product to be replaced by the original product which is shown in the site. invoice no.                                     I purchased a bean bag order no:[protected] from snapdeal.com on the 8-may-2015. They kept on postponing the delivery date. The last delivery date that they had mentioned was 25-May-2015 and when I did not receive my product I contacted their customer care number. They told me that someone will update me the status within some days, i called them up again in 3 days to which a similar kind of promise was made but I have received no info from their side. I feel like I have been cheated by this company.

                                      snapdeal.com is a very fraud company for sellers. Snapdeal is cheating sellers regularly.As the time of registration as a new seller, they completes all the process within 24 hrs. but when any issue or problem came, then they hold all your payments and give harashment to the sellers for couple of months and not solve the issues. We are seller on snapdeal from 1-3-2015, in starting everything is fine but when order flow increase, then on 07-05-15, we receive a mail from snapdeal mentioning that " We are suspending your ac. and blocking your access to snapdeal seller pannel ". As per payment cycle snapdeal has to transfer payments on 11-5-15 but they did not transfer anything. When i ask on seller pannel regarding payments they did not reply properly and told to contact account manager. when i ask account manager then he told " dont worry sir, it is just a technical glitch due to which your payment is on hold, you wil get your all the payments maximum by 20-5-15. On the other hand they did not block my access to seller pannel and orders are coming regularly or even faster before that.after his promise, we keep on selling, and doing sales of more 2 lacs within 8-10 days . after some time on 20-5-15, accont manager told that the payment will release soon, and the payment will remains on hold for those orders in which complain is come. then 2-3 days later I contact again to the account manager as well as seller help but they did not reply properly and put the matter on hold. i have also register case(case no.[protected] and they promise to reply within 24 hrs but no reply has come. Now nobody is responding us, our account is still active, still orders are coming..It shows that it is a company of t cheaters and unprofessionals. I have all the details of telephone recodings and mails in which they promise to release payments. A amount of 2.4 lacs due on snapdeal since last month.but now they are not responding us . plz release our payments on urgent basis. AKB ENTERPRISES Seller code- S0245d ([protected])

                                        Recently I have placed an order (Symphony Ice Cube Air Cooler ) with Order ID : [protected] on[protected]:49:06. While ordering the product, the expected delivery date was 25th May and that was the only reason I have preferred snapdeal over other online platforms. But now, they are making further delays and told that the expected delivery date is 30th May. Now again they have failed to deliver the product within the time and gave the date now on 5th June. For a online platform, time is a big issue. But it is very unprofessional from snapdeal to do such a delay, after committing specific date. I am very much disgusted by the service so I am doing the complaint. Definitely, in future, I will NOT prefer snapdeal for shopping purpose. Also I will not recommend it to others.

                                        After so much delay the product has just arrived on 3rd June, 1:00 pm and IT IS FAULTY. Disgusting service with pathetic products. Want my money back as soon as possible.
